I don't think it should have been deleted when other posts that are not "off-topic" where not deleted in that thread. Have you checked bets or you are simple refusing to accept provably fair system as fair system where casino can't cheat unless they change seed "behind" and/or show you wrong result? Istina. Ali nisi shvatio što želim reći. Da takav zakon prođe, banke bi za hipoteku tražile drugu nekretninu. Što će im hipoteka na jedinu nekretninu ako ju ne mogu ovršiti? To je kao da sad pod hipoteku ponudiš nekretninu čiji nisi vlasnik - neće ju prihvatiti kad ju ne mogu ovršiti u slučaju neplaćanja.
Logično ne mogu tražiti hipoteku na drugu nekretninu ako ona ne postoji. Ili ne bi davale kredite (što im nije u interesu) ili bi smislile nešto drugo. Vjerovatno nešto drugo Ali stvarno ne možeš očekivati od banke oprost duga jer si uzeo kredit i sad ga ne možeš vraćati...
Ne očekujem oprost duga naravno, nekakve odgode recimo i drugi načini...nikako uzimanje jednine nekretnine.
