How many bitcoin does the winklewoss brothers own?

They invested 11 million in Bitcoins sometime before April 2013. Think they bought in at around $100. http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/the-switch/wp/2013/11/09/the-11-million-in-bitcoins-the-winklevoss-brothers-bought-is-now-worth-32-million/

seems like I get my guess is the closest one Tongue

Hello,

Does anyone know how Ripple Computing for Good works?
I donated over 1500h last few days and all the time it shows that I earned 0 XRP.
I asked the question at the official forum and send ticket to the support but nobody answers...

Any ideas?

I have never try that.
2265  Other / Meta / Re: End of newbie restrictions; ban changes on: January 29, 2014, 11:42:59 AM
2 days of total time logged in. See my total posts on the left en still a newbie?

How come?

"Total time loggin in" was never a factor for the membergroup lol.

You need 30 activity to get to jr member, the way activity is calculated:

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Activity is updated every 30 minutes.

2267  Other / Meta / Re: Possible spambots "hey, i am fresh here" on: January 29, 2014, 11:35:39 AM
For these kind of cases, would it be more efficient to use the "report to mod" function? Or maybe make a PM to you badbear directly?
Or, would you  prefer us to make a reply in this thread?

Let us discuss this issue until it is fixed. 2 months ago I read a thread just like this  Roll Eyes

2270  Other / Meta / Re: Stop and Ban those alt coins copycats now on: January 29, 2014, 11:25:53 AM
Just put all the alt-coin discussions into the alt-coin region is enough.
For those who find them annoying, they can just ignore the whole region. Smiley
2271  Other / Meta / Re: why ever give me? on: January 29, 2014, 11:16:12 AM
Jeeze. Read the newbie readme. You can only post once every 6 minutes. Log-ins and attempted posts reset the counter.

For some strange reason, that part has been erased from the README recently, after the newbie restrictions are all lifted.

OP probably expect us to check his post history and to find out what he has been doing for the past days. Tongue

The only downside is that you need to wait longer for the trade to come up.  Cheesy
2274  Economy / Marketplace / Re: WARNING SCAMS ARE EASY! on: January 29, 2014, 11:07:24 AM
Exactly.
Always try to use escrow, and be extra careful when dealing with new accounts and "too good to be true" deals.
2275  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Arbitrage between Exchanges in USD on: January 29, 2014, 11:03:26 AM
But, if no one can withdraw money, except maybe yen, eventually gox will die a horrible death.  The price diff does not fix the problem.  Why is anyone still using them?

The fiat withdrawal problem has been there for months, and I have been waiting to see the death of mtgox for months. Tongue

BTW, we have btc withdrawal problem in mtgox as well now.

Really they need to recruit some more staff to cope in these situations.

Gox have needed to recruit more support staff for 2 years. Have they done it? no. why? because they have a plan to make as much dosh as possible then disappear. be careful where you leave you coins. Online is not optimal.

Well said.  Cheesy

2278  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Mt Gox just verified my account! is this progress? on: January 29, 2014, 10:40:35 AM
The problem in mtgox is becoming bigger and bigger.

Good news BTC withdrawals are being resolved slowly but surely.I just received 100 btc which was pending for over 7 days.
So have some patience, you'l receive yours eventually.

People need to wait for over a week for btc withdrawal. Sad
2279  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: cryptsy sucks!!!! on: January 29, 2014, 10:34:32 AM
Any alternative suggestion?
