1921  Economy / Economics / Re: Putin warns of financial crisis the world ‘has not yet seen’ on: August 09, 2019, 06:43:18 AM
This is true, but everyone knows but doesn't know how to change. What I am worried about now is that the financial crisis that led to the Third World War may be very cruel. This is not impossible.
It's funny how some people be talking about third world war. I just saw someone mentioning third world war when we are talking about financial crisis, don't even know why some people like war, is there anything that they gain from it? It just makes no sense and shouldn't be something that the world should be into cause it's very bad.

War is very bad and can only lead to destruction and killing of innocent children and good people. The worst part of it all is that the innocent people are the ones that suffer from it, the leaders never get to suffer in any way, they are kept safe with their family.
1922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ether holdings of ICO projects gradually falling on: August 08, 2019, 08:23:09 AM
Well, I don't think this is something new in the space, because it is very obvious to all that the ICO market is gradually dying off and investors moving to a more trusted network which is the IEO, and I also believe the reason being that the ICO market lacks regulation, therefore making it lawless and easy for scammers to carry out their activities.

But, with the introduction of IEO into the space, we can now make investment in projects and still be assured that our investment is secured since it is being controlled by popular exchanges which are trusted and will not have any reason whatsoever to run away with investors fund when they can simply earn more by moving away with traders funds, lol.
1923  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is happening to STO projects? on: August 08, 2019, 04:41:20 AM
bitbond came with a license from the german's regulator but it can't even reach the softcap. STO is not worth project and it's a scam and so many STO has been scamming the hunters after they have reached softcap as some people said.
STO in the crypto is different from STO in the stock market. In crypto, the creator of that STO was abusing its STO.
I agree with you that STO is the same as ICO, equally easy for developers to manipulate
If the STO is carried out in a large exchange maybe the results could be better Roll Eyes
I think STO is just an upgraded version of IPOs and that is why they are not gaining much recognition, if you look at it, you will see that IPO were the main method that companies do use to raise projects before, but this method met its downfall when ICO came into the market and many investor diverted all their investment from IPO market to ICO market, and if  may ask you, what do you think it is that really attracted people from IPO into ICO, despite the fact that IPO had security more than STO?

It was nothing but the big profit, the margin between the profit that IPO investors and ICO investors makes is too wide, and if you look at STO, it is almost the same pattern of IPO that they followed too with their very low profit return on investment which is not anything to write home about.
1924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: invest? gambling? or trade again? on: August 08, 2019, 03:09:45 AM
I mean it is a personal choice, we can't really tell people what to do with their money. If it was all up to me and I would be able to control your money I would say donate, there are amazing causes in the world that even though I love I don't donate because I am not a rich person but I try to donate at least once a year for a very tiny amount to feel better about myself to be honest with you.

So, if I had the chance, I would give it all to some charity. Since that makes no sense otherwise all people with a bit of excess money they don't need would send it to charity and world would have no more poor people but we decline that notion, I could say investing for long term is the best option, having enough money to fall back on in case something major happens and also having the chance to make a huge profit in old age sounds amazing.
1925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why did you choose your current exchange? on: August 08, 2019, 02:32:49 AM
if I think I've also been using the binance market for a long time and I use trading every day, because for me it's also my favorite market, because seeing the movement and volume is also quite good, so for me it's also a good way to make a profit.
If you look at when Binance exchange first came out, many people were using some very great exchanges before without complains, but the moment Binance exchange came into existence and they started hearing of it through publicity and the hype that was all over the internet then, they switched from that exchange they were using before to Binance.

Anyway, I guess that the most favorite of many people right now is Binance, and I hope this will still remain their favorite even if we have some other great competitors that are coming into the market sooner. It is not everyone that you see using an exchange used it because it is their favorite, something favorite is what you would stay with irrespective of any other exchange that comes out to promise heaven and earth to switch.
1926  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is margin trading worth checking out? on: August 07, 2019, 07:36:58 PM
Yeah, I think it's worth of trying. If you have enough experience, necessary skills and knowledge, so why not?
Because none of them are important in margin trading.

I would have asked you to try it out for a quick look but I would advice against that too. In order to margin trade you need to take a "loan" on that site and your debt will be due. Once you use that for leveraging a multiplied return you can pay back the debt and rest of the money in yours. But this means you have to make an accurate range prediction of the asset you are trading on. This is not spot trading where you buy assets, here you buy a contract. Moreover if your position is not met within a certain course of time you would have to keep paying liquidation fees to stop being liquidated and keep that position open.

All in all, it is a high risk trade - better to say gambling.
No matter the simplicity of your definition, margin trade is a highly risky trade to practice, and I would not advise anyone to go for it. There is always a bad luck that follows loan generally, and margin trade loan is not exceptional, you see some of these brokers use one hand to give you loan, and then use the second hand to take it away from you and pretending like it is your lack of skill or strategy that ruined you.

I have used margin trade before and despite the fact that I was highly skilled about it, I still lost everything even when I tried as much as possible not to be greedy, I didn’t even leverage high and I understand all the risk that is involved. I think trading at spot is still the best for anyone that is interested in trading at all, it is better to make the little profit from normal trade than the promises of big profit from margin trade, only to lose the capital too.
1927  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Savings Vs Investment? on: August 07, 2019, 07:11:45 PM
we are always encouraged to invest because that makes cash flow always flow and create greater values. But if you don't have much knowledge about crypto, you should not invest in it. Should only invest in what you can understand.
Real estate is one of the most understandable assets and the most valuable asset to invest.
I call that rivers that never run dry, when I talk to people about spending and investment, I make them understand that investment is very necessary to make, because that is the only way that one can guarantee himself of constant income that would even help our savings to grow.

In fact if you look at it, I think both of them are actually interwoven because for you to get capital to make investment, you have to save towards it also, except maybe you are lucky to get some relatives that would donate money for you get someone that would be interested in your project and then pick interest to invest in it by giving you some capitals for it.

So, it is best to practice both savings and investment same time, and when investing, I would prefer to just in have some physical investment first and then make cryptocurrency my second investment.
1928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinions on BNB for the future maybe in few years time? on: August 07, 2019, 03:46:54 AM
Binance ceo, CZ, clearly has big plans for BNB. In fact, I'm beginning to believe that BNB might overtake where Ethereum currently is. However, one has to cast some doubts on bnb when you consider the fact that coins trading on binance chain have dipped so bad. It casts a cloud of uncertainty over the future of binance and bnb in general
Binance is a great company and the CEO has really been a great  and very hardworking man, which is why the project has thrived for this long, most of the initiatives that they have come up with has been a very great one, and it has been so useful that it can never be forgotten, but dint forget that before Binance, there was once a great exchange too, and nobody knew Binance was going to come out to push those exchanges aside.

We may still never know if there will be another company that will rise up with better ideas than that of Binance because the blockchain technology is still new and developing, we still have more years to give birth to more companies that will really show what true blockchain technology is all about, so until then, I hope Binance still remain strong.
1929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nothing new. on: August 06, 2019, 07:41:59 PM
Based on the level of knowledge that everyone has about blockchain technology, I think for now, that is still the best product that can come out of blockchain, until blockchain becomes fully grounded, then we will have many people that will still do more research to see what can really come out of blockchain technology which I believe that they will surely come up with new innovations, but for now, I think all these purpose of blockchain are quite more than enough for us till further notice, and if there is anything that I expect from these new innovations, it would be for them to perform to the fullest, at least they should get serious and be more active in their promotions so that I can see a growth in my investment, that is what can really impress me.
1930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did Facebook Just Gave-Up On Libra Project? on: August 06, 2019, 06:38:27 PM
Coin Facebook has very tricky developers.  I believe that they can do a lot of secrets from a simple user.  I would not trust them.  The US government also suspects something.
Facebook started on a wrong foot about their crypto and I use to respect Facebook until I lost respect for them after they came up with their own Libra coin because I realized that Mark lack integrity. I could still remember the fight they gave to ICO campaigns then, the hatred was so much for cryptocurrency that any project that would have been successful them would just cancel the social media campaign for Facebook because they kept blocking them.

only twitter has been very supportive of cryptocurrency and they are the ones that really deserve to come up with a cryptocurrency plan, not Facebook. As if that was not even enough for them, their selfishness as usual also wants to dominate the cryptocurrency market just like they have done to other social media platform.
1931  Economy / Gambling / Re: www.Piwi247.com - Powered by Pinnacle - No documents needed on: August 03, 2019, 02:24:32 PM
Okay that's good but why should I believe someone who is still an newbie?
Even if you should create lots of newbie accounts and comment here just to convince people, I'm still not going to believe it.. That has become the normal thing for most of the scammers in this forum these days. They will create a thread about a fake casino site and then create lots of newbies accounts and then be using it to drop positive comments in the thread to convince people that it is legit while it is not.
1932  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Looking for a investor in game bot on: August 03, 2019, 02:04:35 PM
One thing you have to know is that people hardly help people they meet face-to-face, not to talk of a total stranger they see online without even seeing their face or knowing anything about them. And another thing is that before anyone helps you these days they always consider what is going to be their own profit from the business and if there is no profit for them, they wouldn't consider wasting their money in it. So, I will advise you to just work out the money yourself and invest in your project and if anything comes from it later on, then it all belongs to you, and you wouldn't have to bother about settling anybody
1933  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Trying to buy large volumes of BTC with discount. on: August 03, 2019, 12:28:43 PM
I will advise you not to do that kind of business with just anyone you see. Because one thing I know for sure is that if you try to buy Bitcoin from anyone, they will tell you to make payments first and if you send payment to them first then you're going to end up losing your money and that's it, just say goodbye to a huge amount of money.

I don't know why you should be looking for a discount though ,It would be better for you to make use of an exchange and buy how much you can afford at the moment. Even escrows are not safe, some.people might recommend an escrow service to you, but you wouldn't know that the escrow is a scam account they are working with. It's up to you though.
1934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware of scam BiteBTC exchange on: August 02, 2019, 07:38:40 PM
As you know various exchanges launching every day and also attracting traders and users through airdrops and various benefits, I suggest don't deposit any big amount in any unknow or new exchange, Bitbtc is a big scam exchange.
What is making those traders and users run from their previous exchanges, they say that the devil you know is better than the angel you don’t know. I know that some of these exchanges has a way of sweet talking users into using their platform, by promising them lots of bonuses and this what they usually use to trap them.

Traders needs to really watch out, not to because of bonuses trap themselves into an exchange that is not known and cannot be trusted, because what the users of Hitbtc got is exactly what will happen to them too with these exchanges if care is not take. There is need to prevent this, and the only way to prevent it is to be sure that traders and users verify exchanges very well and then use high rated exchanges more.
1935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Managers do not Determine the Legitimacy of a Cryptocurrency Project on: August 02, 2019, 06:47:00 PM
When selecting a bounty company, I do not pay attention to the rank of manager. This is not an indicator of his honesty and professionalism. A bounty manager with a good reputation, albeit with a small rank, deserves more trust.
Nah, rank is not what should be sued as a criteria to know if a campaign is to be trusted or not, what really matters to me is the history of such manager, when I see a project, I first check the history of the manager that promoted it to see if most of the projects he has projected has been successful and has not had much complains from bounty hunters of not being paid, then I can go further to research on the project.

We have some bounty managers that are known for quality, and will never accept to promote any project they are very unsure of or think they will make payment to the hunters. These managers are doing like what Binance is doing before accepting any project to be registered in their IEO platform for people to be a part of the campaign.
1936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CRYPTOCURRENCIES INVESTMENT on: August 01, 2019, 08:17:21 PM
In order not to feel like you made the wrong decision, I think it would be advisable to divide it equally to all the 4 you selected here and in this case, it should be 25% each. Crypocurrency investment is not a win win affair so be prepared for anything that happens.
So what happens to having some parts in bitcoin, because without bitcoin, there would not have been existence of most of these coins that e mentioned, and if you still look at it, majority of these altcoins does not rely on their own development to grow but on the development of that of bitcoin, so without bitcoin growth, they actually go nowhere in value.

Before any investment can be considered, I think bitcoin should first be considered because this is the only coin that I still guarantee will survive for life, I don’t know of the rest, but I am sure that in some few years’ time, most of these altcoins will fade away because there will be less interest in them as a result of bad projects and there will be more interest in Bitcoin as currency for many things they wishes to carry out.
1937  Economy / Economics / Re: Facebook Agrees to Pay $5 Billion, BUT will they ever stop? on: August 01, 2019, 07:02:46 PM
Government does not solely support, they also regulated. Thing is, facebook is launching a Libra coin that will be like money in the internet and there's a lot of risk in the world when this is not regulated since it can be use for illegal activities, money laundering and etc.
I think government just does not want to support Facebook coin because I don’t fully see what is threatening about the Libra coin to them.

Yes, cryptocurrency generally makes it impossible for the government to be able to monitor the transaction that goes on within it, I mean the decentralized cryptocurrencies not all those counterfeits that comes in form of centralized coin, but in one of the abstract of Facebook Libra coin, I read where they wrote that the system is going to run on blockchain, but would not be having the anonymous part of it, which means people’s transaction can be monitored, and this should be what government want, even if we are going to run cryptocurrency, they want something that is still going to be within their view so that they can still have full control.
1938  Economy / Economics / Re: Advice on how best to protect your capital on: August 01, 2019, 06:31:17 PM
The best thing that we can do is always be careful when we want to invest in one or more project, only use the money you can afford, and don't use too big money if you are not sure, or you are sure that the project will be successful because you never know if that will happen or not. Always search for more information about the project so you can get additional information which will help you to decide. All in all, your tips will help people to choose, and they can know what they need to do before they invest.
There is no way to know the chance of a project surviving or not even when they look very good and done some hype about it. It all depends on the strength of the team and also depends on how far they are willing to go and never to get discourage about the project no matter the storm that they face through it. So the best way is to test them first by using the money that will not make us hypertensive, ten after we have tested the project, then we can gradually add more money to it.

When I first got to know about bitcoin, I just put some money in for and waited to monitor the development of the project, it was until I became sure of my capital being safe in bitcoin that I started putting more money into the market. So like you said, one of the best ways to protect the capital is just to ensure it is in the market of a strong crypto.
1939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BSV 90% increase | Scam on: August 01, 2019, 04:40:22 AM
Why did you decide that they control and manipulate the price? I've never seen an open confession to that. What makes you think that?
Well, there is no need for you to see an open confession before you really see that bsv is being manipulated, if a coin is going to grow in value, at least you should be able to know the fundamentals that is contributing to it, but look at BSV, there is no new about its growth anytime it increases, and not many people around talks about it for us to think they have a product that is being used often.

Before a value of coin can grow genuinely, they must have attained some stages of adoption, and I don’t see much adoption around BSV, other than the noise Craig keeps making that he is the satoshi, and this is more reason why they should even drop in price but yet, we keep witnessing a manipulated percentage. I really don’t trust all these fork of bitcoin that much.
1940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trends in altcoins today on: August 01, 2019, 03:53:24 AM
At this point there is really no answer that could satisfy people who want to get into altcoins.

At the same time, with respect to bitcoins, if you want to get in, yeah it is definitely a good time, anytime is a good time, there is no reason to not buy bitcoin at any price at all, if you have purchased from 20 thousand dollars even that was a good time, because getting into bitcoin is more important than actually buying bitcoin since if you get into it only once you will be hard to not get back in and do more stuff and eventually profit.

However, if you are afraid and don't really want to but see people profiting and want to do the same than you are going to just miss the fact that for every 1 person you see profiting there is at least 10 losing money as well, a fool and his money soon parted works here too.
