The license company Base Online N.V. is registered under Curacao commercial register now. Base Online N.V. has established less than a month ago. Their incorporation and establishment date is 18th March. However, they were showing the license information before obtaining it from Curacao. So I’m not sure why yours took up to 24 hours - but if you’re not convinced then I can opt for another self exclusion and this time record the whole event so as to prove that it didn’t take up to a minute before I got the mail.

The project "BaseBet" is a new project that I co-founded.
