2601  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 06, 2022, 11:09:08 PM
Definitely some trouble brewing in the Warriors training camp.  Draymond Green and Jordan Poole had a fight yesterday because Jordan Poole scored on Draymond in a scrimmage and then called him a "triple single."  Meaning he doesn't get double digits in any stats during a game.  An interview with Klay Thompson after winning a 3 point contest (against Steph and Poole) had him saying the best part of the win was to "humble Jordan Poole."  When Jordan Poole then interrupted the interview with his own microphone, Klay said that Poole was coming for the reporters' jobs too.  I think it's pretty clear the Warriors are getting frustrated with the young guys wanting a piece of the pie.  I wouldn't be surprised if the Warriors signed Poole to an extension just to make him a more valuable trading piece.
What's with Poole lately? I think he's becoming boastful just because he's been reliable on his career last season? I think he should not be full of himself, he's just been used after all when Klay was still on his rehabilitation mode and now that he's fine, that definitely make more sense if a trade is at hand.
Woah, this is something new and I thought that there won't be any issue like this as it seems they have good chemistry in the team. Well, this isn't a good sign for the Warriors if one of them is acting like he's full of himself.
It's possible that they'll trade him later but with a better value since he's shown good performance during the finals. We'll see how they'll mend this ruckus that Poole has made.

What about scamming the scammers? Cheesy
If you have free time to do that, then do it. But I won't do what they do because you'll also be part of them even if your victim is them. @OP, the last bull run had made a lot of money from those developers that did rug pull and made their projects look genuine.
But from the beginning, they've all planned that they're going to be out when too many investors have already trusted them. That goes by the NFT projects and as well as new projects that has launched their tokens.
2603  Economy / Gambling / Re: Maybe Yet to be seen? on: October 06, 2022, 08:49:50 PM
1. Yes.
2. Betting, dividends. Most likely those.
3. There's the chat box for some casinos and that's the interaction that I only know. Maybe if you want to gamble together with your friends, you'll just have to make a video conference or make a discord channel and go there and make a conference as you gamble on a chosen platform.
But if that's the inside feature of the casino that you want to find, I don't know any that has that feature yet.
2604  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Best cold wallet for BTC storage? on: October 06, 2022, 12:37:58 PM
Both of them are good, I'm a Ledger user but haven't tried to own Trezor. I have no complaints about how I store my assets through a ledger wallet, the old version is what I've got, the s.
I reckon the suggestion about trying out Electrum first and that's a good desktop wallet that everyone recommends while you're waiting for any of the two once it's on delivery.
2605  Economy / Gambling / Re: Professional Roadbike Cycling on: October 05, 2022, 10:20:11 PM
I like riding bikes but I am not athletic and I'd love to watch and see that there's also road biking on bookies. But IIRC, I haven't bet on it but I see it on the bookies. For OP and the other cycling fans that would love to bet, Duelbits has their list on it and you can bet and try it. The current active book is the UCI Protour.

2606  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The sole difference is capital. on: October 05, 2022, 12:57:42 PM
But that doesn't guarantee you success although the gap is really huge in terms of capitalization. It's important to know that having a good starting capital can also lead you to a good rhythm and momentum when you're hitting correctly the charts and your trades.
Always remember the recommended suggestion about having the capital that you can afford to have it lose because, it increases your stay in the market but the chance of profitability still depends on you.
2607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High roller looking for KYC casino on: October 05, 2022, 11:00:55 AM
I've read in the thread of Duelbits that the staff/representative himself said that there's no KYC there unless you haven't seen any unusual activity with your account.
But with the high rolls/bets that you'll do, it's likely that you'll be subject to KYC whenever you withdraw. You may try if you want and talk to the rep there since they're very approachable and there's nothing to worry about since most of those factors you've mentioned, have it.
2608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The irony of leaving your private keys in a bank on: October 05, 2022, 08:41:15 AM
Does anyone use a bank safe service to leave your trezor or whatever you use in there? I have been considering which would be the ways in which one could leave physical backups somewhere else than your own home. If you don't trust anyone to do a good job in keeping the device safe, the only way I see is that you either own 2 homes, which I don't, or that you hire a service in a bank where you can leave the stuff in there. Im assuming there's good security, and no one could realistically get in there, at least in any developed country. The only way would be that an employee is dumb enough to attempt a heist from inside but that's also unlikely.

Could you explain your experience doing this and what to considering when hiring such a service?
IMHO, You don't have to have two homes or hire this type of service. If it's related to crypto funds, you don't trust anyone with it even if they're a known service and reputable one.
One of the main reasons and good reasons why we own crypto is because we're holding our own money and there's no need for any third party to hold it for us. Having that said, if you're trusting others to keep your hardware wallet that has your funds inside, you're endagering your funds with it and not just it but also your life.
2609  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is It An Easy Transition From Gamer To Gambler In Casino. on: October 04, 2022, 11:29:22 PM
It's easy, you don't have to start all over it. Being a gamer, you understand logic already that you can see in the casinos, so, don't stop yourself if you want to try to gamble, just do it.
There's no difference of motivation and mindset from being a gamer and a gambler, all you have to think is the same and that's to become stronger and for you to win, none other than that.
2610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen in the crypto war? on: October 04, 2022, 10:25:15 PM
They can do it if they want to, there's even Canada that had done the same thing of banning some crypto transactions just because of those labor worker's rallies.
I don't see it as a war because eventually, these governments that have been up and against it will have come to realize what they're missing. Could you remember India that they've been in the news about banning crypto and then later changed their minds about it? That's why, these officials are on the state of being confused as they still don't understand wholly the function and concept of crypto.
2611  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 04, 2022, 09:20:20 PM
Brooklyn Nets starting to look like a fun team to watch again.
The first five are Irving, Durant, Claxton, Simmons, and Harris. I am just glad to see them all back and healthy again. Harris is feeling it who made 2 threes in 15 minutes.
Simmons defensive help can be seen and Irving being a playmaker will be a game changer for them.
The 2nd team looks solid too with Patty Mills, Edwards, Morris, Royce O'Neale, and Sumner. Seth Curry didn't play yet.
A win for the 76ers without Harden and Embiid. Their roleplayers are pretty solid too.
And as a matter of fact, I've seen them being the preferred team in the finals together with the Lakers. A completely healthy roster could lead them to the finals. Although, that's a matter of question when they're already in the actual season.

It's really looking like NBA will be another boring season if this is how it goes. Some teams have a huge cap problem, but they do not care and pay the luxury tax thanks to rich owners, and some teams do not even try to win, they just give up before the season starts.
It's different from some of us here. Just like the old seasons, this is another exciting season to look at because of the new drafts and as well as new sets of rosters.
When is the date for the last day of trades?
2612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Trustwallet Safe? on: October 04, 2022, 12:38:54 PM
Any wallet can be hacked if you're not careful enough in keeping your private keys. But talking about open/close source, if a wallet is a closed source then most people won't want to keep their stack there. Those people that are aware of how they should keep their funds in such wallets would likely not keep all that they have with TrustWallet. But if they do, then it's the minimal that they can set on it because they don't trust wholly it and would choose better wallets like hardware wallets which is always the recommended one.
2613  Other / Off-topic / Re: R.I.P Asian Football World : Indonesia on: October 03, 2022, 10:25:08 AM
Sad news, I may not be a fan of Football but I know that it's one of the biggest sports in the world. Rest in peace to those that have gone on this stampede incident.

I don't understand how deep they support the team that lost but this kind of thing should not happen.
When emotion kicks in, this could happen in every sport where clash and stampede could really happen and nobody control the intensity of it at the beginning then many of them will just realize to stop when they see people dying on the side.
2614  Economy / Gambling / Re: IOGSPORT - TRUSTED GAMBLING SITE FOR REAL MONEY (INDONESIA) on: October 03, 2022, 08:39:52 AM
This isn't a serious casino.

This seems to be the reason why many people with the skills available with programming come up with their own gambling platforms without realising how competence is the industry. Rather than complicating, these kind of platforms can start with one game and further increase the games and other features.
Likely and they think that it's easy to access and quick money upon building up. The interface isn't even appealing and a regular gambler would likely go away from this kind of casino. A gambler that has been into different casinos will have his standards based on how the casino looks like and this is far from anyone's standard.
2615  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bear Market More Important Than the Bull Market? on: October 03, 2022, 03:18:14 AM
just remember

buy the bear
    sell the bull

buy low
   sell high

buy the dip
   sell the hype

then when those thought stay in your mind. then work out the lows and the highs.
its not difficult
Those are easy logics to remember but when someone's in a tough situation whether he's going to sell or not, he's choosing not to sell because of the thought that the price might go higher.
No matter how we memorize those logic the thing is, we all will face different situations and circumstances when we're about to sell or buy. Sometimes when you're determined to do both of it, something happens that requires you to delay the decision or stops you from doing so.
2616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 02, 2022, 09:49:19 PM
I really think James Harden will do anything, to get a shot at the finals, and the cutting of salary is 1 proof of it but does he still play the same or he is completely different now, but judging from what he did, I think he is surely feeling it now, so he needs to do everything to his power for him to get to close to the rings, apparently I really think his age has gotten him good,
He's done almost everything but I think that's not all that he can do. It's true that he's really taking a shot for the finals and that's why anything that he can sacrifice, he'll do it.
He wants to do it in his own way by pushing himself to the top, he's getting older and that's one of the achievements that he wants to have. Unlike some other players, they've got a reliable teammates and that's what he's lacking of.

He surely can not get it all, he may have the perseverance, and the mindset but those reliable teammates that he is longing to have he can not get those, that is why he decided to cut his salary, but does he? well ultimately the Philadelphia 76ers are having a hard time getting good teammates, but for me, the Philadelphia 76ers are still good and right now this season James Harden will be playing with Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, Tobias Harris, and P.J. Tucker I think that is a good sign in getting into the finals,
Yeah, they've got a good stack and I'm sure that's already competitive for them to get on the top. Just like any other team, it's not all about how strong the superstars are, there are bench players that can have momentum for each of their games and will contribute if given the chance.
We've seen it from the biggest teams to the weak teams. Let us just hope for the best for the guy and we'll see if he's going to make it or not since he's not getting younger anymore.
2617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino games plebs like us must play on: October 02, 2022, 08:55:20 PM
I haven't played craps but if that's the strategy that works for you then that's good but it may not work for those that would try it. I guess that advice at the end is applicable to everyone that gambles with any other games.
We have the luck, we have to analyze and make strategies that we do for the games that we play. We have to remember that majority of them have always the house edge and the bigger chance is always on the casino itself and not with us.
2618  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long term investing - Spot, Margin or Derivatives? on: October 02, 2022, 01:09:22 PM
Spot is the most productive side for the long long term investment as Low risk and also highly recommend for maximum profits.
You're likely to lose more there than holding if you're for the long term. Long term doesn't mean that you have to actively trade and get the maximum profit. Someone who's aiming for that is losing more than the others who are chill with holding and does nothing.

only few coins are worth holding long-term. this is why if you will venture on coins outside the top 10, you need to be very cautious with their market performance. if you feel they are about to go down, better sell it while you can. futures is only for those who know what they are doing. spot trading is good for starters, at least get the grasp of crypto trading. once you are getting good, you can explore other types of trading. but you need to start small so you won't lose much.
It's a long list if you'll look at the rankings but just to be safe, rank 1 and 2 are the best option and we all know that they are - BTC and eth. And about having that feeling of going down, it's your take to sell them anyway but if you're holding bitcoin and you're not even close to break even, are you going to sell as it goes down? I don't think that you'll take the losses and you'll sell bitcoin and you'll remain with nothing but a reduced capital that you did because of being not patient.
2619  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this statiscally possible in a lottery? on: October 02, 2022, 10:45:08 AM
I'd say that there's a possibility that, that many can really hit it at the same time but the chance is way too little. Like, how many zeroes it got with decimal places.
The question I have in mind is, with that 433 winners, how many are the actual bettors on that particular day or how many bettors that lottery usually are getting on regular days?
