Judge: Mr Garza can you kindly show us proof of your mining equipment and bitcoin mining profits.

Garza: You're a fudder judge we have plenty of happy customers. I don't have to prove anything to fudders, my clients know I'm legit

Judge: Carlos do you have anything further to add

Carlos: Your question merits no response... o and I'm scared.

Ok this is ridiculous, I am not leroy dude. I don't even look like him. And yeah so what I changed my avatar. Everyone knows me already, and btw you missed a place my face is also on http://netcoin.io/about/

But big deal I was testing out the forum "Use a Forum Avatar" and changed my picture.

I hardly come here and when I do, some troll posting some BS about me and its not cool. Makes you look like a big fool is all as quite a few folks know me and him are two different guys from different locations on the globe. Get a life dude..

Ok now that I got that out, I'm done reading this crap and hitting the ignore button on this guy as he is pure nonsense. I try to give everyone a fair chance but this is ridiculous lol

The nose, hairline, moustache, beard are IDENTICAL. Yet you still deny ?

Call me paranoid but.. I do not trust you or your site. Please use this to upload a screenie. tyvm

http://www.techpowerup.org/upload.php

Not that I need to see any more evidence.. or your mug shot..

After this we'll work on debunking my meeh = mee = me = Crestington = muddafudda? theory.
Hippie could they just set up a 3 way skype session wearing different clothes with you inthe video comms. You know what they look like so there is no real anonymity needed. If all for investigations etc but this would prove it no? I dont see why bigj and leroy would not consent to this. its simple and proves it right? Would you be up to do that? if its proven by you that they both come online live then you can apologise and retract and if they dont want to show i guess speculation is warranted. I still dont believe them to be the same person.

mee was original coin maker i think but ive never spoken and he doesnt comms much i hear anymore. im not sure how to prove that one but cresington is active but im open to ideas

http://www.forbes.com/sites/jordanmaglich/2015/12/01/sec-alleges-bitcoin-mining-companies-operated-20-million-ponzi-scheme/

that makes wsj, forbes just cnn to go right? took jos 12 months for those articles to get published
1564  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: December 02, 2015, 12:43:43 PM
i heard greenlion was let go as a volunteer cryptsy mod and received a ban i found that fishy.
Cryptsy staff have gone on record saying they dont stake customer coins stating it happens accidently sometimes when wallets are brought out of cold storage or something. i thought you had to specifically choose to unlock to stake though and could send without staking. I personally thought they were staking customer coins and selling for profits which is kinda dodgy..... they are an exchange not a bank!! i dont care if its in tos or not.

when they changed fee structure to withdrawal i confronted them with you cant do that with no notice its surely not legal. i was informed that its in tos i agreed to that they can change anything when they want no notice and that australian law isnt usa law so i should shut up. i said in response so cryptsy could change the withdrawal fee to 99% and thats all legal just because their tos says so and they can do it without notice. was told by the mod yes thats true but cryptsy wouldnt.

i dont think any law allows large changes to customers detriment financially without a notification window prior for customers to act if they dont agree right? or am i wrong? seems common sense else gox would have changed fees to 99.99% and closed legally right?

You all are awesome! poloniex and coinpayments in the works! Will increase staking droid bounty as requested. If bounties address gets high enough we will buy our coinpayment addition, otherwise we will vote it on. We have the strongest community ever! Happy Holidays Cool
What does in the works mean? How close? If you get it on poloniex with the current cryptsy problems it should increase volume as a coin that people use to transition out of cryptsy with.

Oh look what we have here:

http://blogs.wsj.com/moneybeat/2015/12/01/josh-garza-gaw-miner-charged-by-sec-in-ponzi-scheme/

Should we let our beloved WSJ bloggers know how much we appreciate their unbiased reporting?

WSJ conveniently already dispensed with Michael Casey. I think it would have been fitting to have the same guy who shilled GAW/Garza writing about the charges exactly one year later.

he ran off here to lie to people closer to the source

This is getting serious. Garza is DISAPPOINTED. Not quite clear if he's scared though.

http://www.reuters.com/article/2015/12/01/bitcoin-sec-idUSL3N13Q58W20151201

Quote
Garza is disappointed that the SEC has filed suit against him, said his lawyer, Marjorie Peerce in New York. Any further comments will be through the court process, Peerce said.

Edit: The lawyer seems to be out of Garza's league... so I'd like to mention Cantor Fitzgerald once more just to make sure Google does the right thing.

http://www.ballardspahr.com/people/attorneys/peerce-marjorie.aspx
garza disappointed, carloser scared... the end is near

maybe time for a new meme with the words Joshua Garza is disappointed in you.

BigJ isnt cyberpinoy or leroy.

I dont know if leroy or cyberpinoy are one or the same.

<snipped the shitcoin shill gibberish> Wink

Oh my f'n GEE xD

Which end were you talking out of when you typed those first two sentences ? hmmmMMMM xD

Or were they taking turns ? Thus the confusion. LMAO

brb.. I'm gonna need a smoke before I lay into this one. Tongue

Its your call I just listed my history with it so I was open about it, sorry. If I didn't say it all and then you wanted to dig later i'd just be accused for not being up front. The coin is down from when I bought but yeah that is my history apologies it wasn't a shill effort.

On the skype they were talking at the same time so I guess if you botted a conversation between yourself it could be possible. Best way to prove I think is match BigJ's pictures to him in a skype video conference with cyberpinoy that would solve it all as I'm assuming there is pictures of them both?

And I was talking out of my mouth. BigJ isn't cyberpinoy. I've seen cyberpinoy in cryptsy chat talking and I think once on the skype. I don't know who Leroy fodor is so I don't know if they are the same person. I was being honest. Just being serious here I state what I thought and knew and I get criticised.
1572  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Leroy Fodor has gone Full Delusional; StakeMiners is 100% confirmed insolvent! on: November 30, 2015, 04:19:18 AM
Bitcoins goin' up; PoS altcoins goin' down. That only means one thing to Leroy Fodor's StakeMiners Ponzi: Post on Facebook, the social media platform that Leroy's loathes, how his Investards are fairing better than expected, coupled with the overall BTC holdings has increased in spite of the prior mention with even some Investards exiting their positions. HAHAHA

pretty much all altcoins took a beating. i expected recovery by now but with btc price going up theres more altcoin sells than buys.

another interesting point i find is putting a value on your portfolio. lets say tek has 100 @ a low of 1000 satoshi but a constant 24 hour volume of 0.3btc, its unfair to value your entire holding at that value cause chances are you cant sell out at that value.

honestly at present i dont know how alt traders are making profit. low prices and buy volumes.... nothing to sell into so im holding and hoping.

Here is a comparison of StakeMiners assets between ~3 weeks ago and today. As you can see the real value declined by ~16 BTC or ~24% while @cyberpinoy is claiming a ~5 BTC or ~4% increase. At this time StakeMiners shows less than half of its declared assets: 51 BTC vs 122 BTC.

I won't be reposting all addresses etc - I used the same information that's been posted here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1167201.msg12721192#msg12721192

So, what you're saying is that even if Leroy Fodor tried to liquidate all StakeMiners' PoS altcoins, we wouldn't even have on hand the BTC value depicted above?

i dont know leroys business back ends and i can only comment with certainty on what i do think and that is the volume on most alt coins on exchanges simply cant support big holding cashouts full stop. when i cashed dgb out i drove the market down heavily but i wanted out. to be fair on portfolio amounts you'd have to have an average. its simply impossible and stupid to value your holdings on a simple price with low volumes. you'd be deluded to think that.

its like garza saying paycoin is market share $500 million because one coin sold @$20. there simply wasnt $500m in the market to support that.

BigJ isnt cyberpinoy or leroy.

I dont know if leroy or cyberpinoy are one or the same. For transparency i own a chunk of netcoin but it was all purchased through cryptsy before their problems and i purchased between 220-300 sat each. I wanted to get into stake coins and tried a few netcoin, hyperstake, clams and tek. i went with netcoin as my primary staker because i didnt like competitive staking i found hyp inconsistent with rewards and since netcoin stakes were like a bank interest system every 6 hours it fit my staking preference.

After i got some i joined forum on old site and chatted with the crew. I did up a design doco for team holocracy and discussed with their coin leader snappy and have chatted with them on plans etc in the skype room. You'll notice my username o0o0 on the new netcoin page but it was put there by snappy im not actually team persay.

From dealing with them this is what i know
cyberpinoy/terrik - stakeminers owner investor
snappy - netcoin team lead
BigJ - PR and with netcoin for ages
meeee or is it me? - old dev but doesnt want to come back due to time issues
tepesteele (spelling) - current coin dev code
cresington - i invited him to skype room incase tepe wanted ques on dev answered
some others too.

im sure you could video hangout to clear up people alias confusion.

i've bashed heads with terrik around cryptsy issues and had heated arguments. my skin in the game is a game site service using crypto. initially i was going to use digibyte, divested that now maybe netcoin but im conflicted. i want to use an alt but there just isnt enough volume for smaller trans coins.

For openess i hold the following
Bitcoin
Litecoin
tek
netcoin
sprouts

i used to have 107 million digibyte but sold all way before the pump which is a bummer. Thats my 2 cents happy to answer any other questions.

Does it count for josh? He spent everyone elses rent on a tesla Smiley.

O wait didn't he receive his as a gift from Elon Musk as a personal present?

He regifted it to Uncle Stu. So it must be the Vice Chairman of Cantor Fitzgerald having his lunch in that car.

Or perhaps ex Vice Chairman?

Because if you try to find any mention of Stuart Fraser on cantor.com... it's as if he never existed.

http://www.cantor.com/public/aboutus/sfraser.html - 404
https://archive.is/wPZxs - still there a couple of months ago

http://www.cantor.com/public/aboutus - no Stu
https://archive.is/bnjaS - still Vice Chairman a couple of months ago

His LinkedIn page seems to be gone too. Can't be an accident, some cleanup going on.

Oh absolutely. From Cantor's wikipedia page:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cantor_Fitzgerald

"Stuart Fraser, the Vice Chairman of Cantor Fitzgerald, was a partial owner of the company GAW Miners.[19] In September, 2014, the company raised approximately $48,000 by selling a special edition of their Hashlet product (Remember Hashlets) that was to have all income donated to the 9/11 Memorial Fund.[20] Only $10,000 was donated to America's 9/11 Foundation, with GAW Miners claiming the rest was given to unnamed charities.[21][22]"

And poof.. all mention of him on the interwebz is now gone.  Tongue

Wait wait wait... so stuart fraser got fired from cantor fitzgerald? So josh's association put him in the poor house you're kidding me right? That's major for cantor to wipe stuart... it means there is a lot going on behind the scenes.

@ DEV-TEAM

Neither the OP nor the website list Cryptopia or Coinerz as exchanges where DGB may be purchased.

Please amend.
I checked https://purchase.coinerz.com/ and i cannot find Digibyte.

Cryptopia neverd heard of and imo it does not look very legit, Can someone please give more info about this exchange?

Thanks for the info

Cryptopia is fine I've used it for a while now. Its a New Zealand exchange that is focusing on a complete platform with market etc. They have a trollbox where people tip coins. Anyone that is in it can tip. Adds some fun to the area.
1578  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: November 27, 2015, 04:26:37 AM
Just throwing it out there as i havent seen it asked but

Why did Bitjohn leave Cryptsy?

He is here answering questions but i havent seen this asked or answered. Was it due to conflicts of interest? ethics? better job offer?

Also why open a china arm if your platform doesnt work correctly for withdraws? Does opening to chinese customers bring in more btc so there are more funds to ease a hidden insolvency? Hey its a curiosity but going on 4 weeks now and cryptsy doesnt address the public outside generic problem statements so i believe we are entitled to speculate.

Also nobody has considered this. Back when the hardware died a few months back there was withdrawal issues. The backend auditing on their redis fooked up and withdrawals went through without check. i know because i tried to withdraw 6-7 million digibyte. i did the email confirm but it never came. i did it 3 more times out of frustration and lo and behold 20 mins later i got 21 million dgb in wallet not 6-7 million. a day later with a neg balance i get a email from horus saying glitch return the dgb or we will get it back through collection agency means and my account was frozen. It was THEIR fuck up not mine. i returned the sgb but believe i was still out 600k through there system. I asked horus through email to look into it and many times in chat box. He said countless times he'll do it personally and never did. If people withdrew from outside countries with no law repercussions and ran with 50-100 btc each this would hurt them right?

If you are reading horus can you kindly do this i asked enough :/ i think me doing the right thing and a personal unfullfilled promise is poor form.

My point on all this is what if others did the same and drained huge amounts of btc from hot wallet? how many btc does the hot wallet have? 200? 2000? This could be a reason and this exacerbated by the btc rise when everyone wanted btc out?

I have the emails, date stamps and transactions i can post if needed. Just another angle.
Im not being a conspiracy nut but i find 4 weeks for any business on a code issue to be fishy. Thoughts?
1579  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: November 26, 2015, 02:42:53 AM
I thank you all for listening and yeah, I have been massively bummed like many many others, I wish I had saved the chats with Garza too. What a liar he turned out to be, perpetrating to be a good honest Christian, hmmn. Still, that's where I am at. It's true I could have sold out at $14, now my coins are worth... pennies, there is still hope and a community in the beast yet.. I have read this thread from day one and just wanted to say hi, I believe in the truth and helping others, whatever the capacity. If you rise above and hide nothing then what can go wrong? We all have values and that's what makes us... us  Grin

There's as much hope as in any other shit coin. Sell now and get some pennies, and look for better investments or keep on wasting your time and money.

and here lies the problem in crypto..

Scam goes down all hell breaks loose.
Victims are left sitting there with worthless crap ponzi tokens.

i smell community take over  Roll Eyes

And with Paycoin they actually planned and announced ahead of time the "community takeover" designed to deflect blame from the fraudsters and that it would be Garza's old BBFL, highschool buddy Adam Matlack, who- by sheer coincidence mind you-  after not being in collusion with Garza to implement the exit plan for this fraud scheme- had somehow decided to convince a group of family and friends to invest $1,000,000 in Paycoin. No deal what so ever. Seriously. If you are so naive as to believe that ridiculous bullshit story/narrative put forth by the fraudsters, that is. I personally think that Garza employed Matlack to play the part of the savior for after the marks started to wake up to the fact that Garza was just ripping them off, and payed him in advance with the "Prime Controllers". See? No Garza? "Totally Legit Shitcoin Now". Right. More like the shittiest, in your face , rob you fucking blind and kick you in the balls and laugh about it shitcoin fraud scheme EVER.

* And then of course, to have the audacity to pre-plan a fake lawsuit to fuck most of the lawsuits heading the fraudsters way through total skullduggery and betrayal of trust by the "moral compass of the Paycoiners", D, Allen Shinners. When I think about what these scumbags are pulling, it really makes me want to fucking puke. Q: Are we not men? A: We are DEVO (De-evolution).

You give garza far too much credit for intelligence. I dont think he had layers of prepared people and exit plans. He just had a scam designed from the start and thought he could run away and nobody would pursue him. Garza isnt smart enough....

1.2m sprouts took 7 days last week. You have to push your numbers up.

 Lips sealed Lips sealed

1 200 000 sprouts took 7 days?! omg!... lol, then i DO need more sprouts... Cry Cry Cry

2 blocks of 1.3 million staked on 5 days within 15 minutes of each other on Saturday probability was 0% but they staked anyway

its just luck I guess

I've found from long term experience that at this point in time the amount of sprouts required for the stake on 5 days has been rising. You still have a chance with lower but if you want it to fire 95% of the time on day 5 at present you need around 750k-800k sprouts. A month ago it was 300k-450k
