Meni je on super. Taman sam s njegovim trollanjem uspio natući preko 50 postova ovaj tjedan. Priznajem da nije bilo lako i bez njega ne bi uspio valjda niti 30 postova napisati. Prije kad sam to radio i donio FIFO i svu dokumentaciju me teta iz Porezne prezrivo pogledala i vratila mi isti tren sve osim JOPPD obrasca. Ove godine me druga teta pogledala po sistemu "kako mislite nemate nešto gdje piše taj broj koji ste tu upisali za poreznu osnovicu", pa sam joj naknadno poslao FIFO evidenciju s izračunom poreza i ispis transakcija. Ne čini mi se da je išta gledala, bilo joj je samo bitno da ima neki papir koji može urudžbirati. Slična iskustva s poreznom sam imao i ja kada sam prije više godina prijavljivao internetsku zaradu (nije se radilo o kripto zaradi) koja mi je direktno sjedala na račun u banci. Uvijek bi samo u poreznoj predao ispunjeni JOPPD obrazac i to je bilo to, nikada me nitko nije pitao za nikakve dodatne papire, potvrde transakcija, odrađenog posla, ugovore... Zapravo se radilo o honorarnom poslu i da su tražili neki ugovor ne bih im imao što pokazati jer se radilo o online registraciji a ne bih formalno ni mogao dokazati da su mi transakcije po računu zapravo isplate honorara za posao odrađen preko Interneta. Srećom, nikada me nitko u poreznoj nije pitao za nikakvu dodatnu dokumentaciju a taj sam honorarni posao radio dosta dugo, 5-6 godina. There is no such thing as monthly income in bounties, many months can come and go without you earning a dime from bounties, don't treat bounties as a source of income it's unreliable.
The question is openly written as "signature" and not "bounties." You're making a mockery of yourself if you rely on bounties and leave your work. Što si se iznenadio? Pa svaki menadžer bi te trebao željeti u svojim redovima.  U svakom slučaju, čestitam na upadu u novu kampanju! Samo neka ti potraje što duže. Iznenadio sam se jer ne očekujem da su bounty menadžeri ludi za ljudima koji gotovo isključivo pišu u hrvatskoj sekciji koju čita desetak korisnika. Ali dobro, neću se žaliti. Što se tiče trajanja kampanje, ne očekujem da će trajati od predviđena dva-tri tjedna jer stvarno puno love daju. Iako, meni bi odgovaralo da daju i četvrtinu te love uz ovakve uvjete Kao prvo slackovicu, čestitam na ulasku u novu kampanju i neka ti potraje što duže. Sada kada imaš "motivaciju " očekujemo od tebe da se još više potrudis na našem lokalu Drugo, ne razumijem zašto se čudis što si primljen u ovu kampanju. Zapravo je to sasvim logično kad pogledaš spreadsheet i tko je sve primljen i zašto. Gotovo svi su primljeni zbog pisanja na različitim lokalima a s tobom je pokrio hrvatski lokal. Samo kod nekoliko primljenih članova piše global što znači da su primljeni zbog pisanja u engleskom dijelu foruma. Zapravo bi bilo veliko iznenađenje da tebe nije primio u kampanju s obzirom na traženi profil postera. Uostalom, s obzirom na predviđeno kraće trajanje kampanje nije bilo realno da će se prijavljivati najbolji posteri iz dugotrajnih i popularnijih kampanja. A mislim da nas ipak posjećuje puno više od desetak ljudi. Po zadnjoj statistici tridesetak ljudi je objavilo bar 1 post u mjesec dana a sigurno ima bar 3-4 puta više ljudi koji samo čitaju ali ne pišu i ne prijavljuju se na forum. |
