markk1, I've read all of your post about this current issue, but correct me if I'm wrong: basically it start with a "glitch" where your funds goes missing, they credited you and it goes missing again, then they credited you with a "voucher", and when you try to redeem it [this is the part where I am not sure I get things correctly] you're stuck on KYC verification because you don't have a still active ID card that's acceptable by BC[?] or is it to redeem the voucher you'll need to provide ID?

Moving on, your current situation is: the only ID you have is your residence permit and an expired passport, which BC can't accept. You don't have other govt. issued ID? Allow me to simplify this, what govt ID you currently have [that's not expired]? Supply me with this info and I'll try to reach my contact on BC to escalate your situation, see if they can accept any of those documents.

I would like to be able to play ELK on this site, i don't know why it's blocked if i can play that provider in other casinos, i would appreciate if bc.game could verify what countries should be allowed to play with that provider.

I thought I was the only one who experienced this. Lol May I know where you're from? I'm from the Philippines and have experienced the same thing. In other casinos like Stake, I can play slots games from ELK. However, like you I can't play ELK games here on Bc.game. My favorite ELK slot game is Nitropolis. Before, I couldn't play Pragmatic Slots on Stake and Bc.game but now I can. Maybe they can find a way to include ELK games too.

I'm from Mexico, and looking at the TOS, some providers are blocked in my country (https://bc.game/es/help/providers) but the only provider mentioned there is NetEnt, they don't mention ELK.

I was trying to find the rules from ELK, but couldn't find on which countries they are allowed, but is weird the fact that some casinos allow it and some others block it. Personally love the Nitropolis games too, the last version of that slot is addictive.

I left one more review for each of the representatives on this forum (another red review and there will be another one with a full review and a link to a full review of their arrogant casino). The casino is extremely disgusting.

USD fiat disappeared from my account, they waited 5 days to credit me again with fiat but in EUR (they gave me a bonus code). They asked for verification before withdrawal, I agreed to go through it, no problems. I live in the European Union with an ID card (it is marked “residence permit”, since I do not have citizenship in the country in which I was born, this is normal for Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia). In fact, they refused to accept my ID card, citing that it was just a “residence permit.” I have already written many times in this thread about the “residence permit”; in the Baltic states this is normal.

Many days passed, we are all human, I didn’t play for about a week, I waited. I was waiting for a solution to the situation with the documents, since they are the most ordinary (ID card, marked “residence permit”, I was born here, but without citizenship), but the support always replies that they do not accept such documents, let’s get a passport, which I don’t have (in the European Union a passport is not needed). I wrote to support that

I wanted to close all games for real money so as not to play (I had a desire to lose everything because of the delay situation or to win more, which is logical). Support provided a link to self-exclude, from a month or more, and you can only close the entire account without the ability to log into it and you will not be able to withdraw funds in the future! And this link comes exactly 24 hours later to your mailbox, nonsense! In normal casinos, the ban can be activated immediately, without waiting 24 hours! I sent them a screenshot from a local casino, which has dozens of times fewer players and there are a lot of options for blocking your account and they work instantly, just follow the link in the letter (the letter arrives immediately, not after 24 hours). I couldn’t resist and started playing, I lost everything, I don’t blame RTP, there’s no question about it.

But how many days did they delay with the disappeared of funds in the account and did not want to accept my identity card (ID card). This is the worst casino I've seen in recent times (popular crypto casinos where I played for the first time). Draw your own conclusions, the casino is not worthy of your attention, they do everything to make you lose everything. I won't be following this thread anymore. There will be the last full review with a red minus for all representatives of this casino and a full description (reference link)! Good luck to all!

I must admit that online casinos are not my passion and in general I don’t have much experience with them. But since I’m in the BC.GAME signature campaign, I decided that I should figure out how the site works, what services are provided and what capabilities players have. I would like to note right away that I find it very positive that the interface is presented in different languages, including my native Ukrainian. This immediately simplified the familiarization task.

I continue to get acquainted with different games, and now I want to say that I really liked the section on forecasts and bets on sports games. I recently started holding prediction competitions, so here I also need to improve my knowledge and skills. It’s convenient that there is information about different football matches and that you can immediately make your own assumption.

In case you missed it, I've been waiting for you to  supply us with info about govt. IDs you currently possess, of which I'll reach BC's representative to see if they will accept these documents to sort your situation out and/or find a solution for it.

To clarify this, you asked for self-exclusion through live support? Not by applying yourself from their self-exclusion page? And that 24 hours "delay" was not the cool-down period? They're simply a delay, a gap of inaction, where you can still fully access your account and made bet?

Do you mind showing us the message that shows you can't withdraw anything in the future?

I agree.
Even if we as participants in this campaign are not really casino or betting friends we should at least get an idea about what this site is about and how it works.

I actually became a bc member once the campaign restarted and got to platinum 38 level in no time. On the way up I have seen plenty of good promotions. I also verified right at the beginning so I never encountered any troubles so far.
If you are a fair player there is nothing to be afraid of.

Arrogant casino? Just because you couldn’t submit a “real” ID and also because you couldn’t control your urge to gamble for 24 hours?

I just created a new dummy account with a throwaway email (I wasn’t sure what effect the self-exclusion would have on my main account) and using the dummy account I opted for one-month self exclusion and I got an email from bcgame in less than a minute.

So I’m not sure why yours took up to 24 hours - but if you’re not convinced then I can opt for another self exclusion and this time record the whole event so as to prove that it didn’t take up to a minute before I got the mail.

So I’m not sure why yours took up to 24 hours - but if you’re not convinced then I can opt for another self exclusion and this time record the whole event so as to prove that it didn’t take up to a minute before I got the mail.

If I am not mistaken, it'll actually have an effect on your self exclusion to your main account, although probably in a way not like what you think will be. At the very least, there is a possibility it'll hinder your ability to self-exclude your main account in the future, given one of the aspect for self-exclusion to lock-in to an account is the IP address.

Currently, the system will be quite confused because they'll read your IP requested for self-exclusion and should be blocked, yet at the same time your IP also doesn't ask for exclusion. Not to mention the possibility of future detection of multi acc as your IP are registered to several accounts. I'll suggest you to sort this out with their live support.

This doesn't make any sense anymore. For a week they could not withdraw funds to me and did not accept my ID card for verification. So I just lost everything.

We can't do anything about their rules and withdrawal fee if those are indeed their rules and withdrawal fees here in bcgame. It's really important to read the terms of condition first or ask questions if those are really the rules and withdrawal fees. You wouldn't have complaints and encounter this kind of problem if you read or asked about this. If you know within yourself that you're not doing anything wrong and you can still provide other IDs, just keep trying. It's a waste of money; you didn't lose in gambling but the money was lost because you couldn't withdraw. Thats sad. lol

What do you mean by emergency shutdown? That the self-exclusion to work only on a custom desired time you want to? Or permanently? Or you're talking about how quick does it need to take effect?

Their procedure is to give one day cool down period, and after that, if the person is still sure that they need to take a longer time off the site, they can proceed with the rest of the period. Within that 24-hours cool down period, they shouldn't also be unable to play or do anything, so basically the self-exclusion works and take effect immediately.

And yes, there is a permanent exclusion on their option, not just six months.



If what you mean by emergency shutdown was to take an exception for custom period and when the situation is no longer dire you can lift up that ban... well, that won't work, it defeats the purpose of self-exclusion if someone can lift it up whenever they want.

Again, I'll offer my help to sort this situation out. Tell me the current govt. issued ID that you have other than your residence permit and expired passport, I'll try to reach someone on BC and see if they'll accept this and/or finds another way for you to prove your ID.

LMAO, my apology. Previously, I was asked by other members to upload images smaller [I was reuploading images for an OP of a scam accusation thread] so it doesn't fill the entire page, and I diligently resize my posts to smaller ones since then.

I make my posts and other forum activity mostly from a tablet dedicated for the forum, so those small images are just a pinch away from me. I understand that PC users will need to Ctrl+scroll and others to zoom in. I'll make sure I add clickable links on my posts forward.

Because BC.game is a casino not an exchanger. They are charging you a convenience to save from all the trouble of using CEX just to convert your crypto to fiat and withdraw it on your bank account.

I try already a direct fiat deposit using gcash payment method for our local currency and it works without any fee. You should use exchange next time if you want to convert your crypto to fiat when you withdraw or just deposit directly using fiat if you don’t want to be charge fee for converting your crypto to fiat.

It took some time before I could finally get live support because they didn't respond quickly and I couldn't stay online for long because I was preoccupied with other things, although I successfully sorted it out and my dummy account is no longer accessible, only my actual account. That’s exactly how it is. Every site would charge for a fiat exchange from or into crypto, there is nothing to complain about. I wonder why would anyone even consider using fist at a crypto site, it just takes away the convenience of using crypto which is fast to deposit and withdraw.
There are so many fiat casinos and bookies that would make more sense. Don’t want to tell people to not use bc for fiat of course, but since there are alternatives you should first consider those before making complaints about fees connected to fiat at a crypto gambling site.
