at Buyer's request and Hashfast will refund the payment [...]

Payment: 100% via BTC

I love this.
1402  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 30, 2013, 01:20:06 AM
Do you really think that it's impossible to put them into a situation when refunding is the better way out?
Refunding our money would not kill their company, but devastating and unanimous bad press could...
I'm good with websites.

I serve every day millions of pages to hundreds of thousands of different people.
I was invited to visit Google's HQ.

Yet, i don't have a workable solution on how to kill HF's sales. I can't spend 10k$-100k$ per day on adwords, they can.
1403  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 30, 2013, 12:54:06 AM
It's just a money grab, they don't need any help with the refunds. I didn't received it. Sure that it's legit? (just check the headers).
1404  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 30, 2013, 12:07:22 AM
the terms of sale early buyers got said refunds will be in the currency you paid in.
Where? Thanks.

@gmaxwell, yes, you are right, it's not about cojiones, it's about the risk benefit ratio. I have more to loose. HF however will fight to death.
1405  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 29, 2013, 11:42:59 PM
I don't know how to help you, if i could, i would have been helping you all the way. If you want me to help with anything, just ask, i will do it.

What i'm gonna do tomorrow for everyone but me is to find a lawyer willed to work with the LOADS of little cases i know about that will work mostly by taking a share of the winnings. I know that it's almost impossible, i know that many tried and failed, but i don't see how else i could help. Again, if you want me to help with anything, just ask and i will. I don't have a clue about how.

Tired, gonna sleep. (if this answer is incomplete, that's the fault).
1406  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 29, 2013, 11:30:40 PM
Nor are they going to work together.  They're just gonna bitch and moan while they get reamed up the @ss by Eduardo and company.
Since that i've always wanted to work together and help everyone in my same boat, please tell me how i failed and suggest a possible solution, instead of your useless trolling.

Thanks.
1407  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 29, 2013, 11:28:09 PM
HF can determine whatever exchange rate they want. There's no way you'll win in court unless they promised you, specifically, full BTC refunds.
LOL. Thanks HF for my end of the day laugh.
1408  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 29, 2013, 10:38:30 PM
I just wanted to share something someone sent me in PM. I would like this one to become everyone's mantra.

"(hell, they already stole 40k USD from me; throwing 10k or 20k after them is only fair)"
1409  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 29, 2013, 10:02:16 PM
You are correct, it's received by, not received from. Sorry. So the information about the sending server should be on the missing headers.
1410  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 29, 2013, 09:57:31 PM
They've been using gmail servers to send their @hashfast.com email.

For the recent emails, yes. The headers of this one, tough...

I don't disrepect your position Cedivad - I think it's a perfectly reasonable response for you - but let's not pretend it really will solve anyone else's problems.
I understand and agree completely. You have my complete support in any "white flag" action against HashFast. If there is anything i can help with just ask. On an unrelated note, how many ordered with USD? I guess that it's a minority, i'm i wrong?
1412  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: 12 (2 T/hash) early Jan CoinTerra order. on: December 29, 2013, 08:57:41 PM
Are you interested in exchanging them for HashFast units with MPP? (i would highly discourage this, but you could decide that it's worth it).
1413  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 29, 2013, 08:50:35 PM
My little point of view:
This company is made of scammers that are there to scam. Full point. You won't be able to get anything out of them using good manners. You need to get a lawyer and go to litigation against them. We can't even get a sincere information about the performance of the chips, hell.

People who paid in USD paid in USD, i think that they are lucky because now they can decide whatever to get a full USD refund or the miners.
People who paid in BTC will have to go trough endless pain to get their BTC back. And from what i understand, not many are ready for that.

I think that i will go on against them legally with a tiny group of trusted persons. It will be 1 guy that i trust and i've know for a long time and maybe another user of this forum, if he is willed to accept it (i don't think so).

I also think that WE need to find a lawyer willed to take individual actions for every customer. It will be a lot of work, but worth it. We need to defend everyone with small orders, they can't be left on their own against the Giant (David and Goliath, you know the story, right?).

WE need to cooperate. But we also need to proceed individually AND in group if we can't individually against this HF.
1414  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 29, 2013, 07:42:40 PM
jjiimm_64, thanks, and i own you a deep apology. I'm sorry.
I don't understand where that email comes from. Could someone help? (what's the server sending them? I get nothing out of whois)
1415  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 29, 2013, 07:06:21 PM
@MrTeal, yes, my actions where not the best. I'm sorry for that and i hope that i can offer you a beer if we ever meet in person so that you will maybe excuse me. But please don't focus on my posts. Focus on what's happening.

>work together and get the bastards.
How can you do that if your lawyer suggest you to keep your strategy for yourself? I'm trying to help everyone. I had at least 5 people contacting me via reddit/email/forum pm during the last day alone and i'm trying to give to everyone the most detailed answers i can. I'm here on this thread on my freetime everyday trying to point out what HF is doing and what our best defences are. I don't know what else to do.
1416  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 29, 2013, 06:59:24 PM
Everyone got it. It comes directly out of Google's servers (verified the logs of my email server). It's not a fake.
1417  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 29, 2013, 06:48:24 PM
After days that i implore him to share that email with my lawyer or a moderator, i'm the bastard.

Thanks.
1418  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 29, 2013, 06:39:28 PM
Dear jjiimm_64,
Either HF is paying you off or now you will share that information.

Dear guy who went to the HF HQ,
I would like you to testify.
1419  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 29, 2013, 06:36:28 PM

They are basically asking us to sue them if we have the balls. And it looks like that no one cares.

And people that comes in this thread saying that they have an email promising a full BTC refund and than refuses to send it to my lawyer or a mod doesn't help in the process.
