Whats the DirectBet response to this scam accusation?

All other books will work with me and show proof of problems. DirectBet will not show anything. They state that their decision is final.

Right now I'm very happy with directbet.eu. I saw that quote with those problems and I don't really know what to think, since everything is going well for me, so I will continue to bet with them. I like the support, odds are decent, payments are fast, and I like their promotions, like the regular Tipster Championship they are holding. I also made a few bets on their casino, with bonuses from that competition, and everything wen't well. So for me they have a really good business overall and I rate them A.

We've yet to see someone posting complaints that doesn't have legitimate looking double spend claims against them.

$10,000+ payment from them today, in my pocket a few minutes after the final whistle blew - https://www.directbet.eu/BetStatus.cshtml?BetID=0x6dfc69d0f54c490ee1d55277a1896f31f3d5922d

DirectBet rules state that once a bet is confirmed, it stands. A bet was confirmed and the winner wasn't paid.

They have a sub-license under a master license.

Can't believe to see anonibet going so low. On the other hand I expect to see sportsbet and cloudbet going up in rankings; Is the table or excel sheet listed in your last post used to determine the ratings of those sporstbooks ?  If so, I don't think having a casino should affect or improve any casinos rating in general as a casino is a completely different venture than sportsbetting, and I don't see it affecting a sportbooks ranking.

Casinos and poker rooms don't affect sports book ratings. It's only posted there to make those that may be interested aware that a casino or poker room exists.

Anonibet went through a bad stretch were they were taking up to a week for withdrawals. If they stay clean for another month the rating will rise.

Cloudbet is another one that could be upgraded but they still have too many problems on the weekends for an upgrade at this time.

It will take sportsbet some time before an upgrade is warranted since they haven't been open long.
Alright, yeah a good think to see in a comparison I suppose. Anonibet used to be huge a few years back, haven't been to the place recently.
As for Cloudbet, while it could rise, its true they have been having a lot of problems lately. I have had withdrawal issues too, where it never got processed until I contacted support. They have a good sportsbook, just that the support and the deposit-withdrawal system is lacking.
Appreciate your input. It helps all.

Wow very impressive ! A nice list , so long. I can't seem to find any for the Olympics . If someone could help that would be great ! Also are there bets for every sport ? How would it work for say the 400m ? Or 100m sprint ? Will be fun to watch and root on your bet ^^

Nitrogen under "Specials" has Olympic gold medals by country but I don't see anything with individual events. Just took a quick glance and I didn't see much else.

Is there a trusted site for BTC book ratings? Sort of like a Covers (realize they are not perfect but highly regarded by many) or are there just user ratings? I want to try out some new books. Thanks.

Nice list but seems not updated
Anything with more brands is available ?

It should be updated. Let me know if you find more. The "NR" books haven't been rated yet. The agents are excluded as well as books such as Vitalbet that accept fiat currencies. There are a couple of small ones that aren't included that solely take esports or are limited to just one sport.

Be very careful with sportsbet.io

Quote
SportsBet.io + BitCasino.io
sportsbet1) mBetSolutions N.V., a shell company incorporated in Curacao, is operator of the websites www.sportsbet.io and www.bitcasino.io. Managing Director of mBetSolutions N.V. is Timothy John Heath.

Timothy John Heath was also the Managing Director of Muchos Poker – Muchos Gaming N.V., also incorporated in Curacao. Muchos Poker embezzled player deposits and closed business owing money to customers, what you can read here.

2) sportsbet.io and bitcasino.io have a worthless Curacao eGaming license 1668/JAZ (curacao-egaming.com), with no control about finances or profitability of the licensee. Gambling companies usually also have no bank accounts/financial transactions in Curacao.

3) Too good to be true promotions without any evidence of the financial status of the company. Lock Poker had also amazing promotions with over 100% rakeback and the worthless 1668/JAZ Curacao eGaming license.

Good luck!

In response to the previous comment,sportsbet.io should be ranked as F.Check out their official thread, running a fake promo lottery with terrible odds and false promotions to attract attention. To add, they're run by the same agencies running most of the mentioned above D rated websites.People are simply enjoying the few satoshi's paid by the agency to attract more attention....................

Things do seem fishy. They opened June 1st, claim to have 6.734 customers and to have given away $40,000 in raffles.

Do you have anymore information as far as previous agencies?

I forget the correct amount of times this has happened, and will go back and count if contested by DirectBet. It may have happened 50 times in the past and may happen again. A bet should be confirmed or rejected prior to the start of a game or prior to a score.
1796  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of SPORTSBOOKS. Please post any payout delays. Input wanted from all. on: July 07, 2016, 08:07:03 PM
Just to be clear, I am saying this is a grey area because 100 ETH was confirmed at 3.32

The last 50 ETH was just stuck.. NO WHERE, not confirmed, or anything.

They sent me an email 4 hours later, after 2 events won, and the 3rd in a winning state, that there was a bug and they will be refunding me the last 50 ETH.

I understand what you're saying, and yes, I believe that the bet should be honored considering the circumstances.

If you believe that you shouldn't receive your money or that DirectBet has a choice in not paying you, then I'll back off and it won't be held against DirectBet in this thread.

The ticket says the bet was confirmed. It's your call.

Right, I'm trying to clarify here.  I DO believe that I should receive the 50 ETH parlay winnings from them.

They paid out BOTH confirmed 50 ETH legs of this bet (100 ETH x 3.32) ...

The last 50 ETH was in limbo.  No where.  Not confirmed, just no where.  Am I making sense?  I sent 50 ETH and it just sat in their wallet and didn't hit my bet.  It was sent 1 minute apart from the others expecting to go total 150 ETH on the bet.  This is because of the 50 ETH limit on some of these.

I understand. This has happened with DirectBet many times in the past with bitcoins, not ether. Please just tell me if you should be paid or shouldn't. If you say there is a grey area, then it will be disregarded as far as this thread and the case closed.

Thanks for the info on sportsbet.io and it will be looked into.

With DirectBet, the player made a 50 ETH parlay bet at "best available odds". The bet was received and confirmed at odds of 3.32. The bet won and DirectBet didn't pay the winnings.

I would like to clarify, as I believe my circumstance is a pretty grey area.  However, I still feel that they SHOULD pay.

DirectBet has always paid me ALL confirmed bets/odds.  This specific instance went as follows:

  • I sent 3 x 50 ETH chunks to the bet ID
  • First two got confirmed no problem
  • Last transaction was in limbo for hours.  After my 2 events won, I finally got a response to multiple e-mails stating that there was an error on their side that didn't confirm the odds in the book
  • I believe they should pay out and honor the bet on the last 50 ETH because the parlay was in a winning state.  My logic is that if I had sent another 50 ETH while the 50 ETH was in limbo, it's possible that I could over extend my risk tolerance and all 200 ETH could be confirmed minutes before the first game started.  In this case, DirectBet would tell me that I'm shit out of luck.  Once an event starts, then you're SOL

I would like to clarify that I've wagered a LOT of money at DirectBet at this point.  They've been slow to respond.  But never NOT pay out CONFIRMED winnings.

Peeps Place, as much as I hate to say it, and as much as I truly believe they should pay out the winnings on my parlay because the 50 ETH was in limbo and in their hands, I think we should make sure that people know the truth and have all of the facts.

DirectBet, according to THEIR own rules, did no wrong.  But, this is really a grey area and puts the bettor (me) at risk when this happens.  The system is flawed because of the blockchain use IMO...

I want the truth to come out on both sides. DirectBet has been invited to join the thread.

I looked into the case and you made a bet at best odds. DirectBet confirmed the bet and gave you odds of 3.32. I don't see this as being a grey area.

If this case was taken to an arbitrator that understood gambling, I believe 100% that they would rule in your favor. All that's needed is the confirmed ticket.

You are a very honest guy. You sent an email to DirectBet one hour before the start of the first game. What DirectBet did is free roll you. Unscrupulous books will do this.
