Upside:
  - Potentially less spam from scammers

Downside:
  - Less privacy
  - Another government entity having access to personal data hence👇
  - More potential data breaches (very common sa bansa natin)

In general, it's a no for me.
Parang mas lamang yung cons and I believe pwede pa mas maging threatening ito given na may more potential data breaches tayo pwede kaharapin sa future.

1642  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does a trading strategy becomes obsolete? on: December 19, 2022, 10:15:03 PM
Nah, they won't become obsolete.

No matter what happens to the market, these strategies will remain and will still be applicable mostly to the markets where it's been mostly used. That's why even in other markets, these have been tried and seen to be a good indicator.

It's just so happen that there are too many of them and you've got to choose what's proven to be good and effective. They might not work for sometime and that's why there are other strategies you can work for.
I agree, The current strategies won't die even if the market scenario have change especially if we talk about TA and FA. New strategies is born from time to time and we have the privilege's to asses the situation and choose what kind of strategy would be more effective and accurate for the given situation. We all have a bias strategy for each market scenario and I believe that most of us follow that kind of strategy every time since the accuracy rate and results satisfies us.
1643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 19, 2022, 10:04:05 PM
I will always remember this finale as being among one of the bests. If we didn't see that comeback by France it was going to be a really boring ending for a World Cup. Because Argentina were literally in full control of the game unlike the expectations. France were like they weren't aware of playing in a final game in the biggest tournament in the world.

However it feels like Argentina will miss these times a lot from now on. Maybe they will need to wait another 30+ years to achieve another title who knows. Because after Messi's retiring from the national team we never know how they will react to this.

Probably the best final of the last World Cup I've seen... France really managed to come back incredibly well and even almost won that game... 3-3 is a very big score for a game like this... Probably no one expected so many goals to be scored... In general there were many surprises in this Cup, for example, that Germany again failed to get out of the group, or that Morocco reached the semi-finals... The final was no exception...
If the comparison is over the past few world cups, maybe this is indeed a very good final, especially for the previous world cup, it wasn't as hot as this time.
Both teams put in a very good performance and I appreciate that. Argentina and France were neither willing to budge for 90 + 30 extra time and this truly deserved a final.

Not just the Final.  I thought the entire tournament had a level of hype I'm not sure I've ever seen from soccer in the US before.  I had friends talking about it that I had no idea even knew the World Cup existed.  People with no knowledge of soccer at all (not far from me) weighing in on their opinion of who the GOAT is based on this one game...  I'm not sure how I feel about it, but as long as soccer games don't start taking over my basketball games on the TV, I'm good with it.  I really enjoyed the World Cup this year and am curious if next year will grow on this showing.
I feel the hype because of social media. Football is not  widely famous in my country unlike basketball which is the most loved ball game in my country just like US but yeah I've seen couple of post from my timeline which is mostly my friends about football which makes me think that I'm not the only one who is anticipating the current world cup. I didn't have the slightest idea that my friends also knows football LOL. Sadly the next world cup will be in 2026 which is has a 4 years gap. This makes the losing team on worldcup very frustrating, They trained for a really long time to just see them get beated by other team.
1644  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: December 19, 2022, 09:40:00 PM
1xbit has run many campaigns and put a lot of money into this. I myself have been a participant in those campaigns for a long time, and I have always received my money neatly and the guidelines are always clear. It's a pity that many people are always chasing 1xbit, I often wonder why. If you cheat on a site, it is quite normal that measures are taken against it. That is also the only way to stop cheaters. By the way, the deposit bonus is huge on the site. Has anyone been able to play all the way around?

Yeah, the deposit bonus is huge on the site but you will not be able to withdraw any amount. That's how they deceive you by giving you greed to get more bonus and they trap you once you deposit.

Also since you said you participated in campaigns at 1XBIT, would you mind showing some screenshots of your deposits and withdrawals?
We can only believe you once we see evidence.
I'm also curious to know if they are really paying out money from their signature campaign or it is an actual bs campaign. They pay well compared to other campaign but joining that campaign means you will getting a red tag for advertising a scam casino which makes your account no value on other signature campaign jobs unless it's 1xbit.

1xbit is a scam casino and I wouldn't change my mind about that given that they have so many victims still hoping to get their money and winnings back but yeah I haven't heard anyone successfully claimed their moneyback.
1645  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Reasons why the 95% of future traders lose all of their money on: December 19, 2022, 09:09:45 PM
It is true that all these ideas remain within those new traders who have made some profits for a short period of time. But in my opinion trading or future trading whatever you say is not that easy there is many things you have to learn before starting trading professional technical analysis,. Chart reading etc. But now I have seen many people who were coming into trading from the greedyness without any knowledge about trading and losing fund. I think this is one of the main cause or using money.
Yes it is true what you mentioned here because I see there are many people who are facing loss in trading for this.  However, I will mention another reason that stands up to the Knowable Trader also and that is not following the strategy or breaking the strategy out of greed, many times it has been seen that the entire fund has disappeared while waiting for just a few dollars more profit in futures trading.
I would call this part of OP's psychological statement because here we cannot control our emotions.  Future trading is very risky unknowingly and knowingly people are making mistakes here so I would say following the OP's mentioned statements can be of some benefit if you want to do future trading.
I saw massive losses from a future trading stream before because of the greed of the trader. Because of that extra dollar, they are breaking their plan which is fundamentally wrong especially on futures trading where you can be liquidated anytime. I believe that it is very important to follow the plan we have on futures trading given that it is the major guide of the trader when and where would he position himself but yeah sometimes the greed trashes the traders plans. Futures trading is very risky and I learned it the hard way by losing money on it multiple times, Actually I have more losses than gain in my futures trading account. This is why I don't recommend it to newbies or other traders. Spot trading all the way!
1646  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun | Live tables |SLOTS| Baccarat | InstantWithraw| v3.0 Launched! | on: December 18, 2022, 06:38:33 PM

I confess that it reminds me that when the games of the main soccer leagues stop for a while and I don't see NBA, tennis or MMA games, then I also prefer to stop for a while and just follow the news, as I don't like to casino games that depend on luck to win and I'm not lucky at card games so the best option is not playing until there are good soccer or NBA or MMA or tennis games

By that I mean that if the person doesn't have time to play then it's better that he only plays when he has time, even if it's only 1 hour each month, if there are no games that the person likes and understands? so it is better that the person stops playing until games that the person likes and understands appear

Yeah there’s some people have patience to wait for the right time when it comes to gambling and can control there gambling urge to control risk. I’m like this when I’m new on gambling but this is because only dice and crash games are popular back then and I can’t stand the risk involved on this fast phase games that’s why I can abstain but right now casino has various types of game to offer so it’s very hard to control gambling just because your favorite game is not available.

Having a 1 hour per month game session is a brilliant self control towards gambling. I really want to become like this but it’s very hard if you knew lots of your favorite games is waiting in the casino.
If you given yourself an hour per month and followed it, Well it's a good self control and I'm sure you aren't an addict that tries to dominate your addiction. I imagine how hard to choose a game if I can only spend an hour on it unless the gamblers only aim for a profit and not by enjoying his gambling session. If I only have an hour to do gambling, I would absolutely pick my favorite casino game. For me playing an hour a month is headed towards quitting, If you did this kind of habit of doing gambling I'm pretty sure you can quit anytime.

Congratulations for those who bet on Argentina! It's a big win that this match will be put down in the history. Argentina people will surely celebrate the win given that their last win was recorded on 1986. Now that Messi achieved winning on the world cup, Who's the goat now? Messi or Ronaldo? Mbappe is one of the aspiring probable football stars in the future and might have a historic rivalry just like Messi and Ronaldo.
1648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 18, 2022, 05:51:03 PM
it seems that miracles keep happening for France. they always get last minute chances. France's luck seems to be very good in this match. provisional score 3-3. again mbappe was able to kick a penalty well and scored a goal. Now the two teams are attacking each other. and overall I think Argentina is still ahead. The extra time period is almost over and only 3 minutes of added time remain. ah looks like this will end with another penalty shootout.
This world cup match is insane! Mbappe scoring 2 times in a row in a span of less than 3 minutes and tie out the score before the time runs out. The 3rd score of Argentina has a lot of luck, I thought it didn't count but yeah the referee has a keen eyes seeing that as a goal. This is one of the best world cup match ever!!! Everyone is pretty hyped and I'm sure that this will be in the history.  Sadly I haven't bet in this match
1649  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you doing with your alt bags on: December 18, 2022, 05:07:58 PM
It's starting to look like we are going to see a huge dump in the coming weeks into 2023, altcoins are in trouble as big venture capitals are selling off their holdings, and another one today is DCG
Almost all altcoins are now making new all time low, Gala games for example look like it's going to 0.015$ after holding 0.025$ for months, I have halted my buys right now because I believe that BTC will go lower, what are you plans?

I don't really looke at my portfolio value anymore at the moment, that is just to depressing for me lul. It as already down like 95% in comparion to it's ATH from back in may 2021, even before all that stuff with Terra, FTX and now Binance happened and now it is even way lower than that. I will just keep hodling my altcoins because it would just feel wrong to sell them now after i have held them for so long all the way down. To sell now would mean i would realize those losses or to throw away that potential profits.
I am pretty relaxed though as i only have small amounts into crypto and that is only money that i can afford to lose without any impact on my daily life.
That's the best you can do. Selling at a 95% loss isn't worth it given that you will only receive a pinch of your investment. I have the same scenario during the 2018 bear market but I had sold my assets that time even I know it isn't worth it, The result is I regretted my decision and decided to just don't touch any coins that has lost 90% of value over the buying price. That's a good way of managing your funds. As long as you have money for survival, you won't be force to sell at a loss. I learned it the hard way.
1650  Other / Archival / Re: who played here? on: December 18, 2022, 04:40:17 PM
When you're in doubt about a casino and you did your research, just don't go on them. I haven't heard of and tried that casino and I don't go and play there if I do have not that much information on them. In fairness, to the design, I seem to like it but that's just all about the design.
And when a casino that's been asked doesn't have a thread here, there's a bigger chance that many isn't aware of it and you're on your own shoe to try it or better be safe not to.
The thing is, people are just some moth curious to know what's that fire and they end up dead. This is the same hyperbolic thing I can think of on these curios lads when there are reputed casinos already in our reach yet people ignore it. Are they curious that they might get wealthy with this newer casinos just because they see rewards are better compare to the reputable one? Not gonna risk that money in there.
I think ads play an important part here. They go into unknown casinos despite the reputable ones already there. They've just clicked and seen it from an advert that they see while browsing the web. I'm not also gonna risk some money there and if there are people that say that it's a legitimate one and they've just used it then that's a good review for OP to have a reference since that's what he's looking for. But as for me, I don't want to get into the casinos that I don't really know.
Same here, There are actually scam casinos who are doing advertisement here which is the well known 1xbit. They pay good to their campaign members compared to other signature campaign but at the end it is a mere scam casino that is trying to lure gamblers here which isn't effective in my opinion. There are a ton of thread here that is asking for legitimate casino, It is easy to browse that and make it a reference in choosing a casino. I would personally choose the proven and tested casino compared to the ones who are a bit shady but offering a alluring promotion.
1651  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best affiliate program via Most trusted online sports betting and casino website on: December 18, 2022, 03:59:45 PM
I don’t know why it seem that this has just become a habit of every promoter of websites, to start a thread for the sake of their name being exposed to the forum then just abandon it, and without really interacting and answering queries from the users here. Yes, we all know better now than to be gullible and just believe whatever it is that’s being posted here every now and then.
Yep I've seen a lot of casino just posting their ANN thread and then abandon it without any updates, Post it then abandon. A bad move for a casino trying to do a marketing here. Worst is doing a ANN thread design like this, I don't find this thread attractable or presentable. I can mistakenly see this thread as a scammer who are doing his post since scammers post like this. If this is an ANN thread, this is an example of a bad start in starting a casino promotion here. At least in the future casino owners/team members, Make a proper ANN thread we can consider this as a free advertisement in the forum. Imagine the reach you can get from the gamblers in this board.

Wow what an amazing effort from trustdice. They have really put an effort in hearing the community out. Imagine putting out someone to monitor the tread and documenting it. With the proper implementation and marketing, There's a high chance that there are gamblers who will switch in your casino if ever they see their desired wants in your casino. I might personally try trustdice myself in the coming weeks. Goodjob trustdice!

1653  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto exchanges charging for inactive accounts . Do you support this ? on: December 16, 2022, 01:54:20 PM

Personally, I am against these charges and it affects the rate of crypto adoption. It discourages people from starting to use crypto. What is your opinion about this practice ?
In some ways, I disagree with this policy, but in other ways, I think it's a good idea. If they charge the centralised exchanges, people will realize they made a mistake by keeping their coins there, and they will start looking for personal wallets to store their Bitcoin safely without having to pay for the exchange's upkeep since it's free and trustworthy.
You have a point but I think it should be a common habit for a crypto user to have a personal wallet. The one who will be most affected to this kind of charging policy is the one who forgot that they have a balance on that certain trading platform. Mostly that kind of policy is a disadvantage for most users. Imagine a user intended to leave a sh*tcoin in that exchange because it's not worth it to transfer because of the current value, after months of being stored; the exchange sweep all the remaining balance as a penalty of being inactive. And miraculously the sh*tcoin that were collected by the exchange blew up 300x. Obviously it's a loss for the exchange customer because of the potential profit he got from that scenario.
1654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Go-to casino on: December 16, 2022, 01:03:54 PM

OP is an old member,  he knows the popular crypto casinos are often advertised on this forum for a long period of time. And they are the go-to casinos for most of us. Each user here will reply back with a list of thier favorite online casinos. It's a repetitive list, the next list given is very similar to the first which could be on their signature too.

Maybe he wants to know if he missed new casino that pretty popular today. I've seen his post history and it seems that he is in and out in the forum after seeing his post history. Majority of his post where dated back in 2018 and I'm sure that at that time, There are many casino who are not on the track right now competing against this reputable casinos we are playing. Also, Being advertised doesn't mean it's a good casino. Remember that even 1xbit (Famous scam casino) is also doing a signature campaign here.
1655  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Axie Infinity Philippine Thread on: December 16, 2022, 12:15:50 PM
Baka nga ganyan gawin nila, katulad nalang nitong hype nila pero 3 years ata in the making bago nag boom sila.

Isa sa need nila pag focusan is yung game token nila which is SLP at dapat maisabay yon sa future development nila.
1656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's behind Donald Trump's issuing NFTs ? on: December 16, 2022, 11:52:24 AM
I don't know if this the news is legit since I don't see any tweet from Donald Trump himself but if it happened to be true it will be a cringworthy NFT, I'm sure that many will agree with me. I don't see myself purchasing this kind of NFT since I'm not a fan of trump and I also don't like the possible utility he said about his card infomercial. I would personally choose a quality NFT over this if I was given a chance.

Though this can convert some boomer fans into being open minded with crypto but yeah I hope that this isn't real.
1657  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ronie Alonte Loisa Andalio nanakawan ng crypto on: December 15, 2022, 11:54:03 PM

Nakakatuwa lang nag speculate agad sya na mag $1 yun in future  Cheesy which is mahirap mangyari kung shiba inu nga talaga yun.

If planned story to, Big brain move sa nakaisip nito. Easy trending agad sila ehh at siyempre advantageous sakanila to at all terms.
1658  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: December 15, 2022, 10:47:53 PM
I honestly can't believe that there would be any person who would leave a good chunk of money here and leave for more than a year. Gambling is not the same as exchanges, this is basically a situation where you gamble and you leave, imagine it like a real life casino that you go to. Would you go to a real life casino, turn your cash into chips, gamble a bit and then leave your chips there and get out? Of course not, you would turn those chips back to cash and leave that way. This is the same, if you are not going to gamble anymore, do not leave it here, just withdraw it to your wallet and leave that way instead.
But it's still possible. There are big bank roll gamblers who are playing on multiple casino and forgetting that they still have money on a certain casino is very possible. The amount of good chunk money is depending on who see it. The good amount of money may have be a small amount for a big bank roll but for a small bank roll gambler it could be a big amount. I just don't get the analogy you made since it is a different environment on a physical casino, Like there are different risk there that are far from the risk on online casino if you leave your money hanging. There are many factors why people leave there balance on an online casino and I believe that forgetting it would be the most logical and possible reason.

This casino is gradually losing its presence here in the forum, this thread happens to be one of the active threads on this board when their signature campaign was running, but that all have decreased and only accusations are posted here without any response from Yesbet admin in the forum.

The casino needs to build more presence here on bitcointalk, since they started on a good note for a while.
Yep it is maybe the result of their halt signature campaign. Their campaign has stopped and I guess they are still finding a suitable signature campaign manager for their campaign. I'm guessing that they are recon structuring their signature campaign since I guess there are issues from the past signature campaign they are having. The representative of yasbet in this forum is still active and I believe that there are still a high chance of them running a campaign again and regain the traction they got from the community after their last signature campaign. I believe some of those who are spamming here about accusation are just trolls after seeing the trust scores of them.

I continue to find it strange that a gambling site still advertises instant payouts. After all, we do know that this is not going to happen anywhere, right? If you win a million euros, you can't fool me into thinking that it will be paid out instantly. I am pretty sure that there are still all kinds of checks in place to ensure that payments are delayed as much as possible. Has anyone already had experience with this site and more importantly has anyone already received significant payouts from the owner? The site has yet to build a reputation, but you don't do that by advertising that payouts are instant.
I haven't tried withdrawing or playing on this casino but If I have a choice to risk my money here compared to the casino that you are promoting 1xbit, I would probably risk it here. We still all continue to find it strange that a proven scam casino is doing a signature campaign here and the more stranger is that there are people who are participating on those campaign. Hypothetically, If you withdrawn a million dollar from a casino, Don't expect a instant withdrawal even if it is the biggest casino out there. It's obvious that the casino need to investigate and audit first after all it is a big loss for them. The wrong thing is not granting up withdrawal request from their customer just like 1xbit  Tongue
