1102  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcointalk Escrows - Trade Safely! on: January 14, 2021, 03:22:25 PM
Hi
I am new here but i need escrow
OP is too outdated, you can go check this lists of escrow here in bitcointalk, here and this thread instead.
What is outdated, who says it is ? You? Are you head of the escrows here or you are Mod/Staff who verified and confirmed ?
Old means proven legit thru the years
Please comprehend. I'm talking about the list on this op (original post) and it's outdated (not updated). I do referred the newbie to those updated lists.

1104  Other / Meta / Re: What's this bitcointalksearch.org on: January 12, 2021, 05:43:48 AM
By the content and the looks of it its a clone, whether a phishing or not, don't ever use the website to login using bitcointalk's login details.
1105  Other / Meta / Re: HTTP ERROR 403 on: January 11, 2021, 02:02:07 PM
I experienced it earlier and even now when accessing this thread from email notification and works after I refresh a few times.
1106  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can I sell individual blocks? on: January 10, 2021, 07:00:11 PM
Crap, that’s what I was afraid of. What about a wallet like Exodus? Do those work differently?
Exodus is non-custodial wallet which will held you with private keys or recovery seed and makes you fully control of your bitcoin/crypto. It also means that you're the one responsible of making your funds safe from malware, or any bad actors. And its completely different from coinbase.
I say much better from coinbase in comparison of controlling of your funds. Though while you can use coinbase anywhere since its a web based, exodus in the other hand can only be used in your computer.
1107  Local / Pamilihan / Re: USDT TO ETH COINS PH :( on: January 10, 2021, 06:02:26 PM
Nays, mabuti naman, maganda pasok ng new year mo. ^^

At good experience na din para malaman ng iba if pano ma so'solve at mag approach sa coins team sa ganitong incidents if ever man may mangyaring ganito since di bihira isa ito sa costly na mistakes ng mga users ng mga exchanges.
1108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Token Multisender Dapp smart contract on: January 10, 2021, 03:32:15 PM
Are you the developer of this tool?

I have used the bulksender.app and multisender.app before which has the same uses like this. The difference between using both is the fee and the number of addresses that can be sent. Is there any limit to this? if so how many? coz I can't see any info related to this.
1109  Other / Meta / Re: How many times can I change my account password? on: January 10, 2021, 01:51:41 PM
I didn't see or experience any website that limits the changing of the account's password.

I only see this is just a security measure of the owner, though it's really strange how he change password in just a matter of day I mean everyday like the 1/13/2020 - 1/16/2020.
1110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin regret story, Need advise! on: January 10, 2021, 01:34:11 PM
That's a common mistake here, I say mostly everyone feels the same as you especially those who want a living with bitcoin. Even I had the same experience but that doesn't stop me. I'll try investing more btc in long term and make trading in a few btc I have. I just bought btc when it reached 38k~ish today and will sell when the price reaches 41k or so, just like that.
You can try again and again, there's no wrong about it and serve your mistakes before as your lesson today or when the time you're ready.

1112  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help me to buy bitcoin on: January 09, 2021, 03:13:25 PM
which is the way to buy 250 thousand usd in bitcoin. I have an account in banesco panama. Can I transfer to an account x
That's a huge amount to find a deal for a p2p transaction on such a limited user platform such bitcointalk currency exchange. You can either use localbitcoins, localcryptos, and other big exchanges to purchase. With a high probability of having a smooth and secured transaction, though KYC is really required buying bitcoin on those platform but good thing not on localcryptos.
1113  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [HAVE] 144$ PayPal [WANT] BTC/ETH/LTC on: January 09, 2021, 03:06:28 PM
I have 25€ paypal, and want btc, eth or litecoin, if someone want trade...
You can make a new thread on this sub-board regarding your offer instead of stealing thread from op.
1114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there an app to track your crypto balance whilst holding coin on hard wallet? on: January 09, 2021, 02:41:34 PM
I'm ready to make the move off Coinbase but I love the app for tracking my balance, is there an app where you can input your balance just for tracking purposes? Thanks!
If you just want to track your balance, then I guess a mobile app is enough for it since it's portable and you can check it anytime unlike on desktop, so I suggest electrum or mycelium just import the wallet address so it will just a watch-only address.

Or if for desktop then the suggestion above is enough as for electrum desktop wallet.
1115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First crypto Bank in the world on: January 09, 2021, 12:16:48 PM
The thread's title is misleading and sounds like a typical ICO lol.

Anyway, while this is good for Indian crypto community and adoption as a whole, I just don't know how long their government still being capricious about their regulation of cryptocurrency on the country.
1116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why You Should Not Buy Bitcoin with PayPal on: January 09, 2021, 10:00:18 AM
What I only see to PayPal adopting of crypto is just a media and awareness to its millions of users globally that benefits cryptocurrency especially bitcoin, a lot. The community will only feel the adoption when they enable the withdrawal and the use to purchase to its millions of merchants.
1117  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transaction Fees on: January 09, 2021, 09:29:35 AM
I thought it would be impossible for bitcoin to overtake the Euro/US Dollar with those high transaction fees.
For instance, when i wanted to pay a friend 20€ of bitcion, i payed 5€ on transaction fees, I think we can all agree that a 25% fee isn't gonna work.

Since i don't own bitcoins anymore, i was wondering if this is still the case?
And if this is still the case, why do we all believe in this expensive currency?

Kind Regards,

Lucas
You could avoid spending higher fees by using a wallet like electrum (desktop or android), mycelium, and other wallets that have manual input or dynamic fees, paired with native segwit (wallet address that starts with bc1) and/or lightning. Than using an exchange, or wallet "account" and other custodial wallets which they're the ones who decided the fees of every transaction you will make or only limit the tx fees depends on them not you.
1118  Other / Meta / Re: Stake your Bitcoin address here on: January 09, 2021, 02:26:37 AM
Hi, I have no idea what im doing but I need to get my blockchain account signed. How do I go about it especially to find my private keys? PLEASE help me as im new and have already been hacked on my Freebitco account and really want it back.

Address: 1EZtsLyN8A4DggauASiM7vK8yRQfyuCyNn
AFAIK you can't sign message with blockchain if you use its default wallet address. It's only available to the wallet address(es) that you imported the private key on blockchain.com wallet.

Now what you can do is to import your recovery seed (12-words seed) to electrum wallet and use it to make a sign message instead.
1119  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTC to USDT exchange service on: January 08, 2021, 11:59:13 PM

I don't know if my unverified Kucoin account is just special, but it shows a 24-hour withdrawal limit of 5 BTC (currently ~$200,000)  Grin
Yes, kucoin has 5 btc withdrawal limit/day instead of 2 btc, it was before IIRC.

I have used binance over a year, no kyc, and without having a problem so I guess you can trade your $5k there, its up to you though.
1120  Economy / Exchanges / Re: WEBSITE TO BUY BTC NO ID on: January 08, 2021, 11:48:39 PM
Can you still buy Bitcoin using a credit card in Canada?  AFAIK, they are banning credit card to purchase Bitcoin on any exchange. (can someone clarify this?)
It can still be, until caught. Even some bank(s) on canada did banned those purchase from specific website/service, idk how they can detect it though. People will keep them if that's only their available option and I guess being p2p transactions, banks will have a hard time to detect those purchase, though still risky but who can blame them, its their money after all.
