So looking through the source code, noticed POS is implemented.
If I read it correctly 5% at 365 min 730days max weight.
Perhaps this should be mentioned in OP?

edit out your user name and pass from your cgminer settings. I do assume they match otherwise you get a credential error .
Try adding these settings to cgminer.
--expiry 2 --scan-time 2 --queue 0
The client is not even getting past the splash screen now lol. Those were switches for cgminer not hobonickels-qt

OK, I am soloing this with 2MH's, I have gotten 1 block in an hour. I should by luck be getting around a block per 10 mins , I also have 1 reject. Any ideas?
Hmm not sure off hand. Post your .conf and your miner setting. Maybe something odd in those.

im not aware of any problems with my other pool's apart from the login redirection which i have a fix ready for implementation. And regarding your comment about my motto. Flound is the multipool OP which is a coin raper. Secondly i've run a number of sha pools and scrypt. ORB, GME and SRC working well with consistent hashrate's so i know what im doing. This one however like OSC and TEK refuses to accept blocks
This is not SHA 256. ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif)
