You should easily find investors for it.
As a person who invest and invested in a lot of bitcoin startups, I don't think any of us want part of it

On the menu bar, it says $40 -dedicated servers, yet their is no dedicated server for that price. Actually it is more than double that price. So that is not cool.

Private, secure, anonymous ... client-side only key handling ... (pay-for-service using btc?)
So the obvious LMAO, I have most of those of course. It is kinda hard for email since it is unencrypted until it hits my custom server, then I encrypt it, before putting into the database. Pretty sure there are options to only accept TLS connections on a number of smtpd servers these days. Would be interesting to see how many senders would refuse to change the link to TLS still. Are you or the servers going to be in privacy unfriendly jurisdictions though? I am building my own mail server so TLS is included and would be the only option. Well I am in the USA and exploring with my legal team the best way to go about this. Worst case I built the mail server and a decent frontend. Then I give the project to someone in a better jurisdiction, while also open sourcing so anyone can run it and I can still have a control direction of the project.

I am building a Secure email server (SMTP, POP3, Frontend) what features would you guys like to see in it? I have yet to decide if I am going to open source it or built a business of it.
It is very close to being done, so I am not going to say what features it currently has.

It looks to be aimed exchanges, which I think is necessary, as said before exchanges and every bitcoin company should follow the laws. NY is very tough on these types of companies. Seriously, fuck the US and the State of New York. I hear there are other countries in the world, and some of them actually welcome entrepreneurs.
Uhmm this has nothing to do with entrepreneurs. I have an LLC that is clearly a bitcoin related company and I didn't get any subpoena. Also NY is one of the best places to be an entrepreneur, I get a lot of good tax breaks.

Bottom line is Tradefortress isn't the material many of us consider trustworthy by default.
It is sad, people like Erik, Charlie Sherm, Roger Ver, Charles Lee, Jared, should I go on? I mean how are these people passed over for spots on the default trust list? Makes no sense, but this is one of the downfalls of this forum.

You have a service that makes a profit, and you want a loan to pay your self. This isn't adding up to me. Maybe you should be bootstrapping some more things or even give out shares for work. I doubt anyone is going to fund this loan because it is way out of the normal of a startup.

Obvious scam, is obvious.
Do you have a certificate to prove it is what you say it is? Can people do escrow?

Yes let's make so people have to pay for information. Invite forums and closed groups hurt bitcoin more than helping it. Especially in the legal nature.
I see your point. However, this forum is to noisy (has too many posts per day), and as a result few people actually keep track of everything that's going on here. Limiting the audience able to post is a good way to keep only serious contributors. We can post any relevant information that is generally useful back to this open forum. Or perhaps, if we find a technological solution, we could have it open for public consumption, but require a Bitcoin fee for posting. Limiting posting is different from using the bitcoin foundation forums, which are completely closed. I agree there is a lot of noise here for some issues, but I don't see the legal area being a part that is affected by that noise.

I can be involved in this, I am always pentesting my own vms and coding new ways to protect and make Bitcoins safer, and keeping it as automated as possible.

I don't have any tattoos so I guess I am only half-way to being cool.

If berkeley tools can't read it then your coins are gone. You could try pywallet but I doubt it would help.
thats not right, BDB is often pissed when in fact its only small damage, pywallet should be always be able to recover it unless its a huge damage He said the structure of the BTree is damage, that is major damage in my opinion.

I'm looking for investors for a gambling site.
I already developed the site but need capitol to run it.
PM me if you're interested, house edge will be / is 1%.
I'm willing to meet up IRL / set-up a contract. I wouldn't have control of your funds, only over site profits.
Since I have invested in actual sites, you should try use as much capital as you have. A vps is like $20 for a month, and a domain is $10 for a year. Then after you prove the market for your site, then people should invest. Your method of raising capital before deploying is very shady.
