Not that I'm Mr. Know-It-All, but how long ago did you transfer the coins?
Sometimes it takes a while for them to show up at their destination address due to the time it takes to do multiple verifications on the network.
If you included a decent transfer fee, feel free to wait an hour or so before panicking.
Guess you misunderstood OP's situation. The tx is confirmed, and he can see the bitcoin on that address. The problem is, he can't find that address in his wallet, and don't have the private key of that address.

Why not Gox, because of taxes or just because it takes to long?
Regards,
CH
Because it takes months to get cash out. Takes a while getting cash in and verified too. Unfortunately. They are abusing their authority. And now mtgox pauses all bitcoin withdrawals as well lol. https://www.mtgox.com/press_release_20140207.html

Localbitcoins and coinbase is the best way to buy bitcoins if you are in US.
Agree. You can use localbitcoins if you don't want to do ID verification, or you want to do a cash trade near you.

That is why you mine!
And then make 0.0000001 BTC per day. Dont worry! In only 100 million days you will get a bitcoin! You forgot to take the uprising difficulty into consideration lol.

The early adapters will win in these kind of pyramid scams. 20% of people loose money.
And that big player is still waiting for his 7 btc (or 8.4 btc) to come back.

It seems like almost every other message is being 502 Bad Gateway.
Still? Forum has been running fine for me now, the problems were just during the Keiser launches. I don't have any problem for the day....

With Apple removing BlockChain from the App Store, what does that mean for the bitcoins in my BlockChain wallet? Will BlockChain always work on my iPhone? Should I transfer to another wallet service?
They'll be fine. Just don't reset your iphone and make backups of your coins asap. Pretty sure you can still log into your account on the website anyway though. Agree. It is always better to make backups, just in case of the site goes down.

All should beware of this website and service. It promises a service but ends up losing your bitcoins and then you have to fight like hell just to get them to answer you.
Here is my experience:
I opened an account. Simple enough..... I then transferred a few bitcoins, approximately $300.00 worth at that time. A couple of days later, I went to check on my bitcoins to make sure they had been deposited. I could not sign in. I emailed support on the 2nd of Jan., and I was not contacted until the 24th of Jan. Once Michael Moriarty finally emailed me, after the 24-48 hours promised had passed by WEEKS, we began a back and forth email chain with him telling me there was nothing wrong with my account and I should be able to sign in with no problems. After a few more back and forth emails with me still not able to access my account, he emailed my the login credentials. All the credentials were the same as when I had set up my account with exception of my PASSWORD. Once I signed in, I noticed that my bitcoins were still NOT in my account, but did notice that my wallet number at that point was different than what I was issued upon opening my account. Once again, I emailed Mr. Moriarty and when he replied he said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my account. I then logged back in and mysteriously, my bitcoins were there. I surmised that he simply deposited my bitcoins as somehow they were lost in translation. I wanted to believe that this was simply a slight hiccup in the process, an anomaly of sorts. I needed to go ahead and have my bitcoins washed since I was needing to make a time sensitive purchase with them that was VERY VERY VERY important. So, I completed the form on the bitlaunder.com website to have this completed in the timeframe I needed. I had plenty of time to be able to receive the wash coins and make my purchase. I entered the wallet number correctly, triple checking for accuracy, that I wanted the coins deposited to. Several days later, my coins were not in my wallet. I received email confirmation, and even the status in my account shows that the launder was completed however, no coins are in the wallet I requested them sent to and my balance in the origination wallet is ZERO!!!! I directly emailed Michael Moriarty, as I have his direct email since the first issue, on the 3rd of Feb, with no response, I emailed him again on 2/4 with no response, on 2/5 I emailed the support email address with no response, and emailed support again on 2/6 with no response. The 24-48hrs has once again passed. In the last email I sent I asked for all of my bitcoins back in the amount of my original deposit. I do not feel this is unreasonable since they have not provided the service promised on the timeline promised, or responded timely to my inquiries, as well as the fact that their less than effective process cost my the purchase I was going to make.
I do not want to go as far to say that this is a scammer site....yet. But anyone thinking of using this site's service would do well to consider my experience before entrusting any amount of bitcoins to this site.
Thanks for the heads up.

I'm new here, this is my first post, so first of all, i wanna say hello to everybody!
Welcome. Second of all, don't use bitlaunder.com. They will take your bitcoins and no nothing. I made an account, deposit the bitcoins in the designated wallet, and guess what, on my deposit balance i have zero. After 100 confirmations. So, if i was idiot enought to trust them with my small amount of BTC, please, don't be like me.
If you have a legitimate claim, post your username or (better yet) email me at Moriarty.Bitcoin@gmail.com or support@BitLaunder. My name and contact info is right there on the site - I'm not hiding. Funny though, you take the time to post on here about getting 'scammed' and yet you never emailed me or emailed support .. Let's see how this will turn out....

You don't need whitelisting. The newbie restrictions were lifted and you can post anywhere as you like.
Thanks a lot for your answer. No problem. Welcome and have fun

So what happens if you go away for a bit, and don't post in 14 days? You have to start over?
I guess it's a way to keep the site active; but seems like it would generate a lot of 'fluff' posts.
Your activity can't go down...
