2161  Other / Archival / Re: Are Banks afraid of Crypto adoption? on: January 03, 2022, 06:33:06 PM
If you know there is something that can take away your main source of income then what will you do? You will be afraid and worried about yourself and everyone you are responsible for. Bank generates income by borrowing people's money with low interest and lending them with high interest. They use people's saving to run their business. So if people can use the crypto wallet to do all those things that they can do with the bank then why they will use a bank. If the use case of banks is less demanding they will be shut down for sure which is a concerning matter to them.
Yup you are correct, the banks are going to be scared of cryptocurrency because they think that it is going to take away their source of income. But, I don’t really think that is going to be the case. Cryptocurrency is not really going to wipe out the banks like a lot of people think. I think that there’s still going to be the need for banks, and there are some very important roles that they will always continue to play in the economy.

So, they wouldn’t go away because of that. And moreover we are now seeing the release of central banks digital currencies, which is going to be issued by the banks as well, so they’re not really going away, they’re still going to be there. I only see cryptocurrencies to serve as an alternative, and not a replacement.
2162  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How often do you change your indicators? on: January 01, 2022, 05:10:00 PM
Do you change it quite often depending on how good or bad your strategy is going?
Or are you a professional trader who is loyal to his set of Indicators for each trade  Cheesy
That is just a myth about professional way of trading. There cannot be any common practice among all professional traders hence you cannot sure about that all professional traders are always using same kind of indicators or same kind of strategies. There will be no point of making use of same strategy when it is not profitable and similarly no one is going to change a strategy which is good in consistent profit making.

We should be open to new strategy at any time because we cannot be sure about our current strategy might be always effective against ever changing volatility of bitcoin market.

I'm really confused with this one streamer why xposed does not expose the name of the site where he plays it should be if he is indeed paid or in the contract the first thing to do is explain the name of the site what we see is completely different from other streamers when it comes to offer bonus code Xposed doesn't do it. Do you believe he is sponsored?
I worked in marketing nearly all of my life, and I can tell you that if a business, a person, influencer or whatever promotes something then they are getting paid for it. I have seen people literally not promoting things they actually like, because they are not getting paid to do so and maybe they will in the future, and instead promote the things they are not enjoying at all. In the end we are talking about something that is a lot more dangerous than just being an influencer.

I am fine with people who would like to have tens of thousands of followers and influence these people and end up making money from their own ideas and likes and dislikes. However, the fact that they are getting paid to do that? That part is a bit of a mess, if an influencer ends ups promoting a casino that they do not enjoy, then I feel like they are hurting the world in return for some money.
2164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: December 31, 2021, 08:53:46 PM
I am quite surprised honestly, I checked the score several times and left Valencia leading with the game almost finished and unexpectedly I found Espanyol scoring 2 goals and winning! That was a very bad day for Valencia and for the ones that placed a bet on them Undecided
Bad for Valencia but definitely the best for Espanyol as their new year's gift.

The red card put Espanyol ahead only in the last 10 minutes of the match. They took every opportunity to win the game and they did very well. Maybe this can happen to big team where a red card can turn a win into a loss at the end of the match. Remember Manchester City also lost this season to Crystal Palace due to a red card in the Premier League, so it could have happened to another team in a different league.
It's not bad it's the worst case for high-flying Valencia as I was expecting that they will do good and have fourth place for few days, but sadly they fail to win and lost this match after having led for nearly 25 minutes just last 10 minutes Espanyol done something special and have full 3 points against them with now have 9th spot in Spanish League with now have chance to improve more in coming matches. But now Valencia problems are going to start more than next match is against Real Madrid which is not easy, and they can lose some more valuable points and spot.

I have some good number of matches end in situation like this few years back PSG done same and I lost big bet after this, I never take any big chance like this which happen today again.
2165  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading and it uncertainties on: December 31, 2021, 08:14:52 PM
emotional control is a vital part of trading and once we witnessed an unlucky situation we should not give up trying harder to profit in the next trade.
Yeah but that next trade should not happen within a day; because if you keep rushing up to recover your losses then you may end up in improper decision making which must be leading you to further losses. You must get back to your stable emotions after a loss and then should try for recovering.

Trading is not an easy task so we need to constantly improve our trading skills to be able to combat its uncertainty.
Yeah, continuous learning and gaining experience are more important to remain profitable in trading. If you fail to update yourself then you may start losing all your capital slow and steadily.
2166  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: It is possible to make a profit by trading on: December 31, 2021, 07:16:12 PM
Without no decent skills on it, I don't see trading as a profitable investment. I've been trading in Binance futures since 2020 but I've got no luck on it
Are you trading on futures? That must be a beginner's mistake and if you are able to arrange new funds then you may try on spot trading with high volume cryptocurrencies. Anyhow, only your skills must be the key factor for your results in trading which can be true for both derivative and spot trading.

if you have professional skill of analyzing chart and good management of investment than yes you can make nice profit from trading.
In-between skills and management there is another requirement for success in trading which must be experiences. Because, just learning from books may not help you in real market but if you practice in live markets then profit making in trading is possible.
2167  Economy / Speculation / Re: What about 2022? on: December 31, 2021, 06:52:22 AM
to my surprise we have neither seen any major pump or dump in a while and we are almost at the end of December. What's your take on 2022? Will it be as profitable as 2021 or else we will witness correction phase?
If it would be an end for current bullish trend then we might have strong bearish trend right now but we are having only sideways market which confirms that we are having some more bullish wave on this 4 year cycle of bitcoin market. So, 2022 would be another exciting year for all bitcoin bulls. Get ready to experience lots of surprises.

actually there are even others that they said being fraudster but look at it now? the market tells they are correct as the price drops low like how they predicted this. but 2022  may be different from now.
The market is at lower end still not into the bottom of what we had a ATH in April. So, the current bottom could be interpreted as usual ups and downs and might recover from it quicker than we could imagine. So, 2022 will have all the chances to be more bullish.
2168  Economy / Speculation / Re: The good moves of Bitcoin. on: December 31, 2021, 06:09:38 AM
Do we really know the good moves of Bitcoin and the nature of the market.
Yeah, anyone who has been watching the bitcoin market for years, definitely will have definite idea on how bitcoin market will react to its support and resistance levels. The basics of nature of bitcoin market is not different from all other markets.

If you think you know it all about Bitcoin it will definitely disappointed you. we can only be close on or prediction but not hundred percent correct.
Even advanced technical analysis do fail which means the volatility of bitcoin market is highly unpredictable. So, when a prediction disappoints you, how quickly you are correcting yourself makes you successful and sustainable in markets.

we do try by studying the market and know the demand, This will help us know how the movement of the market and the flows of the market through the chat.
Chart patterns are good way to predict the market directions. But, we need strong knowledge on different technical analysis to interpret the chart formations. There are multiple chart recognizing strategy are available, mastering them will help anyone to predict the market accurately.
2169  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to Hit $150,000 in 2022 on: December 30, 2021, 09:58:59 PM
The cryptocurrency market remains largely bearish to date, after a sharp sell-off in the last few weeks, which resulted in the bitcoin price plunging nearly 10%. Even though the bitcoin price is in a bearish phase at the moment, I still believe that the bitcoin market will be bullish again next year. Therefore, if next year there is a lot of positive sentiment for bitcoin, it is very likely that the bitcoin price will break the $100,000 level.
I agree that $100k is certainly doable but $150k is a bit of a stretch given the fact that how big of a market cap there is now for Bitcoins. When the market cap was smaller it was easier to pump the price higher because all it takes is a huge whale but now a group of whales can't even double the marketcap because of how big it is.

My predictions

End of Jan 2022 - $70k
End of Feb 2022 - somewhere between 70-80k
March full of correction hopefully not though

Then the normal routine resumes that price jumps drops and the games goes on Wink.
2170  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think about staking? on: December 30, 2021, 09:43:30 PM
It's a good option to make some easy money just by lending your coins but I am not a favor of having so much of my coins tied up knowing I can't take them out without some form of penalties.
But for the ones enjoying staking options with a lot of money, it is worth it to them for an easy 4 or 5 percent return for basically doing nothing.
I feel like staking is only good in 2 scenarios

1st: When you have massive capital and you can stake and sell out at the right time because the price of most coins that work on POS and don't have a sustainable model will fall.

2nd: When a coin is new and you have that ability to spot a good coin in the market and get in quickly. Because once everyone gets to know about the coin the APY will drop and staking will no longer be a feasible option for you.

I don't like the overall concept of staking because it makes the rich the richer and the poor get poorer. But then it has it's own advantages too.
2171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDT or BNB? on: December 30, 2021, 09:37:09 PM
For now of course BNB is more promising than USDT, the opportunity to continue to rise because it has a BSC network that is proven to be very fast and cheap compared to ETH makes BNB more popular and I'm sure a maximum of 2 years will shift ETH.
I don't know how you can compare a stable coin with a utility token. I mean USDT is meant to provide stability while BNB is a whole blockchain os obviously the possibility of growth in USDT is 0% while BNB may or may not grow. I would have understood if we were comparing BUSD vs USDT but this makes no sense right here to compare BNB and USDT.

From a swapping and using point of view, anything on ETH network is freaking costly right now due to the clogged up blockchain so I prefer doing transactions on Pancakeswap. Even when I have to transact USDT, I do it on the Tron blockchain now.
2172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: December 30, 2021, 09:04:43 PM
Patrik Schick has been really impressive at Leverkusen in this season so far. It is like he is having his most productive season now. He has scored 16 goals in 14 Bundesliga games so far. As he is 25 years old also, I believe that he has a really bright future ahead of him. And in the near future, I believe that Leverkusen could lost him to a bigger team. He is one of the attention getting strikers now and he could be one of the targets of big teams even at the end of this season.
Yeb he is playing very well and good this season so far and has played good the last season also and i guess if Leverkusen dosnt make also a good comeback,
its possible that he will leave , but i dont know really the contract he has with Leverkusen or how long has to stay in Leverkusen.
Maybe he will keep playing in the german league but only fo another team in the next season , we will see it how Leverkusen comes out from the winter break.
This break will certainly help a lot of the teams. It is going to allow many that have covid positive cases to relax and stay at home and not get anything, it will allow them to not really have too many missing players. The latest situation in NBA for example is that teams are literally not finding even enough g-league players to play at this point, retired veterans are coming back in bunches as well.

So, I feel like Bayern will have a great chance to beat Gladbach just on the premises that if they are the healthy ones. If there is some covid cases then I do not know what will happen, thinking if they miss 2-3 key players than it is anyone's game to be fair.
2173  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - 2 Million+ in Xmas Giveaways | Watford & UFC Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: December 30, 2021, 08:19:34 PM
The wager requirements are standard for the last few months, it was $2k per week but now the overall wager has to be over $3k in the last 7 days. The active chatting session and betting at the same time increase the chances of getting rain. Being eligible doesn't mean users will get rain due to increased traffic, more online users, lots of bots, etc.
Honestly these are not things that you should be aiming at to get something in return. As I have always said gamble the way you want to gamble and if you can earn something from it then it is great, if you are participating in anything because of it then it is great but at the end of the day if you are not going to be reaching those levels by playing the way you want to play and have to strain yourself financially and risk your bankroll just because you want to reach those numbers, then it would be a very wrong thing to do.

This is why I never check those type of promotions or rains or any marketing related stuff, I just get it if I deserve it, and if not I just move on.
I never really understood the need for rains to be given to players that wager a certain amount of money. I mean I am usually not above that limit and would never be above that limit so I have a bias towards this situation I get it, but seriously, isn't the amount too big? I am not a spammer, I am not here to get rains, I do not just register and wait for rain drops, I wouldn't do that and there are some people who would do that, isn't there a way to find the difference?

Right now, as a person who gambles around 400-500 dollars wagering amount per month, I am seen same as the guy who wagers none, or wagers 10 bucks per week, there should be a difference between me and a spammer. Having thousands of wagering requirement surely must be putting a lot of people like me out of contention for rain drops and I feel like that could be slightly unfair.
2174  Economy / Economics / Re: The Crypto Rich Are Flocking to Puerto Rico on: December 30, 2021, 07:45:16 PM
Your topic got me wondering how you got to know that the big cryptocurrency investors are all flocking to Puerto Rico. I was going to ask you that until I saw that you are just asking it as a question.

Well, just because a country has a low income tax doesn’t mean that everybody in the world will start running to that country and denouncing their own citizenship from their country. No, I don’t even think that is going to happen. Low income tax is not enough reason for anyone to do such a thing. And in case you don’t know yet, there are even countries that you would go to and you wouldn’t have to pay a single tax, but has that made people to run to those countries? The answer is a NO.
2175  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop or continue trading on: December 30, 2021, 07:01:12 AM
Start trading from next year since many coins are preparing to increase in the exchange market, it will help many traders to recover all their losts in this month of December.
That is just a speculation which not having any guarantee about the turn around of the market in 2022. I mean if you are facing continuous losses then you should focus on improving your strategy so that you will start your progress of recovering your losses rather than anticipating the market conditions to favor you (sometimes, your waiting may go infinite which is the reason fixing immediately is recommended).

A good strategy must be capable of getting you profits in all market conditions hence bullish or bearish market conditions are least bothered for a technically skilled trader.
2176  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I know legit and scam investment? on: December 29, 2021, 06:54:31 PM
I have come to realize that most of the real investment do look like scam. meanwhile the scam looks like the real once,50 percent of us  here have been scammed in one way or the other, But still yet we call ourselves good investors meanwhile we are investing into the wrong company. We really need to know the good and real trading company because they are all like the scam.Do you really know the difference?
This is actually true based up on real experience on where legit projects do looks like a scam and those scam ones looks real. How to identify? Its not easy but it could be done.
Make in depth research then try to find out holes in terms of legitimacy specially on the team behind the project and always go for the roadmap and try
to read it whether its a realistic one or impossible thats on where you could really make out some conclusions or could help you out on your decision.
I agree that the team behind any token matters a lot and although most of the tokens come up with new teams and faces, at least knowing the teams will guarantee that they cannot run away suddenly without much you can do against them. Another important factor while analyzing projects is the ability to read the whitepaper and if possible do analysis about how well the token scales into the future. Most of the times we are excited about a particular idea but forget to analyse how it will do in a few years time.

Not everything that shines is gold and that's why we have to analyse what we are investing into is durable enough to not just survive but excel in the future. Scalability is a huge problem with even huge blockchains lie Ethereum.
2177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What happened to the crypto market now? on: December 28, 2021, 09:56:47 PM
Taking loans? It's a double whammy to me so I won't take that risk to go there.

It's better to really just invest the money that you can afford in this market because it's really volatile that we don't know what will be the price movement. It can either go down and up and depends on the sentiments of the people. So for beginners, it's not recommended to go down that path here. Sooner or later you might end up losing money, in my opinion.
Completely agree with you, Dave. Taking loans to invest into something and believing that you will be able to pay off the loan amount plus the interest is optimistic at best. It may work for a trader who is very experienced and just needs quick funds but for someone who is not used to these things shouldn't try it at all.

The idea of taking loans when the market is down doesn't sound bad to begin with but when you look into the other side of things like how do you plan to repay in case things don't go as you imagined, it starts looking bleak. If you have a backup plan, then go ahead!

By the way, investing into altcoins with borrowed money is almost the best way to get rekt.
2178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the fate of SHIBA Inu, is this the end of the Road? on: December 28, 2021, 09:20:32 PM
Previously I was also the most amazing person on Memecoin like Shiba Inu because the community that Shiba Inu grew up with was great, but now it seems to me that Shiba Inu is about to end its heyday as a memecoin competitor to Dogecoin.
No, it's not, I still remember how they forced Binance to list their coin just from the pressure they were able to build on the Binance through Twitter. Even now when I visit Twitter at times, I see a lot of tweets about babydoge and shiba token which shows that they are still standing strong.

That said, I am not confident holding such tokens because again it's all about hype and once the dust settles down, only a handful who were sharp traders and managed to sell at the right time will be in the profit. Those who are holding these tokens in the hope that it will reach $1 at some point are those who will pay for such sharp traders because the money has to come in the market from somewhere.
2179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of the NFTs on: December 28, 2021, 08:53:43 PM
NFt has become a big phenomenon in the crypto market and is getting stronger and becoming a prima donna, indeed 2021 will be the year where NFT takes over the interests of investors, but if in 2022 NFT does not make innovations or new offerings that can increase investors' interest, NFT will not will be as good as 2021.
I disagree. The nft market is only going to grow further given its popularity and its scope. I agree that maybe the market and the expansion charts will get stable and weaker than what we had in 2021 but that is solely because every industry has a sharp growth and then it simply stabilizes.

There are games built that have tradeable nfts and we can actually earn playing those games. I think there just needs to be more clarity on how nfts are used and how one can make sure that what they hold is a real nft and not an image copied from google. There are sellers on fiverr selling nft for a few bucks but then there are others selling it for thousands of bucks so it just doesn't make sense for new traders who step in this market.
2180  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to buy alts at the right time? on: December 27, 2021, 09:45:43 PM
Now is the time to buy altcoins while the price of the majority top coins in the market are not moving yet as often according in the chart graph. As you can see the resistance is very smooth and we know that anytime it can suddenly pump and dump the price more where it could be after a minutes, seconds, hour, day, weekly or weekend.
I always feel when the market is subdued, it's best to either stay away from investing too much or just buy Bitcoins which we all know will never become zero, unlike other coins. That or you can buy solid coins like BNB or ETH because they have a real use case and tokens are built on them so they won't collapse overnight.

i still go with the basic buy at the dip and sell when its peak. With bitcoin and altcoins, for me it still works. But there is higher risk when it comes to altcoins particularly for new projects as they tend to have high potentials to have higher value at first, but when the market suddenly dumps, unfortunately most of them did not recover again.

It's almost as if the market has been divided into 2 sections. The ones who like high volatility trade new altcoins and the ones who are serious investors or traders and cannot afford to risk in the volatile altcoin market are sticking with BTC or just known alts that are in top 20 in the CMC.
