I think there's a great future for syscoin and have seen some of it's features live in terms of business on he black chain - in addition to running a pool, I'm also a syscoin miner and love the coin.
I've been working closely with the devs in terms of providing details on wallet crashes, etc and they're a pleasure to work with and very responsive.
I give this coin a big thumbs up!

A fixed 1024 diff port... Please! you want higher vardiff? the 'port' we mine NLG on is port 9999 1024 is the default vardiff setting for the stratum, but I have it set to 3096 for bigger hash machine. |

Working for me too! Thanks devs, it was a rocky launch but you're getting this rocket back on track. Keep up the good work and take this baby to Mars.  +1 these devs are great - yea///they took a beating for a wallet problems but they hung in there and got things fixed. I was an IPO participant and I also run a pool - I really like this coin |

I have not had an issue wit the windows wallet at all over the past 12 hours. This is what worked for me.
1. Downloaded the new wallet (i used exe file)
2. Deleted all old data in the %appdata% folder (i didn't have any coins in my wallet yet so i deleted the wallet.dat file but i don't recommend that)
Works for you precisely because of that. not true - I nuked my wallet.dat file also and it still did not work. |

stuck at 2135  And tried again, stuck at 1759 with addnode=67.253.247.113:8369 addnode=node.syscoin.me:6369 I'm emailing back and forth with one of the devs - the problem is that nide is pointing to the wrong block chain - he said he'd be back to me in 20 minutes - I'll post what I get as soon as it arrives. |

can we either get some nodes that don't case the problem with the block chain or new source code?
I have many people wanting to mine this coin on my pool and using the new source code and the new nodes supplied I and many other get this:

how are coins being traded on Bitrex when no coins can be mined with a fork coming?
are they all presale?
thay appraently are coins that people transferred to cryptsy before the lock down went into effect. |

the devs asked us to stop our pools which we did and then they asked us to contribute hash to the testnet - which I did and now I find out that about 400 blocks somehow magically disappeared?
that truly sucks and is NOT TRANSPARENT!!!!
