281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to invest or wait ? on: July 08, 2021, 02:49:07 PM
Finding the right timing on when to invest is not an easy task but if you would observe the price movement in the market carefully, you'll be able to see the right time to invest. If you're still having trouble upon when to invest, try searching for other's advice or idea so that you can have a hint if it is the right thing to do at that moment. Investing while the price is low is the best thing to do so that your money will grow as the price of a certain coin recovers. Buy low and sell high, think about the principle always and you'll have higher chances of being successful here.
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do whales manipulate the market? on: July 08, 2021, 01:51:43 PM
Considering the growing number of whales and the amount of holding they have, it is not far from happening that they are just manipulating the market nowadays. Once they reunite, they can surely dictate the rise and fall of a certain coin that's why it is important that we study how they are trying to play with the market. Through that we can guarantee that we'll be able to benefit still as we commit on trying to beat them at their own game. We can't just feel bad about it, instead we should strategize so that we can still end up winning regardless of their doings.
283  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Bitcoin be infinite? on: July 08, 2021, 01:30:37 PM
The Simpsons, in an episode of the 32nd season, data on the virtual market shows that the development of Bitcoin is a symbol of infinity. For us, green means rising.
Do you think Bitcoin will be unlimited in the future?
If in terms of quantity, I don't think that would be possible because there are a lot of things that we need to consider before thinking that way. First is the fact that it consumes too much fossil fuel just to mine bitcoin and wishing for an infinite number of it would definitely destroy mother nature. Also, the value of it will be affected as the supply continues to grow endlessly. Simpsons might have predicted a lot of happenings in the world but still let us be practical and logical before jumping into conclusions on the hints they are showing.
284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are some interesting ways you've introduced bitcoin to your friends? on: July 08, 2021, 01:07:16 PM
Well it happened a long time ago and there was a bull run currently occuring during that time so I had an idea of sharing something to my closest friends that helps me benefit financially and mentally. I told them about it and since there are rumors that bitcoin is just a scam, I made sure to thoroughly tell them how legitimate it is and after that they believed me and I started teaching them ways on how they can earn or invest in bitcoin. Turns out I didn't waste my time for nothing since after that, we were all able to benefit from bitcoin a lot considering the continuous increase on bitcoin's price.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Number of altcoins keep increasing! on: July 07, 2021, 10:08:29 PM
Considering the fact that you don't really need to pass any qualification to make a coin, it is not surprising anymore that there are a lot of altcoins being made. Nevertheless, for sure such coins are mostly useless cause it is quite impossible that lots of coins are existing and all of them are useful. The price movement will surely be affected if that's the case, also not everyone is fond of supporting altcoins so it is not really surprising seeing lots of dead coins or meme coins regardless of the increase in number of altcoins.
286  Economy / Economics / Re: Which cryptocurrency do you decide to invest in for the long-term? on: July 07, 2021, 02:32:49 PM
In terms of long term investments, bitcoin and ethereum will be the best choice for me. Not only because they are currently at the top but also because of the potential they hold that may make them dominate even more in the future. Though there are still a lot of other altcoins where you can diversify your investment, I would still choose to stick where I can be certain and where I can secure my future with which are through bitcoin and altcoin. You're free to invest wherever you want as long as you analyze it carefully first.
287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if influential people buy Bitcoin back and forth? on: July 07, 2021, 02:10:18 PM
If many influential/giant whales post messages expressing support for Bitcoin, or expressing that they have purchased Bitcoin, will they promote market changes? If they enter the cryptocurrency field back and forth, whether cryptocurrency is not considered free and easy The market is over, and everyone is following the whale operation. Although the market needs volatility, is this kind of random volatility still meaningful?
We're actually experiencing it on Elon Musk's decision to accept bitcoin as a payment to Tesla and the outcome was seen positive at first wherein it was able to pull up bitcoin's price higher than it was before but after he dumped it and started rejecting it as a payment, the price plummeted although it wasn't all because of what he did. There are tons of other reason why we are in the bear market right now. If ever influential people starts buying bitcoin back and forth, it would produce positive outcomes for sure as the influences and invitation to invest in bitcoin will surely improve over time.
288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who to Trust, Fiat Banks or BTC? on: July 06, 2021, 09:52:49 PM
No matter how much we dislike the fiat system, the fact that the banking system of bitcoin is still much flawed leaves us with no choice but to be smart and wise on where we should settle our money at. Either way, both are not proper way of handling money but as long as you got your own way on how you can grow your money regardless of the trouble each has, it is still possible that you entrust your money on either of the two. I would trust Bitcoin more because I know it is near from getting fixed considering the corrections and innovations being made on it as time passes by.
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins to invest in right now on: July 06, 2021, 03:27:17 PM
I am well aware of the existence of many potential altcoins but I wouldn't remove my bet on Ethereum still. I think it is still the most successful altcoin up until now after following bitcoin's footsteps and being next to it for a very long time already. It is currenyly the bear market and it can be quite difficult to identify what's the best altcoin to invest with at the moment. Your list seems to have the potential but if others will try and imitate your diversification, they should first analyze the price movement of each because it is different during a bear market.
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happen if US ban cryptocurrencies? on: July 06, 2021, 02:35:56 PM
Do you guys think one day USA may ban cryptocurrencies? If yes what would happen? I think it's not totally impossible and that would be a global crash on prices.
USA have lots of hidden agendas in different aspects and surely crypto is being speculated by them on how they can benefit from it in the future. That simply means it is far from happening that crypto will be banned in the US not unless for a certain serious reason. We all know how big and how influential America has been over the past decades and if mining would take place in different states, it would make a huge positive impact on different crypto's price so let us hope crypto and America would work well together so that more of us can benefit from it.
291  Economy / Economics / Re: FOLLOW THIS RULES TO BECOME RICH on: July 06, 2021, 01:42:19 PM
For me, the rules shouldn't be followed chronologically neither be  closed for new rules since life and ways of earning money changes over time. Those you've mentioned will surely be helpful, not only for me but for those who are aspiring to become wealthy someday. Also, we know how complicated and hard it is to make a living in life so always choose to get out of your comfort zone. Do not settle for less or be stagnant with your progress. If you will be contented on where you are right now, don't expect much in the future because your action in the present will decide your kind of life in the future.
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin brings us true freedom of thought on: July 06, 2021, 01:10:16 PM
Before the birth of Bitcoin, we never thought that private individuals could issue currency, nor did we think that digital currency could truly be used as a payment medium, let alone the rationality of the existence of legal currency. But when Bitcoin was born, everything changed.

We began to doubt the monetary exploitation of us by government agencies. We began to think about the irrationality of various centralized financial institutions. We started fighting for our currency independence. We began to use Bitcoin to protect our wealth from inflation. We began to think about all kinds of injustices in society.

In this process, I think our biggest change is that our minds have been liberated. We began to pursue freedom of thought. We are no longer imprisoned by the opinions propagated by various media. There are countless possibilities in our brains.

I believe that thought is the most powerful tool of mankind, and it is the eternal source of our lives. It brings soul to the development of our entire society. Once social development deviates from the consensus of most people, new ideas will be born, guiding human civilization on the right track of development.

The birth of Bitcoin truly liberated my mind and broke the confinement of my mind. Make the impossible possible. I believe that the highest state of freedom is the freedom of thought, and the decentralized thinking brought about by Bitcoin infinitely magnifies this freedom.

We are free to post and exchange in bitcointalk today, which is to constantly clash of ideas. We have gained real growth in this collision.

This is my view on freedom of thought. What do you think?
Bitcoin did not provide financial freedom alone but also freedom of thought yet that liberty exists only to those who has open mind and who are open for changes. As we can all remember, from the beginning, bitcoin was highly doubted and was mistaken to be a scam by many but all through the years, it was able to probe everyone wrong. During those years also was the birth of the freedom for other people to create new currencies that might still be with us in the future as it serves its purpose as well as give benefit just like what bitcoin has been doing all the time. We've been open to the possibilities of a new monetary system in the future that may be led by bitcoin.
293  Economy / Economics / Re: Die today, Die tommorrow, the same dying! still get vaccinated! on: July 05, 2021, 09:12:42 PM
Regardless of all the things that may happen to you in this lifetime, your decision over getting vaccinated is all yours and should not be dictated by others. Also, if you really are thinking that way, atleast give chance to other peoples rationale why they are not interested on getting a vaccine. There's millions of illnesses out there that has no vaccine yet nor any aid but a virus that started over a year ago would suddenly have a vaccine after just a year, that sounds like a government's cover up to lower down others panic and worries.
294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin become a true decentralized currency? on: July 05, 2021, 02:10:09 PM
The whale manipulates its value and is so easily manipulated. Is this decentralization?
The whales aren't the only individuals that hinders bitcoin from becoming a true decentralized currency but also the existence of the government and the law in each and every country in the world. We are all aiming or hoping that someday sooner, bitcoin and other crypto will be accepted by the world hence we know that the government are the only ones capable of allowing such thing to happen. The nation's voice wouldn't make it possible no matter how much they protest of revolutionize about it so we will be forced to settle and obey the rules they will give about the regulation of crypto that will surely remove its decentralization at some point.
295  Economy / Economics / Re: Vietnam Becomes Latest Country to Turn to Crypto on: July 04, 2021, 11:59:27 PM
Vietnam will soon enjoy cryptos wonders and just like El Salvador, it can be one of the countries that open ups bitcoin to the world. It may not be a huge country but a country's decision would make a huge impact on other country's decision making. Let us hope that things would work out well for Vietnam so that we can boast of crypto more in the world and the same way may happen in El Salvador so let us stay tuned and see if it will be a success in the long run.
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying old coins: Is it worth it? on: July 04, 2021, 08:08:53 PM
With all of the hype surrounding "De-Fi" and NFTs, it looks like old coins like Peercoin, Primecoin, and Quark have been left in the dust. This is sad, considering that the aforementioned coins have a proven track record of stability and reliability. New coins are usually less secure than old ones. Despite the low interest/demand for old coins, they're still actively traded on the market.

I'm wondering whenever it's worth buying and holding old coins for the long term. Primecoin is one of its kind with a PoW algorithm that contributes towards the discovery of prime numbers. It's a pity other crypto projects haven't copied its model. Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley
Lately, it has been the rise of old coins and Axie is one of those that has been very successful so far. There is nothing wrong or stupid about buying old coins as long as it can still become valuable over time. When it comes to Axie, the price or the value of it has been increasing a lot lately considering the sudden massive growth of the players. This might open up the chance for other NFT's to arise as long as their ways would be like Axie wherein legitimacy is guaranteed and you would really make profit as time passes by. Who knows what other NFT's will be successful in the future so watch out so you can benefit from it always.
297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin rebounding? on: July 04, 2021, 06:46:43 PM
BTC:
Breaking down to refresh the previous low point, the bottom of the daily level is a rebound signal of Hammer Yang K + Lianyang standard. In the short term, the rebound is expected to continue at the position near 36100, which is the position of the daily mid-track. So today, we will rebound first, and we are expected to enter. Field position 34800 this position.
Bitcoin has been having a lot of trouble lately considering that China was planning to buy it and China is a huge and powerful country. Bitcoin's value will keep on rebounding wherein there will be times where it will reach a new peak but at the same time, it may also go down making those low time investors feel the pain of such instances. Bitcoin's value will surely change and recover in the near future so don't rush and be careful on picking a team.
298  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Top 5 reasons to trust Bitcoin on: July 04, 2021, 06:20:58 PM
This Monday for my weekly video I made a quick list of reasons that Bitcoin is trustworthy. This is mostly geared towards new users.

https://youtu.be/m74t8gBjtcY
The video you made would be very much helpful for many yet the reasons to choose bitcoin are much more than what you have. It is much understood that you couldn't fit all that you know in one video. Bitcoin is much more complicated more than what you comprehended. It is actually crucial specially when one is much committed to it. Over the years, bitcoin has innovated a lot and we cannot expect that everyone will be able to cope up with it right away. Even though the early adopters are suffering right now, later on they will soon gain much benefit from it so you just need to endure.
299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Next better altcoin? on: July 04, 2021, 05:35:49 PM
At present many new tokens added coinmarketcap. How I find a good and valuable token. I am afraid to buy a new token to see my family background. Can I continue trading or stop immediately or find a better altcoin. Please give me a suggestion. I want to earn more money for a better future.
Try exploring other investors portfolio to identify which altcoins can be more useful. There are plenty of altcoins that has potential and are just waiting to be discovered and be patronized. If you really want to make progress with your investments, be hardworking and make sure to find any ways possible as long as it is legal and you do not violate any community laws. If you really want to earn money, make yourself knowledgeable about crypto and start making sure that you know the market well so that when there are adjustments, you'll know how to cope up always.
300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth buying other cryptocurrencies other than bitcoin? on: July 04, 2021, 04:45:29 PM
I heard about Bitcoin and ethereum around the same time. Bitcoin was I believe around $15k and ETH was below $200. I couldn't afford to buy 1btc so I didn't buy any and I didn't buy ethereum because I believed Bitcoin was the only genuine crypto currency to buy. But since my discovery of this forum I have found members who believe different. Looking back I see I have lost on both fronts and wasted an opportunity. So my question is this which is more important factor to consider before buying a coin, do you buy because of the technology of the project and what it has to offer, the utility of the token or the news?
You actually do not need to stuck yourself on those popular cryptocurrencies, there are still some other crypto that can be worth to invest with. You should try diversifying since that has became the trend nowadays considering the success of many altcoins other than Ethereum and Bitcoin. There's nothing wrong with investing on other altcoins as long as it is worth it and it has the potentially of become successful in the near future as well. Keep on finding and make sure you will pick the best and only the best so that your time wouldn't be wasted and your money will keep on growing.
