1161  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit Scam. Cannot Withdraw $30,211. Being Ignored by Support. on: September 10, 2023, 11:31:46 AM
why do i need to do all of this?

why cant at the very least rollbit return my deposits and we can go and dispute the winnings? this is literally a scam holding my winnings and especially deposit.

i have read they are not even licensed, is this true?

To be honest and laid it out in the open, that's what I tried to pursue when I said "considering another means of resolution," to allow you to retain your deposit with some terms. However, they are firm on their decision and they're very sure with their findings. Best options you have right now is either escalate it to their licensor or to just drop the case, as currently there is not any other visible resolution possible.

As for licensing, you can rest assured that they're licensed. Like acroman08 said, you can check this by clicking the seal of validation on their website. It's a mandatory element of a licensed casino under Curacao Licensing to provide this means of verification on their website. Image as below. If you click them, you'll be redirected to GC's page as shown on the image next to it, verifying Rollbit as their sub-licensor.

While for holding your winnings and deposit, though there are times in the past that platforms go lenient by allowing the other side to withdraw their balance and agreed to part ways, I think Rollbit has the right to seize your winnings and deposit upon breach, it's one of the clause on their Terms of Service that you agreed,

TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

If you're not satisfied with this, please follow my advise to raise it to their licensor, Gaming-Curacao. We are not sure what'll happen there, but you'll have another shot there rather than here as your means of resolution on this case kinda met its... dead end here.

But when you click on https://www.gaming-curacao.com/ the site looks SUPER unprofessional. Like a 12 year old designed this.

The site also contains 0 information, not even TOS or anything.

Looks aesthetic or not, that platform is one of the only four master license holder for gambling ever issued by Curacao Gambling Authority. And though Antillephone is basically the most... exquisite --or so I heard-- there will be no more master license issued again, so they're as legal as it can get.
1162  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcoin forum app store on: September 09, 2023, 05:36:13 PM
Call me sceptic, but may I know what's in it for you? I assume this will be a free app? I ask because your past... offer was rather unethical and very much frowned upon in professional industry, selling a fake reference for CV, let alone the fact that you leave questions on that thread unanswered as it'll only add more question mark to your... credibility.
1163  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: September 09, 2023, 04:43:15 PM
Hello dear Rollbit.

May I ask why got so many Scam Accusations against you?

In the Scam Accusations topic only on the first page you got 3 I can only guess, but it's many more, other pages, and people that don't sign up on this forum.

Have you had a chance to look into any of those accusations? [...] In the second case, it's about a user who was blocked after withdrawing $68k, supposedly through arbitrages and market manipulation on Rollbit crypto exchange. [...]

I'd like to add that the second user was already explained that they utilize [and by utilize, I mean questionably taking huge advantage of] a feature to 1,000x leverage of one of their "trading" game, already made a huge profit of it from very small deposit [$99.55 v. 67,009.05], and when asked further about why he delibetely abusing their trading feature, he went defensive and start calling anyone questioning him as staff or Rollbit.
1164  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: September 09, 2023, 10:58:41 AM
this is not true as rollbit has held my money illegally for 2+ months and still not resolved. they ignore me on live chat and email. i have $30k+ USD in my account.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5463996.new#new

Hi, I replied you on your accusation thread for this matter. This one is on me. Razer replied me soonest after I hit him a PM and was ready to take it to GamingCuracao, but I was looking for other means to resolve the dispute and then forgot to update you.

Hello guys im posting here regarding the rollbit casino locking my 7000$ deposit money.I opened the account normally and they asked for verification which i did and they just locked up my account without any info.I really hope someone can clear this up since i haven't played, thats just the deposit. All im asking is getting my money back. Thanks in advance.

Hold on a moment while I shoot a PM informing Razer about this, lest your post got drowned by discussion on this thread and went unnoticed.
1165  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit Scam. Cannot Withdraw $30,211. Being Ignored by Support. on: September 09, 2023, 10:38:59 AM
In other words, bullshit.
Everybody knows that complaints at licensors bring as good as nothing. They always side with the casino because they basically get paid from them for the license.
The only fair way to solve this dispute is via an unbiased 3rd party mediator, not more and not less. And of course, they won't do this, because it would come out that OP is right and they have no proof.

Razor not replying and only answering to a person that has nothing to do with the case is already bad enough. But sending this message is just another insult in this matter. Shameless.
And this is nothing against you holydarkness, You are doing your best and and great job, I know OP will appreciate that a lot. But I think it's fair to say the way they treat their customers is not how it's supposed to be.

I appreciate the good words, and not trying to defend Razer here, but we don't know what happens when a complaint raised to GC. Granted, we've never hear back from the other two that's being redirected to GC, but maybe it's because they're still in the middle of mediation or that they never bothered to update us with the verdict reached.

I can see one previous complainant went online on 13 August, around two weeks after he supposedly wrote to GC, and the other one also went online exactly two weeks after he sent a complaint email, none gave an update of the verdict given by the licensor.

I guess, if OP would be so kind, he can try to raise his dispute to GC and constantly update us with the progress so we can learn what actually happened with the complaints.
1166  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit Scam. Cannot Withdraw $30,211. Being Ignored by Support. on: September 09, 2023, 10:01:52 AM
it does not make sense how rollbit can steal money from users and continue to operate. do they still have a license? i read somewhere they do not even have a license. i wish i checked before depositing so much $ on here

Oh! My apology, I drafted a reply to you to update you with this issue but waited for a reply from Razer as I tried to talk him into considering other means of resolution. I must have forgetfully closed the tab for that draft when cleaning my opened tabs, fully oblivious that I haven't posted the update when Razer did not replied me further regarding this topic.

As with other two cases, Razer [and through him, Rollbit] would welcome you to take this issue to their licensor. I think the procedure to raise a dispute to their licensor is by writing and give the details of your situation to complaints@gaming-curacao.com.

I know this is not ideal as it is time consuming, and most likely frustrates you quite a lot, but it's currently the only method to close this case as Rollbit has given their agreement to fully cooperate on resolution through GC and both parties can provide evidences in confidence.
1167  Economy / Gambling / Re: Whats happening with Betnomi? on: September 08, 2023, 07:40:59 PM
This thread has old and this happened since June or July that means by now betnomi would have be resolved their problem I have not checked the recent comment or discussion of people if they have resolved their site problem, but sometimes when platform especially gambling websites is having an issues continuously that means that maybe they want to take their leave and go or their on maintenance, so this two things are involve in any gambling websites, but betnomi have firm already and I don't expect them to leave like that, what i suspected that may be the issues is maintenance, i will read other comments to verify, sorry that I did check the last page before giving my own suggestions

Next time, may I suggest to read at least one or two last page? Or if that's quite difficult to do, several of the latest post to get ahold of the situation instead of just posting for --what I can only assume as-- meeting a weekly quota?

Here's some highlight: They left, not a maintenance.
1168  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake false tranaction not found on: September 08, 2023, 05:38:12 PM
All things considered, it'll be the more reason you provide us with a screenshot of your withdrawal page, if you don't mind it, to avoid further confusion and mix up.

Maybe u dont use stake, but the withdrawal page does not show transaction id, it provides a link to the chain explorer, which is where im assuming OP got his tx id from.

[...]

Ahh... I see, thank you for this added context.

So, OP, the TXID "generated" from the link you clicked changed everytime you tried to access them? But just to be sure, the withdrawal history is there and [still] marked as "pending" or its equal meaning?
1169  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake false tranaction not found on: September 08, 2023, 04:57:10 PM
You are very smart you neglected the main issue and see if hash is right... There is no hash no transaction... I click from website link i dont make it at home kitchen

Wait. What? So when you provide this TXID, you copy and paste it from... where, exactly? All things considered, it'll be the more reason you provide us with a screenshot of your withdrawal page, if you don't mind it, to avoid further confusion and mix up.

Edit: Tidying up the quote
1170  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake false tranaction not found on: September 08, 2023, 03:48:18 PM
Why you talk to me like that of course i dont make tranaction with my hands or something.. Its their wallet

We just want to make sure everything is covered and on the right place and not just a simple misunderstanding, and the fact that this board runs on evidences, so a supporting evidence of your withdrawal page that shows the txid will be nice.

For example, the txid you provided is

0x3b9c24a3b489deba2dbe1cecbe5ef6301a4e276194ed9df6621c412f67758b06

Hash

Since hour ago

But according to the image of your conversation with their live customer support, the txid should be 0x89e88bbc01f5bbe347739b797b960b1b5df4922c86ccb09bcb212322eaf22ac3, while the txid from your screenshot of polygonscan is 0xa14bb...

None of the three matched, so it's perhaps will be better and much more clear if you show us the info provided by your withdrawal page

1171  Other / Meta / Re: Trust Flags!!! on: September 08, 2023, 03:25:45 PM
Anything regarding trust is not an issue that is taken lightly in any situation. In this case a member with as much as -9 flags, is someone that has really scammed or aggravated alot of unwanted attention. Else, a wrong tag can be contested with a good plea post, as I have seen in many cases here, and moderators and top members will be candid with their opinions and vote.

Speak about passing a reasonable judgement.
I don't know but I feel even if the matter is deliberated upon and it seems that the user in question proof himself innocent which I doubt will ever happen but I think it's still all rely on the sole persons that actually created the tag to remove them and most of this DT members (not moderator) will even hardly ever remove their flag even if they know they are wrong about the flag.

Wrong. There are instances where tag and support for a flag were retracted when the person or platform being tagged or flagged make their defense and deemed reasonable.
1172  Economy / Gambling / Re: Whats happening with Betnomi? on: September 08, 2023, 03:20:28 PM
I mean... it's crypto, it's not like any big international news agency will catch the story of a small crypto casino closing shop...

Unfortunately, it's like you said. If the authorities can't get people behind so many crypto exchanges that disappeared with people's money, they will probably never find these casino operators. Even if they do, each victim would have to file a report. If not enough people do it and the sum is small enough, they'll be given a fine and probably a suspended sentence.

You need to owe 10 million dollars in crypto or more for the authorities to get interested in you like they were in Mark Karpeles, SBF, or that Russian who hacked Bitfinex.

the fact authorities do not get involved yet does not mean people are supposed to stay still and do nothing. There have been many examples on the internet how communities and groups joined their efforts to pursue other who committed fraud or other crimes. It is about doing some of the search job so legal and formal authorities can get their way easier.

I am not sure how much that casino was worth in total deposits which belong to gamblers, but 10 million is a quite easy figure for a casino which was relatively popular around here (and probably on other communities).

Letting scammers to successfully run away with all the money will only encourage others to do the same.

And, we've tried to facilitate such action. We openly invite any user who's become the victim of betnomi to open their case [with evidence], but none so far would want to do that.
1173  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit disabling account and confiscating balance of $410 on: September 08, 2023, 08:49:34 AM
so did op got his money back or what?

Judging from Razer's proposed solution to return the remaining funds and that OP's last activity was two months ago, not far from when Razer probably started to work internally to get the solution done, I think it's very safe to assume OP did.

[...]
I have instructed one of our support team members to follow up to your ticket to discuss the return of the remaining funds. Part of this process will involve validating the submitted KYC information.

We look forward to your cooperation!

Thanks,
Razer

1174  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Duelbits Scam Alert: Unveiling the Illusion of "The Most Rewarding Casino" on: September 07, 2023, 04:34:40 PM
Reuploading your album to talkimg together with the caption you gave below the original images for easy view:

promised rewards

My Stats - I am at level 14 | Stats of a level 12 user with less wagering's and more rewards, I am sure the deposits are low as well

Lie about un-subscriptions from offers

Deposits

That done, I'd like to know if you can perhaps give us more evidences to the email and the snipped chat. Same like Wapfika, I can't find anything from their team that promised a bonus. All they say was that they'll offer you a bonus when they have any available. There were no mention that they guaranteed a bonus if you keep playing.

Further, you said, "Duelbits reached out directly, offering sincere apologies and the prospect of a resolution." But I can't find it on any of the screenshots you uploaded, they apologizing and a prospect of resolution. And about subscription, is there any backing up evidence for this claim? All we can see for this matter is they acknowledged you unsubscribed, but no proof that you never unsubscribe, so we're at he-said-they-said situation here unless you can provide more context.

Perhaps you can provide us with those things I mentioned to make things more clear?
1175  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: coinplay seized over 1400$ winnings on: September 07, 2023, 12:19:23 PM
Since Kyc is becomming such a thing in the crypto world(much to my disliking), wouldn't it be great if the forum made casino operators submit kyc before being allowed to announce their casino on the forum? Give users a way to seek legal action against operators assuming their case is legit.

Since that is not an option you have, you should take what they offer and start playing in more reputable casinos. If you are from a jurisdiction that doesn't allow gambling or is prohibited on most sites, you might start betting at your local casino sportsbook.

100% supported.
I mean at any time they are holding all the cards. Customers have 0 power when it comes to disputes or anything similar. Doing this would at least protect the members of this forum from scammy behaviour.

And yes, all this KYC stuff over the past year is becoming increasingly annoying. Where are the good old times? Many sites (such as stake also) promised to never ask KYC. Now it's mandatory at some places ( such as stake for new accounts  Roll Eyes ) .

I guess the word "never" has a changed meaning now.

I have to say that's an interesting idea, though technically it'll be KYD, LOL.

Now, as for the changes in never to a mandatory, based on what I read on an explanation given by a platform sometime in the past, there's not much they can do about it. They're pressed into a tight spot between compliant to governments' AML/ATF regulation and preserving the anonymity nature of crypto.

This is one of the reason why some casinos made a tiered KYC and/or only ask for KYC when a problem occured in a user's account and not before, to give some wiggle room between compliant to govt. rules and to protect their customer's privacy.
1176  Other / Meta / Re: censoring foul words. on: September 07, 2023, 12:06:54 PM
I actually don’t see any need why the forum should start censoring post just because they included a curse word in it, if you don’t like the way an user responded to your post the best thing you can do is to ignore them and forget something ever happened rather than to start engaging in a heated argument with both of you insulting yourself, after all you don’t know them and they don’t know you, so don’t let anyone’s words get to your head.

Don’t forget that this is a forum and everyone should be able to give his or her own opinion without being censored. And once the content of user get removed because of their choice of words then that would defeat the whole idea of “freedom of speech”.
No one actually has freedom of speech because at some point you have to follow the rules of the platform that you are using to convey your message. For example, if you make some advertising, a CTA message, or a post in a Bitcoin discussion, that topic will be moved to service discussions, which means you have no control. Another example is if you make a post with some faulty or wrong information and try to lead people the wrong way, you will be tagged as neutral or maybe removed if you are found guilty of plagiarism. We all know that by following the simple rules, we can live forever here until we die, but if we don't follow the rules, we can't survive here.

[...]

I think you're mistakenly took the meaning of freedom of speech.

Freedom of speech does not mean you're also entitled to freedom of consequences and neglecting the concept of a system. And the things you mentioned above are consequences of one's action. If they post something that's out of context, they're still allowed to, they're free to do it, but their post will get moved. Likewise, if they post something faulty, their credibility will be questioned, if they post a plagiarized content or other things that's against the rules of the forum, they'll be questioned and if found guilty, tagged. Again, consequences.

A freedom of speech neglecting a system or a rule [where a post should be posted, or what [oot] comment on what board, or what kind of post are not allowed] is an anarchy.
1177  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] SINBAD.IO [Mix Your BTC Quickly] Signature Campaign | Up-to $200/w on: September 07, 2023, 11:56:37 AM
Royse777, what do these numbers in the note column mean?

I'm pretty much sure that's BPIP rank at the time Royse handpicked us.

Also, I see that it says that the campaign period is from Saturday to Friday. is that also a change considering that until now it was Thursday to Wednesday?

I think this one is a mistake and corrected. The recent update on the opening post [dated today, 7th of September] as well as the new spreadsheet wrote the usual date, Wednesday as the end of the week and Thursday as the starting day of the week.
1178  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: HitBTC scam on: September 07, 2023, 11:20:49 AM
[...] Afaik, HitBTC has a predatory scheme of charging a monthly fee if you've been inactive for 6 months.

18.4. Inactive Account Fee. In case during 6 (six) months the User has not made a single Trade, or single Deposit, or single Withdrawal of Funds, the Account of such User shall be considered Inactive Account (“Inactive Account “). For all Inactive Accounts, HITBTC applies a monthly fee, which is the equivalent of 20 (twenty) USDT at the current SPOT rate of the USDT to the Currency in which the fee will be debited (“Inactive Account Fee “).

Do this rule has been around since years ago? That could explain why my balance hit zero.

At one point in the past, I got a warning email from hitbtc that someone tried to access my account. Driven by curiosity rather than wanting to secure my account, I logged in and saw that my balance is zero --or if not zero, then it was negligible to be withdrawn-- I might be wrong [and this time, the chance is quite big that my memory served me wrong] but I think I used to had some balance there, not sure which currency was it, but I pretty much sure I left something there. At that time, I thought I must have moved the remaining balance and forgot about it. With this added info, though, I became quite sure I did left something there and got deducted by "inactive account fee". Ahh, well, what's done is done.
1179  Other / Meta / Re: Trust Flags!!! on: September 06, 2023, 09:19:09 PM
Bro I have also noticed there are plenty of accounts with negative rating but they are not banned and they lute a lot of new people in their ponzy schemes. And they stole so much money from the.

Well, the forum does not moderate scams, we help each other by warning about potential threads, so yeah, those accounts are not banned. But on those cases, I'll say the fault is entirely at the hand of those people. The warnings are there, those orange numbers are not just for aesthetic purpose. The forum has given their effort to warn about the scammers and the ponzi schemes through tagging them. If people are still lured by the promise of easy return, then their greed is the one to be blamed here.

Clearly it didn't take long for BitcoinGirl.Club to restore rationale and remove the positive feedback, because I didn't see it happen

He has positive default trusted you, not given you positive trust feedback which is why you cannot see it. (And it's still there)

Here it is: https://bpip.org/TrustLog?&trusted=bencodie&chtype=All

Oh, right. I see. I don't see what the difference between nutildah distrusting me and BCG trusting me is then. To me it just seems like nutildah doesn't see eye to eye with my views and thus my judgement, while BCG sees eye to eye with my views and thus my judgement. That's my best guess...and to be honest, if I put myself in BCG's shoes and another member was randomly distrusted due to defending his reputation, highlighting facts about a scam, calling out power-trippers, gambling fiends, fake victims, etc. I probably wouldn't feel a need to balance any scales or trust them any more than another member, but I would definitely feel more obliged to support them if someone distrusted them for no reason if their judgement is ultimately right in my eyes. That's just me though Smiley

tl;dr: nutildah probably most likely distrust you because you leave incorrect feedback and have an impaired judgement instead of simply disagreeing with you.

I won't pretend I know what's exactly on nutildah's mind, but I'm pretty much sure you're wrong about why he distrusted you; that he simply doesn't see eye to eye with your view. I think it's more to what you left on JG's trust feedback and said here on this thread, as evidenced on #2805, #2807 [and yes, I read every part of that essay], perhaps can also be glimpsed on #2809.

If I may divulge more, if you don't trust JG, as stated on #2805, then what you should do it put a tilde on JG's name on your trust list, or perhaps simply ignore him, instead of writing a negative feedback. When you leave a negative feedback based on what arguably a retaliation,

Do's and Don'ts
  • Don't leave positive feedback for your own alt account (use neutral comments for this).
  • Don't leave negative feedback when someone violates the forum rules. Instead, use Report to moderator for rule violations.
  • Do leave mutual neutral feedback if you want to show which alt account(s) belong to you.
  • Don't leave (negative) feedback based on retaliation.
  • Don't leave (positive) feedback just because someone left it to you.

or that you've been placing incorrect feedback numerous times, or as stated on #2807, "however I am someone who looks at things as they are, excluding the politics and general consensus, and making my own judgements", others are allowed to consider a possibility that you didn't know how trust feedback intended to work, thus allows people to at the very least questions your ability to leave an accurate feedback.

[...]
Trust list
You should add users who left accurate feedback and have good Trust lists to your Trust list, and you should exclude users who leave inaccurate feedback.[...]

I believe, this is also what Loyce implies when he said,

That's okay. It's how the Trust system is designed. But it will also mean your feedback won't show up by default.
So it's really up to you: do you want your feedback to mean something to the majority of users, or do you want to use your own interpretation of the Trust system?

He politely asked you if you would like to get yourself acquainted with the trust system of the forum, or you'd like to perceive the trust system the way you want it, which, by the way, you're completely allowed to, as the forum are leaning toward decentralization, there's no strict and absolute mainframe established by one person. But, again, it'll imply that you doesn't know how the trust system intended to work, and though you're fully entitled that opinion, others are also entitled to perceive that you might leave inaccurate feedback later in the future because of that perspective you have. Thus, excluding you from the decentalized system of Default Trust, thus tilde.
