Right. All your private keys can be derived from your seed phrase and that's all you need for recovering your wallet.


For spending bitcoin from your wallet, you should create an unsigned transaction on your watch-only wallet, sign it on the offline device and broadcast it using your online device.
In this way, you can make transaction without your seed phrase connecting to the internet.

You can easily export all your receiving addresses from your wallet and check their balance on a block explorer.
To do so, open your wallet, click on "Window" button at top of the window and select "Receiving addresses".

Note that if you have ever made any transaction from the wallet, it's possible that your fund is on your change addresses.

If a wallet or the tool you use for generating the seed phrase is open-source and the code has been reviewed, there's nothing to worry about.
If you still want to generate the seed phrase yourself for any reason, it would better to generate a random number and convert that to a seed phrase instead of directly going the word list.

Note that there are two coinbase wallets. One of them is custodial and the other one is non-custodial.
Of course, even the non-custodial coinbase wallet should be avoided. Because it's close source and we don't know how the keys are generated and whether they have the access to the keys or not.

No. In a DEX, you should be able to trade without relying on any third party and without KYC while in binance P2P exchange, binance acts a third party and you have to verify your identity.
Binance P2P may have some advantages like giving you more payment method options, but as said it's not decentralized.

A seed phrase can't include 25 words. The number of words should be 12, 15, 18, 21 or 24 and as already said in the previous posts, a 12 word seed phrase is secure enough.
By a 25 word seed phrase, you may mean a 24 word seed phrase which has been extended by an additional word or characters. If that's the case, note that the 25th word isn't a part of the seed phrase. That's called passphrase.

Mycelium allow you to create a wallet using a single private key.

As mentioned by OmegaStarScream above, the address in question belongs to binance.
Note that when you deposit fund into an exchange, they move the fund to their hot wallet. That's normal and that's why the address is now empty.
Also, the address hasn't received all the 0.44 BTC you are talking about recently. It has received 0.41 BTC of that 0.44 BTC around 1 year and half ago.
