After successfully restoring the wallet with the seed, I don't see my balance.
Do the addresses generated by electrum start with the same character as the address you are looking for? If no, you have selected an incorrect script type. (If the seed phrase has been generated by electrum itself, this can't be the problem.) is it possible to manually enter this address individually in electrum?
Take note that you can't import an address or a private key into a HD wallet. If you own the private key of an address, you can create a new wallet with that private key.

OP has made it by taking your suggestion. Kudos. But why it has to be online to make it work?
If there is no connection to the internet, it's not possible for electrum to get synced to the blockchain and it wouldn't have any information about the transactions already made. Take note that even if you want to make a transaction offline in electrum, you need an online device too. The online device is required for getting UTXOs data and broadcasting your tranaction.

bitcoin core is possible. Only if you run your own node and connect to the miner node.
It's even possible to set the fee rate to zero. But the problem is that it's very very unlikely that such a transaction can be included in a block, unless you own a mining pool and you can include your own transaction.

Thanks again everyone! Mempool traffic is kinda bonkers lately huh!? Is this mostly from inscriptions/ ordinals?
Hasn't your transaction been removed from the mempool? Due to big size of unconfirmed transactions and according to mempool.space, transactions with the fee rate of less than 1.41 sat/vbyte are purged from the mempool. Can you still see your transaction on block explorers?

There is no such thing as a Bitcoin mining app. In the best case scenario you will be left with nothing, in the worst case scenario you will install malware on your device.
Besides the chance of installing a malware, it's possible that they ask for identity verification and a deposit to be able to make a withdrawal. So, the worst case scenario is installing a malware, your personal data being stolen and losing some money as withdrawal fee or something like that.

Can I use a seed from single signature wallet and gets its master key as a cosigner for a multi-sign signature wallet? or do I have to use a seed from a multi-sign wallet with its master public key?
You can use the seed phrase generated for a single-signature wallet for generating a multi-signature wallet as well, but you can't use the master pubic key of your single-signature wallet as the cosigner key on your multi-signature wallet. Take note that electrum uses a different derivation path for generating the master public key in a multi-signature wallet. This means that if you import the same seed phrase into a single-signature wallet and a multi-signature wallet, you will see two different master public keys.

Electrum in android apps seems to have a high-risk level, right?
Some features of the desktop version of electrum aren't available on the android version, but that doesn't mean the android version of electrum isn't secure enough. If you use electrum on android, the security of your fund depends on the security of your device. Electrum itself is secure and if it used properly, there is no risk. Take note that any online device is prone to hacking.

Will people still use or buy bitcoin till today if all it has to offer is the decentralized characteristic only, I am trying to say that if bitcoin is stable in value from day one and has no investment ability will you still buy it?
Your question doesn't make sense. Take note that it's not possible to have a decentralized stable coin at all. If bitcoin price was stable, it could no longer be decentralized and would be something like tether. For making the price of a coin stable, someone (or a company) must have full control over that.

To add to nc50lc's post: You can also select "Enter cosigner seed" on "Add cosigner (2-2)" window and enter your second seed phrase. In this way, you can have a multi-signature wallet which includes both of the keys required for making a transaction.
As mentioned by nc50lc, this is useful only for learning purposes. You shouldn't have both of the keys on the same device, let alone the same wallet.

incorrect, receiver wallet is atomic wallet , cannot spent unconfirmed tx. just tell me if there any possibility that he used tx accelerator ?
Charles-Tim answered you correctly. The fee rate used in the transaction you shared in the OP was 2.21 sat/vbyte. One of the outputs was spent in this tranaction with the fee rate of 108 sat/vbyte. The total (virtual) size of these transactions was 368.25 vbyte and the total fee was 24,574 satoshi. So, the combined transaction fee rate was around 66.7 sat/vbyte which was more than enough for a fast confirmation. That's why both transactions were confirmed in the same block (776342).

I don't know what application you are talking about. Just take note that you can't mine bitcoin just with running an application. That's not how bitcoin is mined at all and it seems that someone is trying to scam you. There are scammers showing a fake number as your bitcoin balance, so that you (wrongly) think that you have mined bitcoin.

The problem is that with using the forum search messages tool, you can only search in your inbox. You can't search for the messages you have sent out. Since OP was trying to find a message in his/her outbox, that tool can't be helpful.

I am using Firefox so maybe that explains why it doesn't work for me.
You are right. I just tested the shortcuts on Firefox and they didn't work. So, it seems that the behavior depends on the browser that is used. Accardo, what browser you are using? Are you using firefox too?

I just tested those shortcuts on google chrome and I confirm that they are working without any problem. I had the same experience as Xal0lex. When I change the keyboard language, the shortcuts no longer work.

To avoid any confusion: The user you are referring to is ibuddy122505, not ibuddy122055. I also think that he uses malware to copy paste. But ibuddy122055 is only person who mentioned something about address and now he deleted his post only

When will be the halving? It's impossible to know the exact date of halving. Assuming the next blocks will be mined at the rate of 1 per 10 minutes on average, the halving will be 637,830 minutes later which would be April, 30, 2024.
How will the halving affect bitcoin price? No one knows that.

Don't worry these low-fee 1sat/byte transactions get confirmed eventually you'll just have to wait.
Transactions are usually confirmed even if the fee rate is too low, but there is no guarantee that your transaction will be finally confirmed. Your transaction will be removed from the mempool, if it isn't confirmed in 14 days. It's also possible that your transaction is removed from the mempool due to limited capacity of the mempool. You can use some free tx accelerator to speed things up.
The only working free transaction accelerator I know is ViaBTC which doesn't accept transactions with the fee rate of lower than 10 sat/byte.

I know about the pumps. Or bumps? Super pumps? Super bumps? That is if you are consistently posting your rank goes higher and higher? Shoot, I need to just ask Chat GPT
No need to ChatGPT for that. You could get answer to your question with a simple google search or reading the pinned topic on "Meta". FAQ: Everything you need to know about forum 'activity, account ranks and meritTake note that bumps and super bumps are different things and they have nothing to do with determining your rank.
