I thought the chances of him paying were very high until that guy brought up Matthew saying the funds were on casascius gold bar(s) but if you look here http://casascius.uberbills.com/ there's only BTC6,000 unopened. Did anyone say it was on a coin or bar for sure? Did anyone say it wasn't spread across more than one coin or bar?  He says funds are his but refuses to provide signed address or picture on the bar(s). Refuses escrow. Seems out of character for someone always calling people out over transparency.
So keep calling me out on my lack of transparency. I don't think anyone is listening, but carry on. Lots of hostility between him and his colleagues (Bitcoin Magazine) over this pirate stuff lately as well.

Yeah that's one of them and see when I do a search for the number in the window on my logo (1AgGV93t) my coin shows up All people should need to confirm his backing is the number in the window on Matthews bar then, right. From that site there isn't 10,000 btc worth of unopened bars, max 6 x 1,000 bar. No escrow, fails to provide any sort of proof he could cover his debt when all it would take is signed address or a picture of the first bits of the bar(s). Yah ok. Personally I feel that Pirate will pay back every last BTC. I just joined the forum back in April and it seemed that everyone was one big happy family at first and then all of a sudden the FUD against Pirate absolutely exploded to the point where it seems people are spending their entire day on this forum warning others about the dangers of the "Pirate Ponzi". Think about it - why are people devoting so much of their time and energy worrying about other people's money for absolutely nothing in return? The only explanation I can think of is that this is some sort of psyops that was put into action to try to discredit Bitcoin and contain its rise.
