it was xcoin when the super captive instamine took place. i got this feeling that this x-coin launched around the time during rebrand to DASH is also somehow an attempt to further bury DASH xcoin past... just look at the graphics...blue (same type), white, black ... kinda looks DASHy to me ..must be from the same graphics artist or colleagues..  |

Ariel I feel you're pain man, after losing like 13000 Monero's at monerodice making you like the biggest loser on the site you could've instead earned that selling now; I would cry in a corner just because of that alone. since dashcoin is a 100% clone of bytecoin without the premine..might as well crosspost this here.. and another thing..dashcoin network hash as of today is about 30% bigger than bytecoin..about ~900KH for DSH and ~600KH for BCN.. although the emission of DSH right now is bigger.. this still means something Mar 18, 2016 Bytecoin team has updated the development roadmap. Are the Windows binaries updated on DSH home page?
I use forknote because it is more frequently updated. It is 1.9.1 version. The binaries on the home page are version 1.8.1. i use dashcoin binaries...the important thing is.. it syncs and it works |

can i say wow? WOW Bytecoin! ... Dashcoin needs an upgrade too I have a problem sycing my wallet I am 3 years late and would take weeks before I can fully sync my wallet is there a short cut for this just like the CBX coin where I just need to download their bootstrap i think.. just let it sync..it all depends on the speed of your internet connection and peers. the blockchain will still be downloaded. |

iam guessing some eth miners have moved to Dcr. Sudden jump in global hash rate.
FPGA's are mining this now I need to get my hands on some but have no idea of any that aren't so old that you can't find them anymore. I was literally about to buy like 3-4 GPUs today but now I'm unsure of what to do.  Wait until I get the big gun I just discovered I have online. It's gonna be biblical I hope it is an optimization to GPUs that make it competitive enough for FPGAs |

Why people dump DCR on Bittrex? Any bad news? is there any good news? The current price is very exaggerated. it s just bubble. The current price is simply too high. Good for miners  ethereum got majority of the miners...if decred becomes cheaper, miners go to ETH if you mine 1 DCR a day and price go down almost half -> you will get 2 DCR by the time it goes down....In a way ETH price affects DCR network hash rate. Good for miners ?! No it isn't. Even if in fact the total hashare become lighter, it is isn't divided by 2 if the price get sliced in 2. right...not exactly..the point is miners get more coins when the hashrate goes down due to other miners going to ETH I have to say you that we don't get enough coins to compensate the loss that come for the price drop. For that reason, I have to quit Decred mining now because what I get just cover my mining costs. if mining is not profitable due to electricity cost, it comes down to what is cheaper way to acquire dcred...to mine or to buy on exchanges |

I've noticed MMXV1 stole your idea three weeks after all your hard work was announced,
As they have locked their thread and I can't post there to point this out - for all those taking part in MMXV1 - their first GitHub commit was taking out AR2 copyright on splash and deleted the readme https://github.com/coin2016/MMXVI .
I guess this is how people can get confused with the original currency who did launch this Algo first and have done the hard ground work - (AR2)
I noticed the block explorer is down for Ar2, I'm going to throw one up within the week incase you are to busy with things in the background and setup some other stuff to help towards Ar2's growth.
I believe Ar2 got the raw end of the deal with peoples misconception that MMXV1 or what ever they want to call themselves hijacked your original algo coin launch
Just a reminder,
You have some other supporters doing things in the background other than me, so you can regain the traction you rightfully deserve.
