16521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WTS MSI HD Radeon 6990 for LTC on: July 06, 2012, 12:14:37 AM
I'll put up 7500LTC.

Current bid is 25,000 LTC by user Litecoin.

Ah, sorry. Thought he dropped out.

no worries bro. thanks for the interest.
16522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WTS MSI HD Radeon 6990 for LTC on: July 06, 2012, 12:12:38 AM
Litecoin, I can sell you a 6990 for 29k LTC (this includes shipping to the US).
I can ship via UPS tomorrow morning if we make a deal tonight.

(I have plenty of 6990s for sale: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=80475.0 )

If you had your own thread, then maybe... Did you not read? I'm not in the US.
It's Smoothie's thread, please don't advertise your stuff here.
And I wanted to cancel my bid cause I sold lots of Litecoins at 0.0017, now finding it hard to buy back.
If I was the winner, then of course I would honour my bid but we are only half way through here.
Good luck.

Hey Litecoin, because I think you're a good guy I'll throw in a Power color 6950 for free okay? I'll get the shipping costs once the auction is over.

 Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Edit: this is if you win the auction. Which I think you will.

I tried to put enough buy orders to get this but the price of LTC is just really spikey when you try to buy 5 or 10 BTC worth. spiked from .0012 to .0031 lol.

Yes my friend the market is quite thin at the moment. i suspect through time the market will find a balancing price then go up again...

at the current price the current bid of 3600 LTC is about $55+
16525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WTS - 1 Troy Ounce 2010 Silver Eagle 999 for LTC on: July 05, 2012, 07:13:08 PM
Not that I expect anyone else to bid but FYI 32 hours remaining on this auction.

16526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WTS MSI HD Radeon 6990 for LTC on: July 05, 2012, 07:20:01 AM
BTC's value is rather stable, but LTC's value looks like it could fluctuate highly in either direction. I know I wouldn't buy something with my LTC for fear it would be worth 5X the value tomorrow. :-)

Once the price stabilizes more, (And I accumulate more) I'd be more willing to spend my LTC rather then hoard. :-)

Nice strategy... Cheesy
16527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WTS MSI HD Radeon 6990 for LTC on: July 05, 2012, 05:50:00 AM
Actually I would prefer BTC over LTC, but I can deal with either...
</end-thread-hijacking>  Grin

LOL cool man! Thanks for helping to spread the LTC word.

This is so funny. I've got people hijacking my thread trying to make deals about 6990 cards for LTC.

Perhaps LTC is more valuable than the value presented on the exchanges are selling for??

 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

This and Litecoin's attempt to back out of his bid both indicate clearly that LTC has some perceived "value".

Thanks for making that clear to me  Grin Grin Grin Grin

Sorry, did it say I cannot cancel?
I didn't see that point.
Let me know how much is the postage to the UK

I will once the auction finishes.
16531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WTS MSI HD Radeon 6990 for LTC on: July 04, 2012, 02:45:50 PM
Going to cancel my bid mate. Sorry.

Yeah that's BS man...

Edit: Don't bid if you can't follow through bro. Honor your bid man.

16532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin Charts on: July 04, 2012, 01:37:37 PM
yea I use scry, it is good but two problems:

1. doesnt go back far enough

2. no difficulty charts

is there any longer-term chart around? specifically looking for LTC/BTC for the past 3 months or more.

I can help with problem #1

http://marketscry.info/?s=ltcbtc&t=0

you can change the value of last recent trades to change the chart.

Yeah but the max is 10,000 orders. We want to see back as far as possible.
16533  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / HAPPY 4th OF JULY! on: July 04, 2012, 12:23:45 PM
I wanted to thank the troll who basically pumped the LTC price up to 0.005 BTC/LTC.

I had some good laughs in it. I'd have to say you are the one troll I actually like.

Yes, I'm bored of feeding the trolls now. I've sown the seed, and you lot have (inadvertently) helped grow the seed. Thank you very much for your help guys. Hopefully this thread has the strength to go viral, which will only encourage a potential fulfillment of the plea.

Googlebot should of done the rounds by now, so let's hope it quickly gets indexed.

Like a cornered sly fox, you lot have blindly lashed out. Undermining the very thing you tried to defend. What folly!

There's an old say "Common sense just isn't that common." I think you lot have verified that claim. I dispair sometimes I really do.

Roger, over and out.

Oh no you guys! Googlebot is going to post this in its search engine for all to see how retarded and soggy this HAMSTER really is!

 Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Sorry bro but you can't troll the troll of trolls. I've been around for a while and you're pathetic attempt to "sow the seed" is more like "soiling your pants".

Thanks for the laughs and the entertainment. Pure comedy just like an ALTCHAIN that I will not name.

I haven't attacked anything. I don't have the hardware. READ original post.

For your information, calling it a scam is an attack. Why don't you READ my response. Now it's your turn to prove that Litecoin is a scam.

Okay I think we have fed the troll enough. Yo OP...get a life!

16540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Community plea to end this Litecoin scam on: July 04, 2012, 04:12:47 AM
I see lots of people doubt Litecoin, judging by all these silly posts coming through

For example, if someone had posted my original plea about Bitcoin, I wouldn't even bothered replying, because I am confident in the Bitcoin system and just ignored it. On the other hand if I doubted Bitcoin I would quickly need to rush to it's defense, to reassure myself I am right and they are wrong.

Litecoin will be attacked eventually. My plea is merely 'accelerating' the process. So might as well all stop squirming and fighting the inevitable.

This is your response to Coblee's disection of your wiki argument?

Pathetic.... Grin

I read a few paragraphs, my eyes soon glazed over with boredom. Just some pro-litecoin stuff everyones seen over and over again. As I say I'm confident in Bitcoin, so no need for me to get all silly about it. Water off a ducks back. Unlike some I could mention.

Yeah so then remind me why you created the thread then called out people to prove your claims wrong? oh right just to run away because you have no facts to back up your claims.
