The bookmaker won't give me my money. I registered an account, made a deposit and can’t place bets or withdraw money, I passed verification, but there has been no response for several days. 800 dollars deposit

SCAM!

242  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fortunejack scam 1195 usdc on: April 13, 2024, 02:56:00 PM

I have over-checked the screenshot and came to know they have released the fund. If they have released the fund why OP has opened the scam accusation? And how they scammed this amount which OP has mentioned.

Explained and discussed literally by the latest five posts before yours. They returned his deposit and confiscate the winning. Why OP opened a scam accusation? Because OP feels he should be entitled to the entire winning, not just the deposit. Why OP take the offer to withdraw only the deposit, then? And is OP innocent here? I'll invite you to over-check the thread, it's all there.
243  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] Attack on freebitco.in account on: April 12, 2024, 06:20:02 PM
I necromanced an old freebitco account just to see if there is any notification of address change [other users on their ANN have also explained that they're still using their legacy address] and I didn't see any. It seems the incident is not isolated, so it's safe to say, like khaled0111, that it's not your device that got hacked... or you somehow been compromised just like other three users.

I'll try to bring this to TheQuin, just in case he missed this situation. Hopefully he can clarify what happens.

Still bulshit for me for any kind of (License).

We already seeing so many casino turned into a scam, even they have license.

Yet, the existence of a license adds a layer of security of possible dispute resolution when a player experience a situation with a casino that can not be solved by the forum and/or ADR bodies.

Without license, much like basebet right now, players can only resort to the forum and third party arbitrator, which the casino [judging from their past history] can and will very likely to ignore.

Thus, the presence of a sub-license, bullshit or not, adds a layer of confidence in gambling experience. And likewise, the absence of it should raise big enough concern and caution to proceed with the platform.
245  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Changenow.io Scam - 4100$ in BTC! Never send money to this cunts!!! on: April 12, 2024, 05:21:15 PM
They had already several scam accusations against them and I think they are not listed on Bestchange (I have not found them on BTC to usdt. So, You made a mistake by making a transaction with them. If they have listed on any site then report on there.

Did you... read the thread? Or any other one of those several scam accusations you're quite aware its existence of? They are listed on bestchange. I gave the link to their page on bestchange on this thread. In case this one will help you notice them easier: https://www.bestchange.com/changenow-exchanger.html

And they actually have BTC to USDT [ERC and TRC] pair. Which page did you look at?

246  Economy / Gambling / Re: [SOLVED] Betnomi | Project status & Refund Plan! on: April 12, 2024, 09:59:09 AM
One thing that I noticed when I visited their site yesterday was the lack of licensing authority's seal of validation, so I think they are running without any ~snip~
The license company Base Online N.V. is registered under Curacao commercial register now. Base Online N.V. has established less than a month ago. Their incorporation and establishment date is 18th March. However, they were showing the license information before obtaining it from Curacao. Now they have one, but they haven't added the license validator link.

But I understand that it's just a company registration, a permit by Curacao govt. for them to run a business with a gambling nature. They still don't have e-gaming license, in a sense that they're currently a "rogue" casino, if anyone ever has a dispute with them, their only means of resolution will be with their staff, they can't escalate it to higher authority.
247  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sportsbet.io stole all my deposits/balance on: April 12, 2024, 09:17:13 AM
I know that we have talked about similar situations and I had agreed with you in that winnings should not be paid. But I think whatever the player has left of deposited funds should be paid if this is a first offence.

Umm... given his account is connected with others, and if my guess is true that he accessed SB from Germany, I believe that will not be his first offense. I tend to believe those other accounts were also warned for same violation or two.

Far as I know, SB is actually quite lenient and generous in handling benefit of doubts for first offender, they'll be more than happy to return --at least-- the deposit.

Once again thank you very much holydarkness for your efforts to help out others here in the forum!

But I have one request ... could you post your pictures a little larger or make them clickable so that you can go straight to imgurl? otherwise you always have to quote your post first and copy out all the image urls manually to be able to view them Smiley

LMAO, my apology. Previously, I was asked by other members to upload images smaller [I was reuploading images for an OP of a scam accusation thread] so it doesn't fill the entire page, and I diligently resize my posts to smaller ones since then.

I make my posts and other forum activity mostly from a tablet dedicated for the forum, so those small images are just a pinch away from me. I understand that PC users will need to Ctrl+scroll and others to zoom in. I'll make sure I add clickable links on my posts forward.

imgurl are not available for the forum, are they?

However, in my opinion, mark's case could be solved quite easily. BC.Game has already told him that they only accept certain documents like passports (which is ok, they also have to be responsible for the KYC). But he doesn't want to have a passport issued because it costs around 40$ and he thinks that BC.Game should pay the amount.

In view of this, I don't think it's quite fair that he accuses BC.Game of inactivity and portrays it as being solely their fault and then also rates the casino negatively.

This is actually why I asked if he has other documents. So far, he only mentioned residence permit and expired passport. I think he should have more. Driver's license at the very least.
249  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 BC.GAME - CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK | $1,000 GIVEAWAY LIVE! 🔥🔥🔥 on: April 11, 2024, 03:11:07 PM
It's funny. The operator explained to me that they do not have an emergency shutdown. There are from one month to six months. I didn’t even check because the self-exclusion says from 1 month.

This doesn't make any sense anymore. For a week they could not withdraw funds to me and did not accept my ID card for verification. So I just lost everything.
I haven't invested a single cent into this casino since I received $3 for signing up from the affiliate. We close the discussion in my case. My red reviews in the profiles
of representatives of this casino will not be deleted. Not accepting an official government document, even if it has “residence permit” printed on it, is nonsense to me.

What will a person do if he has money in a casino and is not allowed to withdraw it for a week? That's right, he will lose them 100%!
Of course, I will not demand anything from this casino. The casino showed itself from the worst side.

What do you mean by emergency shutdown? That the self-exclusion to work only on a custom desired time you want to? Or permanently? Or you're talking about how quick does it need to take effect?

Their procedure is to give one day cool down period, and after that, if the person is still sure that they need to take a longer time off the site, they can proceed with the rest of the period. Within that 24-hours cool down period, they shouldn't also be unable to play or do anything, so basically the self-exclusion works and take effect immediately.

And yes, there is a permanent exclusion on their option, not just six months.

If what you mean by emergency shutdown was to take an exception for custom period and when the situation is no longer dire you can lift up that ban... well, that won't work, it defeats the purpose of self-exclusion if someone can lift it up whenever they want.

Briefly about the disadvantages of the casino.

Support does not fit within the promised 72 hours (I waited 5 days for a solution to the problem with the balance disappearing).

Live support sometimes does not understand what is asked of them and answers as if it was their first day working in support.

They refused to accept my European Union ID card, citing the fact that it was not an ID card, but a residence permit.

When withdrawing funds from fiat, fantastic commissions! Withdrawal of funds from fiat to crypto commission is 9% or more.
Withdrawal of funds to the Skrill payment system (7.75%+1.00 EUR). Definitely not worth playing at this casino. Stake.com rules!

Never start playing here!! Let's close the discussion on my case. Conclusions have been drawn. All the best and good luck!

Again, I'll offer my help to sort this situation out. Tell me the current govt. issued ID that you have other than your residence permit and expired passport, I'll try to reach someone on BC and see if they'll accept this and/or finds another way for you to prove your ID.

Now, regarding leaving negative tag [red review]... umm... this might sound awkward and anticlimactic from your side, but... since you're not on DT, those score won't actually show publicly, other than from your own profile [and those who put you on their trust list].

Currently, BC's profile as seen from most of the forum users and guest will be:

I wanted to close all games for real money so as not to play (I had a desire to lose everything because of the delay situation or to win more, which is logical). Support provided a link to self-exclude, from a month or more, and you can only close the entire account without the ability to log into it and you will not be able to withdraw funds in the future! And this link comes exactly 24 hours later to your mailbox, nonsense! In normal casinos, the ban can be activated immediately, without waiting 24 hours! I sent them a screenshot from a local casino, which has dozens of times fewer players and there are a lot of options for blocking your account and they work instantly, just follow the link in the letter (the letter arrives immediately, not after 24 hours). I couldn’t resist and started playing, I lost everything, I don’t blame RTP, there’s no question about it.

I just created a new dummy account with a throwaway email (I wasn’t sure what effect the self-exclusion would have on my main account) and using the dummy account I opted for one-month self exclusion and I got an email from bcgame in less than a minute.

So I’m not sure why yours took up to 24 hours - but if you’re not convinced then I can opt for another self exclusion and this time record the whole event so as to prove that it didn’t take up to a minute before I got the mail.

If I am not mistaken, it'll actually have an effect on your self exclusion to your main account, although probably in a way not like what you think will be. At the very least, there is a possibility it'll hinder your ability to self-exclude your main account in the future, given one of the aspect for self-exclusion to lock-in to an account is the IP address.

Currently, the system will be quite confused because they'll read your IP requested for self-exclusion and should be blocked, yet at the same time your IP also doesn't ask for exclusion. Not to mention the possibility of future detection of multi acc as your IP are registered to several accounts. I'll suggest you to sort this out with their live support.

As for testing the link itself, I actually also tested what he claimed to be [that the confirmation email only arrive after 24 hours] just when I made my post above, with my "main" [and only] account, I simply didn't press the confirmation link so it won't be processed [I figure it'll be safer than trying it with disposable account]

And indeed, it come right away, which is why I asked markk1 if that 24 hours are not cool down period.

markk1, pay attention to the time and the Gmail notification icon, it proves that the email come almost instantly right after I click the self exclusion request.

Isn't that what's called arbitrage betting? I've never done it but I feel like it's a legit way of minimizing potential losses.
What you've said is more or less how I see the situation.

Let's say this is a group, as long as they all go through KYC that proves each account is owned by a different person and they simply communicate to place bets together, that's being smart, not cheating.

As for accusations, I usually try to check how the casino responds to the problem. Usually the casino tries to take user's money and delay things for as long as possible, which is like taking revenge on the player. That's completely unprofessional behavior presented by the casino.

Unlike value bet --that's explained above-- group bets and betting syndicate are actually considered as a violation by many casinos and explicitly stated as forbidden on their ToS. Snippets of those rule are as below,

252  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 BC.GAME - CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK | $1,000 GIVEAWAY LIVE! 🔥🔥🔥 on: April 11, 2024, 08:53:05 AM
I left one more review for each of the representatives on this forum (another red review and there will be another one with a full review and a link to a full review of their arrogant casino). The casino is extremely disgusting.

USD fiat disappeared from my account, they waited 5 days to credit me again with fiat but in EUR (they gave me a bonus code). They asked for verification before withdrawal, I agreed to go through it, no problems. I live in the European Union with an ID card (it is marked “residence permit”, since I do not have citizenship in the country in which I was born, this is normal for Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia). In fact, they refused to accept my ID card, citing that it was just a “residence permit.” I have already written many times in this thread about the “residence permit”; in the Baltic states this is normal.

Many days passed, we are all human, I didn’t play for about a week, I waited. I was waiting for a solution to the situation with the documents, since they are the most ordinary (ID card, marked “residence permit”, I was born here, but without citizenship), but the support always replies that they do not accept such documents, let’s get a passport, which I don’t have (in the European Union a passport is not needed). I wrote to support that

In case you missed it, I've been waiting for you to  supply us with info about govt. IDs you currently possess, of which I'll reach BC's representative to see if they will accept these documents to sort your situation out and/or find a solution for it.

I couldn’t resist and started playing, I lost everything, I don’t blame RTP, there’s no question about it.

But how many days did they delay with the disappeared of funds in the account and did not want to accept my identity card (ID card). This is the worst casino I've seen in recent times (popular crypto casinos where I played for the first time). Draw your own conclusions, the casino is not worthy of your attention, they do everything to make you lose everything. I won't be following this thread anymore. There will be the last full review with a red minus for all representatives of this casino and a full description (reference link)! Good luck to all!

To clarify this, you asked for self-exclusion through live support? Not by applying yourself from their self-exclusion page? And that 24 hours "delay" was not the cool-down period? They're simply a delay, a gap of inaction, where you can still fully access your account and made bet?

Do you mind showing us the message that shows you can't withdraw anything in the future?
253  Economy / Gambling / Re: [SOLVED] Betnomi | Project status & Refund Plan! on: April 11, 2024, 08:28:18 AM
I believe they have their new site up and running. If I can remember the name I'll post it(might be int his thread already), but there is a way to contact them if none of their rep accounts come online in the future.

It's basebet, with Sorsis as the "co-founder", and supposed to be a "test net", but from GekkeBelg's post, they've recently start accepting real money, so they've been fully operational.

One thing that I noticed when I visited their site yesterday was the lack of licensing authority's seal of validation, so I think they are running without any

[...]
The project "BaseBet" is a new project that I co-founded. It will be operating with our existing Casino software and with some upgrades to make it a true web3 platform with a smart contract interface where user funds will be non-custodial and completely under the users' control. That being said, what we have now is a demo, a "test net" of the platform. It is not operational, it does not accept any deposits, nor is any real money gameplay allowed. It is purely for demo and testing purposes as of now.

It will undergo a complete UI/UX redesign and rebrand, and further development work will be done before the official launch, which will take a few months. To summarize, it is not yet an active or a production website.
254  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fortunejack scam 1195 usdc on: April 10, 2024, 09:10:24 PM
First I would like to ask Fortunejack, if I lost my entire balance, would you have done a similar investigation??? Would you cancel all my lost bets and return the deposit??? i think no!  Hope to hear from you is an answer!!!

Regarding withdrawal of deposit:
imagine that you are in the hands of scammers who tell you “give us this ring and then you can run away with everything you have in your pockets, think quickly while we demonstrate good will.” What will you do? By taking my deposit, did I somehow agree with theft from the casino? I already wrote that from the moment my free bet stopped working, I immediately realized that they would want to rob me! And i transfer some of the money to my account, this was an action to eliminate risks! Otherwise, the casino could write me letters with blackmail asking me to close the dispute otherwise I won’t receive the deposit! Do you understand me?
You shouldn’t be distracted by whether I took my deposit or not. In any case, I sent a letter to Fortunejack saying that I did not agree with his decision.
[...]

Except that they are not a scammer? At least not a known and proven fact. They're a business entity, they're licensed and regulated. They answer to higher authority who controlled them.

Why taking the deposit matters to me and "distract" me is because most of the time, upon that acceptance to take the refund of initial deposit [and sealed by the action of withdrawing it], you agree that the situation is resolved. It will lower your chance of getting a resolution, if we suppose you're the victim here.

Not to mention the possible scenario that worth considering, that a guy gave a casino a ring, which supposed to be valued at a very big price, and when the casino inspected the ring, the guy ran away with everything the casino currently put in his pocket, which only parts of what he said to be the real value of the ring.
255  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 BC.GAME - CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK | $1,000 GIVEAWAY LIVE! 🔥🔥🔥 on: April 10, 2024, 05:08:33 PM
markk1, I've read all of your post about this current issue, but correct me if I'm wrong: basically it start with a "glitch" where your funds goes missing, they credited you and it goes missing again, then they credited you with a "voucher", and when you try to redeem it [this is the part where I am not sure I get things correctly] you're stuck on KYC verification because you don't have a still active ID card that's acceptable by BC[?] or is it to redeem the voucher you'll need to provide ID?

Moving on, your current situation is: the only ID you have is your residence permit and an expired passport, which BC can't accept. You don't have other govt. issued ID? Allow me to simplify this, what govt ID you currently have [that's not expired]? Supply me with this info and I'll try to reach my contact on BC to escalate your situation, see if they can accept any of those documents.

I'll invite you to read my posts again, carefully, and return here once you did.
Sorry, my bad. My last post was supposed to be an explanation for the other readers why value betting isn't something bad.
Quote
BC? Why BC? GekkeBelg opened scam accusations across many platforms. The most recent one, of which prompt BGC to finally do his investigation, was with coins.game. People are talking in general here, and you're focusing on... BC? Because he didn't get refund on that case, or for what reason is it does BC specifically being mentioned over and over?
Why did I mention BC.Game so much? It's just random luck. First I pointed out that GekkeBelg made a mistake against them. Then I found their 'betting academy' and wanted to point out the hypocrisy of sportbooks.

Quote
Because he didn't get refund on that case
They ended up paying GekkeBelg, even though they didn't have to(According to their TOS).

Overall I think we are on the same page.
Quote
Does that automatically translates that GekkeBelg is, WinTomato aside, innocent here? I say, "no".
I would say yes, but obviously I'm very biased.

In regards to BC's "hypocrisy", I can probably explain this part based on what casino representatives explained to me. Basically, it goes in line with what BGC said, regarding sportsbook providers and how they tagged people.

On some cases, casinos [though not all] are actually don't have issue with value bettor, that's probably why BC have that page on their academy [I didn't glance at that link and take your word for it], but from time to time, their sportsbook provider detected some abusive behavior and asked the casino to hold the winning.

We are not strictly speaking about value betting, there are numerous cases of bets being held for investigation for several reasons, like arbing, limitation circumvention, odds manipulation, you name it. On some of these cases, as it is well known, it's the provider who ask for that investigation, not the casino's own initiative.

Going back to the value betting and BC [or other casinos], most of the time, if the violation is not too severe [let's say they're just value betting and not multi-acc-ing] or on what they can tolerate, they'll just let the case go. Which I shall assume means they're paying those users from their own pocket, given the provider will not pay the winning.

This should explains [actually, more to strengthen what BGC said] why GekkeBelg got flagged numerous times across platform, because the providers have his data, he's been marked by the providers.

So, with above paragraphs as an addition, since you brushed it on your last sentence, I'll repeat my previous reflection, does GekkeBelg innocent? I'll stay with my previous answer: no.

I believe he's well versed on casino and how they works. I mean, IIRC he claimed he's been playing on hundred of sportbook? He certainly more or less realized how things work with sportsbook and their provider, and he still utilize this strategy, knowing those casinos are paying him from their own pocket.

So, is he wrong? No. But is he innocent? Also no.
257  Economy / Gambling / Re: [SOLVED] Betnomi | Project status & Refund Plan! on: April 10, 2024, 03:49:29 PM
As far as I am concerned, this casino is never going to make a come back, they are certified scammers and I believe this is not too hard to see or realize now, check the thread, like I believe I've pointed out before, they created this thread to make the community here believe that they are going to pay back that which they stole from their users, and after a week or so, without paying any user any dime, they came back here to change the thread's status as solved, this is a way to trick newbies, newcomers on this forum to believe that the issue with them stealing funds belonging to their customer is now settled, when actually it's not.

Anyways, we all are here and watching, betnomi is never coming back, but eventually they do, I believe they won't dare come back under this same brand, they are possibly going to try to come back under a different brand, and they are also going to try to hide every possible traces, so they users won't be able to trace their new brand beck to betnomi, but again, we are here, watching and waiting.

Didn't read much? They are not coming back with the betnomi brand, they "rebranded" to basebet.

Nb. Didn`t he say basebet wouldn`t be launched like that? Some more BS... Cheesy I need to add them to our blacklist!
Good thinking! Their new project is most probably already a failure thanks to their negative reputation these days.

I sadly can't do that, without any formal complaint and scam accusation, I can't add them to my list to warn the forum members. And I think Sorsis will know better that he wont' create any account and/or ANN here for basebet, so we can't "formally" raise an accusation against them in the future.
258  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fortunejack scam 1195 usdc on: April 10, 2024, 10:51:03 AM
No, there were no mentions of any restrictions due to location. As you can see in the screenshots, I placed bets and the casino accepted them. The ability to place bets disappeared exactly when I fulfilled the conditions of the “return” bonus - a 5MBTC bonus was added to my account, but it cannot be used. It was from this moment that the first restrictions appeared. And only then I tried to withdraw money and only then they did an identity check.
Fortunejack has no restricted countries! There are prohibited locations for using the site. And I repeat once again that talking about this topic is not appropriate after the game has been completed. As I described above, my first deposit was completely lost and no one wrote to me to return my loss to me; on the contrary, I was offered a bonus to return to the game, without which I would not have placed bets at all! And the problems started after winning. Fortunejack could always ask a question during registration about the client's citizenship or current location, but they decide not to do this! in any case, Fortunjack has no complaints about this either!

https://talkimg.com/image/jUFac

First there was a letter from them stating that all winnings were canceled and that I could only withdraw the deposit! I no longer doubted that Fortunejack was a scam from the moment the bonus that lured me stopped working. Therefore, I hastened to withdraw at least the deposit. And only then I received that letter.

I want everyone here to understand that if a casino has any reason to dislike a customer, they should make sure that their wishes are stated before playing! What Fortunejack is doing is absolutely unacceptable!
Look at my bets, what software do you need to bet on the main line of the English Premier League???
If I had a thousand bets of $1 in 5 minutes (I’m exaggerating this), then this could at least somehow indicate the use of software...
And all that Fortunejack indicates is a rule clause that can be used for any player who wins. An absolutely unprovable point in the rules.

Fortunejack, you can carry out any checks before the game starts! Why don't you do this? You lure players and expect them to all lose! And if there is a win, then cancel the win!
I also want to note that such rule clauses cannot be used to take away client money! The maximum you can refuse a client! If you apply such rules, then you lose your face! 100% of players cannot be safe while you are stealing money from a client's account using rules like these!

To clarify, actually, they have a list of restricted countries; prohibited territories.

FJ's representative has replied to your case with supporting evidence of bot activity as above, as well as the use of UK disposable number. Do you want to say something about these findings?

Prior to FJ's post, when I read your post few hours ago, I can't help but wondered about one thing [marked in bold], if you can please help us understand it as well, you seemed very quick to accept the offer to withdraw your deposit. If you're very sure you are not wrong, and knowing that the casino is quite big, wouldn't someone logically refuse to accept only the deposits and voided their winnings, and will instead fight for the entire balance?
259  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The due: please think before supporting or opposing a scam accusation on: April 09, 2024, 06:11:37 PM
He's a live value bettor, and there's nothing wrong with that. The goal of sportsbetting is to turn a profit. As long as he didn't break the rules, the sportsbook should honor his bets.

I'll invite you to read my posts again, carefully, and return here once you did.

The funniest thing is that Bc.Game is coaching people on how to value bet:
https://betting.bc.game/betting-academy/types-of-bets/value-bets

1. Teach value betting. 2. Void all the value bets. IQ 200

Quote
Now, that is the good practice of using ToS from casino's side. That thing works both ways.
These kinds of rules should be a massive red flag to all the BC.Game customers. You don't want to win a 30k$ parlay on the site that has every right to void your bet.

People are talking in general here, and you're focusing on... BC? Because he didn't get refund on that case, or for what reason is it does BC specifically being mentioned over and over?
