Hey Stunna, can we get an invest option. Glad to see your site is up again, with the work you have put in over the last few weeks I have no doubt your site will be a success. I wish you good luck in the future and don't worry about the haters. A good and honest business model will always attract new customers. Looking forward to the give-aways. I'm not confident enough in our security to offer an investment option at this time. I can comfortably afford to insure all deposits on the site, however if investments were involved this might no longer be the case. Certainly something I'll ponder while working on PD3, no plans to offer them at this moment though. Heading off for a bit, email support@primedice.com with any issues. Expect giveaways throughout the week!

Still getting a number of errors from the site. Internal server 500 etc...
Sad to see what happened to the site, and maybe even moreso how it's been handled, keeping people who had money invested veiled.
Try logging in at https://www.primedice.com we force https at the moment. Majority of people with balances have already been paid out.

Thank you for your post, Stunna. Although notifying us at the last minute isn't the right thing to do, I believe that despite losing balance, you're still paying out balances. I'll definitely be staying with PrimeDice, knowing that you guys dedicate so much effort and time to the site itself.
Appreciate it, if you saw how much FUD was going around before the site was up, you'd probably understand why I decided to withhold it until now from the general public. We're aware there are a handful of bugs at the moment, which will be solved soon. If it says you have a one character password, that is untrue it is just an error. Also, design is starting on PD3 today, I'm open to any ideas on what you want from our next version in terms of features.

Hey all, I've been very quiet the past few days about the recent downtime which has led to significant speculation. I'd like to discuss what happened now that the site is back up and running. I'd like to start by assuring you that your bitcoin balance is 100% safe and we have already cashed out every user who requested their balance thus far. Roughly five days ago an intruder gained access to our hosts control panel through the use of SE and used the panel to connect internally. Unfortunately, some funds were lost as a result of the breach. Luckily, we noticed this early on before major damage could be done and were able to take down primedice quickly. I have of course, without even a second thought, decided to swallow the loss and pay out all balances which I've been doing the past few days. It is indeed possible that passwords were compromised, however the passwords used on our site are all auto-generated so this is not a threat to any user. We've spent the past few days rebuilding several aspects of our site and have privately purchased more secure servers. We've elected to start the site over fresh; you will be prompted upon loading the page to make a new account. Unfortunately you will not be able to log onto your older accounts. I can't apologize enough for the delay in getting the site back up, our developer was traveling these past few days and had difficulty getting everything done on time. Many of you will probably be disappointed that I decided to only share this information with a few users until service was restored, but please understand I did this to avoid causing unnecessary panic among our users and this community. I've always tried to be as transparent as possible with this community and if I've disappointed you in this regard I fully understand, and can assure you it won't happen again. Balances and accounts were reset as a precautionary measure. If you are missing a balance I have a copy of all balances at time of shut-down. Many of you have already claimed your balances, and I've personally contacted users with significant balances. Please email support@primedice.com if we haven't already gotten in touch and I'd be happy to sort that out for you, sorry for inconvenience. We've begun development and design of Primedice 3 which should be ready in 1-2 months. If you choose to stick with us, I sincerely thank you for your support and promise we'll make it up to you within the next few months. I suppose we can begin this by doing a few promotions, stay tuned. Stunna EDIT: I'm aware that certain aspects of the site are not working such as the faucet, this will possibly not get fixed until friday when our server admin returns from vacation. Until then we will be giving away coins in a variety of ways to make up for it. Other fixes that will be made soon: -Typos on error messages -SSL error for some users -autobet/highroller not refreshing for all users.

We're all gonna make it, brah. But on topic. I know my word in regard to when we're going to be up is probably not going to be taken all that serious at this point, but I can honestly say we're SO VERY close to being able to go back online. We've been extremely unlucky with a lot of things just not going our way!

You've said like 5 times since PD went down that it will be back up in a few hours, but then...
hard drive failure another hard drive failure waiting for block chain to download more + more issues waiting for ssl cert more unexpected issues
yeah okay, i believe you.
Continued: Another Issue Stunna said he fixed it. A few hours later: Another issue. Stunna say they will be up tomorrow Tomorrow: Another issue Stunna said they will be up tomorrow. . . . . Im just kidding. Its the worst scenario. and now the finale bitcoin price drops to 200$ stunna: sites back up now The only bug that needs to be fixed right now is login, our developer has been traveling which has made the past few days harder than it should have been. I don't understand the worried comments, I've stated at least ten times that you can email support@primedice.com and get your balance sent to your wallet as many have. As I've mentioned before I'm not a developer so I'm in the same position as many of you all who are waiting eagerly :|, all I can do is relay the information I've been told. I still think we will be launching within the next few hours, although I've said that before.

Yeah, wondering the same as everyone else.....
I expected us to have been up before I slept, unfortunately we had an unexpected bug to fix and our developer needed to get some rest. We should be ready tonight when he's free. I'm not a coder, I more or less just relay whatever information I'm told, sorry if we are failing to met your expectations.

Just-Dice has a great system of maintaining fairness for bettors. Rest assured, if you lost money there, it was in good faith. We would appreciate it if our users stuck with us through this downtime however. We will also be compensating people accordingly!

None of the icons are stolen, please show me an exact icon that is found on another site. .
Not interested in getting involved in that argument but to be fair Is very similar to our icon This was custom made for us. Also stats is copied almost exactly. GD: http://gyazo.com/25c6f7b5807b9d3be7d1ac8f5fe9e158PD: Nonetheless I wish you the best of luck with your sale, if you end up finalizing I'd appreciate it if you changed up these elements a bit. I highly doubt it was intentional anyways. Good luck!

Does PrimeDice still give out monthly BTC for having their ad in the signature?
If you follow the instructions on the thread under services and send me a PM around the 17th of the month etc then yup. Edit: Thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=291387.0@Stunna what is the ETA on this? Our developer says PD is 73 nautical miles away. I'd be surprised if we aren't back up before I sleep though.

You really should give a detailed write up of everything that went wrong and when it went wrong when the site is back up. Directly from twitter "We are waiting on our new ssl certificate to be sent so we can relaunch. 5-12 hrs", LOL. Here's a hint: ssl certificates are not delivered by boats. I hope your certificate doesn't get lost in its way, such a long trip. I believe this is a lie! They use cloudflare for ssl and they dont have to wait even a second. It looks like they are probably updating their system now. That means the server is complete, or its not and they are covering up a lie. We use rapidssl with cloudflare. And just received certificate 2 hours ago. Apparently you don't receieve it instantly or at least we didn't, I'm guessing they have to verify with your domain registrar. If we weren't ready I'd simply say we weren't ready. When our dev wakes up he should be able to set things up and get us ready to re-launch When the site is back up I'll explain in detail exactly what went wrong, decided not to say it right away to prevent speculation etc. @Stunna, perhaps after this ordeal you should look for a new host as suggested before.
We've moved to a new host already.

What kind of ghetto server are you guys on. I would never use one that has less than 99% uptime, down for days that's ridiculous.
Yeah, thank god this guy on Just-Dice had an awesome luck and gave some of us some bitcoins, almost the same amount I had on PD, so even if the operator runs, I at least sort of have my coins back. I will wait for PD to open and hopefully my coins will be there. If you have even the slightest fear that this is the case, just email us at support@primedice.com and I'll send over your balance right now. Many people already have

Sent an email to support around 20hrs ago to try and get my coins back, and haven't heard back.. Some help would be great!
I'm going through emails now, sorry for delay.

Just add bible/haigh/asicrus to ignore, I'm not sure why people entertain him. I spoke to a moderator and they said they couldn't ban him because they already had 10x and he just makes more accounts and that he is a paid shill. I apologize for the delay in getting things back up, I expected to be up by last night but our developer had issues with our server still. If you had balance on the site I would strongly appreciate it if you emailed support@primedice.com and we can verify it for you and send it to your address so you can get funds right away.

Within a few hours of releasing a bot that actually records all bets to its own database so that the user can go back and verify rolls, you go down for days...
Coincidence?.. maybe...
We have a months worth of almost 24/7 rolls, looking forward to back checking these.
I really think what people want to know, is whats the real story with PrimeDice, because your just blowing smoke right now.
People have already made scripts to check rolls dating back as far as months, nothing out of place was ever found. Also our site went down before you had even launched this and I had never heard about this until a day later when I commented on it, nor did I have any way of knowing about its features etc. All I want is the safety of people who use my site and this program threatens it at this moment. Look at this from my perspective, a new user creates a self-moderated thread offering a program to help them bet on a dicing site. Is there anything you can do to prove that you aren't trying to just steal passwords or something.

Wow, down for 3 days is no joke for my profits.
no worries your btc is being flipped in good hands ! lol Well, usually any post you make carry no meaning at all. But this one actually has a meaning, congratulations on that improvement. Since there is no need for primedice publishing where its bitcoins are stored (please don't tell me there is no cold storage involved into this), they could have very well sold some amount of coins at a certain price and now got fucked because it is not going down. But this is a huge speculation, obviously. I had never even thought about this till you mentioned it. None of the investors in PrimeDice have sold any Bitcoin. We are all strong believers in the currency and don't intend on selling out any time soon. Stunna, i asked for 0.0029 and your support gave me 0.0129. Why? As I said, we're more than happy to compensate people who had coins stuck due to the downtime. Once we're back up we will fix everyone up with enough compensation to ensure everyone is happy
