2181  Economy / Economics / Re: stupidity is so close to poverty on: December 19, 2019, 05:52:42 PM
Stupidity: stupid in making decisions and stupid because of laziness.  Average poor people are lazy in changing their lifestyle and mindset

I don't believe poverty is destiny because millions of billionaires come from poor families at a young age. just, for example, Jeff Bezos who was only a Burger worker at a young age..  poverty and wealth is a choice!  even if you cannot afford to be rich at least you must be able not to be very poor.
Being lazy, it also depends on your brain chemistry to be fair, some people have ADHD while others have laser like focus and are able to study learn on their max.
You didn't understood what's the point of this thread. In overall people live in poverty because they aren't clever, in some countries where there are elections, some political parties give people some bucks in order to choose them and imagine what? This people take money from them and choose them. They just want to feel satiated today and don't care what will happen in future, long term.
No one doubts that poor person can't become rich, no, being a poor is a huge stimulus for a person to overcome it and become rich, yes. But I can't agree with you when saying that poverty and wealth is a choice because when you are born in very poor family, parents don't care about your knowledge and etc, you are becoming victim of poverty again.
2182  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright Says Blockstream Hacked Him to Forge Documents on: December 19, 2019, 05:05:25 PM
This is very, very funny. Craig Wright claims that he is real satoshi while McAfee claims that he knows real satoshi and if he don't reveal himself, then McAfee will do. So according to McAfee, Craig Wright isn't real satoshi and it sounds funny too, I don't know why there isn't war between these two.
I have no idea why this man keeps being so dramatic for years and years but he is becoming more sensitive hah.
I think it will be great deal if news websites won't publish anything about Craig Wright (glad his surname is wright and not right), he will either become even more dramatic or will be tired from everything he is doing.
Btw found amazing photo about him Cheesy

2183  Other / Meta / Re: Why Anouncements are not attractive? on: December 19, 2019, 02:27:07 PM
Hello.
I have some simple question.

How to bring people and real crypto enthusiasts to altcoin anouncement thread at bitcointalk , without any bounty or spam shi-t ?
I want bring users and build discussion about our project, but I dont know how.... Roll Eyes
Everytime when I post something new about project any update there is no more reply...
Just see, according to forum time (GMT+0) at the moment there are new posts or bumps in nearly 160 thread and that goes up to 5 page so you see yourself, it's very hard to gain attention there when threads are bumped over threads.
I think you need massive replies at the moment in order to catch high position in announcement section for some days and then maybe it will be easy for others to see your thread and as a result it may help you to get more replies without any effort. For this I think running advertisement on bitcointalk may be beneficial or paid article on medium or on cointelegraph, I don't know that well and can't give you particular suggestion but maybe worth to consider this.
2184  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com SPORTS BETTING NOW LIVE! 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 on: December 19, 2019, 01:24:53 PM
Just saw this nutty 51 BTC bet being placed on the sportsbook. Can Everton get through Leicester City to give this guy a pay day?

Just looking at that bet is pretty nuts maybe he is one out on the field  Grin

https://i.imgur.com/7me3eaY.png
In dice where your luck is decided in milliseconds by one roll, mostly by server seeds, I think it's really hard to bet high amounts of bitcoin so easily and 50 bitcoin is really high amount, he is very brave to risk that much and I'm glad luckily he won.
Btw if anyone knows, that's the max bet and wins on stake? I couldn't find FAQ page there and it wasn't written on elsewhere (and are max bet/wins the same on stake and on primedice or this last one offers higher limits because of being dedicated to dice?).
2185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Gold? Which one you would choose to invest for long term? Why ? on: December 19, 2019, 12:49:24 PM
Btw why no one consider real estate as a long term investment? At least it's your place on earth and you know real estates have huge value, you can rent it and get additional income monthly. I know situation in countries like USA and European ones where it's very, very hard to buy apartments + you have to pay taxes for owning them but in some countries where people are almost free from it, I would consider real estate better investment options than bitcoin and gold if we want stable monthly profit of course.
It's easy to speak from today's situation about bitcoin cause if anyone bought btc in 2019 and sold when price was 20K, he/she would profit insanely huge money and would easily become billionaire without almost any effort but it's almost impossible to catch best moments, that's a problem. Some people bought bitcoin in 2009 while others bought when price was 20K, you see a difference.
2186  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Fixed interest (up to 12%) on BTC, ETH, USDT while holding on: December 19, 2019, 12:15:38 PM
Is this a paid post? since s/he is a newbie, we cannot trust your evaluation due to the high risk.

There is no indication that companies have a real headquarters, positive ratings, a source of funds, how they will be able to bear the payment and other things. The payoff is high, the risk is zero, and there is no upper or lower limit.

I can say that they are scammers and they have to prove otherwise.

Paid post? Haha, I would imagine paid post on hero/legendary member with some trust but not on newbie.
satoshlover <-- registers there to just post that he has heard about harubank.
You guys are busted already without even visiting to website and or even googling to it.
OP at first I suggest you to compare your deposit interest rates to worldwide bank rates, even least developed countries and developing countries in most cases don't offer higher than 10% interest rate on deposits and there is a reason why that happens. By buying domain/hosting and theme, you can't create business and especially silly scam website.
Where is your headquarter, which banks are your partners, how many employees do you have, who is your HR, who is CEO, write everything or go out.
2187  Economy / Speculation / Re: Two Years Ago, Bitcoin Was Over $19,000 — What Happened? on: December 19, 2019, 11:08:24 AM
At first I am looking for adequate arguments regarding bitcoin's high price, why do we need it? Doesn't current supply and price meet demand requirements? Do you had any problem in using bitcoin because of current price? Were you unable to send/receive btc? I think in overall even current price and lower is 100% enough for bitcoin usage but we all want high price because people look at bitcoin as an investment option and to profit from investment, yes, we need higher price of bitcoin.
Let's remind what was the cause of price rise in past? Halving. Why? Because in overall there was very positive look regarding to this event and people thought this: Halving means reward will be 1/2 of current one that means mining will be unprofitable and we need miners in order to get transactions confirmed so we need higher price to make mining profitable and get profit from your bitcoins. And then boom, bitcoin reached unbelievable 1000$ that was sensation at the moment and was pointed that our goal was achieved but somehow we didn't stop there and continue rise, we reached 2000$ despite the fact that still had some lows but finally what was happening was rise and we reached 20K USD.
I expect the same, today we had almost 10% rise and that's great result, this means people haven't lost hope in better price and that halving is coming, will be interesting to see tomorrow's situation and in overall what will happen this month. I think we will see rise after the Christmas.
2188  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any legit websites to earn bitcoin fast without a withdrawal fee? on: December 19, 2019, 10:32:22 AM
If you earn bitcoins quickly, then does withdrawal fee matters?
The answer is already given and I amn't going to just repeat it but I want to show you logic behind that answer.
At first when website offers you money, it means owner gets money from you and shares some % with you. How can someone earn money from website? Via advertisements. And what's the highest paying service? Google Adsense but google won't let you to run their ads on faucet website and any other options are so low paying, owner even hardly makes some cents.
But still there are some other ways like blockchain 25$ stellar giveaway in exchange of your KYC documents (earn fast).
2189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A BOLD player is considered a dangerous player at casinos and sportbooks. on: December 19, 2019, 12:05:27 AM
There is something interesting to see about casino live blackjack gambling, they complain a lot in betting and they say something about live blackjack is a scam.

Netent common live blackjack...scam?

I had crossed my mind how many days passed I wanted to place myself as a participant in live blackjack casino, after seeing this my mind changed and I also followed the chat on Netent common live blackjack...scam? My suspicions are getting stronger, I cancel it.
There is nothing scam in Live Blackjack, can't swear on others but I can say that evolution's live blackjack is 100% fair.
At first they have huge studios and thousands of employees, people shuffle cards in live and you see the procedure and it's done the way it's shown, no one is there card magics master and they can't even hire such people because you may find 1-2 person but not thousands with such talent. They don't even need that because live blackjack is played with eight standard 52-card decks and shuffled cards are cut in middle (half played, half - left). Even in card counters room there are cameras to make sure that cards are put provably fair in box for card change procedure that happens once a day and machine counts cards to make sure there are all cards there and there are cameras everywhere, you just can't fake it.
And Casino always has advantage because players act on their hand before the dealer acts on her hand.
2190  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What would make you join a new community as well as here? on: December 18, 2019, 11:29:01 PM
Don't take it as an advertisement but to explain it easily, see this website: 1stminingrig.com
The owner put a huge effort in making of this website and posted a lot of very interesting posts with a lot of details regarding to mining (how to set up miners, where to buy miners, which part suits the most to specific GPUs, how to overclock them and etc). I highly believe if he wouldn't be alone and had more time and resources for it, he would be capable of making forum and in overall he would create great community for miners.
This is my answer to your question.
2191  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: The big idea crypto Mining farm in antartica on: December 18, 2019, 10:37:16 PM
Will be here any investors into this project?
At least it will be something interesting in our boring lifes Smiley

So the idea is to build mining farm in antartica
They say that crypto mining need gold place so I guess antartica is right place for mining farm location Smiley
Haven't you heard anything about Russia? This country has very cold climate and electricity price is acceptable so if getting free from artificial cooling system is your aim, then Russia is your best option out there with climate, electricity price, internet and etc, in overall with combination of all essential things for mining (but sadly you have to import mining hardware from china, yeah? So you have to pay import fees).
And Antarctica - dangerous place for humans because of very low temperature, not different from desert for living purposes so why? You need people who will take care of mining farm and you can't find people that will wish to work in that place.
2192  Economy / Economics / Re: How many bitcoin is enough? on: December 18, 2019, 09:54:44 PM
I remember when people used to say having 21 was good, because then you would have 1 millionth of the supply. Now I see people talking about some 6.15 number, which I have no idea why or how anyone came up with that number.
Other guys tell people having 1 bitcoin will be 'enough' in the future, and how long into the future, I do not know.
I recently saw people saying online that 1 bitcoin is not attainable for most people, and they should aim for 0.1 bitcoin, and that sounded crazy to me. Surely if something is so important, you can find a way of getting 1 bitcoin over a year or two?

Do you guys have a certain amount you are aiming for?
Personally I dont have a cap on the amount I want to get. I just keep getting as much bitcoin as I can, when I can. Stacking sats I think the cool kids call it.
I dont think I will ever stop doing this. If I need to liquidate some in order to live and buy things, i'll do that, but i'll always keep trying to replenish what I spend.
Why 21? Because of 21 million supply and took that number as a symbol of that?
Sometimes your aim depends on your probably achievable goal but sometimes it's a huge dream you are fighting for. To be fair non amount is enough because you see a billionaires which do none charity and even try their best to earn more and more, as much as possible and buy a lot of businesses and etc.
To my mind it's amazing if you save 1 bitcoin and don't touch it for years, logically price has to rise as time goes and more and more halving comes so it means maybe current 7K will be 70K in 10 year, who knows?
2193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think altcoins will be used for in the future. on: December 18, 2019, 10:18:22 AM
Before answering to that question, I have to ask, are they useless right now? I hugely doubt because there is high demand on altcoins too and can't say that bitcoin brakes them.
Ethereum is used for making smart contracts and it found place in gambling too, Ripple is associated with banking and financial institutes, Bitcoin Cash is Roger Ver's garbage, Dogecoin - it was made for fun but is mostly used in faucets and gambling. Monero is great coin for privacy.
As you see I shortly wrote a little thing about them, they have massive usage nowadays and they won't be left without functions in future.
2194  Economy / Gambling / Re: Would you play on a new dice? What features would it need for you to switch? on: December 18, 2019, 09:19:23 AM
Any site that is launching should have very big advertising budget without it they will colapse
Of course, advertisement means a lot, coca-cola, walmart, facebook run advertisements despite the fact that whole population knows about them pretty well and yes, they spend a lot of money in it. For casinos it's necessary and beneficial because they have to offer promotions pretty often (Christmas promotion, Easter promotion, New Year promotion, World Cup promotions and etc, a lot). That advertisement pays back.

OP
Why not? If there is something better, why to stick with old one? I want to see better features than the ones which are in casino where I play, better cashback, better deposit bonus, better giveaways and etc means a lot. Personally I think it will be good if you offer random double wins (but that has to happen rarely, provably fair of course) or random refund of lost bet but it has to be mathematically beneficial for you in order to not lose on long term.
2195  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright: "BTC is not Bitcoin" on: December 17, 2019, 10:07:32 PM
Published on December 14th and has 2K view, means nothing. Btw videos are recorded in very unprofessional way, they have to send more experienced persons to make it interesting for people, one youtuber even commented that interviewer was lost.
I think we don't have to do anything against them because they will destroy their faces themselves, you know silly people talk a lot and when they talk a lot, this talk shows you more about them. He isn't silly but not smart too because of what he is doing, such methods of gaining attention and etc always fails.
2196  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Faucet Game payout in what coin? on: December 17, 2019, 09:10:53 PM
If it will be just simple faucet then believe me, it doesn't worth to waste time on building that and if you turn on some fantasy, then it may achieve something but still I highly doubt.
You consider dogecoin as a potential coin, if I were you, I would see how many people play on freedoge.co.in and what's happening around it in overall, traffic and etc cause it's the product of famous freebitco and even freedoge is also one of the oldest one.
On another hand if you allow users to claim faucet + earn some coins from their CPU, it may attract them or faucet + your own software for HDD mineable coin.
2197  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin might be over but blockchain will live on: December 17, 2019, 12:55:24 PM
Bitcoin might be over? I highly doubt at the moment and while saying this I acknowledge that it's situation is pretty bad but still leaving hope of halving as a great escape for it. If halving won't be able to push bitcoin in next 6 months, then my hopes will be wasted and maybe bitcoin might be over (also other people are seeing this pessimistic situation and it's a great opportunity to launch new altcoin for them or to make current ones in better positions and with high prices).
Blockchain technologies <-- word even says, technologies, it's not a currency, the comparison between this two sounds like USD may feel inflation but new Samsung Galaxy's price will be high.
Blockchain technologies are adopting in a lot of services, most of them run by governments that includes Birth Registry, land title registry and a lot, there is huge interest from companies like Walmart, MasterCard. You know, nowadays security is one of the most important factor and blockchain adds an extra layer of protection to stored data.
2198  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Faucet, casino, mixer, currency exchanger etc. all in one on: December 17, 2019, 11:28:27 AM
At first bitcoin mixer requires some capital, idk about you but mixers like bitmixer, cryptomixer and others had 2500 bitcoin as a capital. Seems you have very low amount of it so personally I suggest you to stick with one service instead of all and not being capable of doing anything. You can't beat gambling websites easily, the only great option that I see is to do following: Include chip system like chipmixer has and let people to bet with some chips or offer something like this: Provably fair fee where user's will have two option: Make their fee zero or pay double by playing dice or etc you know.
You can include currency exchange like shapeshift has, that won't be a problem.
2199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Cryptocurrency is inevitable" says Indian Parliament member Dr. Swami on: December 16, 2019, 07:01:15 PM
I have no idea what they really want finally. India is poor country and bitcoin for that poor country means a lot because some people may trade, some may hold, some may do some job in exchange of bitcoin and etc, all they are doing is killing of possible investment options for random citizens and this way killing another hope/way of earning money. It's best to catch innovations and motivate on it to gain as much profit as possible, it would be better if they invested some money in creating of bitcoin miners or at least starting of conversations with giant mining companies to invest in their country. Blockchain technologies are also great things but idk what's their plan.
2200  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stable coins and Liquity problem on: December 16, 2019, 06:19:33 PM
There is Not enough ways to Get stable coins like usdt in to cash
And what we need is Something like app so we can pay with stable coins at Grocery store!

It Will save more us coz its not convient way to trade stable coins right Now!

U can buy and sell btc anywhere but what i Want is stable coins coz they are stable.
You can't buy and sell bitcoin anywhere and to be fair it's pretty easy and accessible to exchange your stable coins into fiat.
For example see this news which states that it's possible to spend stablecoins in EU where visa cards are accepted: https://cointelegraph.com/news/stablecoin-adoption-dai-in-a-visa-card-tether-sees-use-in-e-commerce
Great news for USA, Coinbase’s Visa debit card adds support for DAI stablecoin. So I think it's not a huge problem right now.
But if you want to withdraw stablecoin via ATM, I have no information about that.
