Everyone please take a moment to report (do not visit these sites)
Code:
 primedice3.com
and
Code:
primedLce.com  with a L at end instead of i
for phishing

https://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/

Reported both links (eventhough www.pr1medice.com appears to be down/not available).

Edited it, meant to type primedLce

Ah ok, reported it as well! Also editted my quotes to prevent confusion. Hope it helps.

Much appreciated.

By the way we are going to be going down in 10 minutes for an hour as mentioned earlier today for maintenance.

Primedice seems to have been reverse seo'd a while ago by rival sites so it has not ranked for bitcoin gambling/bitcoin dice for the past year

I'm interested in getting someone to white hat SEO the site up to it's rightful position asap as someone is working on getting their PD3 phishing site ranked up.

Payment is negotiable and will be based on results and pre-determined depending on what search ranking you get us for the keywords we discuss. If you can't get us ranked on the front page of specific keywords then no payment will be made.

Please post here if interested and note your credentials and I'll reach out via PM.
1785  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice 3 | Most Popular Bitcoin Game| 0.91% Edge| PVP | Jackpot | Faucet on: August 16, 2014, 02:27:34 AM
Not hard for whales. But for average players its hard to fill small amounts with lot of zeros

I usually just copy my balance and change to what i want to set.

And that got me an idea . Maybe in tip and pvp popup amount should be filled in with 0.00000000 already same as it is on bet amount ?

So then u just change some of "0" to what amount u want ?
Will that work ?
I tried with coping but its slow for me to every time copy new amount.
It would be better with zeros than nothing written in

We're going to start making PVP improvements in the near future along and attempt to make the game more interactive/entertaining. This is not our current priority but certainly something that will be focused on soon.

Also everyone please be weary of "primedice3.com" someone is attempting to phish/scam using that URL. Our game always has and always  and will always be hosted on primedice.com
1786  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 999dice.com is SCAM !!! on: August 16, 2014, 12:58:21 AM
admin (1): The person who placed those bets was ID 17207540 - Centure (Still betting on the site)
admin (1): The bet ID of the last green he showed was ID 8820676551. The next 4 bets he placed at 95% odds were actually all winners, not losers. ID's 8820677126, 8820677632, 8820678534, and 8820679448. Then he takes a 10 min break and starts again at bet 8821139908

Tell the admin myself and everyone else on bitcointalk wants to know why he left this forum permanently after promising to sign 3000+ coins that he had claimed was bankroll. :

Sign an address with 3000 coins on it and that should be sufficient proof.

Can't do that, but could sign a bunch of little addresses with that sum.  Will take me a little while to contact all people with investments.

In return, I want a perma-link on your site to mine, with an apology to boot =D

This was his last post on bitcointalk. Don't think I'll be apologizing any time soon.

1787  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 999dice.com is SCAM !!! on: August 15, 2014, 09:24:35 PM
999dice is likely a scam: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=386238.msg4159346#msg4159346  Owner (probably alt of jakemcrs) lied about bankroll and left bitcointalk after being tagged as a potential scammer and failing to deliver on his promise to sign his coins as proof.

But your reasoning means pretty much nothing in this case. People have had worse luck playing on tons of other trusted gambling sites.

We'll be having one hour downtime at 8AM GMT/UTC , around 11 hours and 40 mins from the time of the post. This is to patch a few bugs and perform DB maintenance to make our system a lot more efficient/stable.
1789  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Be aware of primedice and Stunna on: August 15, 2014, 07:00:12 PM
Since the nonce thing is gone, PD no longer has the ability to do selective hashes. I am not taking anybody's side here. However, the part where clicking stop doesn't stop...now thats just sloppy code.

Again, not taking timmy's side here either cause he deserves everything that comes at him.

It's important to note that he did not lose his funds auto-betting, he lost it betting manually. Also there is no known issue with clicking not stopping the auto-bet, you are able to set a stop at loss option as well.

After I brought up this after viewing his bets he claimed the event happened a month ago but he says himself that he chose not to email (Why wouldn't he?). When I asked for his account info on PD2 he wasn't interested in sharing it either.

This guy has flat out told me that he legitimately lost his coins betting and he's interested in going to "war" and will attack our reputation to get them back. Obviously I'm not going to give him anything nor is he owed anything.

(will update with extended bet log: He was doing ~1.57 btc bets at 97% win odds and lost after a small handful.)

From what I can see it looks like he lost an unlikely bet and is very upset about it understandingly.

Everyone in the thread is bringing up valid points assuming he was using auto-bet, but ultimately he didn't lose his funds to the auto-bet tool (he was hitting the manual bet button), he lost his money to a run of bad luck.
1790  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Be aware of primedice and Stunna on: August 15, 2014, 06:02:42 PM
This user lost 1.5 coins betting on PD3 today and has been blackmailing us for the past few hours. I'll post more details shortly.

Also: this belongs in scam accusations

His original email:

After being notified that we cannot offer him a refund in this case he threatened "war"

Quote
terrx26: ok friend i will not talk more, i am starting this war, against primedice, till end.i have nothing to loose.if you choose to me my btc what i lost 1 month ago, then mail me.BYE

Then he threatens and consequently leaves negative trust, sends me a screenshot of this post, posting something to "11,000 real twitter followers" and blogging to 100k+ people. Along with ddos etc.

<13:41:04> "terrx26": and a well know person in bitcointalk
<13:41:19> "terrx26": and i will also give stunna a big negative in his trust in bitcointalk
<13:41:40> "terrx26": and with other nicknames too,i will really ruin his bitcointalk nick

no i am not kidding,it happened  like i wrote. you can try and play yourself and see it.

Yes the "Automated Betting" does not stop instantly, but takes a little to do so.

Yet there are
- Stop at certain profit/loss
- Limit number of rolls

to prevent what you described. If you did not use neither, how is it the sites fault?

Interestingly enough he didn't lose his funds with autobet. Within 24 hours I'm convinced he will fully persuade himself that he was somehow wronged and is entitled to his money back. It's important only to gamble if you understand the risks and you should always have control over these risks.

1792  Economy / Services / Re: [PrimeDice] [Highest Paid Signature] Earn Bitcoins Simply By Posting on: August 15, 2014, 01:27:57 AM
Can anyone tell me if it's okay if I use this signature? updated it myself, thought I'd bring some new colors to the table. Tongue

As mentioned, ref links aren't currently allowed but changing your design is perfectly fine.

If anyone sees this please read this and share your opinion:

I'm toying around with the idea of having a set group of people who I've personally deemed are high quality posters to continue to get paid per post count and branching off the campaign to allow anyone to join on and off instantly and use a PD3 referral link which will automatically credit their account (I'd likely boost the referral rate to something like 20%+ for those not being paid per post)

I'm confident doing this would greatly cut down on forum spam, while the very high quality posters who I select would have the option to continue the campaign as it exists privately or swap to a referral based payment.

This isn't at all decided, so feel free to weigh in.

Hey guys!

I came up with an idea for a PD3 social network/sharing site. I will start the programming part as soon as I get my new laptop! Smiley

Sounds great! Looking forward to seeing what your ideas is.

They do look at all the comments and all the issues , its just matter of priority but it all goes on to do list.
They rly take all comments seriously .
Its just that Stunna doesn't reply to every single comment.  And dev is not active on this forum.

He replied to tell me I was wrong, but I wasn't. When I pointed that out, he stopped replying.

That's OK - he's busy, I get it, and maybe he doesn't want to have to deal with the fact that around 37 thousand winning bets weren't paid out. Potentially that's a lot of coins he owes people. I understand wanting to brush that under the carpet.

U know when u tested pd3 every single issue u pointed out was considered ,most of it fixed , and u got reply from the dev about every single one of them .

I remember two:

* it's hard to tip because the chat scrolls too fast - consider not having the pop-up menu scroll with the chat
* the provably fair algorithm as described isn't fair. it rolls high more than it rolls low

At launch, the first hadn't been addressed at all, and at least according to the documentation neither had the second. I'm told the 2nd was fixed but if so, the documentation was incorrect at launch.

Maybe there were other things I pointed out in beta, I don't remember the details.

edit: just remembered , maybe u are a bit edgy coz btc price is drooping ... U said once on pd chat u are losing alot of $$$ on each small drop . And this one was huge :S .

I've seen bigger rises and bigger dips than this. They don't really bother me any more - it's just Bitoin doing its thing.

I believe the first time I had heard of the rounding issue was after the launch of PD3 and one of our developers immediately said that was incorrect. However, I will be having a conversation with our developers and bring up the points you responded with as they do seem valid. While PD2 was running I was always told/under the impression that PD2 was running at a very very slight disadvantage (1/1M bets). Obviously our intention wasn't to secretly increase our house edge a rather insignificant amount if correct, after all we've effectively decreased our edge to .91% for the moment. I am more reach-able via PM by the way if you do not get a reply in a reasonable amount of time.

Also the PD3 algorithm was fixed right after you noted it to us, we simply forgot to update the verification page. With regards to the tipping/chat scroll issue, this isn't our priority right now, as I'm sure you've noticed we have a variety of problems we're wrangling with. The idea I wanted to implement was having a freeze on mouse-over when hovering over the chat, this will hopefully come in the near future.

Our priority for today was fixing and resuming automatic cashouts which we did along with some bug fixes/minor exploits. Next we're working on fixing some socket issues, the mobile version and squashing some more bugs.

It probably seems like I'm shrugging off a lot of your feedback or ignoring it but I've been incredibly busy and haven't gotten the chance to properly respond/look into everything you've suggested. I made sure to get all the feedback I could from you prior to launch and we discussed this feedback heavily with our team. Some of the changes are yet to come after we sort out priorities. While it probably hasn't seemed like it this past week, I've always valued your opinion and input.

I can't post on the chat, it doesn't seem to update and display new messages. Did other players get that problem and were able to solve it? Once i was able to chat a little (MICRO you can testify), but again it's not working... Any ideas of was could cause that? Thanks!

Try upgrading your Chrome to the newest version. If that doesn't work avoid being on the "All bets" tab as it has a tendency to disconnect your sockets.
1798  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice vs Dicebitco vs Edendice on: August 14, 2014, 12:22:41 AM
Guys, from these three dice which one is the oldest one? And compare with freebit.co.in which is better?.

Primedice is the oldest (it used to be justdice)

Freebitco.in really isn't much of a gambling site where people would deposit btc but rather play with their faucet winnings.

That's incorrect, PD pre-dates JD. SatoshiDice was the first big dicing site though back in the day (1 year in bitcoin feels like 100 years).

I personally think dicebitco.in has already proved themselves. Been running an LTC casino for 6 months straight, and hasn't scammed.

And PD is there for over a year without scamming.

There's no need for the admins to scam, they're making tons anyways. They've given out multiple cashouts as big as 30-60 BTC instantly without a problem (usually PD has terrible withdrawal problems)

True that PD doesn't have instant withdrawal, but people always receive their withdrawals.

We'll try to get instant withdrawals up within the next 24-48 hours, need to fix a pesky issue with it.

I casted my vote in the poll as well, but keeping what I chose a secret :-)
1799  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice 3 - RELEASE DATE ANNOUNCED on: August 14, 2014, 12:16:35 AM
So far, the site is a huge improvement over the last one. The main features I found missing over on the other one are implemented on the new version; mostly the stat tracking is VASTLY improved as well as automatic betting and the ability to /ignore people. My chat goes pretty slow now that I have muted everyone who I have seen begging that I have also never seen in chat before.  Grin

Some suggestions that I have thought of, but not really sure how practical it would be to add these:
  • Some how make chat go slower and save more so I can scroll up furthur, either make the vertical room the messages take up smaller, or make the chat window wider. It was mentioned I could zoom out, but it only works to an extent. I could fit something like 25 boxes of messages on old.primedice, while on PD3 its only like 11 or 12. I am excited for the VIP room; champagne, caviar, shoe shining, shiatsu massages, and premium imported Cuban cigars will be included, right?
  • Maybe a friends list or even a profile thing where we could set an avatar or place any type of information we would like, such as our external wallet address for when we are offline. Be sort of fun.
  • Have it so we can see a record of all of our bets, either directly in the interface or somehow just through the website, even just the last 1,000 bets would be nice to see.
  • It seems the pvp bets do not affect the stats that are reported. Which is good for overall record keeping versus the house, just maybe have a different set of stats that are specific for pvp bets.
  • Have a tips received/tips given statistic. Public or not, along with the pvp stats, it would be nice to see how much I have personally put into or received from the various functions of the website instead of just overall deposit/withdrawal/balance.
  • It's already been mentioned by others, but the pop-up boxes on the over/under, payout, and win chance boxes should able to be toggled on/off.
  • I have no idea how you would do this, but somehow make it so when a player manually stops the auto-bet feature, it stops instantly instead of rolling 1-2 more bets. Maybe a button that would stop it on the next win would help?
  • On the faucet, when typing in the captcha, I have to click on the text input box to start typing it in and I also can't just press enter for it to process my input. On the old Primedice, I didn't have to click anything besides the initial claim faucet button. It's a small thing, but I'm lazy and don't feel like moving my hand 6 inchs from my keyboard to my mouse.  Grin

Everything looks great though. I've been having lots and lots of fun on the new site. There are a lot of new faces, but everyone has been fun to talk to and sharing their experiences with the new site.

Really appreciate all the valid feedback, we're working on a few of the things you mentioned.

With regards to received/tips given as a stat I'd prefer not to do this as it would encourage a lot of fake tipping from users who want to boost that stat.

Right now PVP shouldn't effect any statistics we will likely have a separate stats modal for the PVP tab when clicking on the stats button, this is on the way and will show PVP win rate/Wagered. This is currently not our priority though.

Our eventual goal is to add user settings under profile so users can toggle a wide variety of settings to personalize their experience.

I've saved your feedback and will discuss them with our devs tonight. Our current priority is fixing sockets but you provided some valid criticism on a few things that should be looked into and potentially modified.
