1581  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: August 25, 2016, 11:25:26 AM
Hey! Good day i really need some answers because its about gambling in your life and other people are playing for it with heart and i just thought that how can gambling help you with your life? and do you gain something from it? does it help you to be wise or worst your attitude will change.. i need answers please!

it all depends on how you are gambling. and how impressionable you are!

for many people gambling is just a game to have some fun and take some financial risks with their money so maybe win something or maybe not. this way you can only get the enjoyment of the game.

but for many others, gambling is like an addiction and they can not shake it. they think they can become rich with gambling but the only thing they do is losing money because of not thinking straight. these people get their lives ruined.

so which category are you in?
1582  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the easy way to earn 0.01 bitcoin? per day? on: August 25, 2016, 11:21:33 AM
i really don't know what signature campaigns are can anybody explain it here i see threads , but i don't actually get it , i can get it its some kind of advertising right.Huh

i mean the more posts you advertise the more you get paid .?? something like that.??

yes.
this is the list of them here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0
what you do is that you place the code according to your rank in your signature space and continue posting on the forum as you were before, and in the end you get paid for the constructive posts that you have made in that period.
1583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ETC / ETH dead on: August 25, 2016, 11:17:30 AM
There is a vote about the top altcoins.

The Ethereum has about 14% of the votes. The number 2 is Monero has 7%. It is quite usual to see so many ETH supporter

i don't really understand who in his right mind would choose ethereum as a good altcoin when there are many better coins.
of course this is unless they are getting paid to choose ethereum as their vote!
1584  Economy / Speculation / Re: What did I tell you? BTC will stay down under $600 on: August 25, 2016, 11:08:09 AM
just wait until the end of the year to make sure your prediction is right. because I think the potential to rise above $600 is huge for this year, even easy to achieve in the coming months.

end of the year is 4 months away and in these 4 months a lot of things can happen with bitcoin which can make the price go up again at least above $600.
this is why i never like the long term exact predictions about bitcoin, you can only talk about short term with bitcoin.
1585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: August 25, 2016, 11:04:05 AM
Gambling means fast and easy profit, but with huge risk. So i wouldn't recommend you to gamble with huge amount, better invvst that money somewhere ,like in gambling site, so you will get safer profit
True if we use gambling definitely an advantage that we get ketch, but if we invest we will gain great if we invest appropriately. Gambling is just to play the game so I also chose investment because it can be very profitable.
YES absolutely ! I recently made some nice profits in gambling but lost it the second day only because I was gambling, had that been investment I would never be loosing my profits again. The best part with investment is ( if safe ) that you nev3r gonna loose no matter if profits are small and sometimes even zero.

i believe that if you invest the same way you gamble you will lose there too. so it is not about the gambling that you lost in this case but instead it was your mistake. you should have withdrawn the winning profit and continued betting with the remainder of your money not with the profit.

the same thing is also true about trading, if you get greedy and keep holding your altcoins for example even after the price rise, it will some come down and you lose money.
1586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: August 25, 2016, 10:58:47 AM
-snip-
i agree that the referrals commissions are sometimes a lot more than what you can earn yourself but also you have to make a lot of efforts to find those referrals and be lucky enough to find at least one high roller so that your commissions are a decent amount.
That is safe but I don't think we can earn a good amount of money from the referral program of a gambling sites, I have been a member for four gambling sites dice and sports book but until now I have not earn a good amount of money from the referral program. That is safe but not enough to make you happy.

it depends on how you are advertising your referral link and where you are doing it. you can't expect gaining referrals if you are not willing to properly advertise it.

if you want to gather good number of affiliates that are spending money too, you have to advertise it on bitcointalk (cause it is bitcoin gambling related) and also on other forums (which are related to gambling) you an make blogs, website or banner advertising to gather these affiliates.

money doesn't come to your easily!
1587  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin worst decision you will ever make? on: August 25, 2016, 10:54:21 AM
Probably would be investing in some suspicious sites "HYIP's" and thinking I was going to withdraw at the right time, That wasn't the case. I think these bitcoins would have been worth a pretty some if I held them to now.

Wow, that's a decision that is not good. Because it will only make you experience a defeat for long periods of time. I prefer to trade rather than investing in the world online. For I think that majority of investment sites (online) using the system or ponzi HYIPS and it will not give the advantage to me

As we all know that ponzi sites  are really just a waste of money since  we know already that they would definitely run  our money which is  not good  because we only let them to  be rich while we are suffering from losses. Thats why i stay away immediately when i encounter new hyips which promises high return which is really decievingespecially when you are a newbie.
Yes usually their victims are newbies who dont have idea in hyip or ponzi site, its convincing to believe because of the high return they promise. i think some of us has experience in joining and got scammed and i think thats the worst decision that we made.

it is not only newbies, i have sadly seen older members and older experienced people think these sites are actually working and they are so eager to invest in these scam services for a quick profit.

i always say it is a lot better to make a bet on a dice site with a 2x multiplier instead of investing in a bitcoin doubler.
1588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be considered a "high risk investment"? on: August 24, 2016, 01:06:05 PM
I know it isn't an investment, but in the last few years some "high risk" investment funds have appeared, and in them you can either lose it all or earn a lot of money.

Isn't this basically the same as gambling? Wouldn't it be faster to just deposit the amount in a casino? At least you'd be able to spend your earnings much sooner Cheesy

if you are talking about those high reward investments that you can find so many of them these days then i agree with you, it is a lot better to just make a bet on a legitimate casino because you know that the casino (like even a dice game) is no going to scam you because of their provably fair system and it has the same risks as those high investments.
1589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what is definition gambling in your mind? on: August 24, 2016, 01:01:39 PM
gambling must have a couple of factors that are all necessary to be considered as gambling in first place:

1) high risk
2) unknown result, and with no way of predicting it either.
3) money is involved

if what you have in mind doesn't have one of these 3 then it is not gambling. for example trading is not gambling as long as you can predict the results (speculation) to some extent.
1590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My bet is on Litecoin (EDIT: now listed on GDAX!) on: August 24, 2016, 12:56:05 PM
haha, this whole topic is a full on Litecoin pump, i like it. i am super happy because i have been buying when the market was silent and everybody especially FUDseters like @bitcoinlitcoinbtcltc were spreading lies about litecoin Smiley
now everything is ready for the moon and GDAX is only the ignition it needs.
1591  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do 2-of-2 multisig addresses make escrows irrelevant? on: August 24, 2016, 12:52:29 PM
2-of-3 multisig escrow system MAY work if the escrow is trustable. The escrow can easily act as the seller and if the transaction value is high enough, the escrow can run with the funds since he will control 2 of the 3 keys. Even though multisig does help to reduce the risk of the escrow scamming, it is still very possible. 2-of-2 escrow system wouldn't work since either party and refuse to sign.

the whole point of using a multisignature address is to not give all the keys to one person. so if you want the escrow to have both keys then use a regular address of a regular escrow.

2 out of 3 means escrow has only one and each party has one key so nobody can spend the funds alone and it will need 2 person to sign with their keys.
1592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: August 24, 2016, 12:46:08 PM
There is no safe method. That said you can try betting a small amount but you will lose in the end. Its the casino owners who make a profit and the players are the losers.
If gambling was a safe method to earn money then people would not study hard and get jobs to earn money.

Yes, Gambling should not be considered as a source of income cause It doesn't guarantee that you will earn from it. Just gamble for fun and only use your extra money

I would disagree  with you guys because for me every platform is an opportunity  for each one of us to earn some sort of penny.  I think your opinion would only apply if you use to play gambling

I used to gamble before, but I really don't see my self earning.. Maybe you are right, gambling is not for all and for some it is really an opportunity... But anyway, I tried some methods to gamble before, like going all in and that martingale thing, but all of them are not effective to me... It just make me feel frustrated.  Cheesy

As i have said sir that if you used to play gambling then you might really not earn your desired income.  The opportunity  i was telling is that if you said gambling in other ways like building your downlines. Let your referral  gamble for you and earn commissions

i agree that the referrals commissions are sometimes a lot more than what you can earn yourself but also you have to make a lot of efforts to find those referrals and be lucky enough to find at least one high roller so that your commissions are a decent amount.
1593  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: where is going transaction charge ??? on: August 24, 2016, 12:40:25 PM
It goes to the miner (or mining pool) that first confirms the transaction in a new block added to the blockchain.

yeah it is right. but i don't why coinbase and other wallet that the prefix is "3" does not have any transaction fee while blockchain wallet or wallet address that prefix is start from "1"
is always have a transaction fee. can you explain why that two wallet is different in terms of transaction fee? thanks in advance chief

both addresses starting with 1 and 3 are bitcoin addresses and following the same rules as far as sending/receiving bitcoin and fees are concerned

the only difference between the two types of addresses (starting with 1 or 3) is the version of them and they are called multi signature addresses: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Address#Multi-signature_addresses

so even with coinbase, someone is paying the fees to the miners, even if it is not you the service you are using (coinbase) is paying the fees for you.
next time you sent a bitcoin transaction from your coinbase address starting with 3 check the txid in an online block explorer and see the fees for yourself.
1594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much have you gambled? on: August 24, 2016, 12:34:16 PM
I have gambled quite an amount. I have tried out on sport betting, poker, table games, dice games, lottery etc. I end up losing for all the games and even if i follow good advice from sport betting, i end up losing as well.
I have gambled for a long time, but I do not know how much I have already gambled. However, gambled from my own funds? None.
Gambled from free faucets from gambling sites? ALOT. Back then, I'd spend hours in gambling sites using their free faucet bitcoin earning to gamble. Well, my reason for gambling is to have fun anyway, not to lose/make profits.

i am also the same way as you.

but with a small difference that i made some deposits of my own money and some from my signature campaign earning into the gambling sites. but mostly i have been using the free faucet and also the promotional giveaways to gamble with.
1595  Other / Off-topic / Re: How long you in bitcoin world? on: August 24, 2016, 12:30:14 PM

1596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Twitch Re-adds Bitcoin Payments on: August 24, 2016, 12:12:41 PM
I wonder how this would look for sites or maybe the gambling sites now that Twitch finally is using BTC again thru Coinbase. Would this encourage them to follow the move?

But all in all the news is quite encouraging.

twitch is just a streaming site and something like youtube and has nothing to do with games or gambling. and they are not really receiving bitcoin either, you pay with bitcoin but they receive the fiat value of it after the conversion.
1597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Losing 14 bets in a row just now! on dice games on: August 23, 2016, 04:55:58 PM
Thank you all for your valuable response. is there any thread running for free prediction tips on sports betting?if so then please refer me  Undecided

there are many from time to time that start giving some free tips on this board. you have to look for them yourself.
make sure to see their history and performance to make your mind on how good or bad they are on predicting and how good or bad is their tips they give for free.

but also i think it is best if you have some information about the games yourself and not relying 100% on the tips only.
1598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: August 23, 2016, 04:36:44 PM
IMO gambling is gambling as long as it's purely depending on luck and no support for it on other aspects "knowing methods of trading, best methods and ways to earn, specific market analysis", if the trader doesn't know these then it's merely gambling.

No trading and gambling have a very huge difference because on one side where you are betting on your luck and in investment you are actually investing your money WITHOUT ANY RISK for small profits.

you are naive to think that investing money is "without" risk, even for small profits. any kind of investment has some form of risk involved in it otherwise there would have been no profit in it.
even the most secure investment options have some kind of risks in them. and if the business you are investing in says their business is free of risk, they are lying to you or they are ponzi.
1599  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Doomsday Altcoin on: August 23, 2016, 04:22:52 PM

leaving unconfirmed transactions in the 100k+ range.

i do not know where you have brought your 100K unconfirmed transactions, maybe your memepool is different from the rest of the world but in the world that i live in the unconfirmed transactions are still less than 10K

What altcoin do people go to once Bitcoin hits capacity?

people invest in bitcoin and bitcoin only.
traders invest in bitcoin and bitcoin only.
traders also trade altcoins in pump and dumps to make more bitcoin.
1600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best way to make an altcoin to get a high volume and price? on: August 23, 2016, 04:08:26 PM
all the methods that you named here are good and legit ways of advertising your own altcoin and making it popular so the high volume and high price would follow.

but the best way that has been proven to work best is manipulation Cheesy
look at Ethereum and see how it rise up from nothing, because they own most of the coins and can manipulate the price in any way they like!!
