lol sorry about that.

I was actually about to check the odds for UFC 254 only to find out there's still one more fight night. I checked the cards and kinda like the main events.

I'm definitely gonna watch more videos before finally picking who to bet on. I gotta admit I'm biased towards Ortega because I still remember how his brutal uppercut lifted Edgar's both feet off the floor. Maybe the Korean Zombie's ground game is better which gives him the edge.
2402  Other / Meta / Re: Save your nice merit records here - LAST UPDATE: 06/10/2020 on: October 12, 2020, 01:19:26 PM
I looked at the OP and noticed these records are still missing:
1. bl4nkcode's 1111
2. Lucius' merit matching the account activity
3. Yahoo's alternating numbers for merit and no. of posts

^ Sorry no archives.

Yes, I saved them a long time ago in case you're going to ask  Grin
2403  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is DeFi benefiting Bitcoin? on: October 12, 2020, 12:52:17 PM
It did not benefit Bitcoin (blockchain) but it contributed to bitcoin (BTC) somehow. I guess there are plenty of people who bought more BTC and locked it up or tokenized it to get more rewards from these DeFi projects.

Or maybe it does benefit Bitcoin a little? More BTC lock up in DeFi projects would mean less BTC in circulation which leads to less transaction and less network congestion Grin

FIGHT ISLAND 6 FREE FIGHTS

I like that both guys in the main event are entertaining when they fight. I just don't quite understand why Ortega is the underdog (at 2.39 from Bitsler) but it's probably good odds for me because I'm leaning towards him.

Interesting to see Said Nurmagomedov as the favorite against the debuting Mark Striegl.

Early picks?

Natanggap ko na premyo @bisdak40 Salamat!

Para sa game 6, mukhang magiging low scoring pero tuloy pa din sa Heat 213

What site and what particular betting?

I check sportsbet now the "will there be overtime" odds is only 7.00 for yes.
At Bitsler

~
Too tempting, but no go for me mate, Miami ML is still attractive at 2.8 (sportsbet).

Although I'm looking at the draw per quarter now thats tempting,  Cheesy. But I might get burned though, so much better to stick to ML go all in for Miami as I don't want to spread my bet.  Cheesy
Yeah Heat ML odds still pretty decent but I got used to the previous games' odds  Grin
I'm betting on more magic from Heat's supporting cast now that Jimmy Buckets could be still exhausted from game 5.

I just looked at per quarter and HT/FT...those are tempting odds indeed.
2407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: October 11, 2020, 11:08:34 AM
Odds aren't that good for me but I'm still gonna stick with Miami ML.

Odds for OT or not at 12.35 is really tempting Grin Has anyone placed a bet on that?

~
Miami ML
May the Vegas gambling lords be upon Heat bettors in game 6 Cool

~ What are the odds the Finals will end in four or five sets? I'm looking to bet on "Winner & Total".
I cannot pick who is going to win that's why I just placed a bet on both  Grin

Either winners at over 40.5 I think is a safe bet because there's a high probability that this match will end in four or five sets with tie-breakers in between. I'd be damned if it doesn't. Winner & Total odds - Novak at 4 / Nadal at 3.43

Best of luck bettors.
2409  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The mining paradox on: October 11, 2020, 10:31:33 AM
I've read about more powerful and energy efficient mining equipment being built and that most miners are actually powered by green energy[1]. Aside from BTC price increase, these two factors would also offset the decrease in mining rewards per block per halving. We can see right now that miners are capable of adjusting and I'm sure next generation miners will be able to do that too.

1. Bitcoin Mining Is Shockingly Mostly Powered by Green Energy

2410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis: French Open 2020 on: October 10, 2020, 04:48:09 PM
Current odds on Bitsler - Djokovic at 2.27 while Nadal at 1.67

Djokovic vs. Nadal is tricky regardless of where they play. They know each other all too well. Most players have a fear factor against Rafa but Djoker isn't one of them.
  • Nadal might be the King of Clay but Djokovic has the edge H2H.
  • Djoker's last win over Rafa on clay was 2016 (Rome). They've met three times on clay since then and Rafa won all their matches.

Normally, you would consider fatigue if the opponent had more sets to finish their previous match but Djokovic is still a top athlete. Five sets are nothing to these guys. What are the odds the Finals will end in four or five sets? I'm looking to bet on "Winner & Total".

Obviously because he was seeing a mismatch but AD wasn't ready for the pass, probably he was still feeling the injury he suffered early in the game and he can't be too quick to jump to get the ball, or there was a miscommunication as the time expires to end the game.
I watched the replay and it was more like a miscommunication between the two. As @LogitechMouse and @btc_angela already said, Bam was able to box out AD. Morris probably thought AD wouldn't be pushed that easily that's why he threw the ball.

~ He played 47 minutes, how does a fatigue factor could affect on him in game 6?
This is actually a factor that I am looking at right now. I'm honestly rooting for them to win and force game 7 but it looks like Jimmy Buckets has already given it his all in this game. I'll have to wait and see what's going on with the Heat on social media before betting for game 6. Odds might also improve by tomorrow (currently at 2.73 at Bitsler).
2412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: October 10, 2020, 07:18:46 AM
Sweet!
~ For game 5, I've already picked a Heat win ML
Fortune favored the brave and the crazy for betting on the Heat ML this time.

Jimmy Buckets doesn't give a shit about Lakers 4-1 playoff streak or the Lakers jersey for game 5. The man is hungry to win his first title. Well done to clutch Robinson too.

Was Moris trying to pass to AD when he got the ball from Green's open three miss?

2414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin sportsbook bonuses on: October 09, 2020, 04:41:35 PM
I found out yesterday that Betnomi offers special deposit bonuses from 40% to even 100% without any wagering requirement (reference). That means you can use the bonus however you want it, be it casinos or sportsbook. The limit is up to $100 though and this offer might end up soon (reference).
I joined there but while I see 3 promo on the front page there is actually no way to read any more information and after making the account I could find how to claim the bonuses or any link about it at all.

I see 2 promos on the front page that are welcome bonus and the free $50 esports bet but there is actually no page or link to read more about it like how to claim those bonuses. I tried my best and in the account section there is a link for Bonuses but there it shows as - No record found.

I would appreciate if someone can give a guide on how to claim those bonuses because there is no live support either who can help find more details. Maybe the casino is new and they are working about it yet.
Their website is still under contruction. The promos and terms are being updated but I don't know when they'll be finished. Based on the experience of another member, his special deposit bonus was given manually (he contacted betnomi support here on Bitcointalk). I've already forwarded your query to their ANN. Wait for their response here

2416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 12 years and no country has approved Bitcoin ?? on: October 09, 2020, 04:30:15 PM
Many Governments still stand by with their view that BTC isn't backed by anything that is why they cannot approve it as a legal tender. However, they approve it as an investment asset. They issue memorandums and create biils/laws to tax income from bitcoin trading and mining. Regulations of crypto exchanges and other platforms with crypto-related services are also proofs that they've accepted bitcoin to a certain extent.

What you mean by '' there is a long list of country that we will be updating''??

According to your terms, someone can register to you site, gable etc, only to find out later that his country is actually prohibited but was never listed in prohibited jurisdictions during registration?
You missed the part where Betnomi said the countries listed there are by default. If you've followed the discussion here in past few days, Betnomi is using a template from another casino and they haven't updated many of the crucial information there, like the TOC, before they launched the website.

I know a member here, from the restricted country, who deposited recently and was even given by Betnomi a special deposit bonus. It's possible that Betnomi wasn't even aware of what country was prohibited until it was brought out or maybe they're aware but are planning to remove from the list. I don't think they will add restricted counties to the current list though as they want as many customers as possible.

tokens are all the same, they don't need extra work, they should come with the same price for everyone,
I'm not sure about that. IIRC, there are different set of questions if you choose tokens on ethereum or tokens on other blockchains. Under ethereum, they also ask if you made changes to 'this or that' code. I guess it would require them more work if token devs made more tweaks.

Hero can't be switched during a hunt/challenge.
Got it.

Yes only 6 items allowed, next one will be lost, it's mentioned in game rules...  What better solution can be?
I don't really know if this is a good solution but I would have preferred another vault that can store at least three more items - this vault can be accessed by other Heroes too. I'm only speaking from a player's perspective though. Others might agree/disagree but it's still up to you balance the difficulty of the game and its economic model.
