161  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 BC.GAME - CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK | $1,000 GIVEAWAY LIVE! 🔥🔥🔥 on: April 18, 2024, 04:01:50 PM
I am late in the thread and found your posts. The way it seems right now, you seem to be stating you are satisfied because a mutually acceptable solution has been found. Considering this was your only one incident and it was resolved hopefully in a timely manner, I hope you continue to have a smooth time when using the services they provide.

Thank you that we found a solution.

Once again I would like to say that this was the only time I had a problem with BC.Game.
Otherwise, this is the perfect provider. Great selection, fast deposit and withdrawal.
162  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ POLL ] The Unification Fight: FURY vs USYK 18th MAY 2024 re-scheduled on: April 18, 2024, 03:50:56 PM
His current physical condition seems to be questionable. It does look as though he has lost  lot of weight, a bit too lean and that could mean a big disadvantage because Fury does have a tendency to use his size and weight to pressure opponents by leaning in to them. You would presume it is going to help Fury will be active and fast with his fists but after his recent fights how many people think he is actually going to win?

Have you seen the pictures where it showed that Tyson Fury has presently lost much weight?
163  Economy / Exchanges / Re: TASTY Changer is a convenient exchange service with up-to-date rates and fast cu on: April 18, 2024, 12:15:27 PM
Be very careful about any campaign manager offering any service. Before agreeing any deal use the Services board here to search around.

If you intend to run a signature campaign my advice would be to completely dismiss any campaign manager that was happily promoting a money laundering business after it was made clear they would eventually be seized by international law enforcement agencies. Eventually the forum administrator decided to ban mixers as that was the straw that broke the camels back.

Moving on, as for the website itself, there seems to be work required. Not being able to exchange BTC (even though the option is there), is counter-productive. It will be interesting to read your replies to the questions posed here before more feedback can be given.

TASTY Changer is a convenient exchange service with up-to-date rates and fast currency exchange.

After reading the post a couple of questions do rightfully come to mind. How are those funds being spent apart from paying for the regular server/hosting fees and moderators salary? If the forum reserves are sufficient enough to buy an island, one will always ask the question about why the new/updated forum was never completed.

What exactly are the donated funds going to be spent on?

The forum reserves should be good enough to buy an island.

Maybe it is time to start our own republic somewhere in the ocean.

That way we can tell the US to gf himself.
165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Opinion: Embracing Bitcoin Satoshis for Everyday Transactions on: April 18, 2024, 11:39:52 AM
In all honesty, as the way the situation currently stands, it is impractical to use Bitcoin for everyday transactions simply because of the associated transaction fees. I am still waiting for the OP to explain a little about his personal circumstances which would have been pivotal in his thinking when he decided to create this thread.

I tried to find a specific post where Jambler was mentioned but I guess that does not matter now. Jambler has been disallowed, that is the end of the matter.

As for your losses or potential losses, I have read several posts about the numbers you point to and I genuinely feel sorry about that. That bespoke signature arrangement you had was quite some deal. I have no idea about US laws and how they affected your income and associated tax but I hope you find other revenue streams soon.

The thread will always be an active reference points but sufficient time must have passed by now for the message to have filtered through therefore the thread might better be served if it is locked. Several recent posts here certainly should not have been allowed to remain. The quality of some of the posts are of a sub-standard enough level to be called in to question.

To avoid disruption, there will be a grace period: Nothing will change until Jan 1, 2024.

Well theymos added jambler to the mix. So likely we need it to stay open in case more is added to ban mix.

With The activation of new federal laws in the USA 🇺🇸 theymos will need to step carefully.

Here is hoping that things go in a better direction sooner than later .

The mixer ban cost me 6 or 7k as I lost that signature.
The USA laws that activated this year cost me 40k mining income maybe less maybe more.
It has been a difficult 2024 so far.
168  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Philippines bans Binance on: April 17, 2024, 09:53:07 PM
If they are facing issue in a number of countries after the drama between them and the SEC, they will not have an easy ride. There are too many countries, each with their own rules/regulations that I think Binance is not respected and trusted as much as the owners believe it is and it clearly has very little clout when it comes to those making the political decisions.

Other exchanges should keep an eye on the situation because of it is Binance under the microscope today, it could be their exchange being scrutinised tomorrow.

They basically made it impossible for Australians to deposit at Binance. The big four banks here have stopped the ability to deposit to Binance.

To be fair, this is a good thing. Binance is a dodgy exchange (like many); you should only have your coins in a wallet. Don't gamble them through an exchange.
169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2023/2024 on: April 17, 2024, 09:34:10 PM
Well, for neutrals the best thing that could happen (in order to keep the excitement factor going) is for Manchester City to drop points in their next game and for Liverpool and Arsenal to win their games. It would an anti-climax to the end of the season if any one team broke free and raced to the title without being chased.

There are still a lot of points to be won and lost both at the top and bottom of the Premier League table.
170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Opinion: Embracing Bitcoin Satoshis for Everyday Transactions on: April 17, 2024, 09:27:49 PM
I am highly sceptical when reading these types of posts from newbie accounts. I see them as nothing more than attempts at trying to fish for merits but that is another matter.

Tell us about you since you are concerned enough with embracing sats for everyday transactions. How often do you use Bitcoin? How will your usage affect your transaction fees when spending?

172  Economy / Reputation / Re: There is an abuse of merit on: April 17, 2024, 04:45:50 PM
It is very sad to understand that people use the forum as a golden antelope, from which it is necessary to pump out as much as can be pumped without paying any attention to any qualities of human morality.
You have captured the sentiment aptly. For some of the members here in the forum, it seems clear there are no limits to their depravity (and displaying any qualities of human morality would be the furthest thing from their mind as they try to get merits in their quest to join campaigns and add to their farmed accounts).

I also noticed this post, which screams about the hypocrisy of people who do not take something to heart but only want personal gain.
And again... I went through all the participants in the Bitcoin Node competition, but I’m not even surprised that almost all the brethren of the country which love to bake pizza and skillfully carve pumpkins gathered there. I won’t name this location, but most likely there will always be plenty of merit hunters there.
And yes, in May there will be a pizza competition again. I think we will see more than one new alternative “talented” account. Roll Eyes
People would have thought it does some skill to carve pumpkins and bake pizzas but some members here have displayed unbelievable talent.

The pizza competition as well as the other events have been abused on multiple occasions. If I am able to I will keep an eye on those threads and if necessary will give relevant tags but that is another issue for another day. As for the current, I am glad the Elissa~sH was caught out.
173  Economy / Reputation / Re: There is an abuse of merit on: April 17, 2024, 09:47:56 AM
The disgusting gutter level lows that some people will go in order to seek merits has never surprised me but watching two accounts that were relative newbies at the time creating absolutely unnecessary threads about forum members (one deceased and one dying), was an eye opener. I find their behaviour repulsive.

One of those threads was created by the Elissa~sH account and I posted my disappointment on 10th March 2024:  o_e_l_e_o Such a life you will build/Laugh at death You will cry.

I do not believe this is a case of a single alt-account, The Elissa~sH account displayed key components of behaviour that showed with reasonable it is part of an account farming business.
174  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚖️ Crypto Gambling Foundation ⚖️ - Fair Gambling For All on: April 16, 2024, 10:33:31 PM
Unfortunately, you were not the owner of Bustabit when the 2 BTC was paid for the licence but are having to deal with something from the legacy. It is very good to see you are continuing a high level of customer services in the same manner that the previous owner/operator did.

Keeping that aside, I have some reservations about the claim being made about the licence. Regardless of the background issues he states he is going through, it seems the claim is being made because he wants to re-sell the licence back and receive the same payment (in BTC) that it was purchased for. Failing that, the secondary plan to validate the licence is the next best thing. By not having a written contract clearly stating the definitions, it was probably going to cause issues later one day.

It will be interesting to see the next update.

I have spoken to a lawyer, and I've been told that legally I have absolutely nothing, and the original writer of the code has legal rights to require the discontinuation of the code at any time.

Could you please have your lawyer contact me on leo@bustabit.com and reference the details of the sold license? I will happily, free of any additional charges, work with your lawyer to provide all the guarantees you or your broker require (i.e. signing the necessary contracts, permissions, licenses, etc.).

176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2023/2024 on: April 16, 2024, 06:41:29 PM
What message are Liverpool and Arsenal sending out when they lost their games one day after Manchester City had an emphatic 5-1 win over Luton Town? What is even more surprising is that both teams were playing their games at home therefore had the backing of home fans. Though Manchester City are now favourites by most to win the title, there are seven games to go and still many things could change.

It is not over yet, the title race is still open. If Manchester City drop points, I am sure Liverpool and/or Arsenal will take an opportunity to close the gap at the top.
177  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC dip again? on: April 16, 2024, 06:22:24 PM
If the title of the thread is something that can be repeated and rinsed (admittedly this is not my only post here), then I have to state I am not surprised to see Bitcoin fall. It will of course eventually reach that all-important $100,00 milestone one day but for now the dip is in process. Considering it was above $70,000 but is now at $62,500, I would be inclined to think this is an ongoing dip.
178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ POLL ] The Unification Fight: FURY vs USYK 18th MAY 2024 re-scheduled on: April 15, 2024, 11:00:54 PM
One of the things Wilder complained about during their trilogy was that Fury was lean on to him and by using his weight he forced Wilder to use energy to try to push back. I am unsure how Usyk would handle that tactic if it were employed by Fury but he was successful when he shrugged off Joshua when he was clinging on in their fights.

And with his size, it can also be used as a tool, in the Wilder fight, Fury has a weight advantage of 42 lbs, and if he weight this much here, it will be clearly like a CW in Usyk, fighting a super Heavyweight and it will illustrate in this fight as he will used all that to push Usyk and put him in the corner.
179  Economy / Reputation / Re: If you were a campaign manager would you select these members for campaigns? on: April 15, 2024, 10:53:06 PM
It is good to read the activity in the thread but unfortunately no names have been added to the mix. Hopefully members will add a name or two and allows to read what they are doing and if it even warrants the amount of pay they are receiving from campaigns as they spam their way to meeting their signature quota.

Hopefully some names might be added to further the discussion.
180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2023/2024 on: April 15, 2024, 10:46:20 PM
