In a thread with 1000 views and under 100 replies directbet already has 100 votes? (Over the next 500 views they seemingly got 1 vote) According to search trends and alexa directbet seems significantly less popular than cloudbet yet carries 50x the votes of cloudbet already. Seems fishy, they were voted the #1 gambling site last time as well in a poll which featured primedice and just-dice by a large margin. A couple of problems can be overlooked if corrected but there were many problems in the last 5 weeks. We can reconsider after a two month period of being fairly clean.
Also every book that has a dedicated thread here has no excuse not to be responding daily. If they're only going to have someone look at the thread from time to time they should instead set up email notification to their support every time something is posted. If a book (any book) is only going to use the thread to shill for themselves but ignore customers it's not a good sign. true |

Has anyone had problems with either Cloudbet or BetBTC? Cloudbet was downgraded due to customer support as well as withdrawal times not being consistent. Both problems seem to be fixed.
The only problem with BetBTC is liquidity.
Is there any reason not to upgrade both books?
What evidence is there that Cloudbet's cs issues are fixed? I know they posted here that they've fixed the problem. But over the last year they've stated the same thing several times but the cs response never improved. The only thing that I have to go on is that their thread is clean as well as interaction with Cloudbet stating that the average response time has changed from 22.6 hours to 3 hours. |

We have already added a ton of extra sports and leagues to BetBTC. (Horse-Racing still incoming) Positive Feedback keeps coming on our topic like the deposits, freebet requests and liquidity. Features like instant deposits, live chat support, API betting, anonymous betting and more were released. We are operating for more than 1 year. Our C- rating on this topic keeps unchanged  The only thing holding you back is liquidity. It's checked often. There will be some upgrades/downgrades in the next couple of weeks. |

Anonibet downgraded from "A" to "C+" - Anonibet is a good book but they aren't able to meet the standard set where a majority of withdrawals shall be made within 15 minutes. A book must meet the 15 minute withdrawal mark to have a rating of "B-" or above.
DirectBet raised from "C" to "C+" - DirectBet's down time has decreased. What's keeping DirectBet from a higher rating are lines with a very high hold along with the confiscation of a player's bet and winnings. Margins will have to decrease along with the player's confiscated funds paid back in order for a higher grade.
The standard for a book to be "B-" or above is high.

If 5 minutes is the acceptable amount of time to receive a btc withdrawal, why isn't Anonibet downgraded?
Their site states very clearly that it's 1-2 hours during the hours they have staff working, and 10 hours when they're off.
How can this not drop them several grades?
This is not acceptable. This is not an "A" grade book.
Why is every other book held to a 5 minute standard, and they get 10 hours yet remain an "A" book?

This is primitive.
I agree that a downgrade is warranted. I made a personal withdrawal a while back that took longer than 15 minutes. They weren't downgraded at that time since no one else has been posting about withdrawals not meeting the 15 minute guideline. There's a current complaint in their thread. Let's wait to see what happens with that before determining how much Anonibet should be downgraded. |

Time for a Nitrogen downgrade for their disappointing cs tonite. On and offline for hours, no response to the many people in their thread asking what's going on. I sent them an email over an hour ago, no response. They've been having trouble staying online all week it appears from their thread. If no one is going to maintain their bitcointalk thread overnite, they need to set up forwarding to their support department during those hours.
