261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Sites in the Country doest allowed on: October 13, 2022, 02:00:09 PM

What strategy do gambling developers to expand their market to countries which do not allow any type of gambling?
Do they continue with allowing users to use VPN, or do they have "some trick"?

I ask the question because curious many gambling sites operated in "that country" look to exist and are very developed with a big profit of billion of dollars.

I don't know exactly, I had a bad thing on my mind, they are bribing government officials and Police in order to keep operating, This is my assumption only, maybe you are here and can tell the truth.

If these countries do not allow gambling in those countries how are these casinos going to profit billions of dollars, when there are a limited number of people that are going to use their casinos, its better for casinos to concentrate on countries that allow gambling and be competitive and target to get a lion share of the market where gambling is legal in many countries, bribing will only cause problems you don't want to read your favorite casinos getting involved in gambling, their reputation will be in peril
262  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com does not deem crypto earnings as legal on: October 12, 2022, 01:58:14 PM
This is a weird case. It's tough to believe Stake not recognising crypto earnings just like some of the posters above mentioned op which is why proper proof is the only way to clear all of these doubts completely.

If you manage to legitimise your claims, Stake would definitely need to clarify themselves in this case since it's ironic that a crypto casino wouldn't recognise crypto earnings.

I agree especially since Stake runs a signature campaign and they pay something like $200 a month to people who post with their signature. That's a fair amount of money and they should assume that people can work this way for other businesses and then spend the money gambling on their platform. It would be pure hypocrisy if they started banning people for gambling with money they earn on this forum.

I saw OP's screenshot and feel like it's still an open case. We'd need to see the conclusion and the answer from their legal department to know what's really up because the support doesn't seem to know what their final decision will be.

Their signature campaign has proven that there is a way to make money in Cryptocurrency not just in mining, they should know better, in fact, there are a lot of ways to make money from Cryptocurrency now, especially those developers and freelancers, they should include these niche not only mining.
Since we have a topic about this, it's interesting what the team will have to say on this issue, it's better for OP to include this thread on his case.
263  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cashback VS Bonus on: October 11, 2022, 10:51:35 PM
Hey guys. Apart from winning let's talk about loosing  Wink
We all have bad days...
So the question is...if you loose many times in a row, what would you like at most - a cashback from what you've just lost or a bonus to go on?

Losin many times in one session is not good you should stop and just come back another day when luck is on your side, and a bonus, because you're losing a lot so you can go on playing, is not good I prefer cashback because that's better for you to receive so you when you comes back to play you have your cashback and you're ready for another session with fresh minds and hope, a bonus usually is given on deposit or when you reached a certain level, I hardly read that there's a bonus when you're losing this is just to tempt you to wage more.
264  Economy / Gambling / Re: Regulations & Gambling projects on: October 10, 2022, 02:41:55 AM
It could happen, and if happens the industry is ready majority have their licenses and they are compliant with what countries they can accept, so if ever there is a regulation and an organization that will govern the gambling industry only those who can comply with the Magna Carta or provisions of the regulating body can operate and this is good for the industry as players can have an organization that will be a third party on their complaint on casinos.
265  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Support Casino Operated By The Bitcointalk Members on: October 09, 2022, 11:11:01 PM
I'll support it. they have an insight on what a casino should be based on their experience as a poster, reviewers, and players of casinos, they will combine these insights and experience to create a casino that the gambling community will play and support if newbie gambling operators can come out and operate a casino and just learn the casino operation later why not experienced members of this forum, I'm sure they will do better.
266  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why 95% online Gambling websites are Scam? on: October 09, 2022, 11:26:31 AM

NOTE: My point is that in online gambling they can can easily loose others people money 🤣 I have seen that everyone is Roasting me with same text and also Roasting me. There is saying that " Casino always wins "
They do this by cheating or by Gang. Looks like you all are gamblers and might have lost a lot of money and than blaming me.

You are being roasted because you are giving false information about casinos, 95% is such a very high number, can you show us where you get that stat, or is it just an opinion because you have been scammed by one casino, no one is blaming you for their losses it's just your wrong opinion of perception, that you should correct, casinos are for entertainment you can win but you cannot make it your cash cow its a game of chance and people should understand of the house edge for the casino to continue to operate, you can always check if you've been cheated by verifying the seed.
267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How does betting on exhibition matches even work? on: October 08, 2022, 02:27:11 PM

None of these fights are sanctioned, there's no official scoring or winner. So my question is: How is it even possible to place bets on such fights if no official winner is announced?

If there are no scoring and no announcement then it's obvious that no betting should be cast, but you can bet if there is knock out in an exhibition fight but it's not going to be on bookies, you can bet against any of your friends, exhibitions don't attract bettors because it can be manipulated and there are rumors that these exhibitions are fixed, its better to bet on real boxing and let exhibition be for entertainment only, it is for pure entertainment only nothing else.
268  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lack of bug bounties from gambling platforms on: October 07, 2022, 12:07:29 PM
Why aren't gambling websites using bug bounties to test-run their platform security? I haven't seen any gambling platform doing this, maybe that's why most gambling websites became prone to hacking?
So far hacking is not a big issue in the casino industry, we seldom see casinos getting hacked, because they are using a third-party script like a White label, so the admin of casinos can concentrate on what matters most and that is to market their casino
Quote
White labels are in some ways like a franchise for betting, the brand owner pays for the service and attracts the users while the operator actually provides the product and manages the customer.

If I am wrong what gambling project do you think have the most secured system?, peace.

These are old casinos and top casinos in the industry, like Stake.com, Duelbits, Fortunejack there were no news of hacking on these casinos.
269  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▄■▀■▄ 🌟BITVEST.io🌟 💰WIN BY 🔶PLAY 📈INVEST➡🔺🎲🎰🔲 | BET CONTEST ▄■▀■▄ on: October 07, 2022, 05:45:38 AM
If it's a big amount it's ok not to be ok you should get your withdrawal based on the time they set that you should receive it,  if we have not known that there was an issue like this in the past like the hot wallet not getting refilled we will think that Bitvest is turning to scam but still give them a chance at least for another 2 days but keep getting in touch on their support, btw can you tell us the amount and of course you can prefer not to tell us, but in case you've waited long enough you can create a thread in the scam section to get their attention, be sure to follow the right format and include all your pieces of evidence.
I think bitvest don't give an exact time for their withdrawals because they know that it can be delayed and doing so will only make their costumer more angry towards them.

If some don't know this issue or shall I say don't like to read feedback before they play then they can easily end up on a sticky situation like this but for those are a previous player of this site and bitvest have done great things to their life then maybe they won't bother about this known issue but will continue playing there. The guy can pm the amount in private if he is too shy about it but it doesn't matter. Small or big amount, it was still a money and must be paid.

Well over a week now, no other casino online takes over a week to process a withdrawal.

Its normally a lot quicker then that, usually for a large withdrawal, its a bit longer to ensure everything is good.
The withdrawal was processed.

I may restart the campaign for Bitvest, stay tune for updates.

Hopefully this time it will happen, you've used the word

instead of will so there's really no guarantee that the campaign will start, the most important here is you're active here, and if the campaign will have a restart its better that you do it in a weekly payment this is recommended so you can regain your reputation, the monthly payment sometimes it took one and half month to be cleared, weekly payment will get you the best posters in the forum.
270  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I find way to win on dice on: October 06, 2022, 08:42:22 AM
Do only 50% bet 20$ every time if it fails do 60$ it fails do 150$ if it fails do 350$ if it fails do 900$ if it fails do 2300$
You need a huge bankroll as there is no guarantee that the losing streak at the number you expected

Quote
There is no way you will fail 7 times and if you do just increase the bet and you will get it back eventually even if you wait 12 times.

You're wrong on this, there is no specific number that the losing bet will stop obviously you haven't tried it as you have not posted winning from your so-called guide, this is misleading and you know nothing about betting in dice

Quote
what you think on my method?
99% of us here think that its the worst advice that you can follow, you did not do your own research and you just rely on your hunch which is totally incorrect.
271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is It An Easy Transition From Gamer To Gambler In Casino. on: October 04, 2022, 11:35:51 PM
It's an easy transition compared to a first-timer in casinos, I once read a thread here about a newbie finding the best strategy of doubling up in a dice game or a martingale strategy, only to find out that martingale is a big trap as the house edge always makes them win, gamers already have ideas on what to expect from casinos, they know the basic applies here but that does not mean that a good gamer will become a lucky gambler, the factor of winning is very much different in gambling then in gaming.
272  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 433 Winners to split $4,015,156.265 6/55 Grand Lotto Jackpot on: October 04, 2022, 05:51:05 AM
Come to think of it the first prize reached 233 million but what if this draw happens after the last jackpot was hit, the starting pot is 27 million so there will be getting less than 50,000 after the tax deduction, they are still lucky that this happens when the jackpot reached 233 million so each one of them will be getting 500k still big money in the Philippines still a blessing with millions of people betting in a lottery a jackpot is still a jackpot and this time of crisis its a big help.

274  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think this is gambling? [Collectibles & Gambling] on: October 03, 2022, 09:30:41 PM
Good afternoon.
I would like to know your opinion about this: the other night I found a YT channel where a guy bought a box of Yu-Gi-Oh cards, this box was of the first set released back in early 2000's called "Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon".

The exotic part of this video is the fact these boxes are sold for over 25,000$ and only one pack of the box can be worth about 1000$.

This guy bought and proceed to (painfully) open each of the packs inside the box, because there are chances to find cards worth thousands of dollars themselves:

Do you consider doing this a form of gambling?
Would you dare to do the same thing for the sake of earning money or do you think it would be a bad idea?

I personally think it would be a bad idea since the chances of pulling out a good card is fairly small, one needs to really like the game/cards in order to open an unsealed box of such value.

When you're buying/investing/betting something in the hope of gaining profit then you are gambling, gaming and gambling are very similar in so many ways both are a form of entertainment and you have to invest in both and your investment should be money that you can afford to lose, people who started as a gamer most of the times ended up as gambler, and if you've started as a player you'll have basic knowledge on how to play in a gambling site, so there's hardly any difference between the two.
275  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this statiscally possible in a lottery? on: October 03, 2022, 01:34:08 PM
It’s impressive that it has become a pattern with results that are divisible by nine. a pattern with results that are divisible by nine. It’s probably really rare, but maybe it’s just really what shows in the results. If they were to rig it or something, that would’ve been a scam by a group of people, making them a lot of money out of nowhere.

if it even was rigged, they should be punished.

This was already explained on the news recently by the PCSO gen manager. The winning number combination is only appear once and most of the winners that being interviewed was betting this combination for a long time and the winning bets has pattern so it’s really possible that many players will if they are thinking on same logic.

The draw is being done televised, there’s no way it will be rigged since all balls is being weigh before it place on the cage.

It's not really the probability of the number that should be tackled here this is a lottery and anything is possible in a lottery, it should be on transparency and correctness on how they held the drawing if it was done like all the past drawings and there is nothing wrong and there's no manipulation then people should accept the results as it is, and besides the experts have explained that it's possible to have this numbers of winners.

277  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitstarz is bad casino (ask complicated kyc to avoid payment) on: October 02, 2022, 09:09:50 AM
Your chances to get all your money are slim, they have a lot of complaints here and your story is going to be part of this set of accusations, the least that you can do now is to create the right format for your complaint, complete the full detail with all your evidence, this will become one of the references if ever there are people who are going to research information about Bitstarz, at least you can help people to stop playing here and they will thank you for sharing your story.

279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Terra still pumping !?! on: October 01, 2022, 10:58:46 AM
IMO, Do Kwon has not been involved in this since his arrest. Moreover, the perception of "Pumping" only occurs for people who invest in this coin when the price has fallen. If we look at the entire project, it is very clear that this project is no longer viable, and is far from being called a pump.
I also feel that this is just a dying coin, where people just take advantage of rapid price changes to make a profit. Meanwhile, no one else will hold this coin in the long term, or maybe very few people will.

2.4% increased today is this what you call pump, and even if there are pump it's not going to last and this coin will eventually die, it's the whales that do this not because there is a new interest on Luna project backed by Do kwon we should totally ignore this coin, we should not support projects that will only remind us of the mismanagement of their developers, it's only a matter of time before Do Kwon goes to jail and all projects associated to him will banish, the volume is still huge but it will eventually diminish over the course of time.
280  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Woman Abandons 4-year-old Child In Gambling Shop As Collateral After Huge Losses on: October 01, 2022, 05:02:24 AM
People who are addicted to gambling have done crazy things as a result of their addiction. Nonetheless, I never imagined reading a story as unbelievable as this. It is the story of a woman who abandons her 4-year-old child after using him as collateral and sustaining huge losses. Firstly, I am shocked because it is the male gender who have been known to go to any lengths to satisfy their gambling addiction.  In addition, I wonder what would have moved the woman in this case to do this kind of thing. My assessment is that this is simply a case of irresponsible parenting and problem gambling. How do you think about this?

When you read something like this, it will trigger a big alarm on the kind of addiction some people have developed because of gambling addiction, some people will do everything and sacrifice even their loves, I've read about abandonment because of hunger but not addiction to gambling, she is not in the right and there should be government intervention, gambling addiction can get you out of your mind and the government should address this issue, it may not be an isolated issue and there will be more if they cannot address people from getting addicted to gambling.
