usually people put more info re sale than a batch #, hence the price will be linked to an average hashing speed, NOT a batch #.
IF you believe what a person trying to sell you their miner is telling you. We all know all Bitcoin related people on this forum even are sooo honest.  Some people would do that, yes. I sure will when I put mine up for sale very soon,. But most others will be BSing and scamming. |

I wonder how they distinguish between batch one,two,three?
In regards to shipping or in regards to testing each board for its quality? Batch 1 & 3 are the same in specifications with different price and shipping dates. I got a batch one clocked at 575. Is there a label on it to specify? If/when I sell how will the new owner know? They won't.. Basically ANY Batch 1 will be considered a 4.66TH unit for future buyers. Anything else will be bonus. |

What are acceptable temps with these?
If you have low temps is it understandable that there is more to be had with higher freq as with the other miners?

Well, I wanted to say the s7 sucks but after hooking it up to my EVGA 1300 it is running at a quiet (fan @45%) 46,48,49 temps, 4.883TH for over 4hours now.
The hardware seems pretty good. No dust or dirt even inside. I put my snake cam in. Lol
Looks newly built.
Wish there was no BS from Bitmain with the delays and pricing bull regarding the batch 2 and 3 s7s.

Exactly. Nobody will sell you a miner for that low if they could get 1.5-2x that anytime on eBay even. Lol well, i put this prices because i'll roi them in 450 days or more, so, the ebay buyers have a cheaper electricity or they don't use roi calculators (or i'm using them wrong)... It's not about your ROI, it's about supply vs demand. If someone can sell product 'A' for more than your offer they won't care for your ROI calculation or rational for pricing. Sorry to be blunt. Also, if you mine smart you can earn 40% higher than base LTC prices. |
