2102  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: New Hardware Wallet on: April 13, 2020, 10:47:36 AM
Oh, is this what you called unboxing video, poor thing, the video seems to focus the one who's talking not the product.

How about posting images of the actual product? Would like to see it.

Get yourself protected by putting your money in ...
Phrases used by scammers...

You can't even create your own privacy policy, KYC and terms and conditions, and you're asking people to buy your HW? 🤦🏻‍♂
2104  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Minersdepo.com legit or scam? on: April 13, 2020, 07:11:44 AM
Welp, just got scammed. Unlucky me
Everyone told you to stay away (even Google give you a hint) still you take risk out of thin air, and this what you got.
2105  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: www.shop-accounts.com SCAM me 120$ on: April 12, 2020, 08:33:46 PM
It's too hard to trust websites like that especially for selling accounts such betfair. I saw too many threads of them on invites and accounts section, I wonder if people people still buying from them.
2106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies can now be send without the use of internet. on: April 12, 2020, 06:47:31 PM
3. I'm confused what you meant. If this service get huge success, on chain transactions may decreased.
You can't send crypto outside the blockchain, it just that the process of sending crypto on SMS is only on the criptolago exchange, where there's no on-chain transaction, you can send and receive crypto if you're registered on the platform and your mobile number is a requirement and connected to the account.

Except the government of Venezuela is just working towards the use of blockchain and somehow centralizing the system.
Every government of any country that will "adopt" cryptocurrency will probably do the same, especially china, for centralization.

You just imagine, sometimes Blokchain technology can be hacked, especially just by using cellphone numbers
Blockchain cannot be hacked, phone devices do.

2108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Monero get delisted, again on: April 12, 2020, 04:37:02 PM
Low volume? eh? Sounds like err, but maybe?

Expect more privacy coins will be delisted from a centralized exchange soon.

Using decentralized exchange is only the last resort.

Unfortunately, I can only add services related to graphics in the OP together with their ann thread with at least some reviews and vouch from your clients in this forum that's why this is an overview of this forum. And I don't have the time to visit those websites you mentioned.

I will only list designers here, only if he/she/they have at least 5 vouches from their clients on their ann thread.

If you can't recover your account, try to signed a message from your staked address and post here or pm me and I might consider you to add here with your previous ann thread, but I need you to make a new ann thread with your new account.

I sent mail but no answer
Please wait at least a week for the recovery team to respond.
2111  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Coinomi problems. Funds gone? on: April 12, 2020, 03:58:16 AM
So, i installed coinomi on my desktop, figuring more processing power might help. I can see all my funds, including the dec. tranfer, ensuring me it must be a coinomi generated wallet.

Now that you installed the desktop wallet of coinomi, have you tried sending the DGB to any wallet you owned? You can try their official wallet (hit the download button) mobile or desktop, it's also available on edge with segwit support.
2112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why reward halving instead of doubling? on: April 11, 2020, 09:19:39 PM
Bitcoin supply is limited and that's all it explains.

No matter how expensive mining is, people will still do it to contribute and earn from it. Because in theory, while the amount of supply keep shrinking, the demand is increasing, and that's the reason why miners keep doing, believing price will soar halving after halving...

It be better together with a badge related to a deceased person, might be a black ribbon? under the username just like on satoshi, and those who won on the previous 10th anniversary of bitcointalk, and same thing, the color of the coins might be changed as well.
2114  Economy / Exchanges / Re: The WORST support ever. Meet Coinbase. on: April 11, 2020, 07:17:21 PM
But the main reason is that I wanted to have one place where I can
- deposit directly from card,
- buy, exchange and also withdraw various coins directly to my wallet,
- with low fees,
- trusted and verified service with reachable support in case of any problems.

Currently I am using one service for card deposit and buy basic coins, and for other altcoins another service (Kraken) as Kraken doesnt provide card deposits.

Could you guys maybe recommend me where could do all this on one place? What services do you use and why?

Thanks for advices.

Have you check binance? I'm sure they have all of this, though you have to proceed with their kyc procedure as well when buying with fiat.

You can use localcryptos, KYC is not required as of the moment AFAIK and you can choose from different sellers with much cheaper price, it's important to use their escrow service for more secured transactions.
2115  Other / Meta / Re: Stake your Bitcoin address here on: April 11, 2020, 02:11:55 PM
Ok.

My previously signed address (1PHSDYvVp6HpqtuUPocK41DrdeHbbezaeP) I signed using Coinbase.

They no longer offer this.

My post history in 2015 and previous;  should show this address was being used for mining rewards on zpool: 1Q8HjG8wMa3hgmDFbFHC9cADPLpm1xKHQM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=827356.1060 (reference)

I finally recovered the private key after tons and tons of failed previous attempts.   I do still have the android device that contained this original wallet;  but now;  I have the private key so i can finally attempt to re-secure my account.

Maybe this is a good way to avoid having to try and make transactions to prove I still own 1PHSD.

2117  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Building a list of the safest places to buy Bitcoin in each country on: April 10, 2020, 08:16:30 PM
Can't say anything for other countries for what are best exchanges that should be included in your list but there are lots of exchanges that are lacking for Philippines.

Some to add, coins.ph/coins.pro, rebit.ph, buybitcoins.ph, binance, paylance.
2118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wrong BTC Adress, copied from Binance's Dashboard on: April 10, 2020, 08:00:37 PM
I noticed your browser has a number of extensions. Have you, by any chances recently downloaded any crypto-related or some shady ones?

These kind of things usually hijack your copy and paste contents.

None of them are crypto-related unfortunatelly Sad
Whether crypto-related or not the thing is one of your installed browser extensions or one of your installed applications has malware with clipboard hijacker and you should get rid of that. Good thing that you already reformat your device, the sad thing is those funds cannot be recovered.

This should serve as a lesson to you and to anyone here that double or triple check the receiving address before you click the send button because there's no turning back once done. It will only take several seconds to check the address, and that could save lives if those seconds of time were used.

May be some personal matters, I just don't want to think that it will be the cause of his inactivity or anyone on this forum, just be safe guys and gals.
