I mean they can't really be ever over, because if you say "this is it" people will start to mock it and leave easily and the ones who are haven't entered yet will have a good reason not to enter at all. I have seen better graphics on single solo developer built games than what decentraland had, so it is quite possible that it would never take off.

I understand there are some "game" games, like NFT and metaverse all combined and people hope that you could live there in the game 12-15 hours a day and make enough tokens to sell and make a living like that. But to say that metaverse would be an alternative reality where you will live? You need better graphics for sure.

Are we 100% sure about that? I mean you are assuming that exchanges learned their lesson and won't do it anymore after FTX bankrupted, but if FTX can't then some other could still do it? Bitcoin gives people an out from those dying ones, so it is playing just a bit of part but people would get out of them and would go into the fiat world if there wasn't bitcoin, only handful of people would stay with the dying altcoins if there was no bitcoin, and they wouldn't go to fiat.
