@LykkeX: Thanks for the answers!
I'm just not sure how to understand "Please see above, where more info was posted. Total funding pre ICO was 1.5M CHF (roughly 1.6M$). Some of the investors are public, see links above."
Could you point me on the post you mean? In the first post it's said:
"Lykke has recently closed an investment round of 0.5 Mio CHF with angel investors at a valuation of 15 Mio CHF. We are adjusting the bid and ask price per share to 1.40 and 1 CHF, which corresponds to 0.014 and 0.01 CHF per Lykke coin. The bid and ask quotes will change in response to demand and supply"
And my question is simple, just how many LKK were sold prior to this ICO.

http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20160916005594/en/WISeKey-Launch-Blockchain-Center-Excellence-Mauritius-Developwho convinced an entire government to implement blockchain tech across the board? this guy... (and friends like Carlos Moreira) "Finally, Mr. Larry Christopher Bates, Chief Security Officer and President of Bitland Global, suggested that Mauritius can become the “Blockchain Valley” through the advent of a cyber-security Hague for international data-houses. He maintained that this will inevitably contribute to economic growth. Blockchain as a technology is here to stay. The onus remains on us to harness its advantages and leverage them for the benefit of Mauritian businesses, consumers and the Government. In addition, Blockchain KYC’s efficiencies and cryptographic protocols deliver stronger security and faster compliance with reduced operating costs." so...who is doubting bitland now? I still have a lot of doubts. You say: "who convinced an entire government to implement blockchain tech across the board?
this guy..."In the article is stated: "Mr. Larry Christopher Bates, Chief Security Officer and President of Bitland Global, suggested that Mauritius (...)"I would say there is a difference between "convincing" and "suggesting". ;-) And just btw: Factom is working with Honduras on land-title-registry but what is obvious: Politics are slow and while it seems there is some progress, the Factom-team itself says that it will take some time.

I'm invested now. Even if I'm unsure about the price-potential in short-term I believe this could be a diamond for longterm.
And: I really like the App - unusual for me, because normally I don't like it to do things with my phone. ;-)
But I also have some more questions...
ICO and total supply:
- How many LKK are sold to Investors in total after this ICO? I know the prices of the other rounds, but not how many were sold in the first funding. There were two before this ICO, right?
- Are there any restrictions or can the company (the owner) sell as much LKK as they want whenever they want?
Bitcoin:
I know there are high expectations and that also would mean a lot of transactions. I know that won't necessarily all be on chain, but:
- Could the blocksize limit become a problem for Lykke?
- While I believe it's unlikely it could nevertheless be possible that Bitcoin could hardfork and split into two chains: What would Lykke do?
About the APP - I'm on IOS:
- There is a Trading- and a Private-Section: Does that mean that if my LKK are in the Trading-section they are on the Lykke-exchange and I should move them somehow to the private section to be safe with the backup-key? I don't understand the private-section to be honest and for what it is.
- If I would delete the App (or destroy my phone or whatever), I would only need the 12 words to get my wallet back, right? But how?
- Is there a way to generate a cold-wallet?
About the roadmap:
- Is it possible (and if yes, are there plans) to add other Crypto-Currencies/Blockchain-projects on the exchange to trade them on Lykke (let's say NXT or Factom - just for example)?
- Is there any time-estemation for a browser-setup?
- Are there chances, maybe even plans, to connect Lykke to Oanda?
About FIAT:
- If I would sell Lykke or BTC for Euro (I'm from germany): Would/Will I be able to transfer EUR to my personal bank-account? Will Lykke partner with a bank like bitcoin.de and kraken do it with the Fidor-bank?
- There are already some providers for Bitcoin-debit-cards (Xapo for example): Are there any plans that Lykke will also go into such a direction?
Other exchanges:
- I know it was said: "LKK will be tradable only at Lykke Exchange, which is going to be better (nicer, more secure) then centralized trusted exchanges like Poloniex or Bittrex"
...but: Is it impossible for them to add LKK? I mean, if they would want to add LKK, they could do it, right?
I know, a lot of questions. But no need to hurry, I have time. I really like this project, because the professionalism I see here is rare in the Crypto-space.

We still dont feel confortable with its dark market use.
(....)
Cloak is used on dark markets? Claoks' marketcap is 300btc... what do you think ? I don't think it is. I have more the question why he tries to give such an impression. My guess is: Since Monero showed how far a good anon-solution can make it, Onecoin wants back to Cloak to get a piece of the dark-market-hype. With other words: This Cloak --> Onecoin --> Cloak - back and forth is ridiculous.

What I find surprising is that there are these problems on Polo (not sure about Bittrex, anyone?) since over 24 hours without them saying anything or "temporarily disable" it if they have to fix something. Just tried it again: Is that because you are sending the same amount as the fee? I tried to send 2 FCT to my paper wallet yesterday, but still hasn't shown up in the explorer ... 0.1 FCT is Fee on Polo...

transactions show as "ERROR" on all exchanges
You've tried it with Bittrex?

At least it seems as if many seriously want to get rid of XRP. Big news, price goes up - and it's dumped back down, which I wouldn't have expected. But we'll see if it goes up again.

Yes. I agree. Now Poloniex is saying: "Temporarily Disabled". That it might be a sign for M2 was more out of the thought that if transactions would generally be working, but no withdrawals and deposits on exchanges, that they maybe already got new software from Factom to be prepared. But that was more loud thinking - or wishful thinking. ;-)
Oh really? I raised my withdrawal with support before, and they said they can't see anything wrong. Like you said, it could be a sign, but i really have my doubts and polo support made no mention of an m2 switchover happening, it's all a bit strange, i'll send an email to Michael Beam and Brian just in case. I believe I've made a mistake. It's possible that it was Bitmark with "temporarily disabled". It's right above Factoids in my account ("hide 0 Balances") and it is temporarily disabled while Factom is not. Maybe I had a "kink in my optics" - right after waking up. ;-)

Hello. We're trying to setup FCT at our Exchange and experience some problems. We have sent test transactions at Poloniex and Bittrex and neither of them received these transactions. But transactions are in blockchain. Then we've tried to send FCT transaction from Bittrex to Poloniex and viceversa with no success too. So, we would like to ask FCT community for help. Could you perform the test and send FCT transaction from one Exchange to another, will it be credited to your account?
I tried to send myself a tiny amount from Polo. Two times: "Complete: Error". I have no clue what's going on but in best case it could even be a sign for M2. Maybe both exchanges have to implement new binaries or something like that before M2 will be released. But, just brainstorming what's going on here - could be wrong of course. Factom-Status: http://factomstatus.com --> also no connection. Put through a transaction from polo to my wallet over an hour ago, polo says confirmed with txid, nothing appearing in wallet or explorer. Last factoid transaction on explorer nearly 7 hours ago, usually can find at least one per hour. What's going on? M2 is coming along sometime yes, but would they pause all transactions without notice? I think there's an actual problem here. Also, factomstatus.com needs you to be running factomd for it show anything. Everything seems to be running on the network, but factoid transactions are MIA Yes. I agree. Hi, did install the wallet and it works really smoothly my question: - where are the funds actually stored? in the blockchain or local in some kind of wallet.dat? I mean in case the phone gets lost or defect, does installing the wallet on a new phone and login with my initial email-address and password recover the funds? cheers You had to write down the backup-key: 12 words. With that you can restore the wallet if your phone should be damaged or something like that. interesting, during the installation process I was never asked for a back-up key neither was any key displayed to write down... only password (one single word) and PIN had to be defined. IOS or Android? I'm on IOS. But what I don't remember is if it was mandatory or it's possible to skip that. If that should be possible, maybe you just didn't see and skipped it kind of inadvertently...?

What I would like to know is: How dependent is Lykke on Bitcoin? I ask because I always think that it's possible that Bitcoin might lose his leading position in years or, worse, maybe even hard fork into two like Ethereum did. Could Lykke use theoretically any other Blockchain?
And what exactly is the business-model? Or more directly: How to make money?
By the way: First when I saw this I thought it may could be a perfect fit with Factom.
The team is actively looking into Ethereum, as per the business plan. Yes, in theory any chain that supports issued assets could do. Openasset and Bitcoin decision was made at the very beginning, and integration takes time, so its not a goal to support any chain. Business model is stated above as earning money on the spread, not commissions. Lykke can act as a market-maker. This part is also under very active development. You should find more documents on the website. If not, it will be good to have more questions in this direction - I'll forward them to the experts on the team. See this academic paper, e.g. https://lykke.com/city/_media/golubdupuisolsen.pdfFactom - not currently under consideration but thanks for the suggestion. Publishing prices on a blockchain makes sense. Okay, thank you very much for the quick reply! I will look deeper into it!

Confirmation from the CEO of Brave New Coin: Hello All My name is Fran Strajnar. I'm the founder & CEO of Bravenewcoin.com (BNC). BNC is a market data solutions company. We have 3 divisions: 1) Content. News, analysis, research covering the Asset Class, the industry and the technology.
2) Market Data. We are a full service data shop covering the whole asset class. Our flagship Bitcoin Liquid Index (BLX) is being distributed out via inter-dealer-brokers, terminal providers, specialist index shops and we also have a lot of our data 'stocked' by various API market places and financial data, database providers.
3) Blockchain solutions. The tools we have built largely revolve around giving our market data division further data and interoperability features. This is where Factom comes in. We are seeing the blockchain (all of them) becoming a new delivery system for market data. A growing number of conventional apps need assurance of the quality and where their market data is coming from (data integrity & immutability). And a growing number of Distributed Applications need market data to expand their feature set. We have just completed a 21inc Integration for currency conversion between 100+ Cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies. We have just launched a series of Ethereum Oracles (See here http://tabbforum.com/opinions/oracles-making-smart-contracts-smarter-and-more-useful) And yes we are also integrating all of our pricing into Factom too. This is not 100% complete yet. We expect it to be done in the next couple of weeks with announcements coming as the work is done. From there you can expect us to process various requests and expand the range of data made available via Factom in the coming weeks and months. Please feel free to ask any questions and I'll endeavor to reply promptly. Many thanks ~ Fran ps - that bnktothefuture link is now old. That was from our seed round back in Q4 last year.https://www.reddit.com/r/factom/comments/51yu57/new_partnership_with_brave_new_coin/d7i042t
