May nabasa akong post (a transcribed phone interview with the FDA head Usec Eric Domingo) na maaprubahan na ng FDA yung mga donated 10-minute rapid test kits as early as Monday. I don't go out unless I'm going to buy in a nearby store (just few steps away) so I can only share what I observe.

Our neighborhood is quite lax in the sense that I don't see uniformed personnel roaming around. I still see few people walking in the afternoon maybe to buy some groceries. The presence of our local government officials is hardly felt probably because houses in our neighborhood are decent looking and they probably thought it's not a priority. The only time we saw some of them was during the distribution of quarantine pass. What I appreciate though is that our street is peaceful and I haven't heard anyone being apprehended for violating curfew hours.

Social distancing wasn't observe on few occasions (like a birthday celebration where around 15-20 people attended and crammed in a small space). I hope none of them is a carrier.
