I vote fiat, Gemz and Bitcoin are kept in one app version and the tech is not white labelled out to the banks.

One thing I believe we can bet on. Daniel and the team will only give very prepared cut and paste answers to questions, there will be no open and honest recognising of what he has done and recognising why we are upset. He knows he has dropped Gemz investors and he knows his personal revenue stream will come from Paykey with fiat white label. I don't expect him to be a man and admit anything AT ALL.



whatever getgems Paykey achieves without the main Paykey fiat app will be piecemeal. You can also be sure of that.


My only advice and direction is hold onto your info regarding the crowd sale and if and when Paykey starts making real money from our initial funding we organise a serious legal attempt as a community. I think when we see Daniel sucking up praise in the media and we have nothing to show for it, I'm pretty sure crowsale investors will be looking to organise a legal case.


I don't believe Daniel has any intention to change the course of his decisions as they would risk his profit. if this thread gets shut down we can start another one.


*I have starting go to read through Damiels posts, what he says simply doesn't connect with what he is doing now. he constant suggests features and directions. Will depend on the community voting for them? Suggesting the community is empowered and share the benefit etc? Almost laughable now.


But I would like to make one last pitch to show what getgems has become now. I suggest Daniel allows a vote for whether the community wants to have all currencies in one app, fiat, btc and Gemz together. Let's see how all his community sharing and ownership principles are now he has sold out our investments to the banks.

I'm sure a case could be brought if anything on the idea that gems would power the companies vision, when now it has taken a back seat. If you look at how Daniel himself describes it is his second post. He uses the words Stakeholders......that's a a pretty clear case of share in the general success of getgems the company. And has describes gems as central to powering the vision of getgems. If the fiat app gains traction as I expect it will far and above the getgems or Bitcoin version for Gemz not to play a part in that speaks to me of not following through with promises made in regard our getgems 'stake'.

Look at what happens when people use funds meant for one thing for something else.

One last point though.....think about it the getgems team didnt EVEN want to damage its user potential and revenue stream by putting gems and Bitcoin together....think about that for a second....

Look I'm guessing you a sock for Daniel. I completely understand you made a choice like any other company would do to maximise profits.....what I hate is you sold a pile of BS to the community here which supported you, now you barely can be bothered to post.


Plus it royally pisses me off that these concerns were labeled trolling and misinformation when all we are doing is sharing facts. It is him who has played fast and easy with the facts actually. Uptake of getgems the app is actually very poor. And the idea of leveraging Gemz once there are bank made fiat apps is false also. My point is once a fiat version or versions which is more likely become valuable no one will use a gems version. Plus Good luck building a gems user base from masses. It needed to be part of fiat version....can you please explain to me why you wouldn't want that as a Gemz holder....and not as I imagine a gems team member?

THIS IS THE RISK getgems wasn't willing to take with their 5% cut of fiat payments. They couldn't care less if bItcoin however gets blocked, it won't affect their revenue streams....why do you think they SEPERATED it like this?

You underestimate how good IT COULD OF BEEN.....you mean. No one will download a gems Paykey when there are many version including a cash one connected to their bank.

Paykey White Label is NOW available......sure there could be some early advantage.....but that disappears almost as quickly as it will come. Why would anyone do that unless their priority is hard cash only?

Don't be a prick, if Bitcoin was in a wallet for the masses and payments could be made like a text, we could all be sending Bitcoin and gems to people who never would think to use it. People who would happily have it for the fiat abilities....only to doc over there is this other option to send these Bitcoin things.


Anyone who would genuinely have priority to get Bitcoin mainstream WOULD NOT LEAVE IT OUT.

The miss the point, PayKey with Fiat has the potential to very easily go mainstream.....what Daniel and team missed out was including Gemz and Bitcoin in that potential. The point was putting a Bitcoin and Gemz wallet right In front of the masses.....that chance was thrown away.....they can do what they want within the law but only an idiot would think they didn't sell out their principles for the easy path to riches.


I feel personally sick cause I followed thisroject with my money and principles......I lost both....honestly the principles betrayal is worse than the money.

Paykey isn't a new company. They are running under getgems name and so if they leave gems the token and investors out of profit or sold tokens on false premise I would say there is a VERY good argument that crowds ale investors deserve to be involved. Did Snapcaht have a crowd Sale? Seriously we invested in good faith into a company and its goals, that company hasn't honoured that....Keep a record of your crowd sale if I was you...

I don't know you as part of this community, you could be sock of getgems team. Real money is involved here and real lives time and effort. In my mind I was scammed so screw you're you are being immature nonsense. General Crypto demand has nothing to do with this argument....but it are right there is no advantage of getgems with Paykey now over say dogecoin with Paykey. Getgems investors have been frozen out of the development roadmap.....that is not a debate....that is a fact.
