But then we still have some casino that has lesser KYC law, and will just look away from VPN usage and big withdrawal does not demand KYC.
Yep, some casinos aren't strict with the KYC policy. But you won't be able to avoid the KYC verification process if any of them ask you to do that. KYC verification is requested by the casino if a player break some specific terms. Most of the casino doesn't allow the usage of VPN. You may use it at OwlGames by taking the permission from their support. But you shouldn't do it if you are from a restricted region. However, KYC policy is applied by most of the casinos now for big withdrawals.
Yeah, I think owl.games is among the casinos that are not so stringent in the area of KYC., at least, for the few occasions I've played on their casino, I've played and withdrawed freely without any notice of kyc of any kind.

And speaking on the issue of VPN, reputable casinos that allow users to use VPN are very few, Infact some always allow it when they are still very new to the gambling market, but ones they achieved a certain level of success, they ban its usage, and I think the reason for gamblers wanting to use VPN is to bypass their country's ban on gambling, why should anyone in a supported region still opt to using VPN?
I usually don't play on new casino but it is possible that new casino are trying to loosen their ToS in order to attract new users and to as much as possible avoid someone posting something bad about them on certain things like VPN. There are players who are using VPN as their own internet protection and we can't blame them if they use it even their country don't have the restriction to play on that casino. I believe that this can backfire to the casino but I guess the damage that will be done if they tighten up their ToS is manageable knowing that it works to other casino.
1622  Economy / Gambling / Re: making 500-1000usd daily in poker must read i need a partner! on: December 25, 2022, 08:33:21 PM
I hope someone didn't fall for this potential scam. There are many red flags and one of them is posting like this and asking for a "partnership" that will provide him funds to gamble which majority of the gamblers doesn't do especially if you are advertising yourself a good poker player. Generating money is probable if you know you are a really good poker player and you can even grow the $10 bankroll you have into a 4 digit money. So why you ask for funding if you really are a good player?

Too many red flag, Addition to that is no one will lend or even partner up on a newbie rank here.
1623  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hi i been doing binance futures for quite long time here is my idea on: December 25, 2022, 07:48:20 PM
Here is my idea i create my Telegram chat group where we can trade together like team.
I do TA analysis there and we trade together.
I been doing binance futures for quite long time.
And i do btc analysis aswell but recently btc price quite stalled sideways.

The idea will be Like patronage when members can donate after successful trade or If they did learn something new.

If you ask me do i get involved pmp schemes i have to tell you i do not.
Even If you are first one in pmp the market can be volatile and you can lose a lot money very fast.
If you trading based on some sort of decent analyse then you can get more decent results.

So it is like trading view where people shares their own analysis and speculations on different pairs? I know that there are some people who tried doing this and I somehow joined a channel that is doing this. They are not doing pump and dump scheme knowing that they are more focus and sticks on famous pairs which is hard to be manipulated. I'm just a viewer there are somehow the channels becomes a paid channel after many successful signals. I guess it's because they don't receive donations for their insights or they feel that they don't get rewarded. I don't know if they still exist now since I last seen them few years ago. I don't think your plan will go well unless you find a good team that is active and willing to trade with you. Though, I doubt that you will find someone here.
1624  Economy / Gambling / Re: A way to attract new users or a misunderstanding? on: December 25, 2022, 06:41:49 PM
There are still people who are faking their identity in KYC since I can still see some advertisements that someone is paying for a service on doing KYC. There will still be people who will try to beat the system no matter how hard the process it would be.
Gambling sites do not verify selfie photos or face verification so they can be used to fake KYC identities, some users do that to avoid giving their real identities and they always do that for every casino that KYC is requested for, identity falsification cannot be traced on casino systems or even exchanges centralized but using fake identities is also risky because if your device is hacked or your device has been stolen then we lose access to accounts, emails and passwords so it is important that the KYC factor restores them.
Maybe verification with selfie photos or face verification, as done by exchanges, has not been implemented in casinos. Still, there is a possibility that it will also be applied in the future if there are many cases of abuse of verification or identity forgery. But for now, if a user wants to hide their identity, they should look for a casino that provides the facility to link their account to their personal wallet so they won't be asked to verify even though the casino will still ask them to verify later.
There's a high chance that the KYC verification will level up in the upcoming years knowing that it is easy to falsify an identity and with our latest technology, Even selfie verification and face verification can be faked. I wonder if deep fake is used on a verification by someone and if it passed the KYC. I wonder how do the casino fight those who are doing Fake KYC and how can they identify if someone is doing it on their casino. It is more easy to fake an ID now compared on the past years.
1625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If your friend would tell you this... on: December 25, 2022, 05:42:11 PM
If I were in that situation I would basically reject the invite. I personally don't like to play with other people money since I know it can ruin your relationship if things go worst. But if I have 10k and trying to make it 65k, I would normally start at lower bets. I've tried big bets before but I prefer small bets like 10-30$ that make me last in the table for long and enjoy my time with it. 10k is big enough for me to play in different gambling games such as blackjack, poker, roulette and even crash game.
1626  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading With Borrowed Funds!!! on: December 25, 2022, 04:46:35 PM
It is true that some people have become rich through crypto trading in the recent times. But considering the high risk involved in trading, do you think it's proper/wise to trade with borrowed funds as your capital irrespective of your trading experience?
In my opinion, It's not wise to use other people money or something that you lend to be used as a funds in trading or anything related in crypto. Personally I don't like borrowing money unless it's an emergency and a life and death situation. My idea is using other people money can put you into pressure into not losing and sometimes make your original plan unfollowed. I don't like putting additional weight from the risk of trading this is why I don't recommend people to use other people money into trading even if they have the necessary experience in trading.
1627  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Free crypto possible ? Or impossible? on: December 24, 2022, 09:14:38 PM
If we talk free, There are free crypto of course but that doesn't mean it has a value that will make you want more of that free stuff. There are still airdrops existing but worthy airdrops today do have requirements to do in order to be eligible to them. The easier you get is the worthless it could be. Don't expect that you will get rich in those free crypto. It would be better to offer your skills and try to work so that you can buy crypto and earn crypto from there. Chasing free money is a waste of time, You will end up losing your valuable time in exchange of some pennies.
1628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Go-to casino on: December 24, 2022, 08:32:35 PM
Likewise I've also come across accusations on some of this casinos in which i never seen any tangible evidence to use against them despite some forum members complained that they have bad reputation but I've never experienced one, just like in the because of trust dice , this are casinos we all believed are in good function which are evident to the eye, they've got good reviews and services along with their representative present on the forum to see to the affairs of things regarding the casino, i can spell it all over again that trust dice is one of the best as at present to choose or recommend for someone.

Well, we cannot forget that in all places there is always someone who makes nonsensical accusations for the mere fact of envying the site, generally when they make them they do not have clear arguments and they usually do everything in a bad way so that they tarnish the reputation of the site, but what I say is the following, no site is interested in things going wrong for them, but this should already be seen as something normal, in a jugalk way I like to see the positive of each site and the opinion of each bettor, of each player, but for me it is key because they have already had previous experience.

It also maybe the work of another casino trying to bring down that certain casino by spreading fake accusations to them. The competition of casino industry is steep and everyone is trying to be better for for good and some casino might have been used some dirty tricks to pin down other casino. It is pretty obvious if someone is just tarnishing the reputation of a certain casino. Just like you mention, Almost all of the proof are baseless and doesn't make sense which can be consider as defamation. It's a good thing that most of the members here are fair in terms of judging the scenario and always siding up to the most sensible side.
1629  Economy / Gambling / Re: Researching for Upcoming Game on: December 24, 2022, 07:51:19 PM
Currently, there are online casinos that don't require KYC but I don't know in the future because they may change their rules if the regulators ask them to perform KYC on all their members. We still have casinos that don't require KYC so we can still use them without worrying that they will ask for KYC. But we also need to be prepared to provide KYC if the casino asks for it and if we don't want to do that, we can look for another casino as a backup.

Yes, expect that full centralization will hit crypto-gambling sites too just as happened in most crypto exchanges today where before, users can freely withdraw money there without any form of verification. But on a side note, crypto-gambling sites should not be treated exactly the same as a crypto exchange that's why for gambling sites, KYC should only be a requirement or being asked for certain instances but not as mandatory.

Part also of being a legal business to operate, crypto-gambling sites have no choice but to follow anything according to law.
If the casinos could choose, they would choose as you say. But unfortunately, this is not the case because the regulator will pressure the casinos to comply with the regulator's wishes. And we as gamblers must also obey the wishes of the casino if we still want to play gambling and withdraw the winning money. And hopefully, this regulation won't happen in the near future or only applies to gamblers who play gamble with big money, while small gamblers can be free from doing KYC or not required to do KYC.

The big problem is always because of the KYC, you can have the best casinos, but when there are many demands, sometimes people don't like it, it's like a lot of control, for me that's something normal, complying with KYC At this point, it's not that much of a bother for me anymore, but I've seen many players who are almost whales that it does cause them trouble, although there are casinos that are usually our favorites and when they ask us for KYC, we simply do it without any problem, the The most common problem occurs when we have or enter a new casino and they demand KYC from us very quickly and with great demand, I don't like that anymore because it does not have any type of reptation or trust, and that data can be used to other purposes.
Maybe gamblers weigh the trust and experience they have on that casino. Personally, I have submitted KYC on some of my favorite casino and I don't bother it that much given that it is pretty normal nowadays but for me it would be hard to give my identity to some new random casino who are just starting up. It is understandable that casino need to ask for KYC because of regulations, license, anti-cheat bla bla bla but they need to work it out to gather the trust of their gamblers, New casino will really have the hard time in this given that they are new and don't have the reputation to show in the gambling community.

Note: I still hate KYC.
1630  Economy / Gambling / Re: Any Casino Android software on: December 24, 2022, 07:23:08 PM
It will be but using web browser is preferable. Website is more matured compared to Android app. When you play game on a PC screen because of it wideness and easy navigation of the keys, and one of the advantages of using the app is that, you can only use it in Android phones and also not all the Android phones accept casino apps. But it f it is a website, it works in all devices. Both in Android and PC. The characters of the game is bigger in PC.
Still, the website is more comfortable than the android application, I have used this application with several casinos that have provided it, but it is a little inconvenient because there are still many bugs that are not perfect, whereas it is different when entering directly into the website, it will be easier for all the navigation in show let alone play on a PC it is much bigger than the screen and it becomes my comfort there.

Even on cellphones, it can be displayed in desktop mode as long as through the website it becomes better than the application used to play.
So at that time, you no longer use any application at the casino even though the casino has provided it.

I've also tried using a mobile casino app provided by the casino and there has been trouble with it which I think is risky especially if we have a high bankroll. Website is better and easier to use because we can access it on any device and gadget anytime.
Maybe that's also the reason why gamblers always prefer websites over mobile apps because of the convenience and comfort that it gives.
I myself also prefer playing on a website. It gives the accessibility no matter what kind of device we are using. Android application has it's own pros and cons but I think it has more cons that pros if we compare it to a website. There's also other risks in it like someone trying to clone the application and act like a phishing site which is very dangerous to the gambler. I'm sure that there are people who prefers playing on an application for because of their own reasons but I believe that the majority of the gambling community would prefer a website based casino.
1631  Economy / Gambling / Re: A way to attract new users or a misunderstanding? on: December 24, 2022, 06:56:50 PM
I agree with your point of view, It's true that in recent years there have been several cases of laundering stolen money through online casinos or crypto assets.
So don't be surprised if casino sites require conditions to make KYC.
Parties from the casino also do not want to be involved and be harmed in any form by the laundering of stolen money carried out by irresponsible persons.
And the criminal is submitted someone KYC that he bought from a person who sold his identity since he's poor. Does casino asking KYC will prevent from money laundering? nope, does KYC make the criminal harder to do bad thing? yes. This mean asking KYC is useless if the criminal know how to escape from it. Now we have blockchain analysis who can track someone coins, but they still can't catch those criminals since they're more clever.
A criminal certainly has many ways to escape and be free from his crime case.
But at least KYC can minimize this crime.
Indeed, it's actually easy to buy someone's identity to be able to make KYC and abuse it.
But in my opinion, in today's era, there are many smart people who don't want to sell their identity. Many of them are starting to realize and have thoughts and understanding of the importance of maintaining identity so that it is not known by others because it can be misused and in the end we are the ones who are harmed.

With todays internet popularity, many have been aware on what kind of risk is selling their identity to others but sometimes others have no choice especially if it is their only choice in order to survive their daily lives. KYC is not bullet proof but yes it makes criminals to do extra steps in committing their crime. There are still people who are faking their identity in KYC since I can still see some advertisements that someone is paying for a service on doing KYC. There will still be people who will try to beat the system no matter how hard the process it would be.
1632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't buy altcoins because they are top altcoins on: December 23, 2022, 08:20:18 PM
As new projects are born, Those who are on the top are trying hard to improve or maintain their spot and new projects are trying to climb into the TOP coins. I believe that bitcoin will always be number one in rankings and the number 2 spots is the one that all altcoins are fighting for to grab. Being removed from a high spot doesn't mean that the project is going downfall, There are projects that are being better with it's marketcap and over all volume because of the support of the community but sometimes it is temporary and projects can't maintain it since it is driven by hype.

Being on the top doesn't mean it is a bullet proof project, Just like FTX and LUNA those coins are on the top but now they are one of the biggest fraud on crypto. But it is better to pick and choose altcoins on the top 100 than those shtcoins out there.
1633  Other / Archival / Re: who played here? on: December 23, 2022, 07:29:58 PM
When you're in doubt about a casino and you did your research, just don't go on them. I haven't heard of and tried that casino and I don't go and play there if I do have not that much information on them. In fairness, to the design, I seem to like it but that's just all about the design.
And when a casino that's been asked doesn't have a thread here, there's a bigger chance that many isn't aware of it and you're on your own shoe to try it or better be safe not to.
that's right, if in doubt, you shouldn't because there are still many casinos that are reputable and already have a lot of users. but if you just want to try there's nothing wrong but with very small funds and if you find any suspicions please share so that no one experiences the same thing.

But bets with a small value may not be felt with the impact you want. it depends on how brave you are to take big risks so that everything goes smoothly. but if the money you have is only to buy rice you should not do it.

I have read many opinions of players who do not recommend playing in a casino that are not typical of having any thread here in the forum for the best protection, I pay attention to all those things, it is not that I have lost a lot of money in casinos that are fraudulent , but if I have lost a little money, and it hurts me that they have stolen it, even if it is 10 dollars, 10 usd hurts me because it is hard for me to earn it, 10 dollars may not mean much, but it is better to have 10 dollars in my pockets than not having any.

The casinos that steal are malicious, the money that they obtain should not pay them and also anyone who does wrong will do badly.

Always choose a casino that has a good reputation, Having an ANN thread here doesn't mean they have a reputation but most casino here are taking care of their ANN thread to have a good reputation in and out of this forum. Remember that 1xbit is a well known scam casino in this forum and they have a ANN thread here and even a signature campaign that is currently running. Making research is a must especially if you plan on playing on a casino for a long time and spending some money time in it. No one likes their money to get stolen this is why we need to protect ourselves by doing research in casinos we want to play. When I do some researching, It typically don't last more than 10 mins so I think it's a small effort that is very important in our gambling experience.
1634  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Planning to implement BTC payment for my business but I have a question on: December 23, 2022, 06:48:06 PM
Guys I am looking forward to implementing crypto payment for my business, I am a fashion designer and I want to start accepting bitcoin first but my question is how can I create a barcode of my wallet address on a paper and put it on the wall so that my customers can just scan it and send my payment instead of asking for my Bitcoin address every time...
That's a nice move. You might consider using QR code instead of barcode. QR code is widely in use right now and most of the smartphones today can read QR code compared to the barcode. Most wallets today have a  QR code address generator which can be use for receiving bitcoins. I also suggest to use static bitcoin address for receiving payments given that there might be a unseen confusion when you audit your sales. But if you have a wallet address in mind to use on your sales, You can follow @bitmover instructions
1635  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DUCKDICE.IO DEAD SUPPORT AND UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM on: December 23, 2022, 06:18:41 PM
The report of OP doesn’t have proof and only words though which means it’s very hard to conclude despite I’m always against bringing back the Duckdice reputation to neutral again as second chance for them. This sucks but I’m not expecting any clear resolved on this issue if they are already dodging the OP concern through CS.

I am surprised that OP is spending time here to reply on the forum and he claims to lost a huge amount of funds by losing his phone but he did not care to provide any proof! OP should have at least any sort of screenshots to provide on the thread while we all here are involved in that discussion though screenshots can be manipulated but at least we have something to look at.
I think you misunderstood what is on the OP. From what I understand, OP lost a huge amount from the gambling he did in duckdice and not on losing his phone. OP lost other of his assets because of the lost phone  but yeah duckdice this thread isn't for that. OP is asking to regain his account back to claim the bonus and other incentives he has due to his gambling activities last month as I believe OP is doing it to recover some of losses from the incident of losing his phone. I also think that it is somehow hard to provide proofs if he can't access his account. OP is just asking to get an access to his account again. OP is partly to blame given that he didn't secure even the account password he have to access his account but I think he still has the right to claim those bonuses since he acquired it, It is unjust if the casino take advantage of their customer tragedy and not give them access to the account.
1636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should be very careful with alts on: December 23, 2022, 05:51:44 PM
I think OP is pertaining to the altcoins that are born during the bull market. Let's be honest, Majority of the altcoin that are made during the bull market are now dead and has low to zero value today. The altcoins that are created during bull market are mostly hype driven and we have seen a lot of rug pulls more than ever in the history of crypto and addition to that is projects are hugging influencers partnerships rather than project development which is the opposite of successful crypto project.
1637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just how bad is the bear market right now? on: December 23, 2022, 05:20:17 PM
Just how bad is the bear market right now?
Historically low prices have endured for a longer period of time in the present bear market cycle than in any other.
This bear market is so bad for short term and long term users especially for those whose first entry was above 50k . DCA is best option but I think if someone start DCA from 50k now fund will be also zero. I have sold all my tokens before December and now feeling very cool. I think we can see BTC Below 12k which will be another blow For Holders.
It is bad for those who purchase near ATH. But I believe it isn't that bad if we talk long term since most of us believe that BTC will surpass it's all time high next bull market. The only consequence of those who bought at higher price and doing long term is the bigger profit opportunity they can achieve when bitcoin finally surpass it's ATH. I also don't think that it is a bad thing for holders that bitcoin will take another dip especially if the holder is accumulating, A long term holder wouldn't mind their asset value for now if they plan on holding it for a long time. Prices are expected to go down at bear market and big dips are expected that's why I will not be shock if the market still go down.
1638  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Have anyone heard Bitsler.com? on: December 22, 2022, 06:51:15 PM
Is this thread made to just advertise bistler? I haven't heard something from bitsler long time ago and I also stopped playing on that casino for years now. I just see a sense why bitsler is on the title while the topic is a personal story about losing on a casino. OP should change the title to avoid confusing or deletion of this thread.

It's nice that you stop doing gambling at that time since you risk your money for some game that you don't have idea how it works. I also believe that you will continue losing money if you continue doing gambling at that time after I assume that you are rushing on things like learning the concept of dice first before playing.
1639  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: December 22, 2022, 06:27:08 PM
In my opinion, all complaints should be taken seriously as long as they are presented with evidence. Blockchain transaction IDs along with screenshots and any chat history can provide excellent proof when it comes to backing up an allegation of wrongdoing. If that stage ever comes, then it should not matter if the casino involved is a big reputable one or a new one starting out, they should respond to the allegation and then allow others from the forum to post in the Scam Accusation thread based on what they have read.

I also think that if you pay attention to complaints, then first of all you need to look at the evidence, scans of the cabinet, payment documents. Only in this case, the complaint can be taken seriously and taken into account.
A serious possible scam victim would show proofs or other backup document to support their claims. Posting a proofs doesn't hurt a victim this is why I think those accusation that doesn't have any proof or any supporting documents isn't valid and should not receive an attention to the accusation they are doing. I believe that it is one of the casino responsibility to respond to those scam accusation against them or if they didn't, the consequence that they will face could escalate into losing a big number of customer which is a crucial problem to them. I agree with @tranthidung that most of the accusation is about the TOS.
1640  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about these hyped projects for 2023? on: December 22, 2022, 05:55:38 PM
I don't plan on joining the wave of hype projects next year since I'm assuming that it would be still bear market next year and the price action won't be good for most of the tokens including those hype coins. Just like others, Collecting fundamentally strong coins such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and others would be a great move headed towards the upcoming bull market. I also think it's pretty early to guess what kind of future does the hype coins will go in the future. Those hypecoins should be aligned with the trend for them to rise. The hype won't make a coin rise during the bear market.
