1. Per household so yeah per family yan. 2. I am entitled and pasok sa requirement since I am an "OFW in distress" and I can provide yung requirements so easily pero ang masasabi ko lang di na ako aasa pa na darating at makakasama sa list provided the conditions that Ive stated above. Like ruling on how many per househould, which obviously they will not grant.
Ewan ko kung ano talaga iparating na mensahe ng gumawa nyan pero I can look at the flow of the Php200 Billion fund from the National Government this way: National Government > 17 Regions > 81 Provinces > 144 Cities/1,490 Municipalities > 42,208 Baranggays > 18 million Households 200 Billion will be distributed to 18 million households for two months ~ 5,555 per household on average
Stick to facts and be informed by following updates from the Government/LGUs mismo. Please read the Joint Memorandum. Na-post ko na sa taas but in case you missed it: SPECIAL GUIDELINES ON THE PROVISION OF SOCIAL AMELIORATION MEASURES BY THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT, DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT, DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY, DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE, DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT, AND DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT TO THE MOST AFFECTED RESIDENTS OF THE AREAS UNDER ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE

~ So the lesson to everyone else is don't trust decentralised it is a scam. My private key recovery phrase is F**K YOU DECENTRALISED YOU STOLE MY STUFF. You can tell me I shouldn't share my phrase, but I got robbed just from public key so I learned that private key doesn't matter the whole thing is all a scam. Goodnight bitcointalk mic drop.
Uhhhh, how exactly? I see now. Robbers knew you own some BTC and knows your address too.
If this story is real, sorry for your loss but telling people to that decentralization is a scam because of carelessness is BS. Being aware of the risks and being 100% responsible of your funds are part of it so don't blame decentralization. Blame the people who robbed your house and even yourself for keeping only one back up when you could have chosen to have two or more then store it somewhere else.

As a result, pwedeng dumami ang maging expose sa cryptocurrencies.

PRRD addressed the nation one week after he signed the Bayanihan to Heal As One Act in this videoSome takeaways: - Php 200 Bilion budget for the low income households.
- It's rare to hear the old man extend his gratitude to the rich owners of the companies he goes after. To be fair to them, malaki nga naitutulong nila during this crisis.
~ Follow up on this, eto yung mga target beneficiaries ng 200 Billion pesos social amelioration program (see image). Php5K-8K ang maibibigay sa low-income households sa loob ng dalawang buwan in the form of cash and food items (update Apr. 2, 2020 - PRRD already approved na cash na ang ibibigay accdg. to Sec. Nograles from his press briefing earlier) . References:

They're smart and always follow the trend. That's how they usually trick users into downloading infected apps and steal information and money from them. The trick this time is posing information about COVID-19 and then forces users to download the app with the promise of getting the latest information/updates. Their objective is to compromise the home routers and change the DNS settings to implant the infostealer called "Osk". Attacker set the initial hyperlink to https://google.com/chrome which is a clean and well-known domain, but actually, an “on-click” event is set that changes the URL to the malicious one which is hidden with TinyURL. Once victims click the download button, a malicious file drop from the Bitbucket repository but the victims completely unaware of it. “I n the final stage of the attack, a malicious file packed with MPRESS is downloaded. This payload is the Oski stealer that communicates with a C&C server for uploading the stolen information.” There are plenty of information about COVID-19 on the internet and you also have your television/social media. There is no need to download some apps just to track what's happening about the pandemic.

Sharing some relevant news I've gathered COVID-19 by the numbers (as of 00:22 GMT, March 30, 2020): | | ____________________________________________________ | ____________________________________________________ | | |
Basahin ang buong requirements https://governmentph.com/dole-financial-assistance/Employees should contact their employers for updates too.

Yeah may mga parang pagkukulang pero this is not really the right time to listen to criticisms from politicians who suddenly became experts in healthcare and medical stuffs. The way I see it at this point, Gatchalian is not different to some rabid online social justice warriors out there (sorry sa supporters niya na makakabasa). He's been patiently explaining to the public yung tungkol sa proseso, which some politicians/journalists/online SJWs, don't understand. Hindi ko na kasi mabalikan yung mga specific posts niya pero if you guys are interested in learning more about the technicalities, you can follow his twitter account https://twitter.com/EdselSalvana Mas maganda makinig sa mga may alam lalo na ngayon. Its already half a month of community quarantine and the numbers of cases is still growing here in the Philippines. ~
May nabasa akong post (a transcribed phone interview with the FDA head Usec Eric Domingo) na maaprubahan na ng FDA yung mga donated 10-minute rapid test kits as early as Monday. The approval was delayed kasi daw they're not as accurate as the test kits they are currently using. Mas malaki daw chance na magkaroon ng higher accuracy rate kapag gagamitin this third week. Anyway, mas maganda siguro kung mabasa niyo din yung mismong post I leave it to your judgement kung maniniwala kayo o hindi.

@Theb yeah N95 are the safest base sa mga nabasa ko din. If you know someone who has a readily available N95 masks at binebenta din niya ng maramihan, you can post it here (or contact the same fundraiser directly).
Nangyari yung fundraising na pinost ko dahil the supply is readily available na and can be delivered immediately (hindi na dadaan pa sa customs at iba pang pwedeng humarang). Gaya nga ng nabanggit, time is of the essence. The sooner our Doctors and healthworkers gets them, the higher chance na ma-save din sila from infection. Surgical mask + other PPEs gaya ng face shields to cover the entire face should be a good protection.
Edit 2: 100% funded na. Kung isa ka sa mga nag-donate, salamat!

I'd like to hear some of your guys' stories about some of the things you are seeing around you in your respective cities and provinces. ~
I don't go out unless I'm going to buy in a nearby store (just few steps away) so I can only share what I observe. Our neighborhood is quite lax in the sense that I don't see uniformed personnel roaming around. I still see few people walking in the afternoon maybe to buy some groceries. The presence of our local government officials is hardly felt probably because houses in our neighborhood are decent looking and they probably thought it's not a priority. The only time we saw some of them was during the distribution of quarantine pass. What I appreciate though is that our street is peaceful and I haven't heard anyone being apprehended for violating curfew hours. Social distancing wasn't observe on few occasions (like a birthday celebration where around 15-20 people attended and crammed in a small space). I hope none of them is a carrier.
I just grabbed this image on facebook and it's a perfect example of social distancing
By the way, if you guys are looking for an organization or a fund raising to donate to, check this one - NEED HELP TO BUY 2,000 BOXES OF SURGICAL MASKS
Our frontliners needs all the help they can get right now and it's a race against time. The fund raising started yesterday (Philippine time) and it has already reached 65% of the total target ($45K) as of this writing. If you can spare a few bucks, consider sharing. You can donate directly from your Coinsph wallet. See details on the link. (Fund raiser's post) 100% Funded

Naglabas na ng National Action Plan ang Gobyerno. Please read.
That information is FALSE according to the post Presidential Communications page. Let us be responsible sa mga shared posts natin at kung may nababasa man tayo, please verify muna sa mga authorized agencies ( https://www.covid19.gov.ph/fact-check/). The Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging and Infectious Disease (IATF-EID) lamang ang authorized to release such information. Please help report these malicious posts that are meant to sow fear and derail the efforts of the Government para mapabilis ang paglaban sa COVID-19.

PRRD already signed into law the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act or the RA 11469 to combat COVID-19.
Please read this article from Dr. Edsel Salvana - Testing! Testing! Understanding What's Good and What's Not for Testing COVID-19Dr. Edsel Salvana is an infectious disease physician, molecular biologist and the director of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology at the National Institutes of Health at the University of the Philippines Manila. He is a Clinical Associate Professor and Research Coordinator at the Section of Infectious Diseases of the Department of Medicine at the Philippine General Hospital.
