Could be worth changing this to a self-moderating thread (not sure if that is possible once the thread is up and running?) - there is so much spam in here from newbie accounts hoping to level up.

I mean, I get that I'm kind of adding to the spam by talking about the spam, but the last couple of pages is mostly newbie accounts with copy paste one liners.

Tradesatoshi have relatively high withdrawal fees (at least on bitcoin). So selling genx for bitcoin and withdrawing isn't such a good idea (unless you then sell the bitcoin for Ethereum, and withdraw that - it is much cheaper). Buying Genx is with bitcoin is fine on Tradesatoshi.

This is why I hope more 'established' exchanges get added soon - they often have lower withdrawal fees.

Given masternodes have not yet been released there is still plenty of good news and reasons to keep people holding.

With the sudden spike in price/interest, that should also mean people will feel more 'comfortable' holding, as there is enough momentum to keep the project going even after masternodes are released later.

Probably contributing factor. But the jump seemed to hit very quickly. Maybe there is a crypto blog somewhere that recommended genx.

Anyway seems to have settled down a bit now.

So did anyone manage to pinpoint the reason for the jump in price and volume on Tradesatoshi?

I've been looking for a review or announcement or anything. Nothing obvious is coming up. Normal gradual increases in interest don't usually resemble a pump.

Anyway unless you have a card there isn't really much you can do with tokens right now. I seriously don't think my country will ever get the card, since it isn't large or tech embracing enough to be a target market.

It is dropping slowly, but I still think 400 is unlikely. Once you get Binance listing and start delivering on things like asset layer, I can't see how it can drop that far down.

But probably all the interest from Binance listing is the main thing that will prop it up and keep a high volume of trading.

This is a great idea. Privacy on every transaction, so will be super user friendly and not have to worry about clicking the right set of buttons to send private transactions.

Singapore is where they've me regulatory requirements and (finally) did all the appropriate paperwork.

For every other country, well it's hard to tell exactly what the hold up is since it's always something vague about waiting for approvals.

Yeah only place to trade it now is trade.io. From there you can also access liquidity pool and other features.

For basic trading on trade.io you don't need KYC. It runs like any other exchange - just need email, password, username etc.

The Liquidity pool started with annualized interest at mid 20 percent for top tier 10 TIOx holders. Now it has dropped to 8 percent. That is a worry - you get better interest sticking with traditional (and generally safer) investment choices!

Even fixed term interest rates are not that far off if they keep dropping!

Tradesatoshi is usually fine you're right. But it does show the benefits of being on two relatively good exchanges that attract decent volume in case one has problems.

So hopefully news of another reputable exchange listing in the near future!

They should just release in countries as regulatory requirements are met. No point waiting for entire 'regions' people have been waiting long enough already.

They did a steemit post about it recently  (few pages back) that showed that at time of posting, all the genx in circulation would only permit 70 odd masternodes.

So assuming it has gone up a bit since then, but still shows not that many masternodes would be around, at least initially. Plus shared masternodes will probably make it more realistic for some people.

They were delisted from Okex some time ago as Okex asked Tio management to buy $1million of their native token to stay listed. Trade io declined - was typical shady stuff from okex.

They aren't on CMC as they've forked from Tio to Tiox. Reason being there was a cold wallet security breach. So on CMC it shows the old useless token that no one lists.

It is a problem though - we have Tiox and the Trade io exchange not listed on CMC. How do they expect to attract new users if those core requirements aren't in place?

Are you sure? If they delisted on Okex, how can holding coins from Okex be legitimate.

Not saying it won't be deemed legitimate, but interested in what you find out when you make your claim.
