281  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: AVALON 1166 PRO 72 TH ERROR on: April 24, 2024, 02:40:03 PM
Usually, this is a PSU issue but the system status shows only 2 hashboard there might issue in one of your hashboard that cause all hashboard not to work properly.

I suggest try to clean the whole hashboard and the busbar make sure to use sandpaper to clean rust on the busbar and use isopropyl alcohol to clean the hashboard terminals replug them all and test it again lets see if there are any changes after this on the logs.

i clean three hashboard ,  hasboard one is fail  ? electronic components are burned

my miner btc avalon can job with only two hasboards?

yeah try fully pulling the dead board. it sounds shorted.

hopefully running the dead shorted board did not kill off the new psu.

if you did not fry the new psu you will get the unit to work with two hash boards.

Can repair this hash board?

first see if it runs with two hash boards it should.

if it runs with two hashboards

zeus repairs let me find the link.

https://www.zeusbtc.com/articles/asic-miner-troubleshooting/3608-avalon-a1166pro-fan-speed-is-0-a1166pro-kernel-log

two Hasb boards si run OK  , all is OK , but one hash is bad ,   i want run three hasboard !!! ,  how repair one bad hasboard or i can buy the new hasboard

Are you based in USA?  I may have a fully running avalon  cheap.

283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will cryptocurrency create peer-to-peer transfer problems in the future? on: April 24, 2024, 12:27:54 AM
it has a shit ton of weaknesses. the governments have shown they can block ex's some of the time. what will happen in the long run when they come after pools or miners.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_microreactor

so where can i buy a small one just 1mw

that is 800 kwatts or maybe 270 s21s

around 54000th or 54ph

hook it up to a 20 foot box and whale away.

not case no one is going to sell it to you.

it could run up to 10 years before the fuel runs out

285  Economy / Speculation / Re: Top 20 days for Bitcoin on: April 23, 2024, 05:55:46 PM
So 33 of  top 35 days are now from 2024.

Hoping to continue in the 65k to 75k slot maybe up to 80k one day.
286  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: I have 26 out of 24 mnemonic words. Am I able to brute force still? on: April 23, 2024, 05:12:17 PM
26 out of 24 words? Are you saying you have two extra words?

If that's the case and since you say you know the 6 first words in the correct order, there should be 1.2 *1018 possible combinations. Assuming your seed phrase is BIP39, around 4.7 * 1015 out of those combinations should be valid on average. That's a very big number and you can't brute-force your seed phrase.

he could attempt brute force but mathematically it would take many many many lifetimes.

any number can be attempted to be brute forced.

but as you said the number is too large to think it is worth while.

at the op if the value of cracking it is high you can stab at it but you won’t hit it.

I would say it is harder to hit than it would be to pick the correct grain of sand out of the Sahara desert on 1 try.

BY SOME TIME  next week

I will have 2 nano 3's
1 s19 xp with bit chimney and Loki using braiins controller
1 s19 xp with bit chimney and Loki using epic controller

^ ..above I know I can do.. ^

v.. below is an if ..v

I hope to have the 1 board t21 with Loki assembled and running by Friday the 30th low 50's maybe 60th max and maybe 1140 watts

and it can down clock to 20th and 380 watts
.

this would be the most powerfully  built 120 volt asic for sha-256

289  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: A cross comparison of low power sha-256 miners you can buy today on: April 23, 2024, 01:58:03 PM

I will also setup a t21 using the epic controller and a Loki chip

which the idea of a 53 th 1000 watt miner

that can clock to 20 th 385 watts  will be cool

I will have todo more and grab other unit to cross compare these all have a place for a home mine
290  Bitcoin / Hardware / A cross comparison of low power sha-256 miners you can buy today on: April 23, 2024, 01:57:23 PM
So I am sitting in my bed with a dozen pillows bored out of my mind watching fox5 new york.
why is that. I have had my deviated septum repaired for a second time.
First repair was done in 1973 over time that repair failed. So I got it done again.

I have been reading all the threads on lower power models for the home miner.

I myself did a thread on the loki chip and a s19 xp single board miner.
There is the cannan nano 3
there is the futurebit 2
sidehack has a newer high end usb setup
bitmax has a built it yourself setup.

I plan to compare all of them.
Pointing out the flaws and the downsides.

Also I will balance things like noise.
At the moment I have the tv on laying in the bed and I am running the nano 3 under the bed pulling 98.8 watts. 3.01 the led off.

and it is pretty much silent. you can run it and your wife won’t get pissed off.

frankly i do not think anyone will be better than the nano 3 for being quiet.
291  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Futurebit Apollo II BTC Founders Edition Full Node Review - PIC HEAVY on: April 23, 2024, 01:24:54 PM
nice choice of power setup. a hefty switch and nice 3 pin connection.

seems to be just about 38 watts a th maybe 36 watts.

the 350 watts is a good energy point.

293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Missing "Transaction" tab in Electrum 4.5.4 on: April 22, 2024, 11:29:32 PM
Thanks, hosseinimr93 . "has been removed since the version 4.4.0"   Yes, I was using v. 4.3.2.  Appreciate the help!

I'd insert an image of how "Preferences" used to be with the "Transactions" tab, for the other poster, but I don't know how to insert my jpg here -- maybe I'd have to save it to a web address first (?)

talkimg.com will help you post an image

296  Other / Meta / Re: Post per day/ per month falling. on: April 22, 2024, 06:02:43 PM
Halving being nearby has nothing to do with the number of posts people make in a day. There might be a thread about it, but I don't think it's enough to keep the number of monthly and daily posts of all members increasing.
I think he is referring to bitcoin price that went up and halving can further push the price up. There have been more traffic on this forum when bitcoin price increased in the past.

Stop of campaigns that pay per posts like Chip Mixer and other mixers are main reasons if I am not wrong.
Chipmixer has been banned which opened ways to other mixers on this forum and the competition was high among them. They pay more than other campaigns. The mixers are even paying for avatar campaign also. This encourage more people to join campaign and post. Mixers campaign ban on this forum is the reason.

The forum has allowed millions of dollars in signature income to be earned.

The income went down and the signatures went down.

Not very complicated .  Just look and see how may posts went to altcoinstalks.com.  Their post grew a lot. in the last 4 months.

If you were trying to create a haiku.. you didn't count correctly.

Maybe something like this would have had worked better:

First after the Halving
Holders holding the future
Casey missed the ride.

haiku hard to write = 5
but when you pop a good one = 7
you will feel happy = 5

not bad for a guy on

Im glad you’re on the other side. Over the years have had a couple of “going under” and this doesn’t get talked about but the sheer happiness and joy of making it thru is a great feeling. Heal well dude, feel happy the hard part is over.

Hope you get well quick!

Go Low Carb and no HFCS (which you probably already went, because of fucking Diabetes)
Zinc + B-Vitamins (esp. Folic Acid) -> speed up tissue healing/rebuild
Bromelain 1g/d in enteric coated caps for 4 weeks -> against infections

use salt water solution to rinse nose blood and mucus.

I rinse it two or three times a day.

Sterilized water, if possible.

whole house filter
reverse osmosis filter
boil it for 5 minutes

self care is a pain as you are the one doing it, but you doing it for yourself.

I am a keto guy for last five years. dropped from 226 to 196 due to diet.

.

at akbarkoe.

viabtc is paying 8 cents a th last I looked.

as long as we stay at that number miners are fine.

5 cents would hurt.

s19 3 kwatts for 100 th

burns 75 kwatts earns 8.45

at 10 cent power  8.45-7.50= 95 cent profit.

and miners are not mining at 10 cent power they are at 5-7 cents or less.
