Please tell us more about how you can buy a preorder keeping the coins on your machine (you will be the owner of the private key, you will use some secret sharing etc? what?).
2407  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitfury-Metabank ASIC 120 Gh/s (my intermediary services) on: June 02, 2013, 09:17:35 AM
So you are buing preorders for 2100 and selling them for 5000, only because you live in russia?
Why is that?

2409  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon batch [2] countdown! on: June 01, 2013, 05:05:09 AM
Batch 2 was exactly 1500$! Batch 3 was 75 btc!

Please stop counting in USD... We all count in BTC as we invested BTC.

If you invested BTC 76.2 for a batch #2 machine, you need to be able to generate those BTC 76.2 back,
otherwise you don't break even.

It does not matter what the underlying USD exchange rate is, unless for those who need to pay their electricity bills

If you want to see the exact prices people paid for each batch, check my earlier post

Right now you can mine ~2.8 bitcoins per day with a Batch 2 Avalon. Now you tell me how will the roi be negative please.

With more and more ASIC coming online, those 2.8 BTC /day will dwindle to fractions of that, thus making it harder and harder to catch up with those BTC 76.2

See the trend?

But you didn't invest 76.2 BTC for a batch #2!!! Why do you people keep saying that? You invested around 55 BTC. Considering that you mine ~2.8 BTC per day then you need less than one month to breakeven. Even at 75 BTC you still breakeven in one month. So why are we talking about getting a roi of 100% in less than 1 year (like a real business)Huh
I'm tired of people like you...

Batch two first day was 75 bitcoin, the bitcoin was 20 USD at the time.  Walletbit presented a failure system, they postponed for two weeks, price raised a little bit, people from second wave orders pay less bitcoin. And now guess what? I read somewhere, first come first serve but buyers from the first day are not getting the machines first,
That is because Avalon is trolling us...
Anyway, I see many Feb 3 and Feb 17 orders delivered, but not many Feb 2/Feb 18. Why is that? I remember that during the 17 of Feb there where 5 units that you could order from the shop, to test it I suppose...

I think breaking below 125 123 could fire some triggers that might lead all the way down to 100ish

Exactly my thought. This is a man that makes other people rich. Appreciate that and let us give him the time to make it happen.
Actually, batch 2 and 3 roi will be negative. I fail to see how they make other people rich. Themselves, maybe, with our money.

It's impossible for batch 2 to have a negative roi!
Batch 2 was paid 75 btc. Care to share your genius?

I've always dreamed about similar things, but I concluded that they are impossible.
How do you keep the balloon hovering at the same position and height? You need an active system. This system can't be sustained by solar panels.
2415  Economy / Speculation / Re: [poll] If bitcoin starts dropping on: May 30, 2013, 08:44:32 PM
Define dropping? Also, why the 1 month old graph?

dropping by 1$ every 6 hours.

old graph shows what happened last time bitcoin was dropping
That would be a somewhat "stable" drop, or a downside trend, correct?
I think i would place bids from 70 to 90.

2417  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: Azioni ASIC miner, cosa ne pensate? on: May 30, 2013, 08:31:51 PM
prevedi un calo nel breve?
entità approssimativa?

io x ora osservo

2418  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon batch [2] countdown! on: May 30, 2013, 08:28:08 PM
So do many of us (waits). Why you are so restless?

You think Americans/Europeans can't be in their situation? I think there are much more of unhappy customers of bASIC/BFL.
My problem with waiting is the lack of communications and explainations for the delay.
When they initially annunced that they would have some delay (since that they needed a much deserved holiday) and that they would ship "super fast" before the end of april, i was actually happy with it. It was a good compromise.

Now, with the network difficulty skyrocketing and them yet unable to explain the delays, well, this is what makes me restless. I'm restless in the sense that i'm hopeless, i've started not to care about these units and their roi. However, i feel stab in the back from avalon and their delays.

Does anyone remembers yufi saying that "the diffuculty won't skyrocket anytime soon" (they where starting to sell batch 3 at the time). Well, i remember what was written in the shirt that he was wearing. "don't take investment suggestions from me seriusly". Irony, uh?
2419  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL ASIC STATUS 5/29 on: May 30, 2013, 08:22:14 PM
If one miner is earning BFL $8k/month, why would they sell it, for $2500?
This is the epic question that everyone askes since last year. Yet, noone has a reply. We also have some proof as of now that hey, these money making machines actually never ships (if you don't take into account the AM blades, that are heavly overpriced).
2420  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL ASIC STATUS 5/29 on: May 30, 2013, 07:24:01 PM
I find this situation fascinating from a psychological perspective.

If someone repeatedly lies to you, why would you suddenly think that lie #19, lie #23, or lie #58 might actually be true? What makes you think that this time they are telling the truth, as opposed to the previous 30 or 40 or 50 lies?

This company has proven that they can not be considered honest and trustworthy. At least to anyone who has done more than 30 minutes of research on the forums here.

Fascinating situation...

In fact, we are all part of a social experiment. They will make a paper on us.
