1- Download paykey and activate the keyboard
2- Attach a bank or credit card account to paykey
3- Send money to anyone in $
4- This Money is used by buying gems ( so technically people are receiving gemz?)
If people are receiving gemz and they want to cashout this same amount of money, how to assure them they will be able to cashout the same value of $ they have received. I don't think it would be a problem if the market wouldn't fluctuate that much.

Yeah you got it totally wrong. There is no bank connection for gems Paykey, just gems. Banks version the one they hope will make them a ton of money if for the banks and fiat...no Bitcoin, blockchain connection at all....in fact shouldn't even be discussed on here as its not crypto related. Off topic... So you're gonna tell him he's wrong, but give a horribly vague response? Why don't you explain it all to us? It was completely accurate and factual. The gems version will only send gems....that's all you need to know. Plus the other responses here are not accurate saying banks will connect with gems version....there is no plan for it. |

Thank Telegram, Getgems is just a wrapper. It would take Getgems 10 years to develop a desktop client from scratch... Your comments are getting sad mate. Probably best to move along. I'm still impressed by 10k new users in 30 days, at this pace we can hit 100k in a couple months and from there things will look very bright.

Yes there is benefits, advertising on all PayKey versions, including "white label", WILL BE PAID FOR IN GEMZ.
As said before, PayKey "white label" solution are tailored for the banks proprietary branded apps. It will not include AE/bitcoin/gems. The point I was trying to make is that using social media for payments isn't new and until you can use keypay anywhere to me it's just vaporwares.
We never said that using social media for payments is new, the ecosystem is competitive and there are different "social" payment solutions. Our solution is unique in regards of the user experience (which is more intuitive than most other solutions) and that it works almost anywhere. We will release PayKey with gems for Android beta testers this week and iOS version will follow soon after. Thank-you Daniel for serving the needs of the banks by 'Tailoring' it perfectly for them.  |

Seem to me that Vnl needs to leverage its strengths once it's anonymous. Make something really focused on privacy and unashamedly encrypted. I've had shitty experience with Getgems but a rock solid messaging app leveraging its almost instant sending and encryption would be a great third party product for the community to work on.

I would guess the law is not on the side of investors. When companies write up an agreement, it's ultimately there to protect their own interests. I hope through all the noise some truths will emerge from this discussion. It's important for the facts to enter public record, regardless if actions will be taken. Being passive at a time like this is irresponsible; trying to silence debate is downright irrational. I'm championing the interests of gemz holders, by begging the company to refocus on GG. Yet some investors here see that as harming them. The irony... The truth is even a contract doesn't come in a vacuum, we have a whole forum of Daniels communication and YouTube visions pushing a certain idea to investors which he then as time shows more froze out. I'm not a lawyer but my friend who is seems to think we wouldn't struggle to sue on various levels. but please go ahead and continue seeking answers, my point was I don't think you will get anyway as Daniel is really just cut and pasting answers with the main focus on not incriminating himself any further. They aren't answering because no one cares. What we care about is Getgems the app succeeding, and Gemz the token going up in value. There's a bunch of us who care, and think it's quite relevant to the GG/gemz project. The pleas for silence around here -- even ones to close this thread -- are a sad response from scared and selfish individuals. The question is fair. Daniel should have no hesitation giving an answer.
