It shouldn't be marked at all. Someone cancel report and it disappear, that is whole idea. To avoid abuse (for example canceling reports which remained unhandled because they are "soft bad" or "for any other reason" and then reporting them again) countdown could be set to, I don't know, 1 day and after that you can't cancel it any more.

Naravno da se sankcioniralo, samo ga je netko (bot) kasnije ulovio. Regulus je dobio ban zato što je iskopirao par poruka od korisnika koji su ih prethodno napisali da si nabije broj postova za signature campanju, ja ne znam zašto neki ljudi ovdje pokušavaju uljepšati priču, stvari su točno takve kakve jesu. Kad se žalio u meti netko je našao još jedan slučaj copy/paste spama kod njega, a zapravo nitko ne zna da li je banan zbog toga ili su mu našli još neku drugu poruke koju je copy/pastao.
