1201  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Dexsport.io HUGE SCAM on: September 02, 2023, 05:09:43 PM
You have posted an image where it is mentioned that you have multi accounts. Multi-account cant be considered the maximum of the platform. If you really have multi accounts then they are not scammers. And if you don't have a multi-account then you should prof that you don't have a multi-account. You should provide KYC documents and others for that.
LOL bro, it's supposed to be a decentralized "web3 betting" platform, if you need to send KYC documents to get your winnings or to withdraw back your deposit what is it? Moreover, in the real world, I mean not the crypto virtual world, it's the one accusing someone of wrongdoing who has to prove it, not the accused who has to prove their innocence. It's a little bit sad to see crypto users encouraging this kind of dishonest practices in the scam accusation section. Real decentralized betting platforms don't work like that, they offer you to connect your wallet to place your bets and to get your winnings from a smart contract, not to deposit your funds into an account owned and managed by the platform, there is no possible accusation of infamous "multi-accounting" there since there is no account.

I generally agree with the point about KYC, the point of web3 gambling [or the decentralized gambling] is the enhanced anonimity and less control from specific individuals, thus the suggestion to provide KYC is somewhat... counterproductive. But it's worth stating that dexsport didn't ask this.

Moving up, I beg to differ for the part, "crypto users encouraging this kind of dishonest practices in the scam accusation section". Most of the users overseeing scam accusations section and accustomed to the scam accusation resolution will give every side chances to defend themselves by asking both parties for evidences. We even go to a length to notify and invite the involved parties to attend to the case and give their side of the story.

And last, it is true that decentralized betting platform usually just need the users to connect their wallet, no "registration" or username needed, but some still asked for the user to create a "profile", and apparently dexsport is one of them,

3. PROFILE

3.1. Creation
3.1.1. To participate in sports betting and online games using virtual currency or any other potential product on the Platform, the User must create a Profile.
3.1.2. Upon creating the Profile, the User must connect their own virtual currency Wallet to the Platform using one of the available Partner integrations.

3.2. Confirmation of Actions within the Platform
3.2.1. The User's activities performed within the Platform, including any Deposits, placement of a bet, playing games, instructions, and communications – shall be conducted by the User, who is connected own virtual currency Wallet and shall be binding upon such User.

And even though the profile creation is basically like what you said, connecting our wallet through metamask, walletconnect, and the likes, it seems the deposit and the winning are not directly tied to the wallet as it seems need to be manually withdrawn; at least that's what I can conclude by creating a new wallet just to get better understanding of this platform, as I don't go as far as depositing, betting, and withdrawing.

While for how they detect multi-acc abuse with what supposed to be pseudo-anonymous setup, it's an entirely different topic
1202  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [scam] Yas.bet refusing withdrawal after verification on: September 01, 2023, 05:18:52 PM
[...]

So what does that mean, do your friend have the same opinion about this site? I think you're too hasty to jump to conclusions. Let's just say they're not really a scam, just have a lousy team to sort things out.

Hmm... I'm afraid this is true. Their live support is very... useless. It was quite unfortunate that I did not make a screenshot of the time when I initiate the contact, but this chat has been left like this since my last post, so roughly 12.00 P.M. and seven hours later, there still no response

Normally if a site is tagged and I agree to remove the tag once they resolve it, the site will message and ask me to remove the tag. I have received no such message from Yas.Bet so shishir99 is probably correct, they do not care about their reputation.

I'll remove my tag if the past situation was solved, but let's hope they pop in here and fix this situation.

With the current situation, where their support is very poor, I think it will be a good idea to leave the tag as it is for now. After all, the message on the feedback is correct, only the reference link isn't, so it still serve something... I guess.
1203  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM Alert] Okbet.com frozen on: September 01, 2023, 04:32:58 PM
This is actually my point to them, How come determining that I have other source of income can verify that I’m not a government employee. This shit casino makes tons of excuses while the amount that we are talking here is not even on the minimum amount for the casino to suspect as money laundering. This casino surely doing some excuses to hold my withdrawal even with just small amount. Funny how they tagged my account while they have x1 wagering requirements on withdrawal while most of my games is just pure random bets.

[...]

For this matter, I am not sure if Philippine applies the same rule, but my country as well as several other countries have a law that prohibit government officials to have their own business while working for the country. Thus, providing the business permit [or other SoW] kinda ensure them that you're not govt. officials. Though I am not sure why a govt. staff are not allowed to play in their platform, unless gambling is prohibited in Philippine?
1204  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [scam] Yas.bet refusing withdrawal after verification on: September 01, 2023, 12:09:13 PM
To be fair, negative tag from yahoo was to invite them to look into the case and would be removed once solved, and it's been solved, so probably yahoo just forgot to remove/change the tag. I'll use this opportunity to inform him and made him aware of the situation through mention. yahoo62278, you might want to revise the tag?

Above thing said, I am not recommending anyone to play on their platform for the time being. And, as the representative of the platform has been away for a while, I am currently trying to reach them through live support [or email if they required me to] to let them aware of this thread. Though it probably will take a while, given I've been hanging for about half a hour without any response or anyone addressing my chat.
1205  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit.com + Pragmatic Blackjack Scammed Me on: September 01, 2023, 11:28:51 AM
I'll reach Razer about this, see if he can take this matter into his hand and take another look at your case. Meanwhile, I am re-uploading your screenshots through imgtalk for visibility. Just to be sure we cover every ground from your side, namely every proof you can provide, can you perhaps share the rest of the conversation with their support? I can see it's only partial.

1206  Economy / Gambling / Re: Whats happening with Betnomi? on: September 01, 2023, 11:16:56 AM

That leads me to believe there were very deep problems within the administration of that site, probably a big conflict of interest among those who were in charge of running it. Who knows, there is a chance someone in the staff wanted to have a good casino while other just wanted to exit scam when the time was appropriate to him and there were struggling for their own interests...

If I may offer perspective from my own [personal] professional career, such cases where shareholders or the higher-ups are disagreeing about the direction of their company are not uncommon. And usually, it's solved through finding a middle way, taking majority votes if necessary, and on severe case, offering a buy out for the partners. One or two even publicly announced [it's a small business close to where I live] that they have internal issues and will come back with solution in an undetermined time, but assure that they will give their best, clear all of their duties and responsibilities, and then pull the brake while they internally solving their issue. None of the companies with these issues in the past from my experience took the houdini act.
1207  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM Alert] Okbet.com frozen on: August 31, 2023, 08:36:18 PM

On their ToS it mentioned that the website software isn't suitable for people currently residing outside the Philippines, it also mentioned that account holders should not be citizens of certain countries(quoted below)

Quote
h) The account holder is not a citizen of the following countries: Anguilla, Antarctica, Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Bermuda, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Channel Islands, Christmas Island, Cocos Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark (including Greenland and the Faroe Islands), Estonia, Ethiopia, Falkland Islands, France (including French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territory, Guadeloupe, Martinique) , Mayotte, New Caledonia, Reunion, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Barthélemy, Wallis and Futuna), Germany, Gibraltar, Greece , Hilde and McDonald Islands, Hungary, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangandi; Ireland, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy , Latvia, Lithuania, Montserrat, Netherlands (including Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Martin), Norfolk Island, North Korea, Pakistan, Pitcairn Island, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, the State of Palestine, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Islands, Uganda, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and the United States of America (including American Samoa, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands), Vanuatu, Yemen;

LMAO, at this point, it might be more efficient if they write the eligible countries instead of the one forbidden. I am quite confused with their demographic. I thought they're focusing on SEA countries, but I can see Singapore on their no-go list. And interestingly, I actually tried a VPN through Indonesia [or was it Malaysia?] when they blocked me from accessing through Europe and US regions, and so I thought they're focusing on the countries close to them. Thus I tried Singapore first [which was blocked, obviously], and then Indonesia, and still hit the same wall, but I can't see Indonesia and Malaysia on their no-go list.

Anyway, the point I tried to reach from my efforts, do they have social media where they can be reached more publicly?
1208  Economy / Gambling / Re: Whats happening with Betnomi? on: August 31, 2023, 07:12:21 PM
I mean, even though reputation is everything in this kind of business if they wanted to pull off a returnal with them giving back the money and paying the proper feed to their managers, eventually they could again get some of their former percentage of the market (not all of it, though). There has been already stories of redemption in different industries, not all people will trust them, but if enough people do and they sincerely apologize with a proper explanation, they may be able to even become profitable again.

To be honest, I do not know how screwed up one has to be to flush down the toilette such business as a successful casino just to appropriate passing money.

That'll be a very nice turn of event if it happens; Betnomi returned and regained third chance. But sometimes, the bridge is burnt too bad [with several civilians still in the middle on the bridge, burnt alive, and some fall to death to the gaping abyss below] that even when they rebuild the bridge and put "it's safe" sign, no one dare crossing.
1209  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Dexsport.io HUGE SCAM on: August 31, 2023, 06:55:17 PM
I have never used them before and never will I use them again. I will however, do my best to inform all forums, TrustPilot, Reddit, gambling and Discord servers that Dexsport is run by the worst of the worst SCAMMERS.
There are countless reviews about them and they are all negative (if you can read through the fake positive reviews in TrustPilot)
I am going to get their "brand" removed from TrustPilot so they stop scamming more unlucky gamblers who will fall for their shiny website.
You are not even doing anything right here at all, like making a proper post with proof on how the casino scammed you. Who is going to back you up and build a proper case when there is no evidence? Just making noise and wasting time. Good luck.

OP wasn't online for nearly half a month after being inquired on the other thread about the same counter-accusation, a violation against TnC. On the other thread though, the sportsbook provider is the one who flagged him. Unless OP come back and provide more evidences here, I think I am starting to considering to take OP's statement with grains of salt.
1210  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] SINBAD.IO [Mix Your BTC Quickly] Signature Campaign | Up-to $150/w on: August 31, 2023, 06:44:14 PM
- Would you like to have $250 or $200 per week?
That sounds rhetorical. What requirements and payrate per post will each have?

I am assuming it'll be around what Mixero looks like, with merit rank being introduced and used; basically the normal rate per rank will be lower than it is right now, but once someone reached certain merit treshold [3000+ for mixero] they'll earn special rate, that'll allow them to reach 200-250$ per week].

[...]

I personally feel that merits are more of a 'persistence' thing, and are also easy to farm. You can go to the WO board and get 10 merits daily by posting memes and selling hopium, whereas you can write 20 quality posts in gambling without receiving any.

I'm not against merit ranks per se, I'm just saying that the distribution is skewed - and that merits alone are often not the best representation of a user's posting quality. I hope that we won't have huge oscillations in payments with merits as the sole evaluating criteria.

I don't think I can describe what I have in my mind better than this. As someone who never, not even once, touched or peeked the WO board [hell, I don't even know what that board is about and what's being discussed there, but its nefarious reputation for merit farming resonates to the board I usually roamed around], I hope that merit factors won't... affect the rate way too much. Or if it has to, perhaps we see which board the merits come from to see if the merit counts are really due to the quality of the posts produced or is it due to the user usually posts on board that notoriously generous on distributing merit for little to no effort.

As cryptofrka said, different boards entitle users to different merit generosity, thus the distribution is a bit... skewed.

Two parallel questions to get community feedback.
- Maximum 50 posts per week is good enough or 40 per week is better?
- Would you like to have $250 or $200 per week?

If I may be honest, 40 or 50 seems impossible for me as I barely even managed 25 weekly, so the number doesn't mean much to me as I don't think I am interested to reach 40, let alone 50.

Basically, the logical principle applied here will be, "the more posts people made, the more immersive Sinbad's brand awareness is." But it'll also encourage a bad impression if many were merely chasing weekly maximum quota and lowered their standard. So if I may propose, perhaps we go with 40 per week for several weeks, see how this new structure works and if it encourages spam or not, and if it doesn't, then we go with 50?

And thus, naturally, we first go with 200$ for 40 posts, and if we can control the spam possibility, we raise the bar to 50 posts and the limit will raise to 250$? [this is assuming that I assume correctly the new payment structure you'll use]
1211  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: is Stunna dead ??? Primedice n Stake spoke person. on: August 31, 2023, 09:49:59 AM
still people living in denial. fucking idiots.

either you are emloyed by stake.com or any way related to stake.com

Or maybe, a more logical explanation could be that your evidence wasn't convincing enough for anyone to buy into? You don't seriously believe we are all Stake employees, do you? And keep in mind, some of us are even promoting their direct competitors, without any need for bias.

the odds in bet archived has changed, their support themselves accepted that , but still people will lick their asses, as they earn their bread and butter through them .

Once again, you have provided NO evidence to support that claim.

He does seriously thinking that all of us are Stake employees. Or, to be precise, everyone that's not agreeing with him, taking his side, running to support his accusation, or even remains neutral, are on Stake's payroll. Basically, if anyone question his evidences, boomm, they must be receiving paycheck from stake.

But yes, he does not provide evidences to support any of his claim. Rather, he throw muds to the wall and when it doesn't stick, he'll take another basket of mud [namely, creating another thread] and give another round of free throws.
1212  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SPORTSBET.io falsely accuses me of multi-accounting, and REFUSES to pay my money on: August 31, 2023, 09:44:11 AM
He suggested me NOT to raise it to his LINCESOR, that it is going to be a waste of time and effort, WHICH I WILL DO I don't care about wasting my time just to fuck around, because I know the money is already lost, because THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I still think that this casino sucks, please DON'T PLAY ON THIS SITE FULL OF THIEVING RATS. That said, as they are not going to give me any more response by mail or here because they are whores and they will not answer something they know they will lose, [...]

[...]

They can't provide something that doesn't exist, and if they do provide evidence it's going to be false, just like the tremendous bullshit casino they have set up, so I'll provide the evidence necessary to fuck them up. Best regards

To be fair, he suggested you to raise to their licensor, he said he know it's not ideal as it'll adds more time and energy to the involved parties, but that's the best alternative he can suggest as he can't overturn the decision but would like to give another try to your case. The exact word he said is "to lodge a complaint with e-gaming Curacao"

Without trying to be condesending, perhaps it's a language barrier, so I'd put the definition of "lodge" as a verb at the bottom of this page.

As for your argument that they can't provide something that doesn't exist, then you can rest assured and be confident in your case that the licensor will rule it in favor to you, because they will demand and investigates every proof with a fine toothed comb. If the licensor rule it against you, that'll be because the evidences are incriminating you.

May I remind you that both parties will have to honor and adhere to the ruling made by e-gaming Curacao?

[...]
Its not an ideal scenario to finish up on, but one I am unable to overturn this case.

So the next course of action would be to lodge a complaint with e-gaming Curacao - which I understand isn't ideal, as it adds more time and energy to the situation.

We arent raising money for if i wanted to launch a normal forum I would. Im working with web3 developers on a lot more than just a forum. Maybe join the discord and idk, ask questions before talking shit?
Why would i lock $4000 in liquidity if i wanted a shitty forum like this one?

Are you gonna pay my devs? Lmfao

Two questions. One, if this forum is shitty, why do you bother asking for a fund raising here? And two, let's talk about the project itself. The forum already have and facilitate small crypto projects to be heard... as long as they're legit. How do you plan to be sure you're promoting the correct ones and not a scam projects?
1214  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SPORTSBET.io falsely accuses me of multi-accounting, and REFUSES to pay my money on: August 30, 2023, 10:10:55 AM

Hi Guys,

Apologies for the delay.

I spoke to our team (both teams concerned) and they are fine to stick with the existing decision.

Its not an ideal scenario to finish up on, but one I am unable to overturn this case.

So the next course of action would be to lodge a complaint with e-gaming Curacao - which I understand isn't ideal, as it adds more time and energy to the situation.

regards,

Steve.
Sportsbet.io

This answer must be a joke? We all are humans with bone and flesh, stop act like you ain't.

I... don't understand, isn't that what exactly Steve do? Acting like he's human with bone and flesh? He informed people that the decision has been made, he can't overturn it [and thus, he's human like all of us, didn't play god whose decision overrule everything else] and suggested OP to raise it to their licensor? Which part of it is a joke?

And that is definitely what I will do, report them to e-gaming Curacao, they are simply scammers, they invent things without evidence, and steal both the profits and I REPEAT, THE INITIAL DEPOSIT, that is called STEALING, and I will take the case where it is needed not for the money that hopefully will serve them for medicine, if not because they are thieves and I have seen more similar case is not the first. They didn't even give me an answer by mail, they are embarrassing... 😂

You can rest assured that all evidences will be asked and provided on that platform.
1215  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM Alert] Okbet.com frozen on: August 29, 2023, 04:28:07 PM
I made a warning thread about this casino few days ago on our local board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5464308.msg62763252#msg62763252 when I experience bug on their game. It's too bad that my account automatically frozen when I withdraw now.
I hope the casino support isn't lurking around the forums stalking your review threads. If the forum account name is identical to your casino username, it may be a matter of personal sentiment so they freeze you for no apparent reason and deny your complaint at all costs. Grin

This idea actually also crossed my mind when I read OP's post about a warning thread prior to being frozen. I think that is not an impossible thing, one or two of their staff probably has account here.

Do they not serve complaints via social media such as Twitter?

This... also another thing that I wanted to know, if OP can raise complaints and noises through their social media. I went straight to their website to look for it myself rather than asking, but it seems the platform is exclusively for Philipines? I can't access them through VPN of many countries.

1216  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM Alert] Okbet.com frozen on: August 29, 2023, 09:27:10 AM
When you said they're acknowledged by a gambling regulator in Philippine, you're saying they're licensed? If so, shouldn't be there an option to report them to the regulator?
1217  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Facebook Ads Scam on: August 28, 2023, 07:47:27 PM
Thank you for the warning, but as I am sure you're aware, we can't regulate what facebook's ads show their users. All we can do is to warn people about possible scams, which you nicely did. I think there is a very strong basis that afexeu[dot]com is a scam. Their website only claimed that they're regulated, but there were no further info of who issue their license.

And "bethebank" rang a bell on my mind, but I can't find any record of them on this forum for previous scam attempt. I can't shrug away the sense of eerie familiarity with their name, though. Anyone have a better luck on this matter, perhaps?
1218  Other / Archival / Re: Sinbad.io Mixer - secure, fast and easy to use on: August 28, 2023, 07:37:43 PM
I'm accessing through my tablet, so I might be wrong, but I think it does get a bit bigger. The tablet version still show them in small-ish elements, but when I toggle the switch to desktop version, it's noticably bigger. I took a screenshot from the archived page [thus, it should automatically displayed what desktop version show us] and compared it side-to-side with one that's taken by yudi09 long ago

Yes, I confirm that the most important texts have bigger fonts now compared to last week I think this is a much better version, it is clearer now.

When it comes to what's appealing to the eyes it's always been a combination of white and blue, either white background and blue text or blue background and white text.

TBH, I think it's a bit too... crowded. The "smaller" version looks more tidy and simple. Arguably "empty" perhaps, but I think it's giving a vibe of simplicity, which kinda send a message "that's what we offered you, a simple but efficient things"
1219  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Failed to submit review and also did not refund the payment. on: August 28, 2023, 05:12:26 PM
the trust reference feedback was inaccurate. Tongue
It says 0.003+

(a single character ... this reminded me of that time when I first engaged in a convo with Royse)
I searched in the comments of the trust and found that I was the only one who used the wording of 0.003+. the + sign after the number indicates that there is an additional task that was supposed to be done for that amount.

In general, I reviewed the response before editing, and this line was not present, so I think that you are trying to find a moral justification for your scam. I just hope you remember that money doesn't grow on trees and give back money, trust can be earned and it will generate more money instead of quick 0.003 BTC.

Umm... a bit correction, if I may? No, you're not alone. Royse also leave a feedback with 0.003+

Hey there,

For this one we simply need OP to list the other accounts that they have on Rollbit.

On our side, we see very obviously linked accounts to the one they listed here, accounts that have been previously limited on our sportsbook.

For whatever reason, OP has failed to list them so far.

Thanks,
Razer

i thought i had sent a reply here but i guess it timed out and never sent. i do not know how to show proof that this is my account. i have already filled out all kyc.

i did nothing wrong and only placed bets. if my account was linked, why not tell me right away when i deposit or even when i make my second deposit? or even when place my first bet? i know if i lose all my money they will not say a word and not make these accusations. i do not know what to do at this point. do i get a lawyer or what?

I've been waiting for your reply to determine my next step, I sent Razer a PM few minutes ago to ask for Rollbit's readiness to escalate this situation to an "arbitrator", where they can confide evidences of their counter-accusation. Please wait for Razer to reply to my PM, if you don't mind.
