I don't know why you replied to a post that is about 7 months old, but you didn't write anything smart considering how people who use their brains (still) communicate on this forum. I don't understand your thinking about "beautifying posts" with AI, because in the end it's not you, but some machine processed your post and released its "beautified" version. As for those academics you mention, I would not agree that this is something completely normal, but as we see, it is becoming the "new normal" more and more. Those who invented all those AI chat bots want it to become normal and to get into every pore of society in order to profit even more from it, but in which direction does it actually lead? It is not the first account from which an idea of tolerating AI posting is forced through the idea of using bots for improving the grammar. I guess some farmer of multiple accounts is very disappointed being caught with his AI posting and now tries to legitimize AI posts anyhow to abuse the forum with more of low quality posts written by bots to get some rewards for that and not being punished. It is a subject of earning for him so he is trying to make others to doubt that AI posts are not okay in any way. |

Ну, формально он для себя метки проставил среди тех, кто заявлялся на участие в кампаниях на подписные, а то, что он оказался достаточно авторитетным менеджером, что его мнение учитывалось и другими менеджерами, говорит о том, что не с бухты-барахты всем подряд он подобную метку лепил. Оспорить-то попытаться можно всегда, но редко когда теги ставятся настолько не по делу, что успешно оспариваются. Часто при попытке оспорить у оспаривающих выплывают другие косяки. Не так давно один товарищ с подобной меткой участвовал в кампании против борьбы с ИИ-постингом. Теперь эту кампанию с разных аккаунтов продвигают под видом улучшения качества постов: дескать, если их поймают, то они это написали сами, а бот попросили только грамматику поправить. Очень уж хочется продолжать пользоваться ботами. Так что, подозреваю, что не зря тогда эти ребята оказались с тегами за сомнительный постинг. Вероятно, это в значительной мере были аккаунты ботоводов, а тогда эта проблема стояла ещё острее, чем сейчас. |

Обычно это влияет очень сильно, потому что работа задаёт определённые рамки, в которые начинает приходиться вписываться. Рамки времени, рамки места, рамки статуса и многое другое. Если вы едете просветиться в индийский ашрам на полгодика в силу безработности, то можете там даже бомжевать, никаких проблем. А если вы с трудом вырвали две недели отпуска, то тратить неделю в одну сторону и неделю в другую сторону на более дешёвый транспорт окажется уже недопустимым. И подобных вилок окажется гораздо больше, чем кажется с начала. |

Do you know what's frustrating? Not being recognized for your work. That's the main problem with our local thread. I have done multiple translations for Gazeta. And every time, it took more than 10 days. And unfortunately, all my translation got buried in previous pages. Four, five posts, and your posts get buried. That's what makes me sad. The whole point was to spread awareness of the topic I translated. But I doubt if anyone ever saw or took time to read those. Only if we had our own local board, we wouldn't have this problem. Even if 10 people read my translation, I would have peace.
If you are really interested in the topic you translated you can talk about the things brought up in there in your next posts and also give a link to that post with a translation. Interlining different topics and posts is good for forum if they are informative and useful. It's not what I do on everyday basis, but it happens regulary when I link to some of my previous topics or posts if there is some additional info or interesting discussion connected to what is actual in ongoing thread. Как-то выглядит это жжж очень неспроста, как говорил известный персонаж. Вот чую, что неспроста, но пока не очень догнал, куда это погонит ветер в парусах BTC, в чём хитрость манипуляций. Но, похоже, боковик-таки заканчивается, и скоро мы за границы 25-35к всё-таки выскочим не просто посмотреть, как там, а уже более осязаемо. Как раз и год к концу подходит, самое время начинать! |

Но я, по своим ощущениям, так сказать по гамбургскому счёту, то есть по чесноку, понял, что мне комфортно было бы получать несколько 1000 долларов США в месяц. Причём именно направляя их на различные сферы своей жизни. Есть идеи и потребности.
Если говорить в принципе о жизни, то разумеется только деньгами тут не исчерпывается. Нужно структурированное свободное время. Нужна энергия и здоровье. Нужна свобода. Нужна чистая совесть. Нужна самореализация.
Вот на взаимосвязь между этими двумя вещами я и обращаю внимание. Мне работающему нужна ежемесячно одна сумма, мне не работающему достаточно будет другой суммы. Несколько тысяч долларов у вас это расчёты при текущем положении вещей. Не стоит забывать, что при более интенсивной работе на достижение определённого уровня дохода будет меняться и спектр потребностей, а также нередко их стоимость. Здесь зависимость непрямая. А достичь баланса по доходам и свободному времени очень мало кому удаётся. Могу пожелать, чтобы вам это удалось, но на самом деле не очень в это верю. Поэтому в этой теме под увольнением практически все говорят про увольнение «с завода» и переход к самостоятельному ненормированному впахиванию, потому что в рентную жизнь мало кто серьёзно верит. |

Это всё очень условно и дико оторвано от жизни. В реальной стране, например, в РФ, общество сильно расслоено по доходу. Допустим, рассчитали сумму в ББД как 100 долларов в месяц. Для кого-то это просто «закрыть первые ступеньки». Для кого-то — радостный повод вообще никогда не работать. Да, многие в провинции глухой именно столько и получают. А высокооплачиваемые работники в мегаполисе, например, депутаты и чиновники вообще не будут считать это деньгами.
По итогу:
- для кого-то вертолёт;
- для кого-то первые хотелки;
- для кого-то туалетная бумага.
И в чём проблема? Смысл никогда и не был в каком-то «справедливом» распределении средств на всех, чтобы каждый их почувствовал одинаково. Смысл в том, что при высвобождении огромных масс людей из с низкооплачиваемых и непрестижных работ не заниматься выдумыванием новых низкооплачиваемых и непрестижных работ, а дать возможность обществу вырасти на новый этап развития. Кто получает много, и для кого это как слону дробинка, ну, получат свою порцию и отнесут в благотворительную организацию, если захотят. Коррупция и эмоциональная зависимость масс страшнее, чем некоторое перераспределение в не самом эффективном направлении. Тут мы возвращаемся к тем 3-м пунктам, о которых я недавно тут писал. ББД имеет смысл если государство живёт в основном или всецело на ренту от ископаемых; если все более-менее одинаково бедны и если вокруг нет сильно бедных соседей. Во всех остальных случаях ББД бессмыслен. Бессмыслен и в этих случаях, но чуть меньше.
Если общество живёт не на ренту, а деньги на ББД ьерутся с налогом 40% работающих в сфере услуг и распределяются на всех, то нифига это не ББД. Это отнятие денег через налоги у меньшей части работающего и хорошо зарабатывающего общества и распределение его типа всем, а по факту отнятие у одних и отдача другим, менее состоятельным. Итого это всё равно сильно завуалированный вариант адресной социальной помощи, а не ББД.
Автоматизация, роботизация и ИИ — новая «рента». Заводы, которые без людей производят всё, на одном диспетчере создают столько, что этот диспетчер вместе со всей своей роднёй за всю мировую историю столько не потребит. Не нужны будут работающие середнячки в таких количествах, им придётся придумывать какие-то нелепые виды занятости. А при наличии ББД они сами найдут, чем себя занять: займутся волонтёрством, образованием, сопьются под забором, — смогут сделать выбор. Вы всякий раз пытаетесь натянуть ББД на общество сегодняшнего дня, где нужны огромные массы продавцов, курьеров, уборщиков, водителей и прочего низкооплачиваемого, непрестижного труда, не требующего высокой квалификации. А я говорю, что сегодня это и не актуально, но развитие технологий приведёт к тому, что все эти профессии как массовые уйдут в прошлое в обозримом будущем, и либо нужно будет придумывать для всех этих людей какие-то бессмысленные занятия, либо надо толкать экономику вверх путём повышения престижа образования, занятости в нём, в науке, в искусствах и прочем нематериальном, а этому может поспособствовать ББД. Ну они практически в любом случае будут напечатаны, ибо деньги печатаются. И в любом случае будут обесценены на размер выдачи. А если они не будут напечатаны, а отобраны у работающих, чтобы отдать неработающим, то это будет та же соц.помощь, а не ББД, только прикрытая лицемерно высокими словами.
А если не нужно столько «работающих»? Живущие на пособие люди зависимы. Их, например, можно призвать сходить на выборы и поставить галочку в нужный квадратик под страхом лишения пособия. Мечта политиков и страшный сон граждан. |

The crypto space is keeping such a close watch on spot Bitcoin ETFs that the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation’s (DTCC) website crashed. Meanwhile, Binance and its CEO want the U.S. commodity regulator’s suit dismissed and Bitcoin briefly touched the $35,000 mark for the first time in over a year.
All eyes on DTCC's site for spot Bitcoin ETFs
The crypto space has been keeping a close watch on the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation’s (DTCC) website for any move on a spot Bitcoin (BTC) exchange-traded fund (ETF).
Eagle-eyed watchers noticed the ticker for BlackRock's ETF — IBTC — vanished from the site before it returned a few hours later. Bitcoin‘s price dropped nearly 3% with the disappearance, indicating much of the trading activity is focused on ETF developments.
The hype around IBTC also seemingly caused DTCC's site to crash. Senior Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas noted the DTCC doesn’t typically get this level of attention, which “speaks to the uniqueness and intensity of this entire saga.”
Early on Oct. 25 rumors spread across social media that ARK Invest and 21 Shares’ joint spot Bitcoin ETF had been listed on the DTCC’s site — in reality, many mistook ARK’s futures ETF tickers for the pair’s spot fund.
Social media posts referred to the ticker “ARKA,” the yet-to-be-approved ARK 21Shares Active Bitcoin Futures ETF along with the tickers "ARKY" and "ARKZ" which respectively refer to the ARK 21Shares Active Ethereum Futures ETF and the ARK 21Shares Active Bitcoin Ethereum Strategy ETF.
The most recent amended filing for ARK’s spot Bitcoin ETF from Oct. 11 shows that the fund will trade using the ticker “ARKB.”
Binance and CZ want to dismiss CFTC lawsuit
Crypto exchange Binance and its CEO Changpeng "CZ" Zhao have filed statements to dismiss a lawsuit filed by the United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
The filing, dated Oct. 23, attempted to show that the CFTC's lawsuit overstepped its boundaries, specifically as they relate to derivatives products. By accepting the CFTC's arguments, the court "would allow it to regulate any activity in cryptocurrency [...] related to a derivatives product" around the world.

“Congress did not make the CFTC the world’s derivatives police, and the Court should reject the agency’s effort to expand its territorial reach beyond what is permitted by the law,” the filing said.
The CFTC filed its lawsuit in March, alleging that Binance failed to register with the regulator, which violated derivatives trading rules.

The price of Bitcoin suddenly spiked upward on Oct. 23, with BTC gaining more than 10% from $31,000 to over $34,000.
Less than two hours after breaking $34,000, Bitcoin reached as high as $35,300 according to data from TradingView. Bitcoin is currently changing hands for a price of $34,550.
The sudden uptick in price for Bitcoin comes amid a fresh wave of interest in upcoming spot ETF approvals and a significant increase in overall trading volumes across spot markets.
The iShares spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) proposed by investment firm BlackRock has been listed on the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), suggesting potential approval by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
In an Oct. 23 X (formerly Twitter) thread, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas said the DTCC listing was “all part of the process” of bringing a crypto ETF to market. The iShares spot Bitcoin ETF has a ticker symbol of IBTC for a possible listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange, which applied to list and trade shares of the investment vehicle in June.

Volatility across the crypto derivatives market leaped to fresh local highs this week following a surge led by major blue chip asset bitcoin (BTC).
A two-month period of relatively muted market activity had placed the world’s largest digital asset in relative stasis, trading within a $2,000 range. But on Monday, the market sprang to life, with a 14% rise in the asset’s price topping out at just above $35,000 on Tuesday.
That activity caused a flush of large leveraged short positions, creating a short squeeze — short sellers closing out their positions “en mass” — Bradley Duke, chief strategy officer at ETC Group told Blockworks.
“Only hindsight will be able to tell us if this rally actually has legs, but it feels like enthusiasm for bitcoin is starting to return,” he said.
Open interest for bitcoin futures initially tanked on the back of those liquidations, wiping roughly $1 billion from the market. That has since retraced, indicating new contracts are being opened post-rally, according to Aditya Jalan, APAC trading manager at FalconX.
Interestingly, open interest in listed BTC options on Deribit has increased to $13 billion and is now at the highest level in USD terms since the bull market of Q4 2021, Jalan said.
Blockworks was told by several analysts that options trading tends to attract a more professional audience compared to futures trading, leading to fewer retail investors participating in this segment of the crypto market.
Consequently, the incidence of liquidations and declines in open interest are less frequent in options trading compared to futures, crypto algorithmic trading firm Auros said.
Implied volatility over a 30-day period for bitcoin options contracts shows the rally has also pushed the value to its highest point since the end of June, at just above 59%, data from T3’s Bitcoin Volatility Index shows.
To put that into context, the index has only crossed over that level five times this year.
Contributing factors
According to Mark Connors, head of research at 3iQ, the recent volatility in the crypto derivatives market can be attributed to a combination of factors.
“Historically low cold coming into this week and favorable developments in spot BTC events combined to ignite a chase by some market makers to get longer gamma,” Connors said.
This means that changes in market sentiment occurred more quickly than market makers could adjust their hedges, leading to a shift in open interest across different derivatives vehicles, he said.
Connors emphasized these factors contributed to the surge in BTC price but were not the primary driver behind it.
“We do not think the options positions drove the spike to $35,000, rather they augmented the move somewhat,” he added.
At the same time, BlackRock’s proposed iShares Bitcoin ETF, carrying the ticker IBTC, reappeared on the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation website after disappearing early on Tuesday.
The initial listing on the Depository website was attributed by analysts as a catalyst for continued bullish fervor surrounding a potential greenlight of a US bitcoin ETF in the year ahead.

AllianceBernstein (AB) analysts highlight that aside from Bitcoin’s inherent value stemming from its limited supply of 21 million coins — referred to as its “hard money properties” — the asset’s returns are undeniable.
“Since its inception, Bitcoin has consistently outperformed gold,” AB analysts wrote in the Oct. 16 note. “Over [the] last 3 years, Gold has been flat, while Bitcoin is up 150% (despite the 60% drawdown in 2022).”
And over the last five years, they wrote, bitcoin had five times better returns than gold.
This note was written prior to the recent multi-day bitcoin rally, which began as early as Sunday night when bitcoin (BTC) was trading at close to $30,000. It then peaked at $35,100 early Tuesday morning, before dipping to just under $34,000 at the time of publication.
AB analysts also pointed out that bitcoin is such a young asset compared to gold, which had its first ETF tracking the commodity’s price in 2004.
In fact, speculation about a possible ETF is the very thing driving bitcoin’s value up at the moment, even though some industry watchers believe this price action is premature since ETF approvals are dependent on the US Securities and Exchange Commission. So far, the SEC has dragged its feet, delaying multiple spot bitcoin ETF applications multiple times throughout 2023.
According to AB, Bitcoin’s main hurdle is its “UX UI” problem. This is an issue the analysts believe can be turned around with the advent of spot bitcoin ETF.
“The inaccessibility of crypto wallets and the treacherous track record of exchanges, has made Bitcoin inaccessible to the mainstream. The Bitcoin ETF would make Bitcoin accessible in broker accounts, well integrated with private banks and wealth managers/advisors,” AB analysts wrote.
Grayscale could win the race to a bitcoin ETF since the SEC has declined to appeal an August ruling siding with Grayscale. The DC Court of Appeals said the SEC blocking the firm’s Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to an ETF was “arbitrary and capricious.”

Потом эти альты разве что вирусникам продавать, потому что их уже нигде не примут. Главного на самом деле много. Как-то один из старых авторитетов форума прошёлся по многим тысячам аккаунтов и оставил там нейтральные теги тем, у кого очень уж слабый постинг. Насколько я помню, он сам был менеджером кампаний. И вот его записной книжкой в тегах потом многие менеджеры активно пользовались, с такой нейтральной меткой было почти нереально попасть ни в одну приличную кампанию. До сих пор изредка попадаются отдельные аккаунты с его метками, хотя он давно этим не занимался. Поэтому важно не только формально правила не нарушать, но и не искать границы терпения других форумчан. Всё-таки люди здесь общаются, а не только соответствуют правилам подписных. А так только озадачили все миксеры поиском возможных вариантов продолжать работу. Как то это глупо по моему. Такие штуки надо вводить неожиданно и серьезно. А получается все хиханьки да хаханьки Так это пока что протокол о намерениях одного из ведомств. С ними следует бороться должным образом.
На форуме есть и пользователи со вполне открытыми альтами, которыми они не нарушают правил форума. Насколько я помню, кажется, минимум у одного пользователя открытый альт находится в какой-то подписной, что также мало кого беспокоит. Те пользователи, которые не нарушают правил форума, а также не пытаются абузить систему, обманывать разные кампании и прочее, если и имеют альтов, их не особо и ловят. Но таких мало. Подавляющее большинство тех, кто фермерствует, занимается разнообразным обманом. Из-за того, что с нескольких аккаунтов практически нереально выдавать содержательные посты, аккаунты таких пользователей берут мало в какие кампании, и в итоге они начинают подаваться пачками туда, где не так сильно придираются к содержанию, а в итоге самые долго играющие мульты чаще всего ловятся на участии в одной и той же кампании, в которой прямым текстом в правилах это запрещено. Меня, например, абузеры баунти-кампании не очень интересовали и не очень интересуют. Но я хожу читать время от времени некоторые топики в англоразделах. И бессмысленный бессодержательный флуд меня там раздражает. А потом я вижу, что этот флуд в большинстве своём идёт от разных фермеров и прочих обманщиков. Если выбивать их оставшиеся аккаунты с достаточно высокими зачастую ещё дропнутыми рангами, то бессодержательного флуда становится меньше. Но рикошетом иногда задеваются и нубы из баунти-кампаний, потому что мультоводы или торговцы аккаунтами или как там они ещё связаны мутят разными способами, и иногда ниточки там длинные и весьма неприглядные. |
