Not aware of many DC that can accommodate 14kW.
Mine... At least that...
1442  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 28, 2013, 01:45:13 PM
What if they ship those amazing 1PH/s BJ after the 31 of Dec and you accept the delivery anyway, refusing the refund, and you discover that they only go at 600GH top?
I think i could should expect such a move from them.
1443  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 28, 2013, 01:35:15 PM
I have to admit that 800GH/chip, if stable, would be impressive to say at least. I wonder how the sierra is supposed to dissipiate 3kW of heat in its 4U. Not even recent and ultra high density datacenters can handle 30kW/rack.
1444  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 28, 2013, 01:04:58 PM
a) who said that the chip does 800GH? someone that said ops, i'm wrong, 2 hours after that? And yet people keep think that the chip does 800GH?
b) read the MPP how many times you want to understand that it's as vague as possible and __apart from the undefined delivery dates__ they can either ship you 4 chips or 400GH*4, depending on how they read it. Do you want your opinion to count? Get a lawyer.
1445  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 28, 2013, 12:27:51 PM
The MPP says "up to 4x advertised hashrate". Advertised hashrate = 400GH. Please correct me if wrong.
1446  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 28, 2013, 10:06:19 AM
They cannot be and are not be that stupid. You are playing their game with their rules.
1447  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 28, 2013, 08:54:49 AM
Yes, and there is some secret nuclear reaction inside the BJ that accounts for the energy needed to reach 800GH. You are a f. startup made of supposedly geniuses and can't even detect such a HUGE logic bug? I really can't f. believe it. We have another useless topic to talk about in the next few days instead of the real problems. Good job, HF.

The only possible conclusion? Everything was plotted. They can't be this ignorant. Even a 14yo here in Italy doing a scientific school would have questioned that result before publishing it on Twitter. They are playing with us.

You know what? I't s a beautiful sunny day here, i'm going out to fly thinking another time what to do against them. F. U., HF. I will make your new lawyer cry like a baby.

Are you telling me that after weeks of tests they can't detect such an incredible performance as "too good, but we are only drawing about 600W, something must be wrong".

This is the last time i will even remotely trust what the fuck they have to write. "It's the straw that breaks the camel's back."
1449  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 28, 2013, 07:40:31 AM
I think you are just pounding your chest trying to intimidate HF to deliver more and disagree with that strategy.
No, that was months ago. After that they told me a couple of things about their CEO, i realised that everything was getting worse everyday, now i'm making it a question of principles.

Scammer's company is gonna scam. I don't expect anything else, and everyone that is sincerely positive after this "news" (was that with 1 or 2 chips, again?) will bear with me in a few months.
1450  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 28, 2013, 07:32:54 AM
If you are going the legal route, go the legal route. No need to tell us every day on the forums.
Are you annoyed by that? So i guess that i can't have you to testify about the BTC refunds?
1451  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Hashfast deceptive advertising Batch1 reparations thoughts on: December 28, 2013, 07:31:37 AM
So avalon was not a mining company. And full BTC refunds where not promised several times and never denied.
Noted.
1452  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast customer e-mail leak on: December 28, 2013, 07:30:02 AM
anyone who lives in California should contact the attorney general as they have really strict data privacy laws
Anyone losing time on the privacy aspect is doing HF's game.
1453  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 28, 2013, 07:24:15 AM
You are already getting more than you ever dreamed of
Strange, i think to have dreamed of 400GH mining for me at the first of November. Oh, yes, and i forgot, i want the MPP not to be at the __advertised__ speed of a BJ, but at the __advertised twitter speed__.
1454  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 28, 2013, 07:20:07 AM
They are most probably trying to use the smoke machine. Even if it does at 800GH stably (and i don't see that happen in this world), they will delay to death the MPP. If they want me to consider not to start the process that will end on a litigation on the first of Jan i want the MPP to have a guaranteed delivery date, and i want that NOW.

I don't like people on this thread telling me what to do. I will go after a full BTC refund, i will sue them to death, i don't care. It's just the right thing to do. I will lose everything in the meanwhile? I'm prepared for that.
1455  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast customer e-mail leak on: December 28, 2013, 01:26:45 AM
@tacotime, can you check the headers of your communication with them? What was their email server?
1456  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast customer e-mail leak on: December 28, 2013, 01:26:05 AM
How perfect is it that this email was sent on a Friday, right before they close for 2 days?
Actually i expected you to delay that until Monday night.

Btw, i will quote myself:

We should also ask why their puppet pointed us to that eligius address in the first moment, it's in fact a strange address that is growing a lot - their goal is to have us to lose time, money and strenght over something useless, like the emails or if they are mining with our hardware or not.

What needs to be discussed is:

1) EXWORK vs DELIVERED. I've still to hear back from my lawyer about this, and it is incredibly important. We can't just choose one option in a non rationale way.
2) More proofs of BTC refunds. Is ninjarobot ready to testify pro us in court what they said when he went to visit? Why jjiimm_64 can't share any info about it's mistery email (i asked him if he could share it with a mod).
1457  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast customer e-mail leak on: December 28, 2013, 01:16:44 AM
They leaked all of their customer email addresses and are having a non-employee be their communication channel?
Both of them can be seen as good moves... Eg, "i'm not responsible for what he said" and "let's troll them and have them spend the night talking about our stupidity instead of how having them to organise to sue us after this last useless update".
1458  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 28, 2013, 12:58:56 AM
They have created the mess they wanted, even in this thread. They are some first class devils. Crossposting a good post:

It is clear that HF can be very productive when its THEIR profit on the line.

There is a sick fascination for how efficiently they are minimizing their losses and maximizing ours. I fully expect that the growth of the eligius address to increase to ~285TH (a complete 550 Baby Jets + the 10TH they started off with).  I think the Rev2 board thing is a smoke screen... they just want to mine the crap out of the machines up until the very last moment of their deadline.  They are looking at >~125BTC a day at full strength, and I don't expect any of them being shipped early.

We should also ask why their puppet pointed us to that eligius address in the first moment, it's in fact a strange address that is growing a lot - their goal is to have us to lose time, money and strenght over something useless, like the emails or if they are mining with our hardware or not.

No, they sent the email out in batches. Seems to me from the batches there are more than 500 customers.
lol @ "startup"
1460  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 28, 2013, 12:47:48 AM
They are provoking people to ask for a refund. Then they'll refund the BTC amount calculated according to the US$ value of the machine. Resell each refunded machine immediately, this time without the burden of MPP. Multiple gains for ScamFast.
Punishing myself actively for not seeing that.
Thanks.
This could be de castro master evil plan, but what happens on the other side? You accept to have lost 75% of what you paid due to people like him?

Anyway publishing those emails, willed or not, was genius.
