how to send coin with the command line, it's confusing on the help menu

transfer <mixin_count> <addr> <amount>

Example:

transfer 1 hgouhrgydfogjodfhodfopdhbodsfnhoufdshodfhvohfobu 500

Replace with the address you're sending to and amount your sending.

Your binaries for Linux don't work:
./neptuniumd: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_system.so.1.55.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I'm using Kubuntu + some hacks
I think the .so.* is wrong, no file like that exists on my system.
P.S. It's Wily

Dont blame the dev lol. Install boost 1.55.
FYI, you are wrong, stop making baseless claims.

x86_64 and I've downloaded the Neptunium (not the Core one) i.e. the CLI version.
Well, the stackoverflow for ubuntu article you sent me is dumb but works.
I'd better be installing the package. Thank you very much.
And that doesn't work
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package libboost1.55-tools-dev is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'libboost1.55-tools-dev' has no installation candidate
So I have to symlink it.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:boost-latest/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libboost1.55-all-dev

You will likely need to remove the current version of boost. To do that:

dpkg -S /usr/include/boost/version.hpp
sudo apt-get autoremove "package"     where "package" is the boost version returned by the dpkg command.

Keep in mind that you might break other apps that were built with a different version of boost.

i was getting 230h/s while i mined solo. I tried 2 pools to mine with same cpu and getting 110h/s. Why ?

You get better hash if you use the best port for your mining setup.  These are the parameters:

"ports": [
            {
                "port": 3333,
                "difficulty": 100,
                "desc": "Low end hardware"
            },
            {
                "port": 5555,
                "difficulty": 2000,
                "desc": "Mid range hardware"
            },
            {
                "port": 7777,
                "difficulty": 10000,
                "desc": "High end hardware"
            },

You need to wait some time for the hashrate that the pool shows to accurately reflect the hashrate that you are providing.

1)cpuminer-multi-rel1.1 shows only 7 H/s per core on my Core2Quad Q8400!!! Why H/s?? Why not kH/s? What's the problem?! This is not only my issue I can see, but whats wrong? Or Is this coin special feature?? 2)this stupid miner "Claymore CryptoNote GPU Miner v9.3 Beta - POOL" did not recognize Neptunium wallet and can't work with it! in log file: (Wrong wallet address Np3E1A*** - XMR/QCN/BCN/FCN/Aeon/Duck/Dash/OEC/MCN/ORION addresses are supported only.). Is there any way to solve this? Or Is there other GPU miner for Neptunium on my R9 270X?? I'm mining on 104.156.253.11 pool. If Claymore GPU Miner is not compatible with Neptunium, why are you, all, is copy-pasting the same bull*hit on every pool?Huh?!!!!!

The Claymore miner is a proprietary miner and currently only supports certain address formats.

The open source pool software has standard templates that include references and links to the Claymore miner.  I neglected to remove the Claymore download links.  I have removed the links to the Claymore on the getting started page since it does not work with this particular coin.  I apologize for any confusion it may have caused.

No AMD GPU right now.

There will be an option for that soon

Do the ICO and stick it to the miners who believe the alt coin scene is beholden only to them.  When is the ICO, which exchange?

How does it stick it to the miners?  There is still a POW mining.  An ICO is just an easy way to cash in.

P.S.  Without miners there would be no altcoin scene.

What the hell.  I'll claim the block explorer bounty http://45.32.226.138/

Look at that rich list.

I'll PM my address.

What did I win?

Thanks for your job but really don't understand whats wrong with you!
That's are your words about UNF just yesterday....
This coin is nothing more than a clone without any innovation.  You are succeeding at one of your core goals which as you stated was making errors.  You are likely to fail at another one which as you also stated was to learn.  You want suggestions for your coin?  How about you clowns have a plan in place when you launch these shit coins?  Instamining, paying .1 btc to list on yobit, and then dumping whatever you can is not a plan.

Why do people waste time with these coins being pumped out by the same people over and over?

This isn't a project.  A project has a plan and you have no plan.  Don't try and turn things away from your shitcoin and toss them in my lap.  It isn't going to work.  This is a shitcoin plain and simple.  Trying to deny that fact is laughable.  And don't patronize me with your "Happy Sunday Dude" bullshit.

You at least should give us public excuse for throwig tons of shit on Unfed, and maybe later come here and claim a reward.
Regarding rich list, is not my fault if other people's are mining hard from yesterday, probably the coin is not a big shit as you said in your posts.
In all case, welcome on board with your block explorer, wait your PM!

You can't even see the sarcasm in what i did.  I don't want any bounty of this shitcoin.  I was merely making a point.

You can't even be bothered to make a simple block explorer.  Took less than half an hour and you can host it on a VPS for $5 a month.  If you can't be bothered with that simple task then you have no plans to do anything but wait for this shit to get on yobit or some other crappy exchange and slowly sell off as much of this shitcoin as you can to any fool dumb enough to buy it.

Are we considering switching to a self-moderated thread?

georgem already said that he likes the jungle. Then, you will always see my flag in the other threads. And what you will say when this flag will be seen all over the world ?

That flag will never be seen flying all over the world.  The places that it is flying are shrinking everyday.  Enjoy your flawed ideology.  Say hello to United States and allied bombs which is your inevitable fate.  If you see a drone in the sky run for cover.

The rest of us are enjoying time with our families and friends while you continue to waste your lives.  Life is for living not killing and dying.  But fools never realize that until it's too late.

Really bad comparisons.

Burger King has been around for 62 years and didn't clone anyone.
Then all that cloned a coin from Bit/Lite/X coin are wrong?

Nike is the world's biggest manufacturer of athletic clothing and footwear.  They have billions in annual sales.
I'm not as stupid to compare my coin with Nike, was just an example and i can continue with every product in your everyday life.

This coin is nothing more than a clone without any innovation.
Nobody stated that Unfed would aspire to be the most innovative coin in crypto...

Thanks for supposing all this, but nobody paid nobody to be listed...i only belong in community support, if they like the coin.

I have a question for you now: if you don't like the project why u are wasting your time here?
Happy sunday dude  Wink

It took me less than five minutes to make a comment while I was browsing the internet. I'll spend my time anyway I want.

292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Announcing ZiftrCOIN Release on: March 06, 2016, 07:06:33 PM

Well done.  Steve Beauregard was at the Bitcoin Summit today & I asked him about ZRC.

He confirmed what the devs & I have been saying all along -- they are working on compliance...then merchants...then launching the coin.  He's just as frustrated as the investors, but they're not going to rush anything.

So, Whiners quit whining.

But where is the dev? I would really like to hear something about him because he has been very quiet about Ziftcoin (not to mention his activity in this thread) The thing about Gocoin is old news, I don't really see nothing new or innovative to make the coin move forward. Any reason on why I should invest in it?  Smiley

There actually is no THE dev; it's a team. I stop by here and answer some questions from time to time because I personally use bitcointalk and feel people deserver some answers sometimes, but I'm definitely not here in any sort of official capacity. So I guess this is another one of those posts. We're still around and the company is doing well. The coin hasn't been abandoned and is still part of the plan. It's just that other stuff has to come first now.

How is this coin still part of the plan?  In what capacity will ziftrcoin be used?   There is no mention of ziftrcoin on the gocoin website.  It says "Accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Dogecoin Today!" but no mention of ziftrcoin.  What stuff has to come first?  What about the investors that put money into this?  So they take the money then say "Hey you have to wait.  Thanks for your money but we're working on other things now".  Where did the $878,695 raised in the pre-sale go?  ziftrcoin basically shit on everyone that invested in it.  Anyone that held this coin has watched the value go down to basically nothing.  This coin has been abandoned.  Don't insult peoples intelligence by saying otherwise.

I'll go back almost 8 months to July when I made the following comments quoted below.  Still nothing since then except more spin on the spin.  Right now ziftrcoin has a $25,000 market capitalization.  The people that invested $878,695 have definately not seen any positive returns on their investments.  But that's assuming the $878,695 is not just a made up figure.  Then there is the issue of 67% of the 4.5% premine that was supposed to go to customers.  Where has that gone?  Has it been sold?  If the coin hasn't been abandoned then why is the block explorer not working?  http://zrcbex.lbtcoin.org/ .

These are all valid questions that would be answered unless this is the scam that I've thought it is since the beginning.

Well I dont know about making inroads,I just noticed I have 1200 GoCoin and there worth 30 sats,to be honest its really just two crap coins merging to make one bigger crap coin.All these coins that release millions up front are just rip offs,the next one is Neucoin wait and see 98% pre mine and sold out in hours

This post, by itself, highlights how little research you've actually done into this company, its planned ecosystem and Ziftrcoin itself.

What have they used the $878,695 they raised in their pre-sale for?

http://www.prweb.com/releases/ziftrCOIN/022015/prweb12484576.htm

One could probably safely assume that they've been using it to continue to pay personnel and other related costs for developing their payment platform, API, maintaining and updating the coin/wallet codebases, etc... Plus, they'll need money for marketing and promotions, as well. This was a big "add on" to what their company was doing previously, when it was just "Ziftr" and wasn't doing any of this new stuff. Ziftrcoin was almost a way of crowdfunding the expansion plans and essentially made all of us stakeholders.

How so?  I've done plenty of research.  I don't really care about all these future plans and announcements.  More concerned about actual results.  It's been six months and basically nothing.  I remember when this coin was launched.  What has been accomplished since then?  The marketcap is currently less than 25% of the $878,695 raised in the pre-sale.  And more coins are being mined and dumped everyday.  Anyone that made an investment during the pre-sale would have suffered a 75% loss in under six months.  Where did the money go to besides paying themselves and buying stuff?

helpful hints..
 "global peer-to-peer network of users ... solid payment gateway with very low-cost transactions."
every altcoin and the big boss bitcoin is.
"but you can mine your coins directly within your Unfed client" aka "scrypt proof-of-work algorithm"
no one cpu mines scrypt. some people use GPUs for it, but theres Scrypt asics now so al your inviting is people to throw away BTC on miningrigrentals or nicehash

you guys use the same copy paste descriptions on a broken coin launch are all the same. 1 day retarget. what year is this?

Thanks for your critics, i accept all your suggestions (but i read only critics).
Probably this coin is not innovative as others, but thats don't mean that peoples can't launch stuff without being innovative...
Otherwise Nike should stop to produce shoes unless they don't put any innovation on it...
Or Burger King stop to produce hamburgers because they are only "clone" of old hamburgers..

That's our first coin and we are here to make errors, learn, improve and keep suggestions from all of you....
If something (technically and not on the words description) is wrong on the project we are happy to improve and change it Wink
Thanks

You need to update the nodes in the OP.

I have nodes running at:

addnode=45.32.67.42
addnode=108.61.194.182

Updated!  I checked all the original nodes and one was still active.  If you know of others, please pass them along.

Is there any plan to adjust the difficulty retargeting?

Are there any plans?

block explorer seems to be broken since yesterday  Huh

Fixed

Ok, you fixed the block explorer.  What about the faucet you said you were going to setup?  I'll donate some coins if you set up a faucet.

It's 0.1 btc to list a coin on yobit.  Do I have to pay for it myself?  Are are there any other donations?

I also never liked reducing the max coin supply for the sake of making it more rare.
So this new propoal DOES NOT reduce the number of coins during PoW. Just longer.
Let me know how this sounds. I have not submitted this yet. Just throwing out ideas.

New Proposal

Proposal Name = 50BlockPoW
Proposed Change: Variable PoW block reward reducing by 80% after block 86400.
Reason = It promotes a more stable growth due to less daily inflation, longer PoW for better distribution & healthy trade activity.
Total Coin Supply During PoW Phase: 64,800,000 (SAME!)
Vote Duration: Approx. 10 days (Until block 59200)
Effective Date: Approx. 19 days after vote end. (Start block 86401)

Blocks 1 - 86 400 (56 days)
POW reward: 250 DNET
Total supply: 21 600 000

Blocks 86 401 - 950 400 (600 days)
POW reward: 50 DNET
Total supply: 64,800,000

I like it!
And what do you think on increasing coins limit for masternode? Cause at the end of big blocks, even if 1/3 of all coins will be in masternodes, we'll have more than 700 MNs. To have decent profit from MNs you'll have to hold tenths of them! That means many VPS'es and much confusion.
Maybe 20-30k DNET for 1 MN is better?

I would like to slightly change your proposal

New Proposal

Proposal Name = 50BlockPoW v2
Proposed Change: Variable PoW block reward reducing by 80% after block 86400.
Reason = It promotes a more stable growth due to less daily inflation, longer PoW for better distribution & healthy trade activity.
Total Coin Supply During PoW Phase: 64,800,000 (SAME!)
Vote Duration: Approx. 10 days (Until block 59200)
Effective Date: Approx. 19 days after vote end. (Start block 86401)

Blocks 1 - 86 400 (56 days)
POW reward: 250 DNET
Total supply: 21 600 000

Blocks 86 401 - 518,400
POW reward: 50 DNET
Total supply: 43,200,000

Upon Activation of PoS stage, MN req. increases to 20,000 +

Changing the emission after a coin is launched never works out.  Especially if you change it to the extremes that you propose.  Reducing the POW from 250 to 50 and making masternode requirements double to 20,000 is insane.  The emission was set when the coin was launched.  Leave it alone.  Increasing the masternode requirement is foolish.  It does nothing but inconvenience those already running masternodes.

Leave the damn emission and specs of the coin alone.

Cheers Jon  Smiley

No it's not correct.  I'm finding blocks regularly.  I just looked at MBK's stats page and it showed a block found by the pool two hours ago and by the network two minutes ago.  Refresh your browser.

So this coin is still alive?  I was surprised to see the recent activity.

I mined this in the beginning with the 32 core aws.  Probably spent $100 mining it.  Still have the coins and just synced the wallet with the nodes listed by oldcoinguru.  It looked like it had promise but fizzled out.  I just found a block on a I5 I have setting around doing nothing.

So this is still CPU only?

Be nice if I could at least get my money back
