Well last weeks I running margin 1.1.4 with two exchanges hitbtc and binance on ubuntu 16.04 server I had one issue that the trading info on binance different than on margin app such as coin/amount/price. then I was upgrade to margin 2.0 its running smoothly with same issue but since yesterday its freez and crush and evry time I re-run it's working fine with hitbtc only but when I try to add binance get crushing.
The issue you have with finance might be to do with the nonce. They use a different method for calculating it that requires your system clock to keep perfect time. Hi everyone,
I'm running the demo for some days now (before making the decision to buy)
And although in the demo I made it to be proftable using market making, it seems there is a "bug" or issue, the Max order age, is set by default to 0.1hours , which would be 6m, since that the prices on the exchanges changed a lot, got higher, (like 4 houras ago maybe), and it hasn't updated the order.
Running on Ubuntu 18.04, with windows version under wine (the linux version doesn't run on ubuntu 18.04, only works with some exchanges)
Any ideas?

The order will only update if the buy or sell margin has changed resulting in a new price for the limit order. If not we save the API calls as the new order will be priced exactly the same. Anyone else having trouble getting bitfinex to load up? It's been crashing my margin for the last 2 days
No issue on Bitfinex as as I know. To get a fresh start you could save your API key data and delete the hidden .margin folder. Could be some setting in there between upgrades that causes the issue. Note you will lose bot settings etc. if you do this. Send a mail to support@margin.de if you are still having issues. Best wishes, Jonathan |

Yay!I'm really happy to learn that i'm now a mArgin owner and setting up my password and adding (fresh) API keys for a lot of exchanges was a bliss to me.... And the best part, mArgin now even runs natively on my Funtoo Linux install, YEAH! Since you're an amazing team, I'll like to suggest that. you can add option that collect 1% of user profit per month and user able to send this amount to margin balance/address to be optional for the users. We've been hard at work to bring you 3 major new features: a new view based profit/loss indicator, a market scanner and twitter integration!
Major new features- View based profit/loss indicator - calculates the P/L on the overlap of the trades in the current view
- Market scanner - view the top and worst performing coins, click on them and start trading!
- Twitter integration (add your twitter feed or search for trending topics)
- Huobi Pro support added
To activate the Market scanner and Twitter, open a new tool window - top left hand corner of margin
We also created a video that shows the new features: Youtube video link Minor new features and fixes- Adapted the view-buttons in the chart to show candle-widths by default (old mode available by unchecking the option "Chart buttons show candle times" in the "General" settings tab)

- The "active positions" list is now only shown for markets that actually support margin trading

The proposed feature would just kill any account, regardless of the roll in it. It would be crazy to compound your trades as prices can easily go against, and you can be stuck for quite a while!

Hello All
Is there a way to auto reinvest profits from a trade rather than have them sit in BTC?
For example.
I buy 100 BTC for $100 (just as an example don't get too excited).
I sell the 100 BTC with a 1% gain at $101.
My next trade is then set to buy 101 BTC for $101 dollars.... and so on.
I do this manually already on a daily basis to build my portfolio but would like to automate this.
Any suggestions?

 I know about the minimum effective gain but the point I am testing the Ema bot without it to try to understand how it works so that it can be fine tuned but this bot is miserable. These are the results after using the 12h, 1D,3D and 1W chart. All with the same config with no effective gain set. It doesnt catch any valleys, only the peaks. Hi Amaralluis, Sorry for your frustrations. The bot works exactly as it should but as CTShaman said you can protect situations like you encountered by using a Min Effective Gain. Remember this bot, unlike the mArgin maker or the ping pong, places spot (market) orders. Spot orders as they are designed to go through immediately can end up being split over many trades and prices. On currency pairs with low volumes that are not trending it often happens that the bot will make losses as a large spread coupled with a shallow order book means the desired price is just not attained. In market that are trending (bull or bearish behaviour) the EMA is an excellent choice and can really perform well. You are right that we need a new visualisation of the trades that is bot specific especially for customers who, like you, run many bots on a single pair. I also see that in your configuration you are using immediate mode which triggers as a candle is forming. Running in this mode is riskier than in the default mode. Best wishes, Jonathan |

Hi guys. I spent not a lot of time studying this bot. Maybe a few hours. I looked at several reviews on youtube, read a few pages, and it has only 2 strategies for automatic trading?? Yes, a pretty good interface and the number of exchanges in this bot. And so it's a standard terminal. There are quite a lot of them ..... What makes it unique? I will not spam, but I found very interesting bot (Moon bot) which I'm trying to find an alternative. While unsuccessfully .

On margin app the hitbtc shown my info uncorrected, that's not a first time. how i can fix this errors? btw I'm using bnb as fee on binance but the margin bot place the order with less amount of it for fee.
