Я бы сказал, что подобный интерес со стороны разных этих структур вписывается в общую картину позитива, потому что биткойном сейчас хотят заниматься практически все. Вот и СПБ Биржа очередной раз напомнила о себе, сообщив, что готова открыть торги по биткойну моментально, как только в России это будет разрешено делать, и оценивает потенциальную аудиторию криптоторгов в 10 миллионов пользователей. А они то в 2017 пытались запуститься, то ходят слухи, что они запустят криптоподразделение в Беларуси... в общем, на низком старте уже стоят. И они не одни такие. Сбер тоже прорабатывает самые разные варианты, и втискивается в любые самые мелкие щёлочки. Оптимизьм! |

But if Ratimov is indeed a serial plagiarizer I'm sure a Russian speaker would be more able to tell if this is true or not since he is so active on the Russian subforum.
We are not tolerate to plagiarism in Russian board, you can see that there are several active plagiarism fighters from Russian board on the forum and we report plagiarism in Russian sections as well. So if there is any plagiarist in Russian sections it wouldn't be unnoticed. We have a big enough local board and like it to stay clean and comfortable for communication. |

Выглядит, как он пишет, как какое-то прерывание между сервером и базой данных, как если бы какой-то процесс на сервере занимался в этот момент самообслуживанием, но theymos в это время ничего не запускает, так что, не исключено, что это на стороне хостера. theymos обещает в ближайшие несколько месяцев обновить главные серверы форума, что, если повезёт, решит проблему или, как минимум, может сделать форум немного быстрее. It was the same weird thing which caused a few hours of downtime 6-12 months ago, and I think it's what causes the few minutes of downtime people observe every few weeks. I've never been able to figure out what causes it. It looks like the network gets cut between the web server and the database for a while. It seems to always happen at around the same time, so I suppose it's probably some automated maintenance process messing something up, but I don't have anything running at this time, so I wonder if it's something in the web-host's networking infrastructure, or something like that. It's difficult to diagnose, since it happens rarely, and usually when I'm sleeping.
I'm planning on upgrading the main servers sometime in the next few months. (Just as part of standard maintenance: there will be no user-visible changes other than perhaps slightly improved speed.) Maybe that'll fix it just by virtue of moving things to different areas.
(The few minutes of downtime just now was due to me doing something, and is unrelated.)

Пока что запрет на операции обмена криптовалют между физическими лицами только в планах у белорусских властей, соответствующими поправками к законам летом занялось МВД страны. Обязательность использования резидентов Парка высоких технологий для операций пока актуальна только для юридических лиц. Хотя физические лица тоже мало что могут с криптой делать. Формально, например, нельзя получать в крипте оплату за услуги даже из-за рубежа, а также оплачивать товары или услуги, в том числе зарубежом... |

What do you want to know? Ratimov is one of the most reputable members of Russian board who makes lot of important things in different ways which make our local board better. If it wasn't so you'd seen this in some of these topics also, because there's enough users from Russian board who are active enough in English sections. Right, and this can be very different in local sections. If the one expects it is okay to answer the start post not taking into consideration the discussion thread like it usually happens in English sections, he will be very surprised that it is totally inappropriate in Russian sections. So it's better not even try to trash local sections with nonsensical AI posts or written with online translator posts. This is all very noticeable. Different local sections live in their own style. |

Реакция на эту новость уже есть, спрос на форексе уже был на отметке 96,5 рублей. Посмотрим, что будет завтра на мосбирже во время открытия торгов.
В целом, как мне кажется, это особо ничего не поменяет в долгосрочной перспективе, ведь подобные указы не исправят экономику страны.
На Мосбирже тоже прямо с утречка просадка сразу на три рубля, что, вроде бы, и немало, но как реакция на жёсткие меры уже, вроде как, и не так и много. Посмотрим, удастся ли обязательствами по сливу валюты перебить общий тренд. С учётом роста денежной массы в рублях я бы не был особо оптимистичен в отношении курса рубля вне зависимости от всех мер типа принудительной продажи валюты: что им мешает другой рукой сразу откупать валюту обратно? Посмотрим, я предполагаю, что всё-таки больше шансов уйти-таки выше 100 и гулять уже там. |

За последние годы я встречал не так много подобных площадок, где есть в таком объеме органический трафик. А где ещё им размещать рекламу, как не здесь? По мне, так это самое подходящее место с неким уклоном на целевую аудиторию. А каким образом ещё протестировать источник? Да, возможно, что не сразу появится нужный отклик, но с течением времени есть возможность настроится и подогнать рекламную кампанию под максимальную отдачу. Без тестов на практике просто никуда не продвинуться.
Ну, скажем, сегодня вот форум пролежал часика три, предположительно из-за какой-нибудь DDoS-атаки. Может, это, конечно, и хорошая реклама стресс-тестеров, но вряд ли обеспечит подобным проектам большую симпатию среди форумчан. Всё-таки здесь более-менее все интересуются криптой и только какая-то небольшая часть интересуется веб-строительством в таком объёме, когда уже интересует стабильность работы проекта под DDoS-нагрузкой. Посмотрим, но ИМХО скорее надолго не задержатся эти проекты. |

Ob es letztlich am verfügbaren "Gambling Board" und dem Betrug gelegen hat oder ob man doch eher gegen Bitcoin und andere Kryptowährungen vorgehen wollte, habe ich nicht ganz herausfinden können. Aber vielleicht kann uns ein russischer Nutzer, der hier mitliest ja aufklären.
Es gibt bereits vier Gerichtsentscheidungen auf Antrag verschiedener Behörden, darunter des Steuerdienstes und des Dienstes für die Regulierung des Alkoholmarktes. Sie mögen das Forum einfach nicht.  Oh wow, dass das Forum in Russland verboten worden ist höre ich zum ersten mal von dir. Aus welchem Grund wurde ein Verbot ausgesprochen und handelt es sich dabei nur um unser Forum oder auch um andere Foren?
Natürlich ist nicht nur dieses Forum verboten. Allein in der ersten Hälfte dieses Jahres wurden über 885.000 Webseiten verboten. Vermutlich umgehen die meisten das Ganze per VPN?
Über VPN gelangt man zwar zum Forum, allerdings werden viele VPN-Dienste immer häufiger blockiert, sodass es immer schwieriger wird, darauf zuzugreifen. |

Wenn wir also mehr aktive User im deutschen Bord hätten, dann hätten wir auch mehr Posts. Das russische Board hat 4.45x mehr aktive Mitglieder als das deutsche Board. Hätten wir auch so viele, hätten wir also 4.45x so viele Posts geschrieben. Somit wären wir mit 6181 Posts auf den ersten Platz.  Wir hoffen auch auf Neulinge, insbesondere nachdem dieses Forum in Russland verboten wurde. Ich wünsche Ihnen, dass Sie in naher Zukunft zehnmal mehr aktive Benutzer erhalten. Je die Mitglieder im Forum aktiver sind, desto es für uns alle interessanter ist. Wir werden doch sogar in diesem Fall versuchen, mithalten zu können! Dein Deutsch ist gut.

Ja, wir auch. BVeyron zählte, dass 445 aktive Benutzer im russischen Bereich im September etwa 6.000 Beiträge im russischen Bereich und insgesamt etwa 9.300 Beiträge geschrieben haben. Aber wir haben auch einen Müllbereich, HYIP. Wenn den nicht hätte, könnte es tausend Beiträge weniger geben. Argh! Fast vergessen habe, wie man Deutsch schreibt. Es tut mir leid, falls es Fehler gibt! |

Зависит от того, почему они приостанавливались. Я предположил, что у них тут нет такой отдачи, на которую они рассчитывали, но тогда зачем бы они возвращались? Они вряд ли очень уж профильные для форума, так что эффективность рекламы тут для них явно не самая эффективная будет, но, я предполагаю, вероятно, у них выбор хоть сколь-нибудь живых площадок, где им хоть как-то дадут рекламироваться, тоже весьма невелик. И вот в этой вилке захотят ли они тут оставаться... зависит от того, насколько у них большие фонды на рекламу... |

For example, @cyrilmorris [1] created 36 posts, all of which contain a rwaltz.coom link. The same thing with Bitget [2], which now has a signature campaign, but in the past there were a lot of accounts that created topics for nothing but promoting this service. What is the appropriate reporting format given that not individual topics are deleted but banning the account. Can everyone just add ~AI detected to their trust list and add them to your ignore list and move on. Obviously their main account(s) were banned or red trusted to death and now they are coming back to harass some people that may have been involved in it. -Dave Yes, but he doesn't leave any tags to anyone, doesn't add any flag so there's no need and there will be no result in distrusting him as well. He makes some noise in reputation board and that's all. If he will leave any inappropriate tag, then I will ~ him, and as for now... until he gets any interesting evidence he can be just ignored. |
